The massage is okay. The towels are really rough. Normally massage places use sheets oppose to old towels. 85% of the massage was decent. The lady at the front desk asked me to pay before the service, said due to machine issues, which I thought was odd. She ran my card just fine in a matter of seconds. Typically you pay for services like this at the end, but I didn’t oppose. Then at the end of the service the lady at the front desk did not like my tip and asked for 18%. I was kind of appalled. Due to customer service alone, I would not return.

This was one of the best massages I have ever had. Lilly was amazing. I bought a Mothers Day gift card for my mom. The full-body massage included hot stones and focused on my affected areas. It was clean and the staff was very professional. I will be back very soon!

My husband and I had a couples massage, and it was so relaxing! He got a Swedish one, but I wanted a deep tissue one. We were both very happy! My therapist, David, has wonderfully strong hands! I highly recommend this place!

Very, very nice staff! Called and had a same-day appointment. I unfortunately showed up a little late due to traffic and they were very nice enough to move my timing and still give me an hour massage. The man on the phone was incredibly nice and my Earth & Heaven massage was so, so relaxing! 10/10 would recommend!!! :)

Called and got a same day appointment, basically a walk-in. Ben was doing my deep tissue massage and did absolutely amazing. Didn’t have to talk at all and it was very very relaxing. Will definitely be going back!! Thank you very much for a lovely time! 10/10

Massage was absolutely incredible. Staff very friendly and I wasnt pressured into leaving a tip. I got a hour full body massage and the masseuse was great. She hit all parts of my body and focused more on the areas I expressed in my consultation. The feet, head, scalp massage felt so good. Will definitely be back. Thinking about becoming a member.

I havent actually gotten a massage here but I did go check it out in person and it looks amazing! I wanted to do something nice for my absolutely amazing & perfect mother and this place has so many good reviews so after I saw it for myself I got my mom a full body massage for 1hr. I havent given it to her yet but I will on Wednesday since theres another part to this package Ive put together for her. The inside looks really cool and the 2 employees I talked to were extremely nice and very helpful. I really like the prices too, I only paid $65 for the 1hr full body massage and of course I included a tip so my mom wouldnt have to. And the 1st time I checked it out I didnt actually buy anything yet but still the lady was so nice and I felt so welcome and thats one of the reasons I went back to buy the gift certificate. I checked out a nearby salon ( not the one right next to the spa) and the second they realized I wasnt making a purchase yet they literally just ignored me after that and I was shocked to be honest but yeah nothing like that at the spa. I cant wait to hear from my mom how it goes and Ill definitely update my review once I hear. It really seems amazing though so I would definitely check it out but since I havent actually physically gotten a massage from there I cant tell you what the experience was like but I will absolutely go here with my husband soon hopefully. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oh man I cannot believe I haven’t tried the hot stone massage before, it was phenomenal! We booked a couple’s massage here, Lilly and Sunny did a great job! It was so relaxing and they really massage the entire body. I requested to work on my shoulders and it was so good, my shoulders are pretty stiff and there’s so much tension because of my desk job. I recommend this place 10/10!!! Will be back again for sure! I hope they keep the same quality over the years!

Always fast to get in without appt. They do great consistent work. As a mechanic I throw my back out frequently, so the full body massage and hot stones are my go-to. They always find and fix my knots and other problem areas best. Been coming here for years.

This was a birthday treat to myself, so I opted for the 90 minute massage. And it was divine. Full body, head to toe treatment. It was very relaxing and definitely worth another trip up here next time I need a massage. Also, very reasonably priced! And the staff was very respectful and kind. I loved every minute!

Just went there today, and I can confidently say that its the best massage in Denton! I originally just went in for a 30 minute massage, but I ended up having to fork over the extra money to do a full 60 minute session because I was enjoying it so much. Definitely go here if you want a professional asian massage.

