Great location and awesome people! I found exactly what I needed, and the prices are great. The place is clean and fresh! Other places in this area feel kind of shady, but this place is not one of them. I highly recommend and I will be back! 💯

VERY NEGATIVE experience; bought the vape in the picture on jan. 30th, because it was for a same-day gift and i was in a rush i didn’t checked it properly but i trusted the employee/shop’s professionalism but now i know i definitely SHOULDN’T:when i got home i notice that it was used (picture attached) and that the ORIGINAL tank was replaced with another one.on top of that i wasn’t notified at that time that this vape do NOT come with a battery and that i have to purchase it separately (probably from another shop cuz they don’t sell them).seized by curiosity, given all of the problems found, i tried to see if the coils PROVIDED were compatible with the unoriginal tank and guess what? they weren’t!immediately that night i called the shop asking for a return and a refund and i believe (because all the time i called i couldn’t really hear much) i was told i had till 2/3 days after so after one day i bring the vape back but apparently just the OWNER can make refund and if i wanted to make one i had to call days before and “schedule” a day.i called today because i’m always at work until late, explaining the employee that i could only go today or tmrw (late night both days) and he told me that it was almost impossible because most of the time he’s not there and if i get the chance to even schedule a day i have to be there at the time he decides and not at the time i’m available (which is something i believe it’s CRAZY knowing that i’m unhappy with the quality of the service provided and you don’t even put effort in changing my thought).

When in to buy a Mod and juice , picked the mod and as I asked her to give me a juice as we walk to the juices someone else was looking at them she asked her if she knew what she wanted she said yea then asked me I told her no , she grabbed the one the other lady wanted and left me there , which is fine figure she will cash her out while I find the juice or liquid I wanted , she finished with the customer then she wen on to attended a different one never once asked me if I was ready , waited over 6 mints and nothing she did not acknowledge me that’s the part that bothers me the most , if she would at least say something like sorry I’ll be right back with you or I haven’t forgotten about you ,i so I’ll decided to leave as I walked off looked back and like she didn’t care , went a blocked from there and bought everything I needed, they had great customer service there .

This store is under new management, the new owners/workers are incredibly rude and have no knowledge on their products. It is clear they are only in it for the money. If you went for Terrance, he is no longer there. And be careful, the new workers are known to assault fellow employees and get away with it

Very high priced, ridiculously high! Dishonest saleswoman. Sold coils knowing one was missing . Then tells you it’s because the coils are bigger. Not!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.This place is now called Puff and Stuff was the old vapid crazy.

I drove in off the cuff while on holiday from England and needing to top up my liquids.The shop was full of good products and the lady who served me showed me various things off the sample bar and encouraged me to take my time to find what I wanted. I was on vacation and decided to go in to look at a higher end kit. After researching online prices, I was surprised at how close they were and decided to buy because of how friendly and helpful Terrance was. I am really new to vaping and greatly appreciated his advice and helpful setup. The Smok Alien I picked up was working like a champ before I even left. Having someone walk you through setup options and getting advice on wattage and all the tweaks you make was really helpful.

Amazing shop! As someone who had never vaped I was clueless walking in. After explaining to the owner that I wanted to try vaping CBD oil he walked me through everything! From helping me find a vape that fit my needs and budget to letting me try multiple juices. It was such a great experience and I learned so much, I walked out of the shop confident with what I was doing and my purchase. Called for a specific coil that no one seems to carry regularly, the lady answered and just kept telling me yes they have it.. drove 45 mins to get the coils and when we got there they didnt. If she would have paid attention to what kind of coil that I was asking for I wouldnt have wasted my gas and time.

The store employee was nice and helpful tho i did have a bad experience here! i purchased a pack cbd gummies, ate two of em with no result/effect; thereafter i read the package to find out the good were 2 months expired... so i returned to the store tje next day in which the owners wife was there, thought to myself cool, no prob,,,, not the case... this lady immediatley became argumenative with me and stated numerouse times no returns or refunds on anything she then proceeded to ignore me as if i were gonna take a loss on my purchase- no sir- call the owner after a lengthy argument of a conversation- i insistead on a refund, at minimum an instore credit! i told em keep the tax but i need my 20! the owner went on to say those items dont expire- hmm candy itself does expire we all no- he then says even the juice i sell doesnt expire: where as if u vape, u no juice has a 1 yr shelf life.... bad business, extremely poor customer service, i caution all to stay away!

When it comes to vaping, you have to know where to go. Anyone can sell vape equipment, but you will never get full enjoyment of it until you go to a place that knows how to get the most of the equipment. When I went there, there werent interested in the items that were on sale, and they didnt steer me to a specific brand. They asked me what I wanted and what my goal was. This is not heard of anymore. They took what I told them, added their knowledge and I walked out not only knowing what I had, but knowing how to use it effectively. This is a place I would send my mom and be just fine knowing she would be taken care of.

I buy wholesale my order backup so I went to 2 location both charging 18 to 25 per 60ml. Is sad to see vaping heading this way. Vaping was made to help ppl quit smoking not to make them go back to cigarettes.
