This resort, with nine pools of varying temperature mineral water, is wonderful.Admission was quite cheap, and free if you have a spa service. The rates are quite competitive, and the spa workers do a wonderful job. There is a very good and inexpensive Italian restaurant connected also. Lots of shade, and a gentle breeze, standing in the 93 degree pool, was very delightful. I left, with all my tension gone!
This place markets itself as luxury, but it is not luxurious. The hallways and elevator reeked. Carpets and walls were filthy. The pools were nothing special. Outdated, cracked up, and filled with debris. It wasn’t pleasant to stand on. The lounge chairs were dirty. Our beds were the best and cleanest element of our room. The bathroom flooded bc the shower curtain rod was sloped down and the curtain wouldn’t stay closed. We had a suite and it was sparsely decorated with old furniture. Didn’t want to sit on the couch. We did massages, and the massages and masseuses were nice and pleasant, but the spa itself was also stinky and outdated. The lobby was nice! Definitely misleading. Staff was so/so. Will not stay again.
We spent one night there midweek. There were some good and some bad features. The place needs a facelift: new carpet, new mattress (ours was lumpy and worn), A/C sounded like it was on it’s last leg and vent was rusty, and the pools were cloudy. There was one pool that was drained and not safely blocked or roped off.I had gone there several years ago on a day pass and the main pool was cool and clear. Very refreshing. This time, however, the pool was warmer than expected and needed a good cleaning. The restaurant’s food was mediocre at best for example, the morning side of fruit with breakfast was possibly previously frozen. The entire staff, however, were very accommodating and friendly.Location is off the main strip in Desert Hot Springs, so it’s convenient. The outside rooms look out to neighboring older single family homes. Parking is easy and free.We would only return once they do some renovations because the place is tired. Although the price was reasonable, it was quite a disappointment overall. This place could do much better if it made some upgrades and repairs.
Across the board, this place was good (not great but a solid good). The rooms were spacious (but don’t get serviced unless requested, even if you follow their extensive Covid-safe regulations about putting trash by the door. Note it’s May 2024 when I write this and no one is masking so these rules seem outdated). The restaurant was fine. We arrived and there were five tables seated and no server in site. Eventually we seated ourselves. The pasta was very overcooked but I get that that could be a cultural choice. The pools were lovely. We booked this place as the cheapest thing in the area near Joshua Tree and then found out about the “healing” mineral waters so we bought bathing suits to partake. Very relaxing. Warmer than the water in the shower in the room. The pools were the best part. Would come back here but just to hang out in the water.
We have been coming here every year for the past 9 years, and for the past 3 years this hotel seems to be going bad every year. The pools are okay, sometimes dirty but I understand it’s windy and the leaves go everywhere. The drinks are good and the food is okay. The staff is okay, some very friendly and some not so much. The rooms….. there is nothing good to say about the rooms carpet is dirty, all the furniture dirty, broken out dated, walls with dirt stains restroom not clean thoroughly. The past years I have found dead bugs around the room. My sheets smelled like feet. It was gross. People smoke weed everywhere, the music is loud at night. And some rooms get so loud since the hotel does not keep track on how many people are actually in the room. This hotel was our family go to for the summer, but with how everything seems to be going I think we will have to find else where.
We paid $220 per night (Friday/Saturday).It was very crowded because a lot of locals come to swim without a day pass or hotel room. ( they listen to music on speaker on very high volume, drink alcohol, they brought their own bags and coolers filled with their own food and drinks, they smoked and threw trash around, and peed in the pool and around palm trees.) My kids saw a man peeing next to a palm trees. And there is no security trying to manage this. The next morning after this chaos the pool was filled with empty cups, clumps of hair, tampons and food remains. The staff tried cleaning it but they only managed to clean around 25% percent of the trash the other people left, there was still a tampon swimming around and food remains left in the water. We came to this hotel every year over 7 years and every year the situation gets worse and worse. The jacuzzi’s need maintenance. The jacuzzi’s had much more power in the past years but now they are clogged and don’t work as well.
