It is a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful time. Very nice and warm swimming pool with, a covered private hot tub. free breakfastinfrared saunas, Moroccan mint tea anytime,24-hour pools, Casablanca lounge, fire pits at night ... just makes you feel at home. i was sad to leave but always enjoy my staying there. I will not book anywhere else.
El Morocco Inn and Spa Resort is an oasis of luxury and relaxation nestled in the heart of tranquility. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The mineral hot springs offered a rejuvenating experience, soothing both body and soul with their therapeutic waters. What truly sets El Morocco apart is their unparalleled service - prompt, attentive, and always with a smile. Whether I needed assistance with reservations or recommendations for local attractions, the staff was there to ensure every need was met promptly and with care. The Moroccan-themed rooms and exteriors are simply breathtaking. Each detail is meticulously crafted, transporting guests to a world of exotic elegance. From the intricate tile work to the plush furnishings, every aspect of the resort reflects the beauty and charm of Moroccan culture.Overall, my experience at El Morocco Spa and Resort surpassed all expectations. Its a haven for those seeking relaxation, indulgence, and a touch of Moroccan magic. I cant wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
This place is truly magical. The vibez are amazing. The decor, the comfort level of everything, the amenities. Youre staying at an inn with other guests but it feels so perfectly private. I achieved such a high level of relaxation. I cant wait to go back.
We absolutely loved our stay at El Morocco Inn. A very charming and tranquil get away, that definitely felt like we were transported to another time and place. We were fortunate enough to be one of only two parties staying at the resort, and since we never saw the other guests, it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. It was magical. From the mineral pool, hot tub, saunas, outdoor showers, and hospitality cats, this place was a true oasis.
My wife and I always enjoy our experience here. This is our third time. The atmosphere is wonderful. On the staff is very nice. The rooms are a comfortable and fun experience, and the hot water wading pool is fantastic.
Our day at the El Morocco Inn and Spa Resort was an absolute oasis in the desert, and it left our family in awe. From the moment we arrived, we were transported to a tranquil Moroccan paradise right in the heart of Palm Desert. The resorts attention to detail in its Moroccan-inspired decor and architecture is truly remarkable, creating an immersive experience that makes you feel like youve been transported to Morocco itself. The amenities at this resort are nothing short of spectacular. We spent our day enjoying multiple saunas, lounging by the beautiful pool, and relaxing in the hot tub pool. The lush garden surrounding the resort added to the serene atmosphere. The highlight of our visit, however, was the massage. Its safe to say that the massages we received at El Morocco Inn and Spa were the best weve ever experienced, leaving us feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. What makes this place even more special is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. We had the pleasure of meeting Debbie, who embodies the warmth and hospitality of this charming Moroccan retreat. She was not only kind and friendly but also added a touch of humor to our experience, making us feel right at home.El Morocco Inn and Spa Resort is a hidden gem in Palm Desert, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, cultural immersion, and top-notch service. We left with unforgettable memories and a strong desire to return for another escape into this desert oasis.
This place was OMG beautiful! Youre transported to a different time and place the moment you walk in. The pool saunas and pool sized jacuzzi are truly worth the visit the decor gardens wont disappoint. I only wished we made the time to sit next to the fireplace and watch Casablanca or any of the movies in the well balanced collection. Rooms were spacious clean and the bed was too comfy to described. I was also able to login to work email cause the internet connecting was that good (maybe that wasnt a highlight to me per se)Bruno the cat is always around for some pets and he has a few friendly but shy fur buddies that arent too far behind. Our host Robert was genuinely sweet and a joy to speak with the little we did chat.Absolutely planning another weekend there hopefully sooner than later. ❤️ I truly feel in love with this spot.
Wonderful independent spot with excellent value for your money. Nice and quiet, cute decor and grounds. They needed the room turned over but invited us to enjoy the facilities until 2pm so we didnt have to rush. Im picky about my spa treatments and Rebeccas Moroccan melt treatment was heavenly! Would love to see a gluten free & non-dairy option for breakfast and cozier bed/warmer blankets in winter. We turned on the heat but were still a bit chilly. Service was pleasant and there are lots of cozy spots to lounge by the pool. Would absolutely visit here again
Love that the mineral water runs throughout the hotel. That they have to cool the water down to utilize it in the hot tub and pool. Staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms were so cute. During our stay we stayed in 2 different rooms, both super cute. The Morocco Mint Lemonade was so very good and having cooled mineral water was nice. I had a spa treatment Moroccan Clay and the oil in the hair.....I would definitely do that again and stay there again. ❤I cleanse negative energies and this place has a good vibe.
Visited El Morocco Inn on Labor Day weekend to unwind and spend sometime with a friend. Was greeted by Robert who was very friendly. There were friendly cats around. The vibe was very serene. We used the main pool and the Tony Sauna. There was a small gazebo bed at the back where you can chill and unwind and take in the pure desert breeze. I’m from Jamaica, and this was my first experience in the desert. And wow, I really liked it. The sights from our balcony was beautiful, the mountains in the back drop with Mother Nature posing for endless selfies. I loved the Moroccan look, the decor, the furniture, the lights, the beds. I felt I was teleported back in Time, on our blessed African continent. The room was good, there was a tv which we didn’t use. The bathroom was small but it has a shower in which a couple can comfortably shower each other together. The hot pool is available 24/7, as well as the main pool. We found ourselves dipping from hot to cold pool which was very refreshing. We met some very interesting people from diverse cultural backgrounds and everyone was very friendly. I look forward to returning.
Wonderful weekend. Fresh coffee and tea and hot springs soaking 24/7. Only improvement would be more comfortable beds maybe just a layer of memory foam. Thank you for a sweet weekend getaway in a cute boutique hotel. We will be back.
We havent even checked in yet, and their customer services are horrible. Sadly, it is too late to cancel our reservation.Update: Management from this place called me at 7:49pm today 10/16 to ask me to cancel my reservation due to the previous review. They canceled my reservation at 4:38pm today 10/16, but the manager or owner not sure who called at 7:49pm and ask me to cancel??? Can someone explain this??? Also, when I was calling them back, after our last call at 7:49pm, they started to ignore my calls. The manager Robert raised his voice at me and everyone was very rude. If you cannot receive negative reviews in regards of your business, then do not run one. This place has no management nor customer skills, and it is obvious that they take everything personal, I do not know how this place has good reviews. However, I called Expedia (because we booked through them) and they were able to help me change my reservation to another resort.
