Mad Labs Vapor

Came in on the fourth of July and had never been there. Needed to find a new disposable vape but I tend to be pretty picky with flavors. She took like 10 minutes to go over the different brands and even look up what the flavors consisted of to make sure it didnt have the flavors I didnt like. Im not from Denton but in my town service like that is unheard of so I really appreciated it! Will definitely be back!

I live near here so I definitely come here more often than I visit other shops. Prices are great but I do wish they had a better reward system. I spend a lot of money there. But oh well, I still love this place.

I purchased a bottle of juice and when I got home I found that it tasted “off”. I looked on the bottle and saw that the juice was over two years old and had expired 2 months ago. I returned and was told I could get a “discount” on a new bottle. I don’t mind that they charge more than other vape shops in Denton if you give good customer service but this was just a slap in the face. Never again Mad Labs.

Best place for a quick buy when desperately need. Upmost positive staff with straight to the point answers for every question. Never have any trouble with my devices. Best place in Denton.

I want to share my experience at Mad Labs vapor Denton:The staff is absolutely amazing. I am not exaggerating in the slightest. Alecia was the one who helped me. She was extremely kind, and answered all of my questions with ease and a smile. She recommended a great product to me for a fair price. I talked about how good the reviews are with her and she said that it’s because she and her coworkers love their jobs and find great connections with the people who go shop at their store. After buying the product, I sat down at the chairs and let the sun fall over me. I’m used to most smoke shops being dark and uninviting, but this smoke shop is bright and uplifting. It felt like a place that I belonged. Thank you for the experience, it made a stressful day great.

It is really good and if your up for something new check it out. They do have different flavors but the strawberry kiwi is now my favorite.

My husband and I drove 20 minutes to MLV, because they were highly recommended, only to find them closed at 745pm. Their posted hours are 11am-8pm on Saturdays.

Another shop dying in the same locationUsed to come twice a week but i now go to a shop twice as far away.two staff members randomly charge 5-10 extra and pocket the difference. (and no your prices cant vary like that twice a week every week) The employees only seem to know the price ringing you up. its always fun to ask why they dont discuss prices on the phone. the dont want to get caught in a lie. you wont get an itemized receipt if asked and the kid with the dark hair is especially rude. more concerned playing on his broken laptop than working or even looking up when talking (cash buyers beware) all of this is a shame as the owner seems pretty involved, i hope its a case of incompetent employees but in any case you are better off at most other shops in denton. zebrahead is about 15 %cheaper anyway edit(harrasments and bribes wont bring the review down but nice try)

Bought a concentrate pen two days ago but when I got home the device was already broken. I was unable to get to the store until today just told be told they don’t replace devices after 24hrs bc of people scamming with disposable vapes . So if you go here to buy a device and it’s a POS Goodluck. I’d recommend anywhere else at this point. Mind you… my number is on file and my receipt was in their face.the pen has NOTHING to do with disposable vapes.

This place is wonderful. The gentlemen here will go out of their way to please their customers. If you have any questions at all they will make sure you know what youre getting into and help you with any concerns you may have. They have a wide variety of flavors and accessories for any type of customer. The selection varies from just starting out to building your own mod. They even have a table set up with tools and anything you would need to build your own mod, They sit with you and help you understand how everything works. Its refreshing seeing this type customer service. The icing on the cake was they support military and offer discounts for military personnel. Mad Labs Vapor is all around a wonderful vapor store and its an absolute must to visit here and browse their selection. If youre in the area definitely check them out, you wont be disappointed.

Went in for the first time today!!! Awesome customer service! They are so close to my house. Great liquid choices, and atmosphere. You don’t feel like you are doing anything illegal like in some of the vap shops. Owners mother was wonderful, I ended up buying more stuff as she showed me all the flavors. Made my first visit to Mad Labs tonight based on other reviews on google. Me and my wife are both still new to vaping. We were looking to pick up some new e-juice and the staff was very helpful and took there time making suggestions and providing as many bottles as we needed to make a decision. They were so helpful I even decided to get a new mod and gave me a great deal. They have made some new customers and we will be more than happy to make the 20 minutes trip out there because of the service.

Absolutely the beat vape shop I have ever been to! I stopped by yesterday for a new kit and I was amazed at the attention they give to clients! They have the best prices that I have seen anywhere. These guys are still getting going, but the service is friendly and the selection of juice is great. I havent bought any hardware yet but I am loving their Mountain Dew juice! They will mix juices to suit your needed strength of nicotine. Definitely check this place out!