I stayed here for 13 nights in April, disability room was spacious, the bathroom was well set up with rails and a large shower bench that I could use both for showering and getting dried/dressed, but even with the water turned all the way to hot it was lukewarm most of the time. The rooms could be cleaned better, you have to schedule room cleaning and be out of the room, this was still in affect in April 2024, yet no one was wearing masks, maintenance provided an extension cord for a broken power point in the kitchen, instead of fixing it and I also had saw cockroaches in the room during my stay. The restaurant was good value overall, most staff were friendly and helpful and it’s it was an ok distance from town in a powered wheelchair.Overall, for a 3 star hotel this was an ok place for my needs and the pool area was always in use, quiet and a nice place to sunbathe and relax
I used to love coming here. But lately, its been feeling like a late 80s trailer park watering hole. The pools seem filthy, always used to be sparkling. They dont greet you with a smile and welcome you. No gym. Far too many small children. Mothers removing diapers and bringing their kids/babies straight into the pool. Theres no excitement anymore...all those pools, no music...why call yourselves a resort anymore. Restaurant closes early. You arent welcomed or greeted. Nice staff but definitely not that resort hospitality feeling. Paying over 100 a night is far too much. Rooms are severely outdated. Carpets are far too old. If you want to keep the way things are, increase your customers service skills and reception. My room coffee maker didnt work, they replaced it right away. My TV didnt work, I basically had to deal with it. Showers go hot and cold so its stressful. The other type of people who go there are old. Again, I used to love coming here, a true vacation away from home, even for a day. Not anymore. Need new management that cares to make a difference. Train your staff on hospitality. Security guard was so helpful and wonderful. Save your time and money, not to mention check in is at 4pm and check out 11. What happened to 3pm.
The hotel is in urgent need of some TLC. The carpet in our room was stained pretty bad and the bathroom has mold in it. We also found a cockroach in our room. Gross! No one answers the phone at the front desk. They do not provide pool towels. They ask you to use the bath towels provided (which are tiny) as pool towels then exchange them at the front desk for new ones. This system doesnt make sense. The pools are great! I love that they are 24 hours but I wish kids were allowed in the pools till at least 11pm vs 10pm. Not sure if I would come back 😕.
Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Really nice people and great customer service. Food and rooms are great. Highly recommended and we enjoy this place few times a year.
It was a comfortable stay in early July. The place definitely needs updating, but the room & customer service experience were pleasant, and the kids and I had fun in the pool and enjoyed hot tub hopping. Id stay there again.
I LOVE THIS RESORT!!! Gosh, I can not tell you folks how great of a place this is. There are 8 or more pools/spas all different temps. Restaurant, Full bar, its so beautiful and relaxing. I recommend this place 100x over.
I went with some friends specifically to relax. Some car pooled abd someone in separate cars. One lady got a room for a couple of nights. It was an expensive and spacious. The mineral pools themselves were luxurious. And eating at the restaurant the water was soft and delicious. Check in was easy for the spa day. And my deep tissue massage was done by Rosalinda. She was really fabulous. I stood up taller and walked better after my deep tissue massage with her. I will go back and I will see her again! It was a nice drive and a beautiful day. The scenery was beautiful the desert landscape and the rock formations on the way it was a beautiful trip. The Landscaping at the spa was beautiful there were lots of bougainvillea and other plants. The pools were all clean and obviously well tended to. I suggest a hat, some sunglasses and some sunscreen if youre into that. It was a fabulous day! I will be going back again soon.
This is the first time I have ever written a review because it causes time to write one. My experience was so horrible and outrageous that I had to let the management and potential guests hoped no will be treated this way ever.We checked in on 3/23/24 for a 3-night stay. The hotel and rooms are dated, and you cant reach housekeeping by phone. The mineral springs pools are nice, though.A sign in the room reminds guests to go to the front desk to ask for towels for the pools, which was what we did the last two nights without any issues. Tonight, when I went to ask for clean towels, Daniel at the front desk with a nasty attitude told me no dirty towels, no clean towels。I explained that the last 2 nights, the front desk just gave me clean towels without such requests. He just motioned me to go away.I asked to speak to his manager, and he said the manager was away and will be back. Then he called a security across the lobby to take me away. After I explained the situation to the security, he went to get new towels for me. Meanwhile, Daniel was cursing me with the F words, showing me the middle finger, and shouting Dont ever come back to this place to me. Then the manager came back. I recognized she was the lady who gave me clean towels last night. I complained to her about Daniel. She explained the towel policy and apologized for the situation. While I was talking to the manager, Daniel was still cursing F words and giving me a middle finger. The manager who seemed to be intimated by Daniel did not and cant stop him.Obviously, intimidating guests, coworkers, and even his manager gives Daniel enjoyment to make up to his hate for his job. The hotel should fire him to ensure no guests will be treated this way.The best thing out of this experience is that we will never see Daniel again in this place. There are plenty of hotels with mineral hot spings pools offering good customer services.