A magical place ✨ the Inn is the private movie set to the “World premiere” of your relaxation & falling in love again… whether it will be with your significant other or your renewed peaceful self. The mineral pool & gigantic hot tub as well as the fantastic spa treatments combined in the cool setting will do the trick without a doubt. Their prices are never “stressful” (especially comparing to more snobby Palm Springs a few mn away) as well and their spacious rooms are super clean with great beddings. One of my favorite place (obviously) and the absolute go-to whenever life permits. I’m a super fan 🕶️
A perfect location for those who want to find a tranquil place with a good hot springs pool and spa. You receive a very personalized introduction to the property and they enforce a set of rules that ensure that you will find peace and quiet. The continental breakfast is constrained by the rules of the pandemic but is nonetheless tasty and fresh and filling. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Fresh coffee, water, lemonade and tea available 24 hours for free. Very lovely authentic Moroccan lamps and decorations throughout the property. Already planning our next stay at the property later this winter.
If your not young and pretty dont waste your time applying for massage therapist even with 18 years experience and 20 years experienced the second time. Had me come in for interview then tell me they arent hiring and again just posted opening when I applied the next morning had A message they werent hiring no way they someone same day.
This place is an amazing gem. The ambiance is soothing and calm, the decor is beautiful, and the amenities are carefully chosen, details, and delightful. The mineral bath is indoor and kept at 104° F, while the larger pool is kept in the 97° range, making it incredibly comfortable day or night. There is a house blend lemonade always available and chilled, and individual French presses of various strengths of coffee always available. Breakfast is simple, but lovely.Even the library is gorgeous, with Casablanca continually playing and a wide assortment of DVDs to use in the rooms. Out back, there are saunas, a huge Chess board, and several private hammocks and day beds.Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not regret it.
Amazingly relaxing space! Great soaking pools. Quiet and peaceful. Debbie and Robert were so attentive and helpful!!
My boyfriend and I took a mini vacay and decided to come to this spa/ hotel. The massages were amazing we got the Moroccan rain massage. It was fairly priced and relaxing. The indoor hot tub was huge and I loved the decorations and hotel theme. The pool was relaxing and it was nice it was open 24/7. We went for a midnight dip. They also have a dry sauna that you can use which felt really nice and relaxing. It seems like a spiritual place. They have an outdoor garden as well where you can smoke/ vape and just hangout. We played chest on the giant chest board. The room we stayed in was pretty nice too. Again I loved the ambiance. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to a resort with some real character. It’s different from any place I’ve been. Also the breakfast and Fresh French press coffee was pretty good.
We are home in cold NYC but are still fantasizing about how lovely our stay was at El Morocco. I’m so glad we found this gem in the middle of the desert. The second we walked through the wooden door we were instantly transported to an oasis. The hot springs on the property gave us no option but to relax, something both my partner and I desperately needed. We still are feeling the affects of the healing mineral waters. The 24 hour access to all the amenities as well as the lemonade and French press coffee was a lovely perk. We had a couple of early mornings being on east coast time, so the coffee bar was very much appreciated and saved us a lot of time andmoney. We especially loved utilizing the steam sauna in the spa garden, which we were able to get up to 190 degrees, just how the Scandinavian’s do it! We did a couples Pasha’s Pleasure massage with Rebecca and Maria who gave us, hands down, the best massage of our lives.Ozzy, Deborah and Robert worked non stop during operating hours and went out of their way to make sure we were having the most relaxing time possible, while still leaving us space to have an intimate experience. I’m guessing we were there on one of the busier weekends, but we were still able to enjoy the amenities in private as it’s not a very big property and our fellow guests were respectful and soaking it all in, just like us.Also worth mentioning that the 24 hour loop of Casablanca is a total vibe. Just good vibes all around. We can’t wait to go back. It might just have to be a yearly tradition for us. The relaxation we achieved is going to get us through the rest of NYC winter. If you’re looking for a unique hot springs experience that is a real bang for your buck, look no further.
Facilities were very nice, great pools, great saunas, and we had fun playing giant chess. My gripes with this place is the service was not so good. They ran out of tea bags in the morning and I had to walk around for 10 minutes to find someone who could fill the tea station. I asked if they could bring more out and for some reason it was a hassle, but they eventually brought more after I told them I cant have caffeine, which I shouldnt even have to explain in the first place. Then the breakfast was just awful. It was lower quality than the breakfast at a cheap motel. I wish the food and the service were better. There was also a smell of cat urine here and there, and overnight, they sprayed our towels that we hung on the banister to dry.
What drew us to the El Morroco Inn is we were looking to escape to a kid free quiet space to rejuvenate. We entered this quaint inn in the evening and were transported into a different world. If you are looking for a staycation adventure here in So Cal, this is your destination. If you are looking for modern day first world amenities, this may not be the place for you.The Good: The theme, decor and overall energy of the space made for a relaxing vacation in what felt like a different country. There are rugs on the stairs and upper level walkway; bistro tables and chairs outside of every room and fun little outdoor furnishings to lounge and relax on. TV and internet worked great. We did bring our Chromecast from home. Loved the texture and metallic paint in the rooms, made for an authentic feel.Areas of improvement:The mattress is a traditional spring mattress, one you would find at a Best Western or Holiday Inn in the late 1990s. It is time for an upgrade, or at least add memory foam mattress toppers for us old folks with bad backs. Bath robes were old and in need of replacement. Recommend a change to bath care products, either procuring them directly from Morroco or utilizing a Moroccan theme theme product for all hair and body types. The welcome in our room was a nice touch. We liked the book with a list of various activities to do in the area. Also recommend USB charging ports. While I understand we are being taken back into a 3rd world country, we are still 1st world inhabitants in need of charging our cellphones and smart watches. The roof top on the upper level would be a great place to pace potted tropical plants often seen in Morroco. While it is moderately sloped, this can be easily remedied with a simple platform to add shrubsThe structure is old and in need of some capital improvements, however this did make for a more authentic adventure vibe. Pool and spa surfaces are spalling and due for resurfacing, linens and cushions on courtyard furniture are faded, lost shape and due for replacement. There was also cracked and crumbling plaster on building fascia, deteriorating stained glass on outdoor lamps both in need of repair. There are cats on the property which isnt a problem, just be mindful if you have a severe cat allergy these felines may be laying on the outdoor furniture. Also, they are fed onsite and their dishes arent picked up timely resulting in an accumulation of flys. I would relocate the feeding of these critters to an area away from guests. Also add a litterbox away from guests so the cats can use vs finding areas to go throughout the property.Continental breakfast offering is minimal but satisfying if you select well. I liked the idea of the individual bags for each room. I would recommend reconfiguring the options for guests, adding some Moroccan breakfast offerings such as typical Moroccan bread, cheese, meat and fruit. If you are going to go American, at least give an option for toppings for the oatmeal, add some berries, raisins, granola, brown sugar, nut butter, etc. Humphrey Bogart Tea was more lemonade than tea, would have liked a better balance with less sweetness here. Loved the frenched press coffee.Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were nice and it was great to be able to use them 24 hours. The advertising mentions the pool and jacuzzi are filled with hot spring water, but there wasnt much advertising related to this on site. There is also cold drinking water available in the dining area, again unclear if that water was from the hot spring or not. Still wondering if the entire water supply is hot spring water cooled by cold spring water or standard city water...? A little education on the hot spring component would make for a helpful add.All in all we had a wonderful relaxing stay and would like to see this property update a bit to keep the theme going for generations to come.Overa
The neighborhood is very very rough. If you werent in the middle of the Moroccan oasis you would feel very worried about where youre staying. The staff is amazing and I highly recommend the Marrakesh massage.