We called and scheduled ahead of time for a couples massage and my boyfriend and I enjoyed it greatly. Room was simple , seems to have aromatherapy air lowlit with background ambiance music. The masseuses did a great job targeting the tension points.

The experience was ok. Yet, the odd thing at the end was the lady asking for me to tip her.She literally did not let me go until i paid her an extra 25 dollars. Apparently, everyone gives a 20% tip after. I thought tips are what I wanted to give not a requirement. Super awkward moment. Not going to this place ever again. You lost me here....

I learned that the green tea package gives you both the scrub and the massage. This is one of the things one would be glad they spent their money on. I will not spoil the experience for you. Just trust me and get yourself there. Its not my 1st time to go to a Korean Spa and if its going to be your 1st please get the body scrub. Its a clean facility in a quiet unlikely location. If you plan to keep going get the PASS package that allows you a discounted entry.

I have been here 3 times for my lower back tension, account my bone on bone knees. All three times the attention to working out my lower back has resulted in fewer chiropractor visits plus the extra time allows for a full body massage into total relaxation. Professional attentive and thorough not to mention reasonable price. Hot rocks applied melted every last knot I had. They may not have an education here state side but I do know they have some type of education by the way they could isolate my problem areas and melt them away.....

Terrible experience! When I arrived at the spa I was asked to pay in advance in which I didnt like or feel comfortable with but was like whatever. The lady shorted me on my change and was telling me that what I wanted was more than what it was. I had to show her their menu and the price that was taped right in front of her. I go back and tell her which massage I wanted and again she tried to tell me it was more money and different then what I scheduled so again I had to show her and her I guess manager the description of what I chose said. They acted like they had never seen their own menu before and proceededto say theyd do it for me this once as if they were doing me a favor by giving me what i ordered on their menu. I get to the actual massage and the vibe is cold and stale no music was playing super weird. I go to leave and the lady ask me for a tip and more tip. Shocked, I let her know that that was super rude and if I wanted to tip I would and that I tipped what I wanted to tip. She proceeded to try to argue and I walked out. She did not think $5 was enough and said she works for tips. She legit came outside to my car wanting money!!! I could not believe that lady was acting that desperate and aggressive. I will never go to any places like this again. Ever!

I was in need of a massage and found this spot. I got a hour body and 30min foot. The massage therapist was able to remove the pain I was feeling in my foot. They were friendly and the place was clean. I recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my experience at King Spa! The style of massage was different from the theraputic style I normally get. This was more based on Chinese medicine and reflexology, and definitely awesome. They asked me if I wanted it more gentle or more forceful - I asked for more forceful, and it was great. The leg/foot massage was fantastic, especially for my arthritis. The back and shoulder massage was also great - very intense, because she used some Thai techniques that are definitely more on the hard side - but it was just what I needed. I will definitely be back! I cant wait to check out their infrared sauna!

Masseuses used to do great quality job but after covid, i dont think the masseuse knows what he was doing. My body is aching all over and the massage really sucks. I didnt feel relaxed at all. They need to teach their staff the proper massage technique. Im gonna have to try other massage places.