Great place to stay with awesome hot spring pools that are accessible 24/7. A little old and dated and a little run down but more than satisfactory and kept very clean. The location is really nice with views of the mountains while you soak under palm trees... very enjoyable. Ive stayed many times and will keep going back.
I cant review the location as I didnt spend much time in the area, but this hotel needs an interior designer. The carpets and walls in the hallways are so ugly. Also, I was disappointed when my friend asked for a glass of water at the bar and the workers provided her with a disposable cup of water. Even worse, they provided four total disposable cups of water because two workers ended up helping her and they each assumed that both of us wanted water. It is so harmful to the environment to be using disposable cups like this, and I dont understand why they couldnt have given my friend a reusable glass of water! I bring my reusable water bottle with me when I travel. I like that this hotel has a bunch of hot tubs and a sauna.
What can I say...it is true the rooms need some TLC.. Its an older property but has a cool old school resort feel.. Rooms with outdoor balconies is a nice feature..Front desk staff was very friendly..The rooms were clean, pools and grounds are beautiful; pools were clean and maintained and of all varied temperatures.. poolside Capri Restaurant was delicious.. recommend the Chicken Piccata..Definitely noisey at night..too bad they cant have no music allowed/ relaxation atmosphere or something, as several people were playing nerve wracking club beat music at all hours..even through the night..Little confusion on when the quiet hours are..at check in was told 10pm, then another night told midnight..Security/ staff does need to walk the property more, one night a fight broke out..and arguing carried on for quite sometime and loud..Would I stay here again..Meh..not so sure..But the room rate was decent..
We went to have lunch on mothers day and had a horrible experience with a waitress by the name of Ashley. We sat outside and waited patiently for Ashley to acknowledge us and offer a menu. Another waitress came from the inside and asked if anyone helped us. Ashley then gave menús to another table that arrived after us.We noticed that she was serving a large group and when she walked by with a large tray full of beverages and food. I tried to give her a compliment by saying Oh wow. Youre my hero. I used to waitress in college and... She cut me off mid-sentence and stated: Im busy. I dont have time to socialize which I found extremely rude. I understand being busy, but if you cant stand serving others and being courteous...then find a job where you dont deal with people.
Update, it seems like they are slowly working on physical improvements. The lobby seemed like it had been spruced up a little bit. And the locker rooms seemed better maintained. I cant recommend the salad at the restaurant near the pools. Ive gotten two salads there now and both of them had greens that were well past their prime. However the dressing was goodIts off-season now, so the staffing level seemed a little low, and some cleaning of debris in the pool could have been better. But I attributed that to a skeleton crew.It is more upscale than its sister resort next door desert hot springs spa. However there are still signs that it has seen better days. Really that can be said for the whole palm springs area. I find it adds charm. The staff was friendly and the spa prices were reasonable. It is not really 100% luxury though but it was decent for the price.
The rooms were surprisingly very nice being updated decore and a mini fridge and a smart tv I gave it a 4 of 5 stars but its location is awful being on the top of the most worst place or city to live in my opinion the city of DHS Desert Hot Speings
This is an older place and so we expected shabby but the floor and couch of our room had SO much bodily fluid that we refused to walk barefoot or sit on the couch. Absolutely gross. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower leaked. I opened the toilet tank to check the chain and the toilet tank rim was riddled with mold. I called the front desk who said they would call maintenance. 5 hours later they came up and replaced the entire part in the toilet tank. Then had to come back twice because it didn’t work. They promote the desert way of life but don’t respect it themselves by having leaking faucets and toilets that splash on the floor when flushed. I suggest a day trip here for the hot springs.