My husband and I just stayed at El Morocco Inn for our anniversary and it was above and beyond our expectations! It was like walking into another world. The owner was very friendly and made us feel right at home, very welcoming! All the staff was so kind and helpful. We had massages done and they were so relaxing! The mineral waters were hard to leave but when we did we left feeling very refreshed and healed. We will definitely be back and recommend to everyone coming to the area!
We went for a spa day with the winds howling and temps in the 70s we worried it would be too cold and windy. The courtyard blocked the wind and the sun warmed things up! We thoroughly enjoyed our day with soaks in the hot springs, swimming and sunning. We also had a couples Rainwater massage which was very nice! Dont let the winds keep you away! It was quiet and peaceful and Robert the host on duty was awesome, answering all our questions and making sure we had s great day.
GO HERE IMMEDIATELY! I really didnt want to leave a review bc I want this place to stay secluded but all the great people at El Morocco deserve to be recognized. We did a day at the spa and had great massages, bottle of champagne and an amazing stay by the pool. If you purchase a massage you get to hang out for the day, definitely worth it! Best hot springs pool in town. Later in our trip we had to stay the night the just to see the rooms as well. AMAZING! I love this place and will certainly be back. Thanks Ozzie and Robert!
Went for a Spa Day and the place was Excellent! Great Massage, Excellent Pool, Even Better Hot Tub, and a Tranquil Environment! Great Staff I Will Definitely be Booking a Weekend Stay at El Morocco Soon!
This is the spa to head to if you are looking for a tranquil retreat. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and spare blanket in the closet. Our room was cozy and spacious with a small kitchenette and bistro seating along with two chaise lounges. Many personal touches to make our stay idyllic, such as a small table top fan, a make-up towel, motion activated shower light, soft thematic music in the pool area, wine opener in room, fresh mint/lemonade and French press coffee 24 hours a day. Tons of attention to detail in the room decor such as a brass monkey lamp finial and tiny hand door knocker. Lets not forget the plush complimentary robes to wander from room to spa 24 hours a day, yes the pool and spa never close! I counted 39 chairs/loungers/daybeds around the pool, no one will ever need to head to the pool early to grab a chair. Plus the lovely garden area with another dozen or two seats including a huge day bed and three shady hammocks! The hot mineral water spa is in a covered room and both the pool and spa were clean and well maintained. Guest have access to a cozy firepit by the pool too. The Morocco Inn does a wonderful job of transporting you from a crazy hectic world into a garden of serenity. The host Robert was gracious, welcoming and capable. He answered my questions on the history of the inn and even went so far as to recommend preferred dinning options and outstanding spa treatments for future visits. He is definitely an asset to the El Morocco Inn and Spa!
Spent a relaxing ladies’ birthday afternoon at the spa and was immediately transported to heaven. The grounds are beautiful and well kept with cute touches of Moroccan flair. We appreciated the refreshing drinks and cool oasis of the well decorated lounge, hot springs spa and garden areas. The massages, however, were the absolute highlight. Very clean and safe with Covid protocols and a soothing atmosphere. The staff were caring and professional throughout.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a a little retreat and day of pampering!
We stayed here for Coachella and were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay very much. They even prepared a care package that included tissues, band-aids, water bottles, bandanas, sunscreen, lip balm —perfect for Coachella! We used all of these things and they came in very handy. It was such a nice touch. Our room was very clean and they had everything we needed and more. This place was very fairly priced as other places near this area was double (and more) the price due to Coachella. At first, I worried since this is a privately owned place and I couldn’t see it on other big websites. Nevertheless, it couldn’t have been a better experience for us. They also provide free breakfast, water, and parking right in front of the building. The staff was very sweet as well. I wish we had time to actually enjoy everything the place had to offer. It was nice to come back after a long day to a comfortable and clean room.Thank you for having us El Morocco Inn and Spa!
Terrible place to stay at in general! All around bad experience from the rooms too even how they treat their staff that work there. My girlfriend who was just fired from their because of her race is now being told by the owner himself that she won’t get the rest of her pay from when she worked their, the same day as California law is required!!!Even then they continued to hang up in her face when she would call and try to explain the California law!!Very rude and just inhumane experience
The El Morocco Inn and Spa has a nice website and appears to have good reviews, but dont believe what you see or read. This property is using the Moroccan theme to hide many, many, many sins. The multiple carpets strewn about the property hide the desperate need for the floors to be repaired. The yards of fabric hide the desperate need for repairs to the ceilings and the walls. The bathrooms are painted in a dark purple that makes the rooms so dark, and there are no lighting fixtures to compensate for it. If you need to shave your legs in the shower--good luck! We had to drag a lamp from the room into the bathroom and remove the shade to try to cast some light into the shower stall. The rooms I booked (3 of them) all had a smell to them that was hard to decipher. One wreaked of what smelled like cat urine. The Casablanca room, a public area for guests shows Casablanca on loop. This was fun and very entertaining, but the movie skips at a crucial point in the plot. You cant help but get dragged into the movie as it is the only room in the public guest area that shields you from the cold on those frigid desert nights. In this same room during the inclusive breakfast there was a smoke detector that beeped for over 2 hours before anyone did anything about it. If you opt to get a spa treatment while you are at the property one of the treatment rooms also wreaks of what smells like cat urine, and the massage tables used for our services (3 of them) all need to be replaced. The very large hot tub was slimy and had a funny smell beyond that of the mineral water. You could visibly see the silt at the bottom of the spa and there was a foam of gross dark bubbles lurking about it. The sauna had so many gaps in the doors that at most the room temperature was tepid. Maybe in its inception this property was amazing, but now it is so tired, and in need of repair they should start over. It most definitely does not merit the star ratings it is getting nor the price it charges for its rooms.
