Ive gotten two massages from Jenn, she is very thorough and listens very well to your specific pain points. She also introduced cupping to me that has been a game changer. I would highly recommend Jenn to anyone looking to get a massage.

Jennifer is so kind and knowledgeable. I went for a prenatal and then postpartum massage a year later. She gives a wonderful, relaxing massage and is trained in many kinds. I would highly recommend her.The spa has several options for all-around self care. I’m not knowledgeable on what things typically cost, but in my opinion everything is fairly priced and you can shop deals on Groupon too. Clean environment and well organized appointments. Wanted to try a new spa! I tried the Detox Foot Bath. Amazing to see the results, Jennifer was great. Atmosphere was relaxing and parking was plenty.

The men’s facial administer by Tara represented the finest skin care that I have had ever. With my wife having owned a top massage and facial establishment in Jupiter Fl. Had a couples massage with Charlie and Tara. Overall we liked the experience and were satisfied with our massages, but we go to another place that has an overall better experience and is also cheaper.So a few things I feel are missing compared to the other place we go to: the atmosphere inside the room was okay, but the tile floor needs a rug or something because the whole room felt cold.The massage table I was on was fixed and wobbled a little bit and didnt have a heating element.The massage itself is what I would classify as a standard swedish style massage, no frills, or custom techniques, but I did like the head massage and overall I was satisfied with it.The massage table or room could use some aroma therapy or a diffuser.A warm towel across the eyes would be nice too.

1.5 hour massage. Charlie is amazing . The place smells good. Gives off good peaceful vibes . Was a bit hot in there though. Just have to speak up to request a cooler accommodation.

I love this place! I went for a lymphatic message and Tara took very good care of me! She asked my questions about my problem areas and made sure she worked on it to make that area feel better. I came in swollen and miserable and walked out feeling refreshed and relieved. The swollen areas immediately improved after one session! I will highly recommend this place!

I had the massage and facial spa package today. They are a bit hard to locate but once I found them the place is very cute. Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed my service. I would of liked it if my tech described what she was doing during the facial. Overall very nice experience and reasonably priced.

I took my mother there for a spa experience on her 60th birthday and the place was amazing! , The manager and the other two ladies did an absolutely wonderful job giving her the full spa experience. I was on vacation with my family and wanted to treat myself by getting my first ever massage. My massage therapist Leah was fantastic! I could not have asked for a better first time experience! She was professional, friendly, and very skilled. If I didnt live in Georgia, I would be a regular. I will definitely be returning to this spa next year!

Bay did a fantastic job on my lash lift! She took her time getting the lashes in place and explained everything, so I booked a microdermabrasion facial with her. I loved the products she used. My skin feels so awesome! I would recommend Bay if you want a perfectionist with a super sweet personality.

My regular massage therapist was unavailable, and I was having some severe pain issues that were interfering with my ability to work. I was fortunate enough to get in on short notice, and had a medical massage by Michelle today. I was absolutely blown away by the instant relief she was able to give me. I have had regular medical massage (weekly) for years, and am fortunate to have a regular therapist with a lot of medical knowledge, so I consider myself hard to please. I have never had someone provide such qualified, knowledgeable treatment the first time they had hands on. I am beyond grateful and I will be back. If you need skilled medical treatment, I highly recommend.

I got a deep tissue massage from Charlie today and it was AMAZING! She gave me relief in places on my back and hips that I haven’t had relief from in a long time. I feel amazing. Charlie is definitely the person to go to for deep tissue massage. I have received different services from NBalance since Joy first opened the business and I just love how her business has evolved.

Tom and Dixie Casey feel this is the best spa in the area. Loved the eyelashes Sarah did on me! She glued them on correctly and lasted a full month. Which is good for me because the last few lashes I have gotten at other places only lasted 2 weeks before they came off. For those who sweat a lot like me, Sarah is your go to girl for getting those lashes on there and making them stay there!

I went in to do my eye lash extensions for my birthday. I had Bay do them, and they turned out amazing. Like wow. She knows what she is doing and she made me very comfortable. Felt like Ive known her forever! Will be going there from now on!!

Had the best experience with Shannon! She brings such good energy and did a distance healing animal energy session on my 13 year old dog, who developed a cancerous mass. After the session my pup was more relaxed, and now he is fully healed and acts like he is a puppy again!!

Hello my name is Alicia McDaniel, I have been a massage therapist, MA68780, for 5 yrs now. I first met Joy my first year of becoming a Massage Therapist. Joy hired me with minimum experience, and fresh out of school, which says a lot. I lacked professionalism in a spa, I didnt realize regardless of a situation, its a business, personal feelings can not be involved. I was fresh out of school, which also means I had very basic skills, and hardly any experience. Joy taught me so much in such a short amount of time, that when my clientele did build, most thought Ive been massaging for years. Theres was never a limitation on what she wouldnt show me!!! If there was ever anything I wanted to learn, that day, even after all her clients she would show me. Trust me enough to practice on her. She taught me how really love my job. She taught me how to connect with your client. She taught me how to run a business that wasnt even mine. As a result Ive never not been hired from another business, due to my experience and over flow of knowledge. I dont think or ever consider myself not working for Joy! I live across the state and still refer people, friends to NBalance, because I know when they leave, they will be back. Absolutely the most awful experience from countless calls to try and book an appointment. The customer service is provided by clueless women . I finally had a massage appointment with one girl and she talked the whole entire time and she has the worst energy. Her name is Charlie she would not shut up. I tried to be mindful but this whole experience was awful from their deteriorating bathroom to their flimsy rooms and awful customer service. I will never come here again.