I leave within a 40min drive. I take my mom out for a spa day (usually once a month). We love going to the onsite restaurant for lunch! My mom gets the deep tissue massage and I get a medium, the staff is great and takes really good care of us. We love the hot sauna and included access to pools and jacuzzis. Highly recommend this place, really enjoy how nice the staff is, easy to make appointments, and always able to answer any questions we have.
I am speaking from my experience booking here with a travel agent. Its the only place I ever came across that requires approval from the property for any booking request. I am not quite sure what exactly is the point of the approval process. I waited for a very long time and still have not received any confirmation, I called the property and was put on hold for a very long time, got hung up, so had to call again and again to get hold of someone at the front desk. Then the staff informed me they had never received any reservation. So I called the travel agency, and was told me to wait 24 hours for the property to approve my reservation even for any last minute booking. Overall extremely frustrating booking experience, actually one of the worst and the most inefficient booking experience I ever had.
This is a gem!! Great price. It is an older resort and the carpet is worn but, The whole place was clean. My bed was comfy, I had 24 hour access to the soaking tubs. The tubs were so relaxing and soothing. Great views of the mountains and the stars at night. The food at the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. The waitress was great in the restaurant. I will return and would suggest it to others. Short drive outside of Palm Springs.
Rooms are a bit old and shabby but the spa and staff make it so you dont care. Hiram was a wonderful masseuse and the mineral waters were magic. Restaurant staff and front were great! Maintenance and housekeeping all hard workers and very friendly. We will be back!!!
Tried a day-pass hot springs and the pools were ok. The water temp was fine. All pools (big and small) were heated. Some pools were not as clean as the other pools.
I decided to relax here for 2 days. I wanted to get some sleep. But at night the neighbors turned on the music. Very loud. Like at a concert. This continued until 5 am. I called the front desk. No answer. I went to the duty administrator. Nothing! When checking out they didn’t even say “sorry” to me. If anything bothers you, call the police! Because the staff does nothing for your safety and comfort!
Love this spot and have been going annually for years. Must have been devine when it was new....a bit run down now. It can be as mellow or a party as you make it. Adam at the bar is always a delight...and his Bloody Marys are the best! Once again, had a great girls weekend and the little girl with us learned to swim this weekend! So fun. Will be back soon.
Be prepared to stay and soak for a while. There are multiple pools, at varying temperatures. The quality of the water is as good as you can get! Its a fine place to go for a few days, or just go for the day, and enjoy the mineral water. 😆 The upkeep is very good. Oh, and theres a cozy sauna, if you like... And a great restaurant inside. Its reasonable, for where it is, and they have entertainment on the weekends, for their guests. Try it. You wont be disappointed. You will find people from all over the world, enjoying these therapeutic pools. And one is big enough to swim in. 😊
The mineral pools were great. 10/10 spa experience. The restaurant is cute and the service was amazing.
Going to the restrooms near the bar is an experience in grunge! Almost every toilet was blocked or needed flushing. The floor was wet throughout. To open a stall door or even to touch the door to exit was awful as each surface felt sticky and gummy. Ugh! One felt slimed just trying to use the facilities. If public spaces are this bad, Id have no interest in either staying or recommending.
Okay, the place might seem a little dated and the crowd might look more like your parents than your friends but who cares. The staff is great, the rooms are big, the water is hot and the price is more than fair.
My 1st time. We went for day use. Very clean, nice patrons, warm pools. Temperature 🌡 of pools was 90 degrees and above.
I visited the hot springs and spa today and had one of the best massages I have ever had. Rosalinda was professional, and friendly. She exceeded my expectations, including checking to see if I could extend my massage service longer than I originally booked. Thank you!
Water damage to ceiling. Shower got boiling when any toilet flushed. I heard the nextdoor guests alarm go off, heard them use the toilet, then they got in the shower. Got placed on hold for 10 mins, two times, then got hung up on. There was ONE outlet that worked and they put an extension on it that had 6 other things plugged into it. I shouldve taken a picture because that was a fire hazard. WAY out of the way of palm springs. The only good things were the mattresses were from 2022, sheets were clean, and the spring pools were nice. Overall, I am not booking this hotel again.
Big shout out to Bartender Adam, life guard Michaela front office spa Shanna , rosa, Kia and the rest of the staff at miracle hot springs who made my anniversary stay there a million times better thank you.
