Seriously the BEST shop I’ve been to! They not only have a killer selection, but are all about helping you choose what kind of juice you’re really going to love.

Prices are good and the selection is fantastic. Sometimes shipments are delayed so they dont have what I am looking for but hey, you just gotta roll with the punches with that. Staff is super friendly and willing to take the time to answer questions you have.

First of all, youve got to love these guys hours. I dont always get off of work at a normal hour so its nice theyre open later. I recently had my Aegis Legend give out on me and despite the fact it was late, they were open and gave me a great deal. I have never had anything less than a perfect experience here.

My visit to Artisan Vapor was a beautiful accident. I was actually looking for a cleaning supply when I thought Id check out the vapor shop to inquire about whether they sold it, seeing that its somewhat related to e-cig technology. To my dismay, they didnt have the product, however, Peter was quick to do a Google search on his phone that lead me to a place that had just what I was looking for.The beauty in my accidental stop came in the nature of the shop itself and the ambiance within. Peter was helping two customers when I walked in, but stopped to greet me and help me with my query. I could barely pay attention to Peter for taking in the exquisite set up in the vapor shop. This place is nice-to-the-max. Im not a big fan of Denton, but as Im discovering the different dives and nooks, I must say that this is one of the nicest places Ive come across thus far.Aside from the ambiance, the prices were fantastic! The service was top notch. Peter was a very accommodating fellow who seemed to have a great grasp on not only the vapors, but in great customer experience. Id highly recommend this vapor shop whether youre just stopping in to check out the digs, or looking for some great vapes at great prices!

Each time I go here (specifically for delta whatever products) the staff member is super helpful, kind, and has great suggestions for my budget. Will and Kevin are amazing. They’ve been helpful every step of the way from the beginning until now. Very knowledgeable on the product they are selling. I don’t go to any other vape shop ANYWHERE. Artisan is that good.

The people that work here are very helpful and let you try as many flavors as you want before you buy one with a new or sterile tip or mouthpiece. Its a great environment to hang out and converse with the staff or other people hanging out.

After reading most of the reviews on here, I think they must have paid for them. Store carries flavors available at most stores, and I like more of a variety. I went in to look for a new unit and the staff members are extremely unhelpful and have very little knowledge of their products and how to find a good fit for the customer. Perhaps more training is needed?

The first time I went to this shop, I was sold the wrong size glass for my ecig. It took the guy 30 minutes to find the right size and he broke 3 of them in the process. He was more concerned with being right than finding me what I needed. Treated me like I was an idiot and just all around horrible customer service. Thought Id give them another chance, went back and was sold the wrong size coils by the same guy (Im new to vaping and dont know all the lingo and the exact coil I need). When I came back into the store not even 5 minutes later, he didnt want to trade them for the right coils and had to call his boss. When his boss told him to trade them, he became angry and was extremely rude. He literally tossed the packet of coils and the top to my ecig at me across the counter. Never going back. The only reason I went in there is because my normal store was closed. Ill wait for them to open next time.

Ive been vaping for years now and have jumped back and forth between regular shops since the beginning. Im for sure gonna continue returning. The manager isnt only very knowledgeable, but incredibly talented. Keeping up with multiple customers, conversations, remembering his repeat customers as they walk in, keeping everyone engaged and entertained all at the same time. I didnt even mind spending an hour hanging out at the location. Highly recommend for veteran vapers and the smoker looking for their first vape.

I went in looking for a single coil for my baby beast only to be disappointed that they only sell full packs. Before I left however, I was asked by an associate named TJ if I wanted to sample some flavors. TJ was one of the most helpful and informative people Ive ever had the pleasure of encountering in any store, ever. He gave recommendations about flavors, tanks, mods and explained the differences between them as well as the how salt and free base nicotine impact the body. Employees like him made the place seem welcoming, inviting and exciting. This place is a gem and I will be returning... Hopefully TJ will be there!

I came in here the first time because it was the only place open on a Sunday night. I cant say enough great things about the Artisan Vapor Company location in Denton, TX. I have been a Marlboro red smoker for 37 years. Recently I have been wanting to get away from cigarettes but have no clue what vaping devices would be most effective for me. Prior to visiting Artisan Vapor in Denton I went to a couple of other places. I ended up buying the wrong product because I didnt have the right guidance or have anyone listen to my needs.
