I was having some speaker problems with my iPhone 8+. I called Max at Brady mart and asked how much to replace the speaker. After a short conversation on the phone, he felt it was not the speaker needing replaced, but just needed cleaned. He told me to stop in and he would take a peek at it. On my way home, I stopped in there. Immediately took my phone, and cleaned out the speaker within just a few seconds. My phone now works perfectly, and he would not except any money for that. I have also had a battery replaced on my sons phone, and a screen replaced on my sons phone. Every time I have Add very fast and inexpensive excellent service. I would highly recommend Max at Brady mart for any of your cell phone repairs.

Pros: cost was good and the tech was super nice and professionalcons: I placed an appointment online to get my iPhone 8’s screen replaced at 10:00 am, when I arrived I was told that the tech wasn’t there and it was his day off. I was told I wouldn’t be able to pick my phone up until 2pm at the earliest.My phone was done by 2pm, and it works good as new.

Yesterday I smashed the screen of my iPhone 8 Plus and the glass was spider webbed. I was very irritated and called up Max and he had me in and had my screen taken off and replaced within 20 minutes! Later that day I realized that my speaker wasn’t working, and I went back, and Max took my phone back apart and got everything working quickly! Ive been there 3 times in the last 2 years to have work done to my iPhone. They are friendly, fast, and affordable. This is convenient store with alcohol and tobacco products and is located in a urban area that attracts a rough crowd, but when it comes to cell phone repair, I havent found a better place to take my phone.

First time customer. Wednesday, July 24, I stopped into Brady Mart Convenience and Smartphone/Tablet Repair. I brought in my old iPhone with a number of issues. My screen was broke, the base of the phone was coming apart, it wouldn’t turn on, there was no sound, but most importantly, I needed to retrieve some information off of it that I was not able to transfer to my new upgraded iPhone I had gotten earlier in the week through my cell phone provider. When I walked into Brady Mart, I spoke with a gentleman named Mex. He explained my options and I was dragging my feet unsure what to do. After a few moments to, he tells me to just have a seat. So I sit down on one of the stools and he takes my phone to a small desk behind the counter. Literally in 5 minutes, he brings my phone to me in complete working order. He explained everything that was broke, what he would need to do, and retrieved the information off of it that I was seeking. Mex was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The man is truly a master of his craft.

I went to this place for an iPhone 5s screen replacement. After the screen was replaced, apparently the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. After $180 later my iPhone still doesnt work right, whenever the phone turns on, or tries to use an app it shuts off. Battery will not stay charged, and the guy says, theres nothing I can do Ive done everything I can for your phone. When hes the only one to open it up, and as I watched him he just rips the screen off. So Im screwed and will have to purchase a new phone. If I were you Id look elsewhere towards fixing your device for a place that stands by their word. Thank you.