I was there with my husband. The hotel is nice, unfortunately check in only after 4 pm,but before that time you can spend in the pools. Room is spacious and very clean, we were not afraid to walk barefoot there. You can find the pool you like, because there are 7 of them, different sizes and temperature. Restaurant is not expensive, you can find breakfast there for $10 and you will be full.
I would recommend coming here to enjoy the pool, however I unfortunately would not give the same recommendation for the accommodations. While the staff were very friendly, the rooms were disappointing and in need of some serious repair. The carpets were stained and crusty, and I was not comfortable using the shower in the state it was in. The walls were thin and sound traveled though them very easily. Each room had a distinct unpleasant smell, ranging from feet to bleach. Also, the parking lot was always crowded with pool guests, leaving no room for those staying in the hotel. While it was an affordable stay within 30 minutes of Palm Springs, I would encourage guests to look elsewhere.
Tbh, I shouldve gave them less stars, but the bar tender is the best!!! 1 drink and you at a 5 star resort!!!
We came to Resort to celebrate New 2024 Year, because lust year the celebration of New Year was nice there, so we decided to celebrate again in this place, but our expectations went to 0 result. Our table was taken by other people, it was very unorganized event and also with the catering the money we paid for the even didn’t meet our expectations. The food wasn’t enough for all people at the event and my friends left party before New Year starter hungry. It didn’t worst it to be there. We are Very upset customers and the New Year night which suppose to be a nice celebration turn in to very upset event. My friends came from other country and it was very embarrassing which doesn’t give this Hotel a good name I give a 0 star.
My partner and I love it here. We actually have a reservation for tonight!! We used to drive by several times a day and one day he said we should check it out. The rooms are very nice and everyone is very friendly. The pool and several spas are beautiful and very relaxing. I highly recommend a stay here if youre in the area.
The pools are wonderful with different temps in all of them. This can vary by the day but we have always found several that suit us.We wouldnt stay anywhere else in DHS but there are drawbacks. The pool area and the 3 rooms we have stayed in all have deferred maintenance that the owners need to attend. Also, the walls are very thin so expect to hear your neighbors unless theyre very quiet. Do not stay in room 119 or probably the one above as there is a stairway on the other side of one wall. Clang Clang Clang all night long until 11pm as well as 3am in the morning and then starting up again around 6:30am. Having said that, the rooms are clean and fairly nicely appointed with plenty of towels and soft sheets.
If you want to spend your time lazing in the big pool or soaking in one of many hot tubs, this is the place to go.Rooms are a little tired but good and clean. Pay a little extra and get a 2nd floor room with balcony overlooking the pool.Sound-proofing is not great, between rooms, so be prepared for a noisy night or two.Price was really good.Restaurant for evening and breakfast is good, just be aware of the shrimp addition to the salad - $6 for 3 shrimps was NOT good value for money, though the salad itself was very tasty.Dont expect too much privacy but if you like water in the desert and talking to strangers, this is the resort for you.Would definitely return.
Hotel is very old and the rooms are unclean. Hair in the bed and sink and floor wasn’t vacuumed. Beds are saggy and room is super outdated, and the walls have no sound proffing, I could hear loud conversions through the walls and in the hallways, which is the most unfortunate aspect of the whole experience because it affected my sleep.Hot springs themselves are nice though, which is the only plus. And the room itself is big.
I was pleased, most pleased with our overnight stay here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone! At first, I thought the other patrons would be young, pretentious LA-types and was happily surprised at the all-ages normal people vibe. Around the pool at night there were a lot of small groups of all kinds and everyone was pretty chill. Very kid and family friendly as well. Theres 8 eight mineral pools/Jacuzzis of various sizes to choose from as well. It was all night Adult Swim after 10pm.Our second floor hotel room looking over the pool area was nice and not too noisy. The views in the morning of the mountains were breathtaking. The resort also has villas and Presidential Suites available; we might consider a villa the next time we visit. Pets are allowed from what I saw unless they were service animals. I didnt check out the Grand Ballroom, Meeting Room or the Spa.We enjoyed our stay and look forward to more in the future!
Customer service is great. Krista greeted me and made me feel at home. She gave us a great room right next to a pool. The hotel is older so dont expect a new place. Its good to stay and sleep with Clean bed sheets and pillow cases. Refrigerator and microwave worked. A/C wasnt working. Pools are awesome. All heated with differnt Temps.