We absolutely loved it here. There are few enough rooms that the pool, hot tub, and garden all feel very private and quiet. We were there in April 2021 and they were very good about following COVID protocols, which we really appreciated. We especially enjoyed the unlimited supply of fresh French press coffee, the DVD rental area, and the naturally warm pool water. Breakfast in the morning was also a great touch, though it was served just a bit later than we would have preferred (9-9:30ish) so plan for that.
We stayed here for two nights. I really don’t know how this many people rated this place 5 stars. Objectively speaking, the spa lady was awesome, and the guy who welcomed us was very friendly. BUT, the whole facility is very old and the staff was very perfunctory when we checked out. Our shower didn’t work. The cold valve was jammed and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. They didn’t offer any compensation or effort to solve the problem. The guy at front desk was just busy charging us and getting us out without even one apology. I don’t think this experience worth $800 when you cannot even take a good hot shower in a spa resort. Besides, the carpets all look old and dirty, there are foams that look dirty in their pools and the room is kind of small and stuffy without much table space for putting down our stuff.
TRAVEL AGENT REVIEW:This little hotel was amazing WHEN the brothers ran it. The first time I was a guest was about 6 years ago and it was amazing! I have visited at least once a year since then. The 2 brothers who owned and ran the place was fantastic. They shared stories of their travels to Morocco and all the pieces they brought to the hotel. Every antique had a story. I had the best time every time until last month. That’s why It took me this long to gather the right words. That’s not the case now. The management company is all about corporate. They will shhhhh you in front of the all the guests. They will make you move if your room is by the spa. They sell day passes for the spa just to make money and intrude on the guests who actually paid to stay at this run down “MOTEL” the carpets are old and moldy, the staff is rude and un accommodating, the breakfast came out of a vending machine and overall is not worth the price. Literally cinnamon rolls in plastic. How hard is Pillsbury rolls in a toaster oven…I used to LOVE this hotel when the bothers would tell all their stories and make sure you were enjoying the stay.No more individual room/suite (the sultan suite) names, no more Morocco martinis, no more family run hotel.I suggest finding another place where you aren’t shushed in front of all the other guests. EMBARRASSING AND INAPPROPRIATE. Made to feel unwanted. The “mineral pool” and “jacuzzi” is filled with algae and slime. No chairs and loungers since they sell day passes to the mouchers. Better get outside at 6AM to hold one of the 6 chase loungers.I had the “suite” with private entry. They couldn’t even rotate the carpet in the entry to hide the fact they don’t clean. All it takes is a little love for the place you run to make it look nice. A broom works wonders. As an adult to be shushed in front of all the guests is embarrassing and NOT how hospitality is expected.I have a degree in hospitality management and been a travel agent for 20 years.Feel free to contact me. I’m honest and blunt.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A MORE APPRECIATIVE HOTEL.
This place is a gem!! So adorable and very nice staff. I had a deep tissue massage and it was heavenly.Started 3 nights... We climbed all day in Joshua Tree, would get dinner in Palm Springs (very few dining options in DHS) and then spend the evening lounging at on premise mineral spa drinking the AMAZING Moroccan mint tea and lemonade 🤩🤩
We bought a day pass and it was so worth it. Absolutely delicious mint lemonade and decadent warm spring pools (2) with plenty of places to chill, inside and outside. They dont allow coolers but we brought our food and put it in the very clean fridges. We had a perfect day thanks to the hard working staff.
Overall it was a nice stay, but the building is a bit old and the shower in our room was hardly functional (the cold water valve was jammed upon arrival and the temperature fluctuated wildly), which to us is a inexcusable for a spa resort. Unfortunately in our eyes the staff did not make an adequate effort to rectify this issue, basically just telling us to make due and offering a weak excuse about not being able to find a plumber at this time of year, and not even offering us a sincere apology. For this reason I can’t recommend staying overnight at El Morocco, even if the day spa services are still worthwhile.
As walking in to this place I realized there is a very positive relaxing vibe. Along with very helpful staff and amazing services the deep tissue massage I was given was nothing short of amazing, as well as the continental breakfast. The hot springs mineral water was to die for after soaking and taking in all the benefits from that and the infrared saunas I felt amazing. Oh and definitely recommend the out door rain shower to get the full experience. I could not believe the feeling after walking out of that place it was so hard to leave I wanted to stay another month!! Will definitely be coming back to relieve some stress ASAP!
Staff is excellent from check-in to check-out. They are friendly and alway at your service but never in your way. (They just appear when you want something!) A wonderful place for rest and relaxation. Meditation garden is exceptional. Spring fed pool and spa are sparkling and offer the healing waters the area is known for.Spa services can’t be missed. Whatever spa treatment you have will be beyond luxurious with exotic oils and atmosphere.Overall, you will feel as though you have been transported to Morocco the moment you arrive and you will not want to leave.
This place is amazing. We’re supposed to be touring around the area but we’ve been so comfortable by the pool and gardens it’s hard to leave. The staff—including Robert—are caring and helpful. The attention to detail and furnishings are beautiful and you are not crowded with the other visitors at all (at least during the middle of the week.) I’d like to return soon as I can.
I love this place and have been a repeat customer for years. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of Desert Hot Springs. Don’t go here expecting a loud, spring break crowd. El morocco is a small, adults only destination that is known for its hot spring pools and its serene, quiet location. It is a very special place, and the staff is wonderful.
