Theyre just the best in the QC :)Great selection, product knowledge, and an esteemed level of kindness that makes you feel welcomed, which is VERY uncommon at stores located in Malls sadly. Huge props to this location of Shag, and an extra shoutout to Storm for being an exemplar employee that makes you feel like just another friend and not a solicited customer. Will be back!! 11/10

This store is so beautiful with the colors and layout only thing that needs a little adjustment is price but other than that great place to shop

Not for the vanilla kinda folks if that makes sense. Glassware was clean and beautiful, and the incense made the whole shop smell great. Register gal behind the counter was sweet and had answers for nearly every question, and when she didnt, they had pamphlets and instruction to surplus that. Cant be more satisfied, except that I forgot to buy stickers.

Long-haired boy is super great! Very helpful and friendly. Manager Ariel has no place being a manager. Broke something and need to replace it but dont want to deal with that girl.

Love, love, love this place! I live in Dubuque and whenever I am in Davenport, its a must stop location. The shirts are a bit pricey which sucks :( BUT the items in Shag are perfect quality, excellent price (most of the stuff), and the service is WONDERFUL. Will most defiantly be back asap!

Im one of those people who doesnt need a chaperone looking over my shoulder browsing..... It can get intimidating after awhile.

Nice people, verry friendly but need a little help in their glass dep. In general , asked for a 14 mm bucket and got 10, when i exchanged wich they did with out question . I had also purchased a drop and a catcher but the girl broke the thing when trying to show me how to put it together, lol , anyway found some new pieces as she was explaining how good this glass was and when i got home there was cracks in the conection ends and a little hole in the weld were it turned up , so all in all a three star but probably not going to buy any more glass cool peeps tho

No bags available for a normal size incense just the big bags and small bags.. I was ready to checkout for 5 minutes with 2 employees working.. one employee was talking to another customer not checking them out just talking.. and the other was walking around the store for about a minute while I was waiting and then answered a phone call both employees not even acknowledging Im in the store ready to checkout so I walked out.. Ill give another chance but that shouldnt happen