The hotel is very nice with hot pools 24/7.The rooms are big but old. There is no constant hot water in the shower, it goes from hot water to cold back to hot in cycles. There are many restaurants around.Hotel Service is very efficient.Would recommend this hotel
I love this place but I wish it would cater to adults as a relaxation destination. Unfortunately during my visit there were huge amounts of screaming kids which made relaxing almost impossible.
Rude front desk guys. There’s a young man there whose just so rude not helpful at all. You also can’t bring kids if you don’t reserve a room. Which makes zero sense. How do you allow kids to stay the night but not allowed to come for the day? The desert hot spring spa infront of them is 10000000% better. Employees are so nice and helpful. Restaurant was great food for a really good price and the waitress was so sweet.Don’t go to miracle springs, it’s not worth the money at all.
Pool is super dirty. The staff is very rude And Un respectful. I’m not recommending nobody going there. I’m investing money The bad experience with family
The customer service here is good, but there is nothing above average. Parking is safe and free. The reason we picked this hotel was because of the 7 pools. I am glad we picked a bottom unit with pool access. The jacuzzi and pool are open 24/ 7. However, children arent allowed between 10 pm & 7am. Although we did enjoy our time in the pool, it should be noted that everything needs some major uplift. The beds are uncomfortable & the carpet throughout the building needs to be replaced badly. The jacuzzi and pool all need repairing & maintenance. It is also concerning that they do not recycle throughout the facilities.
Year after year we come here for Mother’s Day brunch. This place has not ever disappointed we come with quite a large crowd anywhere from 10 to 25 people always well taken care of great service just phenomenal place.
The staff is extremely disorganized and the management is very rude. The pool is always full of kids who are splashing around and being loud. The pool is also very filthy.
So weve been going to Desert Hot Springs spa for years whenever we wanted a low key hotspring getaway. We would go either for single day use of the pools, or get a room when rates are cheap so we can enjoy the pools at 3am if we want to. One day someone suggested that we check out Miracle Springs, their sister property thats literally the next turn on the street. Today we got to try it and let me say, its our new favorite. The property itself is a bit more updated, the pools are nicer and cleaner, the restaurant is MUCH better and still reasonably priced, and the rooms, while not amazing, are also bigger, wider, and a bit more comfortable. Id suggest bringing a mattress topper with you if one is handy, the beds can be very...springy, but otherwise its our new favorite hotspring spot, and we will be highly recommending it to all our friends for a low-cost, relaxing hot spring adventure, whether for a day or or a stay!
We enjoyed the hotel. Rooms were spacious with 2 large beds. Many nice springs with hot water to enjoy.
Terrible experience!! 😖The MOTEL is very old.1) Air conditioner didn’t work2) Fridge didn’t work and leaked, leaving water on the floor3) Kids are everywhere , so be prepared to be disturbed by their screams behind the paper thin walls at 7 am same as around the pool area anytime. This is not the place to relax and enjoy hot tubs.4) dry sauna smelled like sweat so we had to leave 🤢
Pools are open 24 hours. Rooms have been upgraded. Nice restaurant. Great service.
Very old. This is the most ridiculous part: they only have hot water from all pipes, including Toilet. The front desk kept wasting my time asking me to let the water run. Wasted more than two hours. Finally offered another room but still boiling hot water only. They’re trying to let their customers burn or what? And the front desk is rude and unhelpful. Stay away from this place by all means. I will report this to the booking websites.
Room was the disappointment. It was fairly comfortable but the hot water in the shower never worked and the a/c went out while we were there. However, the restaurant was great. Food was good but Adam was the prize there. He was an amazing server, so attentive and kind. He was great with my nieces and nephew.
Peaceful place. This is not high end Palm Springs. The pool area has many hot tubs for soaking. The large pool big enough for lap swimming in the morning. You come here to relax and rejuvenate. I loved my room overlooking the pool. A balcony I could sit on and enjoy being outside. The hotel is well maintained. Its a throw back. I could imagine the Rat Pack hanging out here back in the day. Ill be back.
