I had a horrible experience, an employee that goes by ginger bread, was supposed to be helping me, but knew little to nothing about the product and was very rude and unprofessional. I mentioned my points in the system and he completely ignored me. I get to the car and open the boxes, one of which is a dud. I bring it back in and try to return it and he completely refuses to talk to me or get a manager. Would not recommend the place, if you want to treated like garbage and be cursed at, then go for it.

The product itself was awesome, not intenst, but not weak. The heat was diabolical though and felt like I swallowed molten metal. I cant describe the agony lol! Not meant for the weak of heart. Btw, there is only one left! Go try it, if you dare!
