Huge selection, great people, good prices. This is easily the best vape store in Denton, and the only one I bother with one. Sometimes a vape store can be intimidating or have kinda odd people staffing it that make you uncomfortable, but Bombay has always been welcoming and inviting - they offer the perfect amount of customer service. Highly recommend.

BEST vape shop around. They are honest and will replace malfunctioning vapes with no problem (with proof of purchase and they can use the card you paid with). Other shops around here will screw you over.

They are always in stock with what I need and that means a lot because I’m picky. Also they send your products to you. I moved an hour away and rather than drive I just order online now. Their response to requests for a refund of a broken vape that I got was non existent though. It was upsetting as it costs $50. I don’t like wasting money. I earn it and should get a working product.

I absolutely love the staff here! When I first started looking into HHC products, there were so many other places that I stopped at and would ask questions and the employees would be so notably annoyed that I was asking for their help or input. My brother told me I should check out Bombay Vapor, so I did. From the moment I walked in they were super nice and attentive without being overbearing; very informative and not at all annoyed to help. The crew is always smiling or carrying on some sort of conversation with one another and the patrons, its an all around cool place with great price and a chill vibe! I definitely suggest you check them out!

Love these guys! Store is tidy and well stocked. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve noticed staff elsewhere, while being as knowledgeable, lack the friendliness and enthusiasm to find what works best for me and can even be standoffish or judgy when I ask for something that they don’t use or view as inferior for whatever reason. I digress... great selection, cool people, fair pricing, won’t shop anywhere else.

Ive always received solid customer service from these guys. I come in never knowing exactly what I want, but the guys here always seem to steer me in the right direction. Ive never had a bad experience, the juice selections are great compared to other shops in the area and beyond, and the loyalty program is pretty sweet. Also, being able to lounge and watch TV while Im tinkering with my mod is always a plus. Highly recommend.

Chaz is a great dude with a very slow jeep, but don’t let that deter you. He has awesome products and is the reason this has been my store of choice for over 7 years now.I have since moved away , but anytime I’m in town make sure to stop by and grab something’s and say hi.

They are fast and efficient. Their establishment is right next to my apartment. So yes!!! I can walk there. Thumbs up for all of them. The prices are fair. Good selection, but upon looking at the product I bought online, I noticed I had been up-charged 450% more than the online price. I was charged $24 for a 30ml bottle of a juice I can order online for $12.99 for a 60 ml bottle. Sad to be given little choice but to not support local business if they can’t be remotely competitive.

My first visit here my normal vape shop didnt have the coils for my outdated tank so I stopped in at Bombay. They had a ton of them, said they havent moved them in a while and gave me a box for free.On my second visit the staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended some great juice, and I was in and out quick.Would recommend to anyone.

I came in and asked for the wrong coils, very confidently I should add. I realized my mistake and went back in knowing probably no returns ready to buy the right coils and Nicole helped me make it right. Originally bought a smok baby v8 a month ago used it very little charged it maybe 5 or 6 times then it stopped charging would charge for about 10 seconds and stop I called and asked if they could help me out being as I live pretty far away about an hour drive and they said they would get me taken care of when I arrived I was told there was little they could do for me and I would need to purchase another product now that wouldnt have been as big of a deal if they would have told me that over the phone and not wasted my time I know its not the employees fault but I feel like the situation could have been handled over the phone if that was the case I wouldve just liked to have my vape fixed or figured something out instead that was not the case sadly

I come here for all my vaping needs. My first time in the guy who helped me was super accommodating; I tried at least 10 juices before I got one and they didnt act annoyed at all (like a lot of vape shops do). Great selection of primo juices and hardware, and great discounts!

Very nice facility with helpful employee, I just only go there to buy atomizers because Ive bought their liquid about 6 times and every time it was very, very harsh! I tried 6mg and 3mg and it was unbearable! Their liquid also usually doesnt taate how it smells.