Theyre undergoing renovations. So one slight parking inconvenience because of a dumpster ....They are nice, professional, and so respectful ...It was such a relaxing experience we added an additional day.
The rooms are a bit dated, but I can tell the hotel is on the older side. If you need anything from the boutique or the store, catch them before they close bc the front desk only does front desk stuff.. if its after 8 pm and you need something, youre S.O.L. unless you leave and go to a real store.. I love the pool area stays open late, and the bar and restaurant staff were amazing.. but overall its a nice getaway if you want some R&R away from the partying in Palm Springs. I will be back.
I have been going here for multiple years. But in the last couple of years, the place started degrading, and service got bad. Room doesnt have cold water, only boiling, impossible to take a shower. They are always out of towels. And now they tell me kids can not use the restrooms. So, they are encouraging the kids to do their needs in the pools. After this, Im definitely not recommending anyone to come here. Ill be looking for a new springs resort now that actually has proper working rooms and allows kids to use restrooms by the pool.
The landscaping was gorgeous and the pools are really nice! The restaurant was alright, as were the other public spaces. The beds in our room were comfortable (newish mattresses) and the view from the balcony was pleasant. My biggest complaint was the shower was either scalding hot or barely warm with no in between. Also, the room’s carpet was gross.
We stayed for a night while visiting family. I would not recommend, while at the pool, someone tried stealing our floaty, so I jogged over to get it. Well after getting it and walking back, the lifeguard snaps at me and says there will be no running at the pool. I’m not a type for even leaving reviews so let me tell you when I leave one, she really had an attitude. I brushed it off and said okay. As i was walking away I was like you know what she didn’t have to have that tone with me, I’m a paying guest, so I walk back and say “next time you can speak nicer to someone especially when it’s your first time telling me, if I continue to run then fine” we’ll get other lifeguard comes over and says do you even have a room here? So we say yes and give her the room number, another terrible display of customer service. She then says okay well if you’re gonna have that tone with us I’m gonna have to get the manager. So I tell her go ahead. She brings the manager, who actually brings the list and checks if we are guests in front of everyone at the pool. Meanwhile I’m with my sister who is a pastor, and her husband, and their two daughters. We haven’t been loud, we don’t drink, we were just trying to make sure not to lose the floaty. These two hotels really need to pay attention to who they hire. At least make sure they have some sense of customer service. All she had to do was say it nicely the first time, and we both would have went about our day.
It wasnt my idea to come here, but Im so glad I did. I have arthritis and these pools were really great on my knees. The rooms were better than I expected. I came during the week. So it wasnt as packed as Im pretty sure on the weekend. All Im going to say is I probably should have rented the room a little longer.
We went here on a Tuesday in the early afternoon for a day pass to check out the natural spring pools. Ive been having issues with my back lately, and I heard that the hot springs help relax stiff muscles. At $20 per adult, its a great deal to be able to spend all day rotating between the hot springs and the heated pool. The grounds are decent but nothing spectacular. We were pressed for time and only spent about an hour or so there. While I did feel some relief in my back, I think it makes more sense to go for at least a few hours.Dont expect a five-star stay at this price. They have clean locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers. Parking is free.
I’m giving this place a 3 star and the reason for that is because of their horrible horrible customer services both front desk and restaurant. But the only thing helping this place is the pools and the spa. All employees at the spa were so good and you gotta try the mud mask! The jacuzzi are so nice helps you relax take pain away the water is so smooth on your hair and skin. The rooms are outdated and have a musky old smell. But the rooms are so big. It has a balcony couch refrigerator and microwave. The restaurant well it took 30 min for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink and 45 for the coffee to arrive scorching hot and not cream or sugar couldn’t get anyone to help we ended up walking away after 30 min from receiving coffee we still had not seen a Menu or ordered. So the only reason for 3 stars and not 5 is customer service. Horrible. And it did not happen once it happened everytime we stayed there. on my last night I over heard a lot of guests at the pools saying exactly the same experience. And some of them tried to talk to management. But no help. The mineral waters are amazing and it’s the only reason why I would go back and the spa love the staff there. And my spa experience
Miracle Springs Spa is hidden gem! It’s on the lower end scale compared to the only other resort I’ve visited which was Two Bunch Palms! Nonetheless, I give this place kudos for the great customer service given by Shana at the front desk and Desiree at the Spa. If you plan on visiting for the day, remember to bring your own robe and towels. Also, a small bag pack because the lockers are quite small. If you opt for a service which you should because it includes the day pass which is $20 that goes towards the service. If you choose this you do get a robe but you have to book 2+ services.I opted for the massage, had a couple of hours and figured I would use the pools. I noticed the lifeguard was really diligent on checking the temp. Also, it should be noted the waiting room is for both men and women so cover up. Teresa my masseuse was amazing, I am not a fan of heat nor too much pressure and she did such a great job! If the services were good as mine, remember to tip!! I would highly recommend this place for a day spa!