I have visited King Spa multiple times. A couple of times were good, a couple of times were mediocre. The most recent time was Monday April 26th. My shoulders are usually very tense and cause tension headaches so I decided to go to King Spa since they usually have same day availability. When I arrived I asked the man at the front desk if they had any current Groupons to match as I was told in the past they would match the price. This makes sense since they don’t make much on a Groupon. The man told me no when I had just checked when I pulled up. There were in fact three different Groupon options. I did not argue it as I really needed a massage. He asked if I wanted full body and I said yes so he suggested the one hour custom massage. I agreed and paid the regular price of $65. He picked up the phone and I assume called someone in the back. A few moments later he showed me to a room and walked away. Usually a masseuse will come into the room and speak with you for a moment before leaving you to change. I sat there for a few minutes and the woman came in acting surprised that I had not changed. She did not speak English but only made gestures which I understood perfectly fine that I needed to change so she stepped out I changed and then she came back in to get started. The first thing she did was start at my back. She said something that sounded like “you work hard” which I assumed she felt the knots/tension in my back. She then laughed and clicked her tongue a few times. The massage started out mediocre. I tried telling her the muscles that wire sore or the correct spot when she would get to them but she did not understand me apparently. She would speak to me in her native language and I wouldn’t know how to respond. (I’ve had massages by many Asian people and all of them knew at least a few English words that would help them communicate basics such as Yes,no, good, etc) She starts rolling her forearm/ elbows up and down my back. A few times it would feel good and a few times it would hurt as she raked her arms across my spine. Most of the time she was in the correct spot but she did this same motion for approximately 30 minutes! By this time we are about 45 minutes in and she hasn’t touch anywhere except my back. I raised up and pointed at the muscle in my forearm. Again she started speaking to me in her native language and making a motion at her arm. I had no idea what she was trying to tell me or ask me. She repeated herself over and over and I have no idea how to respond. She finally laughed at me clicked her tongue some more and sat down and started rubbing lotion on my arm. It was literally no massage just rubbing her hand across my arm and hand with lotion. She then moved to the other side and did the same before patting my back and telling me gesturing done by pointing at the clock on the wall. Absolutely the WORST one hour massage I have ever received!!!I tipped her even though it was awful as everyone needs income...My back felt sore but not muscle sore. It felt bruised. Later n the evening it hurt even worse. Definitely a bruised feeling. It was sore to the touch and still is 4 days later. I’m so angry that I paid $65 for a one hour custom massage but nothing was custom due to lack of communication and now I’m bruised and more sore.Going there is a gamble if you’ll get good service or not!I honestly think a refund is due!

I felt quite unappreciated at the end of this visit. I find it seemingly rude to ask a customer to tip more. That is seemingly rude and just simply not how customer service is done. I gave a $15.00 tip and was asked to bump it to $20.00. Since this was a gift for my mother and grandmother, I simply agreed and kept it pushing. But what if I simply couldn’t do that? It’s irritating, and simply disrespectful to ask for more of a tip when it was already written off. I won’t be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else.

May was my masseuse. First time getting a Tibetan massage. BEST MASSAGE EVER. I got the combo: 35 minutes foot reflexology (foot massage) and 35 minutes back massage. Ive had back problems for over 2 decades, so you know Ive seen my fair share of chiropractors and masseuse (masseuses?). Im planning to go here regularly, and Ive never felt that way about any massage anywhere.

It wasnt the best massage Id ever gotten but it was a birthday present and the problem I have is they just didnt do an amazing job. I got the full body massage and it was supposed to be a three hour event. Apparently they had changed it to an hour ordeal not long before I had gotten there dont know if it was hours or days before but it was changed. So a full body message that was supposed to take 3 hours took 1 and the quality wasnt good at all. Five minutes on my legs five on my arms and maybe five on my head then the rest on my back. To me its not something Id ever really want again. Id spend the money to go to massage envy or another competitor.

The girl that runs the counter is really nice and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable. The room was clean. I love saunas and this one is not only a good deal but also a pleasant hassle free experience.

This spa needs to be investigated. Do not waste your time, and money.

I didn’t have a great experience at all . I had the male worker doing my full body massage, I asked for medium pressure and instead I got a hard pressure. I asked him to do soft pressure at that point and yet the pressure still didn’t change , I asked and my friend that was in the room asked as well for him to give me soft pressure because I was in pain and yet he didn’t change up. In total i asked him 4 times to lighten up.It was to the point to where I wanted to scream out it was sooooo painfully I was close to tears . My whole back is sore and I have actual bruises on my back . I went in to have a relaxing soothing message and left out barely able to move I am highly disappointed and upset and would not recommend this place based off of my experience!