As a post operative client, Ive been very anxious with my results after surgery and Tara helped calm me and made me feel much better after just 1 session. Her knowledge and experience put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.

My daughter bought a groupon from here for my birthday. I am a middle aged man who is not used to massages or spa situations. I have had therapeutic massage following an injury about 5-6 years ago. I put it off until the coupon was near the expiration date due to busy-ness and trepidation. Believe it or not men have body image issues also. My wife scheduled the appointment for me and they were kind enough to accept the groupon even though it was a few days after the expiration date. I went to the appointment and moments before I arived, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet! I called and explained the situation. The receptionist could not have been nicer. I told her that I would be an hour late if I were to go home and retrieve my wallet and that I wouldnt want to come empty handed. I apologized and told her I was at their mercy for how they wanted to handle it. She said no problem, we can take you when you get here.I arrived and was greeted kindly. My masseuse, Leah was professional and welcoming, and put my already stressful day at ease. I have a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back. After a few moments in I was starting to relax and breath. She worked exactly the spots of concern without me having to say a word. It was professional and amazing, and I felt very comfortable. Bottom line, I highly recommend this to anyone suffering with back and neck issues. I feel like this could make a great positive difference in my wellbeing.Thank you so much!

I could tell just by walking into NBlance Holistic Wellness Day Spa I had found someplace special. Joy and the staff at NBlance were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. I specifically enjoyed the heated massage tables, which was a great way to warm my body prior to my massage. My massage with Joy was awesome! She was able to work through my muscle tightness and aches with just the right amount of pressure. I left the spa feeling open and relaxed with a huge smile on my face. Thanks Joy!

Do NOT give them your credit card for auto deduct for a ‘locked in rate’. I did in July of 2018. In December 2018 I cancelled with the receptionist. It was verbal. Nothing more was asked of me. When, after checking a credit card for medical expenses I noticed that the spa had charged me $65 for the first 7 months of this year totaling $450 I called. Their response was...”well, we will honor the 7 messages”. NO, you unlawfully charged me. I want a credit to my account. I was told I could cancel at any time. I did. I have sent 3 requests and nothing has been resolved. I tried to send them notice about my credit card company filing dispute but when I tried I realized I had been blocked.Yes, their services are good but to me they are only after the money. They illegally deducted from my account.To NBalance: “Do the right thing, refund my money and I will take this post down.I have saved correspondence.”

Very unprofessional. My appt was at 2:00pm I showed up 15 mins before my appt and the spa was closed, I waited for almost 30 mins outside in the 97° weather and no phone call to at least let me know what was going on.No excuse for this. I called to let them know and instead of apologizing I was told i should have showed up at 2:00pm and someone was supposed to be in the reception desk. I was told i should have called and inquire why the door was locked when my appt was at 2pm. Unbelievable!!!! My husband and i were looking for a spa / massage place where we can regularly go to and they definitely are not getting our business. No apology or nothing.RESPONSE TO OWNERS ANSWER.You are making a liar out of your customer. Do you think i would sit in the hot weather and wait till 2:10pm and not go back and check the door again at 2pm before i finally leave?? I spoke to your front desk employee on the phone and she told me that someone was supposed to be there that she just came back from her break, she told me that everyone had customers in the room so they lock the door for safety. She also said someone should have been there. She then asked me if i tried calling which i said no, why would i call when Ive been knocking at the door and no one was at the desk when I was looking through the glass door. She told me that the person that was giving my husband the massage has a phone in her pocket she could have answered had I called sooner.Why would i be making up story about this review? I dont even know you people, we are just looking for a spa/massage in the area closer to our gym.Its not my husbands responsibility to let me know of the change of schedule if you guys were professional enough you guys should have called me for any changes. He was on the table getting a massage and does not keep track of time. If the door was open before or at 2pm like you indicated i wouldnt be writing this review. I even waited 10 mins past my schedule.After you guys made me look like Im making these stories I wouldnt take a full year free massage because your reputation lying to us and even these readers are just plainly wrong.

My holistic life one on one coaching session with Joy was beyond fruitful. She broke my big dream goal of creating my own buisness down into steps that I can achieve over time. Some of these steps I was not even aware I needed to do. She really worked with me on a personal individual level and made sure all my questions were answered. She gave me all the steps, resources and tools I would need and I left feeling so inspired and grateful that my dream really can come true.

I just tried the Wow Brow Nuface Treatment and 5-minute Face Lift from NBalance and I can honestly say WOW! I looked in the mirror when I got home and I could really see a difference in the lift of my eye area! The treatment not only works, but it is relaxing to receive - they put a cool gel on your face and make wiping motions - it is comfortable and does not take long at all! I tried the spa because I could use a Groupon for a massage. The spa was inviting and everyone was friendly and helpful. I have been back many times since and have gotten laser txs , facial rejuvenation and wraps. I have nothing bad to say about NBalance. Joy who is the owner goes out of her way to make sure everyone leaves happy. The spa also has in house specials that are a better deal than a Groupon.. They have also added two chiropractors and an acupuncturist. I highly recommend NBalance for anyone male or female that wants some help or pampering using all natural products.

Horrible customer service!!! Had a 9am appt. business did not open till 9:30. Had no record of my appt. I made appt nov 10 for two people. Owner said I don’t know what to tell you. So appt preior to xmas could not happen and zero customer service to offer anything for their error!! Do not go to this business for anything!
