This was the worst massage I have ever had. The guy did a terrible job. Wrong massage and tried to charge me more. Did some strange stretches that I was uncomfortable with and had to stop him.Felt like he was massaging me with the hot rocks for like 10 minutes.Bottom line. I came to google for the reviews and this place got a higher review and I was really disappointed. I wanted to give a good tip but I just could not justify this level of service. He became very grumpy at the 10$ tip. I would not use this place again and I would advise others to choose to vote with their dollars as well.These folks are not trained every well or at all if this is who they hire / Bring over as slave labor.I will now only work with professional massagers. The cost is so much more valuable with a good massage. I would have rather not have wasted an hour and a half + of my time with this type of treatment.

It got better and better as Wendy massage me, she address all my issues, she had the perfect pressure, she out did herself, she is the best I ever had. I had the ,90 minutes combo. I wish I lived here to come in weekly. She is worth every dollar. I paid and tipped on a card. But I would haver personally walked over to the ATM too leave her a cash tip, but front desk said they would see to it that she gets her tip. Thats how good she was. Please give her a try.

Most of the time its easy to be a walk- in. Thats good for someone who has a crazy schedule like myself. The massage therapists are spot on. The ambience is peaceful and lights dimmed. Been going here for years.

Went today and had the reflexology and massage. The room was freezing and they tried to sell me a mask and aromatherapy in the middle of my massage. The man they gave me didnt speak ANY English so I couldnt understand what he was saying to me for 1 1/2 hours. He was a heavy breather and his strong breath straight into my face was a real turnoff. The massage itself was straightforward and forgettable. I was really hoping this would be special as I gave it to my husband and myself as a Valentines Day gift. Alas, a waste of money and time. Enter at your own risk!

This spot it legit! I’ve been several times, but not in a while. Finally came back tonight and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I both went for 60 minute full body massages in the shared bed room. I was suffering from major tension in my shoulders and neck, and Tom did a phenomenal job working the knots and tension out. He did not skimp on applying pressure either, which is what I needed! People usually never go “hard” enough but he was super legit. My boyfriend had Jack and also had an amazing experience and firm pressure. We had hot stones and hot cloths at the end, too. Just super luxurious and super affordable!! We are both happy as can be and i am not making sure I don’t forget to incorporate this into my monthly schedule!!! And with the accessible price point, you don’t feel like you’re spending too much, and can tip more to the masseuse. It’s a win win!

Was visiting an aunt in Boca and went for a deep tissue massage. Hands down,the finest massage I have ever experienced!! Maria is incredible! I scheduled another appointment with her the following day. It was just as rewarding. I can only hope she remains at Tao & Zen the next time I visit.

Ive gone there twice and my first experience was great they took thier time and relieved tension from my legs . I had pain for several weeks in my same right leg , I decided to give them a try again , simply amazed how certain techniques help aid the body to a natural flow state .this pain I had for weeks had subsided and feel much better looser and able to walk without pain I would like Thank Jimmy who was my therapist.I cant can thank you enough . You have earned a client for life ! Thank you 😊 & blessings. They are Professional uplifting & they do thier Best to Ensure Your Body feeling better !

Quality massage at good price - post stroke relief

My wife and I went back to the foot spa early this evening for the first time since the start of the COVID pandemic. I had called prior to going and had been told it was $40 each for a straight foot massage. When the massage started, we were asked if we wanted to use scented oils. Little did we know until we paid that the oils were $10 extra each. To add insult to injury, when my wife went to give Jack a tip, he screamed at her twice that the $5 was “too little.” My wife was quite taken aback with his rudeness. This interchange took place while I was in the bathroom but when I returned my masseuse hung over me like a waiting vulture. I couldn’t give her less.The massages were great but I’m afraid this brazenness and the lack of information about the extra cost of the oils makes us wonder whether we want to come back. I don’t know what has happened to people since COVID but this “in your face” rudeness is beyond unacceptable.

This amazing place Ive ever been. They did wonderful massage for me. Do not listen to the stupid reviews. I love here so much. I usually come here like four times a week. I remember when I brought my friends came, they were very enjoyed!! Thank yall!You guys gave me life.