Third day I call in a day earlier to reserve for a female masseuse, but instead they were going to move me to the other room but I insist on using the hot water so they agree and send a male masseur. This was honest to God the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Staff was so rude like above and beyond rude. No sort of communication. Anytime I tried to move the lady would hit me. It seriously felt like torture hour. When it was finally over the guy at the counter asked me how it was. I said it was terrible. And the lady masseuse started cursing at me in another language and stomping her foot and yelling like some crazy person. The guy was just like bye. Lol the absolute worst don’t waste your time or money.Omg just now the lady spit on my car trying to intimidate me no lie got it on video.

My wife and I love King Spa. Its close to our home, affordable (including a nice loyalty program), they do a very good job, and scheduling is a breeze. You may run into a slight potential language barrier, but the entire staff are kind and professional. Definitely worth a visit.

Not the worst but I have had better massages for the price we paid. I ask the guy to do lighter and he didnt. Wasnt expecting the hot towel slapped on my back or the slap on the bottom of my feet after doing my legs. Never had another massuse do that technique.

Perfect is all i can say. They were so nice and and gentle the deep tissue massage was great. Will be coming back every 2 weeks my fiance fell asleep and they just got started on his feet lol. It was wonderful and after we were greeted as we were leaving with water and a coupon. Definetly satisfied. 😇

My friend bought me a massage here I believe it was called Heaven and Earth.I have had back problems for a long time and after my appointment I literally purchased 5 of the massages on gift cards and gave them to my management team.I cant remember the last time my body didnt ache or hurt but I left there that day feeling like a new man.

I bought 4 groupons 2 were $49 each and 2 were $39 each. They were for the 70 minute spa package. I then called the spa and made a appointment for 2 1 hour messages. When my daughter and Fiancé showed up the lady told them she wouldn’t accept the groupons because she already had a earlier customer use one. She then said we needed to pay her extra $ if they wanted a message. So now I have 4 Groupon message vouchers that are worthless.

First time here and it was simply amazing. They were professional, pleasant, and thorough. Nice soft lighting, relaxing music, and nice a quiet. Except the clock in the room. Lol. But I would definitely recommend and I will be back.

I only rate a 3 because the staff were so darn friendly and apologetic about all of the mistakes/miscommunications during my visit (there were a lot). They were so nice, but the whole experience was really awkward. I likely wouldnt go back there for a massage.

This was really great. The Tibetan massage was different in a good way I definitely recommend hitting the infrared sauna after the massage where they have a tv and you can chill alone for a bit before getting back to life.

I was looking for a massage therapist. I needed it bad. I found king spa and I love this place. I used a Groupon for Tibetan full body and reflexology for only $44. Definitely gonna do membership for $55 full body once a month. Maybe even more. I had to drive after my 1.5hr session. My eyes were glazed over and I was light headed. I drove on auto pilot all the way back home. Fortunately, I live in Denton. LoL but if you can make my eyes glaze over, then youre working some magic. 😎 Nice job, king spa! 👑❤️

My masseuse was Lynn, the massage was ok but she was so preoccupied with the draping that she spent about the same amount of time rearranging the towel over me as she spent giving me the massage. I will definitely not be going back there.

I called ahead of time to ask if the jetted spas were open and they said yes. It wasnt until I had already paid that I was told that they were closed and only the naked area was available. I dont want to sit there, I wanted to sit in the jetted spa areas to help my muscle aches. Very unhappy.

This is a good place to get a massage if u tell them to concentrate on a certain area they will do what you asked them to do. We enjoyed it and we will surely be back!!!!!!

Great massages that arent cookie-cutter methods used by your normal massage chain. They have skill and use it. Pricing in line with other places, but techniques here are above other places Ive been.

I booked the reflexology 60 minute massage. Basically received a foot rub with vaseline. He never once focused on pressure points, just rubbed up.and down. I should have just spent the money at my nail salon and got my typical deluxe pedicure.
