Every product is at least $10 more expensive than every other vape shop in Denton.The lady who works there with dark hair is very nice though.The guy who works there is pretty rude though. He tried to make a really rude remark and I asked him if he wanted to say that again in the parking lot and he just scrunched his face up at me and pouted. Weird guy. Not a place I’ll be back too.

I just paid 50 bucks for a novo3 🤦🏻That wont happen again because I wont be going back. Way over priced and on top of that, the kit that I bought was missing one of the pods so that felt like an extra slap to the face. Never again Gigi, never again.

Asked for help to pick a cartridge for a e cigarette I have never used the lady pick one out I paid $27 for it and it didnt fit they would not trade or refund. Come to find out all the other store sell the same product for $9.99. the women behind the counter was sweet but as soon as things got complicated she called her boss and made it seem like I picked it and now I wanted a refund I JUST WANT THE RIGHT CARTRIDGE SO $27 DOWN THE DRAIN the owner said you need to know what you want to buy before you come in I cant help you.. DONT SHOP HERE WAY OVER PRICED if things get complicated they will get rude and aggressive. BAD BUSINESS!!You can tell you are not a great business by the way you replied... You say Im the first complaint but you have multiple bad reviews on Google and Facebook. I stopped at your store first after I had a bad experience at your store I went to another shop and found the exact same product for $9.99. I stated I have never used this device and didnt know which cartridge and your employee PICKED OUT THE ONE I bought and didnt fit then would not refund or trade for the correct product. Your reply shows your not very intelligent and you run a bad business. I did not make a scene in your store I quietly left and made this review to warn others.

Ive visited this shop many times, they are always so nice and welcoming. Made we want to keep coming back to give them my business. They offer a variety of products and most likely will have what youre looking for.

Stopped by here today and was very impressed. The guy that runs the business is incredibly friendly. We spoke for a while and he helped me out with what I was looking for. Great quality products and a nice cozy store.

This morning was my first time stopping by, and the (I think it was) owner wanted to make sure I got what I needed. I knew very little about what I needed, so he fitted my cartridge to a proper battery and I left with one that was charged and ready to go (5/10 eGo compatible with adjustable voltage). Very happy.

As someone that has visited this store many times and tried many different products, I can with out a doubt say that this is the store you should go to. Whether you need vape stuff, delta 8, delta 10, hookah products, they have it all. The owner and his staff are brilliant in their knowledge of their products and will find out what’s best for what your needs are. They’re friendly and inviting and always share a smile with you. If I could give this higher than a 5 star review, I would!

This store is well stocked with unique and high quality product. I was very impressed with the customer service! Ive been to every headshop in Denton and this one is hands down my favorite. Gigi is super nice and informative. I highly recommend coming here if youre looking for cbd, kratom or just a really cool looking pipe!

Since Im a Gigi, I decided to drop by this shop to see how they responded to my questions about CBD and vape. I was not expecting to buy so much. The one Gigi recommended did well for my precious pup so I thought Id go by again for vape and CBD. This time a little higher mg. It has worked wonders for my pup. Prices are insane worth it more to just spend the money on gas to go 10 to 20 miles north or south down the highway.
