Hands down some of the best customer service! After struggling and struggling to get my coil to connect to my mod, Jared went over the top to get my vape back in shape, free of charge. Couldn’t be happier with Greenhouse and their awesome employees. I have always been loyal to Greenhouse and will continue to get all my vape products from them. Highly recommend!!PS. The guys at work in this store are freaking awesome.

Very information both guys that have worked when I went are friendly. Will answer any questions and they dont mind if your there awhile choosing what you want. The only thing I have negative to say is they run out of popular flavors often and if your like me and like only 2or3 flavors it can be very inconvenient. So I have it 4 stars but I highly recommended greenhouse vapes to anyone looking for a vapes store.😁😁

Both gentlemen who run the DeSoto store are awesome. They are very knowledgeable with all their products. Will answer any question you may have, no matter how silly your question is. I’ve asked some silly things! The prices can’t be beat. Their shelves are always stocked and have a variety to choose from. I have been a customer for about a year now. I won’t go anywhere else. Salesperson didnt have any knowledge of products or prices and the selection was slim. They have a smaller selection of vapes juices than I have at my house and the other half of the store is kratom.

I love coming to this shop. The staff is always very knowledgeable and always very friendly. They always address my issues and concerns and always learn something new about vaping every time I go in.

Worst location ever! Last 7 times I’ve went in they haven’t had my pods but continue to tell me that they have some on the phone. Just seems to me that some of the workers are lazy and don’t care.

The guy running it is very helpful and awesome at his job..very knowledgeable. Me and wife go in and hes always ready to do whatever it takes to make your time worth coming in for.

I got a vape a few days ago and I love it. Service was amazing. Great atmosphere.

Good price supper nice

I went there 30 minutes to close and they already locked the doors and told me they were closed, the man was very rude about it. I called festus green house vape and they told me they would stay open until I arrived, festus is by far the better location and the people working there are always attentive helpful and professional. I’m very dissatisfied with the way Desoto green house is ran.

I bought 3 things of juice for a great price and a pack of coils for my vape got home realized they were the wrong ones and they exchanged them for me with no problems i just started going to greenhouse and I will definitely make them my new go to place they helped me out.

Great place for all your vape juice and vaping needs. Also carries other smoke shop type items. Cbd products and kratom as well. All around nice clean place. Service is usually very quick and the staff all seem really nice.

Customer service is great.Selection is meh.Prices are high.I still go because its the closest option.

Fantastic workers always know how to help. They know what they are talking about. Feels like your with friends when you walk in.

Ive been shopping there for a while so I was a bit shocked when I walked in with my nephew and they had drug paraphernalia all over the store :-( dont care what you do with your business but the least you could do is let your customers know youre changing to a head shop.

The guy who works here is SO friendly 10/10 recommend going here from now on!