I am leaving a review because I wish someone did for me. I wish I knew the stuff Im about to say in advance. Firstly, the people that work there are really nice and helpful. We left one night early because we dont like the other stuff. I really wanted to like it alot but the place is old and smells like mold in several areas. The jacuzzi area smells like really old wet towels and the rooms most of them smell really stale, none of the rooms have windows that open except for a tiny 5 inch tiny one in the bathroom. Otherwise its cute. The people are really nice and its kinda peaceful and quiet. By the way the fire pit smells a little bit like there is a gas leak.
We loved staying at El Morocco! It was the perfect place to rest up after a fun but tiring trip through Joshua Tree, and the hot pools felt so nice. The staff was very accommodating, and we appreciated the free cookies, sherry(!) and delicious Humphrey Bogarts (lemonade x mint tea). Easy walking to restaurants and a great massage. Plus incredibly soft sheets!
This was a little bit of a hidden gem for us!The prices for their spa day treatments are a little steep, but my friend and I really enjoyed them and highly recommend the splurge. The practitioners we got were equal parts caring and professional, really a joy to work with. If you go for a treatment, come early and enjoy the hot springs. The water is lovely, and the facility wasnt over packed with tourists.
I enjoyed my stay so much that there is a part of me that does NOT want to share this HIDDEN GEM for fear that it will change to accommodate the different lifestyles or needs of other travelers. It is a very ZEN boutique hotel with 13 rooms where no children or pets are allowed. DEFINITELY a place to relax and rejuvenate. The entrance to the hotel is very modest and unassuming, as matter fact we almost drive right past it thinking it was another home in the area. Upon entering (you must ring bell to enter), you are immediately whisked away to a different place and culture. There is simplicity but at same time, an energy and vibrancy, a feeling of being home. You can relax in the Casablanca room (check out the library of movies), lounge by the pool or enjoy some time in the spa garden, which has a life size chess board and a sauna. You can enjoy the Bogart Lemonade (a fantastic blend of mint tea and lemonade) or hydrate on their own blend of water. Take a sauna, get a massage or sit in the jacuzzi. You will become immersed in the experience through a blend of texture, color and attention to detail! There are flowing sheer purple and brocade fabric curtains, tassels, hanging lanterns, a beautiful spa garden, hammocks, comfortable lounge chairs - a fireplace and MORE! Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The hotel does not use standard coded cards for entry. They use old school keys (one for front door and one to your room). There is no smoking in the room, but you may do so in the garden area. Additionally, there is a continental breakfast (including French Press) and happy hour from 5-6 serving specialty drink of juices and sake. You will NOT want to leave here. The service is excellent, it is quiet, peaceful and very ZEN. I look forward to my next visit.
Mixed feelings about this place. Our first visit was phenomenal last fall, though the spa services were not available at that time. We never really go to the same place twice, so coming back to this one says something. The atmosphere is a solid 10/10, even if its starting to show significant wear to it. The Moroccan theming is beautiful and the amenities are quite nice. However, during our second visit, there were a few issues. The minor things were that when we first got in the room smelled very musty and was not very clean (there was debris on the floor, including a twizzler). The main thing that was disappointing was the spa service and how they handled it. My masseuse did a great job, but my partners was quite the opposite. Towards the last half of our massage, she started breathing VERY heavily, and it almost sounded like she was on the verge of a major health problem. She kept passing out in the middle of the service, and my partner would have to shake her legs to wake her up before she would continue. The whole reason we came here in the first place was to relax. We both have high anxiety, my partner moreso than I. She was having a panic attack worrying that her masseuse was going to die on top of her. After the session, we needed to go elsewhere just so she could reset, and it took a good deal of time to do so. Were not ones to complain or judge someone on how they are, and we feel very sorry about that womans health and hope she gets better. Regardless of that, however, she was physically unfit to perform her job.But the thing that really bothered be is how dismissive the staff was. When we brought this up to the fellow at the front desk, he merely said Oh shes just fat, nothing to worry about. Didnt apologize or offer any compensation. I really think I shouldve fought harder not to pay for the service. I tried to bring it up at checkout but he was pretty quick to thanks, come again. It was obvious he was actively avoiding us for it.I mean, it really bites. We genuinely loved this place; Ive recommended it to so many people but now I worry that theyll have similarly poor experiences. I highly doubt well ever come back at this point.
El Morocco Inn is pleasantly quaint, relaxing, and has an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. You cant buy anything there - drinks, snacks, movies, and evening libation are all free. The only thing you can buy is the spa services. The room we stayed in was rustic yet clean and delightful. The hot spring pool and jacuzzi tub were quite nice. Not sure I get the whole hot spring deal but it was good. The only single blemish was that the spa service did not live up to the spa menu or the quality of the Inn and staff itself. Maybe my expectations were too high but my Thai massage seemed more like some other type of massage, I know it wasnt Thai, thats for sure.
Wonderful service. Very romantic. Celebrated my anniversary there. Very peaceful and the mineral water will soak all your cares away. The staff is amazing. Florence, Stephanie and Mary were the best and took very good care of us.Plan to come back :)
Our stay here was amazing! The whole place is a stress free oasis where you can enjoy French pressed coffee and fresh dates anytime. The heated pools are prefect especially after a massage session. We wanted a quick escape from city life and got all that plus more here.
I wanted to feel like I had flown away to an exotic place... And choose El Morocco Inn based on a friends recommendation. It was BEYOND what I even expected! The rooms are superb, clean, well-decorated and packed with immenities. The breakfast is excellent and French roast coffee you make yourself. The facial was the best Ive ever had. I would give it 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for a relaxing or romantic get away... Choose this hotel. We will be back soon!
Just left our 3rd stay at El Morocco and well be back again & again :) It feels like home, the free amenities like infrared saunas, Moroccan mint tea anytime, 24 hour pools, Casablanca lounge, fire pits at night ... just makes u feel so at home. Super comfy sheets, pillows & bed. aahhhh e we love you El Morocco Inn!!!
Came here with some friends for a bachelorette party day spa and massages excursion. The Inn is in a residential looking neighborhood so it took us a minute to find it, but it was well worth it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a covered indoor mineral water hot tub and a slightly cooler outdoor pool. There were infared steam rooms, places to lounge, complementary tea, coffee, and snacks. We all had different massages and they were wonderful. The only mild inconvenience was that there were some renovations happening to make everything ADA accessible so the bathrooms were a bit torn up. It should be great once theyre finished! We didnt stay at the hotel so cant comment on that. Would definitely visit again!
