Had a fantastic deep tissue today with Luis, would highly recommend. He listened to what I needed and focused on those areas, rather than some massages I’ve had in the past where they just go through their standard routine. Reasonably priced for the area.

Love the atmosphere here. So welcoming and warm and services are great. Started with a gift certificate from a friend and now wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have had many facials in my life but I recently received the best facial I have ever had from Anna. The products are all natural and my skin has never felt or looked better! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a high quality facial with good results!

Ive had three massages at A Room of Our Own Massage all with Shelby. My first experience was a prenatal massage and it was so amazing. I was extremely nervous about getting massaged while pregnant. Shelby reached out to make sure there wasnt anything they needed to know in advance and when I got there they walked me through the entire massage and the places they would avoid due to me being pregnant. It really assuaged my anxiety and allowed me to relax.It was an amazing massage and every massage since has been equally great. Shelby is kind, considerate, and extremely skilled. Id recommend them to anyone!

Caitlin and Natalie were awesome! Caitlin was able to book my partner and I for concurrent massages on fairly short notice, and the massages were definitely one of the highlights of our vacation. The rooms were beautiful and peaceful. The massages were relaxing and expertly done. If we lived in the area wed definitely go back!

Super easy to book an appointment and the quality of massage is fantastic. Any little aches or tightness you have can be worked on by request. Variable levels of pressure, relaxing music, heated bed and scented oils. Ive done massages with Natalie and she does great work.

Shelby gave me a custom massage, (I had been in a recent auto accident). She was awesome, best massage, best demeanor, excellent experience overall. I will be returning using the package deal, you cant beat the price. Hands down, best massage and price in Davis.

I sleep better, I feel better.Anyways, more about the advantages of this Luis and AROOOM:-Super easy to book massages online-They’ll work with you to book a couples massage if you call in-Their stand on having a comfortable place for ALL (I’m always going to love a pro-LBGTQIA+ business more)-Racial and, generational, and gender diversity in staff (I.e. if you’re more comfortable seeing a female or male masseuse you have options)-You feel respected and safe during the massage. They ask before they do something (I.e if your lower back hurts, they may ask if you’re comfortable having your glues worked on. I.e. They always tuck the sheet around you on the area they’re not working on.)-Diversity in time slots you can book-They are very passionate about improving their costumers’ health and well being-They (or at least Luis) is able to give deep pressure when it’s needed. It’s one of his specialties.In sum, this is a place where you can tell the masseuses really are experts who have a lot of training hours. You will not be wasting their money going here. they truly want to make your life better and improve your health.

This place is fantastic! The office itself is very nice and welcoming. Ive seen Shelby multiple times. They are fantastic! She is really interpersonal and can chat as much or as little as youd like. They always remember me and appear happy to see me. She gives fantastic, relaxing massages.

Caitlin is incredible! I shared a medical diagnosis in the notes of my booking, and she texted me within minutes to ask if she can do anything to prepare for our appointment. She made me feel extremely comfortable and safe to ask for what I wanted and needed. I will absolutely keep coming back as much as I can!

11/10 massage experience! The outdoor setup to provide massage therapy safely during COVID was so lovely—perfect temperature, ambiance, and privacy. Caitlin is very skilled at not only doing the massage, but taking care of clients. I really appreciated the check-in before starting the session to talk about my problem areas. I felt very relaxed throughout my massage and by the end had already recuperated mobility in my neck and shoulders.

Room environment is super calming, and Natalie is amazing. She was extremely attentive to what I needed and how I felt, and took her time to give me an amazing massage! Highly recommend :)

I started going to A Room of Our Own last year and was immediately blown away by her talent. Ive been back multiple times and wish I could be more of a regular. This was a treat, and my masseuse and I had quite a chat! Oftentimes I am pretty quiet and concentrate on my breathing, but not this time! Very enjoyable and restorative. I recommend A Room of Our Own, especially with the holidays approaching.

WOW!!! What an AWESOME massage I just had! Caitlin was very professional and open to listening to my needs. I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable enough (I even fall asleep) during the 90 minutes massage!!!! I walked in feeling very tight, and walked out floating on clouds. Now I can focus on my work without thinking of ache and pain of my body! Thank you Caitlin!!!!!