Adam, Grant and the crew are awesome to hang around and are very knowledgeable. I had been to places like Artisan Vapor that have very high quality juices, but then I went to Mad Labs! Their juices are just as high quality if not higher. They mix their juices in house, and that is something I prefer. I also love Thick Cloud Thursdays because it is a great way to begin cloud chasing. I never thought that I would go back after quitting my job down the road from them, but I showed up for a TCT and I immediately remembered why I love that place- they are the best to just chill with and build with. Thanks guys!

Every time I come here to buy or re-supply the staff is always super friendly and ALWAYS willing to help you find what you need. I live here in Denton, and Mad Labs is the ONLY vape shop I attend in the area just simply because of the reasons I listed above. They have the best prices with even better service. Adam is great, he takes his time to get to know your personal needs. I never feel like he pressures me into things, which is great for a vape shop. He vapes on a tank but can build any sort of coil you need and install it for you. Great store, great owners.

I went into this place with a broken piece of glass. I bought a piece of garbage and the glass broke for the tank. No one had a replacement. I went in to buy a new Vape and they spent 5 minutes trying to find a replacement glass first. Then I explained how I dont make a lot of cash since I have started my life over and they did whatever​ it was going to take to help me. Nobody had to get screwed to make a buck. I wanted to give someone money and they wanted to help. Great combo.

Ive been Vaping for awhile and this is one of the best vape shops Ive ever been to, the staff are great and knowledgeable they are brilliant at mixing custom vape juice and the store has a good vape lounge environment. When i good in they will let me look at whatever mods, tanks, and RDAs Id like and they have a vast selection, also if you good in and ask they can modify vape juice to your specifications and if you want even mix them up custom i got a 6mg blue berry with abit of menthol and it was amazing. They also sell a variety of drinks and snacks too.

The Laboratory of Madness provided me with a phenomenal vapor experience. I was greeted with an elegant selection of the finest craft juices and devices. Tanya was immensely helpful and provided her vapor expertise. I will absolutely be returning to the Laboratory in the future for a true 5 star vapor experience.

My wife and I were completely lost when it came to getting into vape. We walked into the store and were greeted with a family like atmosphere very chilled and laid back but professional. We were actually under sold to save us some money until we figured out what product would work best for us. We asked plenty of dumb noob questions and they made us feel as I was talking to a friends that I could trust with my money. I cant say enough about how pleased I am with this location. It should be the golden standard to how all Buissness are ran. We only spent $50 last week but we found what we liked and now will be back in today to get a bigger better set up and from now on all my money is going to this shop.

Found this shop getting supplies for a friend in her neighborhood. Ever since, I drive the 15-20 minutes to get here, passing at least 6-8 other vape shops on the way.Mad Labs let customers choose exactly what blend, levels, flavors, etc that youre looking for, making you a custom juice sure to please.They are more than willing to chat with you about any questions you might have, as well as shooting the $h*+. This is my favorite vape shop in Texas and Ive been vaping for years, as soon as it came out, so Ive experienced my fair share of juices and shops.I really love the flavor of their juices here. Very tasty. Even the 2nd hand Vapor from my husband smells good, which is rare.

Very great experience. Drive 30 minutes just to get here. I highly recommend Bahama dew. It is the best juice they have, although all the juice is incredible here with low prices.

Tried to check a price on a tank before I drove all the way down to Mad Labs and the employee stated she couldnt give me a price because she doesnt know my age. Basically a BS excuse not to give me a price so you can not price check local places before you make a purchase. Every other location Ive called yet has quoted $50-70 which is 2-3x more expensive than online. These local joints are a rip-off, save your time and $ and purchase online.

This was my second trip up to Mad Labs Vape, and I must say I was not disappointed. I walked in with the intension of buying a Mechanical mod, and was immediately greeted by the cashier Adam. I explained to him that I wanted to go forth with my Vaping career, and he was more than willing to help me out. He pointed me in the right direction. After showing me a couple of his favorites, I eventually made my choice. He then took me over to the counter and explained that he was going to show me how to build my coils. He was very in-depth and was quick to answer any questions I had. I caught on quick and after he built one coil he had me build the second. He then added that if I ever wanted to just come and build, that I am welcome any time. This is a very welcoming shop that has a bright future in expanding. I called 6 other vape shops to ask for prices of coils.this is the only vape shop that said they cant give prices of the coils over phone because they cant verify my age.that is a flat out lie.Lost me as a costumer before i was even was one.Update: Im not buying it over the phone.I can call a gas station and ask the price of beer but i cant get a price of a coil.youre policy needs to change.A coil doesnt even have nicotine.