El Morocco Inn and Spa is one of the best places Ive ever had the pleasure of staying in. Now that may not really mean anything without context so I will explain. I have travelled all over the world, have been on every continent except Australia and Antarctica, my lodgings ranging from humble pensiones to lifestyle of the rich and famous caliber, award winning hotels so I can maybe that can add a little bit more validity to my apparently hyperbolic statement. From the moment you walk through the beautiful ornate carved doors you are transported into an experience. The owners have taken care to decorate the place impeccably, making one feel like theyve been transported to Morocco using the finest silk curtains, exotic decorations, lantern, rugs and anything you can think of to transport you to the far away lands of Northern Africa. Nothing is out of place. Everything is perfectly balanced. Nothing is kitschy, tacky or overdone.I arrived in the early evening, the heat was still a very vivid presence all around me and definitely contributed to the atmosphere of the North African desert. The beautiful pink clouds shimmered and reflected on the central pool which I would is filled with 92 degree water fed directly from a mineral spring directly underneath. This spring is really the main attraction and I would have come if this hotel was just a pile of concrete and plastic on top of such beneficial waters. Because of the type of rock that is beneath the resort the water that emerges from the spring emerges odorless and full of beneficial mood enhancing minerals such as lithium and other compounds they make you feel absolutely calm and at ease. But this place is indeed no pile of concrete and plastic but instead of beautifully curated museum of Moroccan artifacts with rooms that are ordinate but still quite comfortable a staff that is both friendly and amenable and a list of incredible details that really put this experience over the top.Heres one such detail: When I arrived in the early evening I was greeted by the staff with signature cocktail being served poolside. The crowd was all adults, mostly couples. Everybody was friendly and well behaved almost as if the hotel had chosen only great guests. I came to find out the hotel only attracts great gas because of its amazing amenities and offerings. To my right in the beautiful kitchen there was a display of delightful small bites: dates, dried figs, dried apricots cookies, tea. Ice cold coconut mint water fed directly from one of the two springs available to them. The pool, 104 degree spring fed jacuzzi and 2 saunas are available 24/7 to guests and if you can pull yourself out of the water and explore the grounds you will make even more delightful discoveries like the lounge filled with books and movies to borrow and where a screen plays the movie Casablanca 24/7 on a loop. Over night they leave a large decanter of delicious Sherry for guests to enjoy and I urge future guests not to miss it. Wandering the grounds will bring you to beautiful gardens where you can find a giant chess board with pieces, bocce ball, numerous hammocks chairs, cushions a tent reminiscent of the times of the sultans. When I finally got to my room I was pleasantly surprised to find a extremely comfortable bed powerful AC, a mini bar a microwave a DVD player a flat screen TV with Netflix, not that I was planning to spend any time indoors whatsoever. The showers are beautifully appointed and the water for guests use is also fed from the spring. After my stay, my skin was glowing and my hair was softer than its been in years. And they have a spa, or you can get any treatment that you desire, massages, facials, scrubs, combinations. I had one of the best massages that Ive had in the last couple of years.I love this place. Ill definitely be back. Im counting the days when I have the opportunity to do so. Ive already spoken to some friends about making this at least a yearly trip.
Had a massage here, and wow. She did an amazing job. I booked the Moroccan Rain, and I recommend 100%. Also my favorite part was the natural water pool on the right with the jets. It truly brings you to another place
I should start off by saying I NEVER write reviews for anywhere. This place blew my mind away. Bruce and staff were amazing. A perfect place to get away from everything and relax. The simple things like complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea, to a HUGE DVD movie selection made the stay all the more pleasant. The 24 hour pool and jacuzzi was also awesome as most hotels close their pools after 9pm. Overall id have to say the best hotel experience i have ever had!
Three stars only because the front desk guy was nice enough to give us a refund.Ok looking place. Based off the pics anyway.... but it’s not MY kind of place. There’s a musky old smell that’s extremely prevalent in the rooms. . Not sure if that’s to go with the Moroccan theme butttttt , not feeling it. Had to purchase febreeze for it to even be liveable for the day. At the end of the 1st night I decided to go home vs stay two more nights. I honestly felt like I was staying in a guest room of a super oldddddddddddd relative.Front desk guy was super nice. It’s not that I hate the place, but I wouldn’t wanna stay more than a day. Maybe just enjoy the pool jacuzzi and saunas then go home. I wouldn’t wanna stay overnight. Not for the price listed. The max I’d pay for that MOTEL is 70$... and Id rather go home than pay that. The two saunas we tried DIDNT work. However, people there loved the place & said they stay every year. Weird? I know lolPros : the mint tea/lemonade drink was good. It’s really quiet.Bed was soft.Jazcuzi / pool area was nice.
Came to El Morocco Inn and Spa Resort for a relaxing day - a time to destress in the hot springs. the calm atmosphere of the place is inspired by Morocco with hammocks, lanterns, and prints throughout the resort. the jacuzzi is a nice ~107°F mineral spring water. they also have dried fruits and hot tea and coffee as well. another gem is the fact that this place is not overly crowded. such a restful and relaxing experience.
El Morocco is such a little gem in the desert! We came for massages and got to enjoy the fabulous heated mineral water pool, jet spa, and infrared sauna. Ozzy at the front desk greeted us warmly, and Ginger and Concepcion gave us awesome treatments. So relaxing and definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!
This is my favorite place to stay in the desert. The staff are so nice and helpful and the vibe is welcoming and relaxing. The pool and spa are exquisite, especially on a hot, windy night. It is a romantic enclave that transports you to Morocco. You will not want to leave.
The pool area, spa and room design are all fabulous; the Moroccan design is beautifully done. Some significant drawbacks: the A/C is NOISY, shower heads are mounted too low for tall people, and the king bed (rm 107) is actually two single mattresses, so if youre alone you tend to roll into the gap. The place is only staffed 8am-7pm, which has the advantage of feeling more exclusive after hours but also a tad inconvenient if you need something which is not an emergency
This boutique Inn is a real find in the midst of Desert Hot Springs, I almost dont want to give it away! The décor is so over the top Moroccan that it works really well to transport you away. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing from the 87 degree pool water to the 104 degree covered spa room. Complimentary breakfast beautifully done and more than enough to get you going for the day. Be back in time for poolside Morocco-tinis at cocktail hour, a rosewater hand washing ritual, and Spanish Cream Sherry nightcap. Stephanie and the rest of the staff were exceptional. Book it, you wont be disappointed.