Amazing staff and great prices… I pulled a muscle in my calf running in the beach they recommended a regimen of several leg and lower back massages… did the trick!!!! 100 percent … my doctor recommended meds and steroids no go for me call this team and let them show you their skills

Management has definitely changed here. I used to love this place. I’ve been going for over a year. I will not be going back. I was convinced by the lady at the front desk to do a 90 minutes body/foot massage. I was brought into a back room, that couldn’t close. I was asked to get down to my underwear. I was uncomfortable during the whole massage. They are not learned in common Americans massage practices. They did not knock on the door before entering, my towel was way too small on my naked body, the gentleman was tugging at my underwear. They had no idea that speaking loudly in their native language could be uncomfortable to a woman in her underwear with a very small towel, that barely covered her behind was. Stick to foot massages or send your people to school for proper massage training.

I came here for a 60 minute foot massage and when I got there the guy convinced me to do a 30 minute foot and 30 minute back since my back was extremely tight. The foot massage was fine. Then he started on my back it was extremely hard- I let it keep going even though I was extremely tense. I figured he would be getting out all of the knots. By the end it was extremely painful and you would think he would have noticed how tense I was. I left and I now have bruises and my back is in extreme pain. It clearly shows that they don’t know what they are doing. I don’t even know if they are licensed massage therapists. The massage therapist should have asked multiple times throughout if the pressure was good. I will never be back.

Asked for a deep foot massage only. The person they gave me couldnt provide a deep foot massage. I had to ask her 3 times if I could get deeper pressure or someone else. Got someone else and he started to provide a body massage. No sir,I did not asked for my body or BUTT to be touched. The whole experience was aweful. Communication was terrible . I would not recommend coming here ......So yes, I paid 35 for everything I didnt want but dont worry the front desk person told me I got everything I asked for.........

Booked a same day appointment and was quickly accommodated. The massage was excellent and the masseuse adhered to my pressure requests. Would definitely return!

I cant say enough great things about this place. The massage is intense, but sooooo incredible. The environment is so clean, relaxing and quiet. The beds are so comfortable. All of the staff is so sweet and very professional. Thank you Tao & Zen!

Its like getting new feet. Im a pastry chef in Chicago so my feet and hands get really beat up, its when I stop that it hurts worse. Just went here because my feet were hurting everytime I stepped. Was great deep tissue, he got every muscle in my feet and legs, and also did hands and back. Equivalent to a good sports massage, but cheaper. I go to places like this in Chicago too, so only giving 4 stars because I like my place back home just a tiny bit more, but its definitely on par with many Chicago feet massage places. Bonus: this place is right next to a nail salon so after foot massage you can get a pedicure for a complete spa package, without spa prices.

Terrible ! No attempt to keep their voices low and make for a relaxing atmosphere. They rush you in and out. No pressure at all just a careless fluff and puff . They pretend to care and ask you what you want in detail and then apparently cant understand English when you make a request. The therapist kept asking me if I was okay I guess they think if they pretend to be nice youll go along with them and say its great when it clearly isnt. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile from Sue and she makes sure you are well taken care of while receiving your foot massage with a steaming hot cup of herbal green tea. The foot massage is an experience in itself, they start with your shoulders and arms and then foot reflexology, You feel like you are in another world. Great place when you are not feeling like yourself. Come and get rejuvenated!!!!

We love this foot spa place. Very nice. They use many Himalayan lamps throughout the place as it helps you to relax and breathe better. I have referred many many friends here and the experience has been positive.

It costs only $65. For an hour and a half. The whole experience was delightful, soft music, soft lights and aromatherapy too.Ask for Lily shes wonderful.

I specifically set an appointment for 5 people with 2 days advance notice as a fathers day gift. When we called to confirm they proceeded to tell us that they would not honor the appointment. Do NOT go to this place as they are completely unprofessional and dont know how to run their business properly. They are responsible for ruining fathers day and I will never go to this place again and not recommend that anyone support this company.

Love Tao and Zen...we had the hour long full body and it was as if the therapist had three hands. Super clean and relax full area and I was offered a bottle of water straight after.Will be returning soon.

I used to go to chiro, on regular basis for 1yr since I messed up my spine by carrying heavy items over the time and then sitting for hours at work. The chiro hasnt helped much, I would be stiffed again after few days again from the visit. These guys have some techniques to put elbows between spine bones and the pain I felt in my lower spine is at minimum now, after being in pain and stiffed for about 5 years. And this was achievement after 1 visit. If I only knew about this place before.....

I purchased a groupon for a foot and body massage and made an appointment for 4 pm. When I arrived the receptionist said they did not have any appointments until 4:30 so I went elsewhere. I also spoke with the manager and he was very rude and unaccommodating.

Good massage and they serve hot teayou keep clothes on ( we like that)it was a needed break after all the walking this vacationthe only thing i would suggest is turn the music volume down it was to loud for relaxing thank you we did enjoy the massage