If I could live here I would! Lol Its taking me months to write this review only for my own selfish reasons. I really dont want to ruin the simplicity of the El Morocco by bringing excessive amounts of people. then again who am I to say that will or wont happen? So here it goes! -They beyond exceeded my vision of what it would be like. The manager was so sweet and welcoming even though I was late to check in. She knows the area very well and was kind enough to provide me with so much knowledge and history about desert hot springs and their amazing healing water. I really enjoyed our conversation. If you are looking to RELAX, chill, have some wine, do some yoga, meditate, sulk in the healing spas, get a massage, swing on a hammock, finish that book u never get the chance to or if u just need a safe, beautiful yet humble place to escape and relieve your mind, body and spirit of stress and toxicity then this is your place. Its even more than that. Make your reservations in advance and get there before 7pm to check in. Order a massage prior or when u check in if youre stay is limited to just 1 night. They have an eclectic variety of books and movies in the library for you enjoy durning your stay. There was an awesome happy hour when I was there with cheese and all sorts of little goodies. There is a fire pit at night and their meditation garden makes a beautiful start to your day over a complimentary cup of French pressed coffee. Youll enjoy your stay here, & youll miss it when u leave! Unless your a person who just is miserable and never happy. If thats you, then stay away from here. Go to the Ritz Carlton where youll feel more comfortable. Please dont pollute our desert and leave your city stink at our sacred places we love and respect.▪☆ I hope this review was helpful for those of you who are looking to excape and go somewhere, BREATHE, to nurture yourself, to relieve stress, any pain or anxiety. I hope you find peace within, just as I did. ♥️Aloha💛
We had a wonderful time at this spa Feb 11 2021. We use the day pass for 4 hrs. They put a lot of thought in to providing a all you might need. Because of Covid-19 it was very empty, but there are plenty of areas to for privacy. We used the jacuzzi pool because it was covered and im avoiding direct sun. The big pool was at a lower temperature but was in the sun. They gave us a a locker, bath robe, tower and soap. There was a roofless (put private) shower to change. Also they provided coffee (french press) tea, water, and a wonderful lemonade with mint tea drink. And YES, i would return, next time im visiting the area
Ive been here several times and each time is a wonderful new experience. Its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere allows stress to melt away. The owners and staff are attentive and amenities are nice. The mineral springs and water are worth it. Breakfast, happy hour and nightcap are all complementary. I will ALWAYS recommend this place with the highest praise.
Im guessing they used to be better based on the reviews. Rooms old, dirty, everything falling apart, insects, spider webs, dead bugs on shower walls, smelly carpets, fixtures falling out of rotting walls, dust everywhere, hair all over duvet and sheets, noise coming from other units through paper thin walls. Breakfast was mostly inedible. Avoid this and spend your time and money elsewhere.
Ya know what, this little place was cool and we want to go back. Found it out of necessity, limited rooms available. The area is residential which threw us off but the hotel was clean, fun, had great amenities and was cute too(my girlfriend kept saying it). We want to go back.
Nice hotel. Good selection of DVD movies. Saunas needed a bit of attentionExcellent massage services. Friendly staff.
Winter in Dessert Hot SpringsBeing from a town with many hot springs, I wanted to experience the natural famous agua caliente beauty in Palm Springs. After calling around for day rates without services (massage or lodging) El Morrocco was the most welcoming and reasonable. And Im so glad I made the drive up from my condo Palm Desert.Robert gave me a brief tour of the ground, from eatery and pools to sauna and Bocce court. After full day of rain that cleared the skies and freshened the air, the flooded spa pool was cloudy but smelled richly of earth and clay.A light, cool breeze gently blew the colorful window skirts around the large tiled tub, the chill in the air disappeared into the steam of the hot spa.The water is pumped in from the 120° aquifer into the 104° spa, and filters into the 98° pool.Morroccan music plays in the background, and with African desert decor- lamps, iron-adorned, key-hole windows and blue wavy tiles- you are truly transported to another time from an unsuspecting back street neighborhood. The daily entrance fee includes a robe, keyed-locker, towel, changing room, French press coffee, water and lemonade, and even a light snack if you arrive at the end of breakfast (when they open at 9). The breakfast smell of Mediterranean spices and flavorful foods permeates the air and makes me think, next time Ill stay here and hang out in the lounge, with Casablanca on loop. After a speak and a swim, spend 20min in the infrared sauna to detox. As Im married to a rugged wheelchair user, I loved seeing that there are ground floor rooms, a pool lift and a ramp in the back to access the game area.Overnight guests get 24hour access to the spa, and Id imagine that at night this pool is busy, if not packed. Its capacity is 20 or 24 (the sign has both numbers so Im not sure). But in the morning, even on a cool one like this, its empty-- just me and my thoughts, and pure gratitude. There are several couples around the pool, quietly conversing.I was worried Id get bored before my 3 hours was up, but I blink, and an hour floats by. Time is timeless here.A lovely way to spend my last morning in Palm Springs. #quaint #treatyourself #spaday
Me and my bestie give this place an obvious FIVE STARZ!! From the moment Debbie opened the door, we knew we were home! We werent able to book a room but we both enjoyed a massage and the spa amenities for an afternoon -- it was bliss!! We loved the baths, hammocks, Moroccan mint lemonade, and solitude of this lil gem in the desert.
El Morocco is an incredible get away, with hot mineral water pool and giant jacuzzi, a first-class day spa and an adults-only hotel. Beautiful decorations, Moroccan treats, and an incredible staff make this a wonderful place to visit.
Went in for a body scrub and clay wrap. I recieved a robe with clay stains. They did trade it out for a clean one. No big deal. Decided to have a soak in the mineral hot tub but wanted a shower rinse first. The idea of an outside shower sounded good so off I went. The shower stalls looked as though they had not been tended to in a few days. Leaf debris covered all of the floor. Yes, it was windy that morning so dont you think they would have cleaned them out? Nope. No soap to be found anywhere. I checked the other outside shower stalls and no, no soap. In all fairness I did find a very small individually wrapped soap on my locker pushed all the way in the corner, as if it were hiding. No moustirizer or toiletries out anywhere. So make sure to bring your own. One note on the clay wrap- I had clay coming off my body for two days! I sat in a towel in the car on the way home as I was a passenger in a friends brand new automobile. You guessed it- the towel had clay on it!The clay removal process was unusual. I stood in a bathtub with a sprayer and sprayed away. I did ask the esthetician/masseuse (whom I do recommend Maria) for assistance after awhile in the tub. It was an old rusty shower set-up.You decide was it worth 200.00?
Don’t believe five stars if you see it ! There are no phones in the rooms. The bathroom smells like mildew . The sheets are synthetic. You have to request hot water in your room. The televisions are very complicated. Mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable. Walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors next-door. Or above .Pictures on Websitre are deceiving .I would Recommend the day spa DO NOt stay at this place overnight.!
We will be returning for our 4 th year in 2 weeks time. We cannot wait. The Staff are so obliging and Bruce the owner is extra special. It is the most charming, relaxing place one could hope to find. The peaceful surroundings make one escape from the hustle and bustle of life . I tell everyone I know about this wonderful treasure in DHS .
A great place to spend the day, not sure about an overnight stay. Its a small intimate venue and what you trade for privacy and seclusion is some cleanliness, amenities and a less than spectacular location. The staff is welcoming and attentive, but not necessarily the quickest.
I was thrown off by the location and thought my GPS took me to the wrong spot, but it is indeed where it says it is. Initially I wanted to book a room here but decided against it, and I’m glad I did so after seeing it in person. However, I still wanted to try out their spa services, so I booked the Mystical Ritual which was honestly one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had . . Hands down. It was amazing. Got a full body clay mask with lavender clay, an aromatherapy massage, a foot massage/scrub, a scalp massage. . It was heavenly. BUT as another lady stated in a review. . She left with bites. I too ended up with bites. . And I’m unsure if I got them from the massage table or the other place that I was staying for the three days. I’m guessing from here though because I didn’t get any bites until this experience and I had already stayed a night at my other accommodations. . But back to the positives. The lemon mint tea lemonade was delicious. I kept refilling my cup and exploring the property. It was cute, and I enjoyed the Indian music they were playing. I tried the hot tub out, but the bubbles were dirty and I quickly lost interest. I spent a majority of my time in the sauna waiting for my massage appointment. The staff were all really nice. If it wasn’t for the bites I would’ve been back for the spa services alone.
Purchased pool day passes for friend from out of town. Just simply beautiful day! Great food and drinks too. Love this hotel and spa is wonderful too
It was amazing we late arriving and Ozzie a hotel employee called us to see if everything was ok. Checking in and the tour he gave us made us feel so welcome. Still here and just enjoying peace and serenity of this beautiful inn
All around great experience. The hot tub and pool are very refreshing and the staff is helpful and friendly. It felt like home however the mattress could have been more firm.
I had a very short stay but what a great place. My room was beautifully decorated, overlooking the pool. Next time I will really try to stay for a couple of days and relax in the spa.
We had an awesome stay, great massage, love the staff! You walk through the door and youre pretty much in Morocco! We just keep on coming back!
Best place for a staycation in DHS. Once you open the door you are magical transported to Morocco.
Jennifer did a wonderful job on my Morrocan mystical ritual massage. One of the best massages ever! Nice pool and healthy snacks.
If you want to escape from reality and have a quaint intimate stay with your significant other, this is the place for you. I stumbled upon this with a quick google search and fell in love with it. We Will be back again and again. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
Very quaint, well decorated and clean. The most friendly staff of any hotel Ive stayed at across the nation. Only has one hot spring pool, but very nice.
Theyre hot spring was very nice and the temperature was perfect. I give this a 4 star because I think they couldve provided slippers so we can walk to the hot spring.
Excellent everything (customer service, accomodations, spa services)!Dont be fooled by the location or by what you may know about the area. This place is truly an oasis in the area. Once you step inside the door, youll be hard pressed to leave...ever.
Went for a Morrocan Melting Massage and the masseuse Dana was fantastic, they should call it the mind melting massage. The mineral water spa was great as well.
“IF YOU LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, THE OWNER JUST DISCARDS IT AND SAYS NO RECORD OF YOU STAYING HERE”…OWNERS ARE SHADY LOW DOWN PEOPLE TRYING TO MAKE A PENNY!THIS PLACE IS JOKE VERY POOR PEOPLE SKILLS!POOR MANAGEMENT POOR MANAGEMENT POOR MANAGEMENT
Visited as part of a bachelorette party - amenities were lovely and we all agreed that the massages were some of the best weve ever had. I highly recommend visiting.
Lovely diverse clientele. Everyone minds their own business. Neighborhood location is weird, but whatever. Just dont expect a hotel is all.
The rooms were old, broken down and quite dusty and dirty. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, would not recommend.
Hands down best experience weve had in a LONG time.... Peaceful, tranquil perfection. 10 stars outta 5!!!
Great spa getaway. Very private. Best massage and the Moroccan mint tea and lemonade was delicious.
Super cute, very friendly, and somewhat kitschy, it’s worth it for the hot spring hot tub and pool alone! Great place to chillax
This place is a gem. the staff is so accommodating, pools are wonderful and massages were beyond wonderful. We have been back and will continue to go back
This was our second visit I feel relaxed from the moment the front door closed till we left five days later. We ❤️ this hidden jewel. We will be back.
Such a beautiful inn and spa. Loved the Morrocan Rain massage and the service! Would definitely go again.

I went to apply for a job here and the out side was cute and the atmosphere was very peace full the staff was very nice and knew what the wanted as far as an employee what I saw of this place was quiet clean and very peace full and would recommend checking it out even tho I wasnt hired it was nice
Small but cute. One Pool is 80 degrees and the other is 104
Guest should not be allowed to soak in street clothes. Not sanitary. Otherwise fabulous experience. Be back.
The room is clean and tidy, and the hot spring experience is also very good.
I absolutely love this spa. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Since the inn is so small it is really peaceful.
Had a great time. Massage was the best. Will do another Spa Day again.
Simply perfect. Adults only, clean and comfortable, intimate setting and beautiful decor.
Ask for Tania, Carla or Ginger for the Desert Dream spa day treatment! Thanks Robert, we had a GREAT day!
Peaceful and reasonably priced. Excellent service. Just GO, youll be glad you did.