Overall such a great experience here! We arrived a little late into the night. I recently lost my wallet sadly and with that I lost my ID but we already had the room booked and everything thankfully the two woman in the front desk helped my wife and I check in anyways! Throughout the days we were there the staff were all kind and courteous to us, we went to the spa reservation desk and the woman there were so helpful as well with all the questions we had! Josefina was hands down an all star along with the other woman with her I didn’t catch her name sadly but she worked along Josefina! Thank you to all the staff there for making our vacation a memorable one!
ROGER YOU SUPERSTAR!Just got back from our stay for Coachella and Roger’s customer service was absolutely superb. Could not have had a better experience. Check in was so smooth, he gave amenity suggestions and everything was a hit. He was super helpful. The rooms while yes, outdated, were more spacious than expected. There was a full sized microwave, a pretty spacious mini fridge and a decently sized balcony and tons of storage space. Really the only small gripe was the water in the shower being a bit fickle in terms of temperature but even that isn’t much of a complaint. There’s central air, a pretty spacious bathroom, our room had a decently sized sofa that one of us slept comfortably on by choice. The restaurant had delicious breakfast options and super friendly staff. The hot springs were excellent & super relaxing. The pool area is adults only after 10PM which was nice as well. Honestly for what we paid for 4 days in Palm Springs, we really got lucky with this hotel. I’d choose to stay here again.
I did not stay overnight but I got a spa day pass. This place feels like a weird dream( in a good way). The building is old both this one and sister hotel but it kept up and clean. Both places have a lot of charm. The pools are amazing. Different temperatures and soft mineral water. Skin feels good and body feels relaxed. It’s the best valve especially in this economy, it cannot be beat! I really enjoyed. I would come back and I would recommend. If you feel discouraged about the negative reviews, just come find out for your self and be your own judge because otherwise you might miss out on something special.
Theres not enough room to tell you why we loved this place so much. Came with a friend not really knowing what to expect. We walked in expecting a chill zen vibe. The $20 price point and reviews saying its just less fancy than the more expensive places drew us in.The pools were great and the water did wonders for our skin. But what really stands out are the people you will encounter. On our day at Miracle we met two older men who told us about their motorcycle gang from the 70s & all the trouble they caused, there was a shaman carrying a feather from pool to pool and a man who was waiting for his healer friend to arrive, & a world renowned artist & author who healed herself from breast cancer.Adam the bartender took great care of us and made sure that our drinks were full, even without needing to ask for a new one S He told us about the on site dispensary as well.I truly could not have made up the people we encountered. It was at the point that the arrival of the much anticipated healer felt normal to us that we decided it was time to go.10/10 will return. Every conversation we had with the regulars ended with I love this place&& I get it. I love this place too.
The mineral hot tubs are awesome and you can get in 24 hrs a day.
This resort is absolutely amazing, we will definitely be coming back! I recommend this place to anyone that needs to get away and relax. After a long work week, I sat in the healing water pool for an hour underneath the clear starry skies and it was absolutely relaxing. Thank you management for keeping the amenities open late!
I was in Miracle Springs Resort & Spa for the New Years Eve gathering with many other friends, each of us pay $75.00 for the dinner that supposed to served as a buffet, appetizers and deserts. First of all the everything was served late, appetizers, they first served chips, cheese, salsa and guacamole and later they served chicken, only three containers for about 134 attendees, that was terrible services. Secondly they, supposed to serve salmon, beef, pasta and salad. The dinner as a buffet, by the time the last tables were call to get their food, there were not a food left and not salmon to find. Aver all this place services and food is disaster
(Translated by Google)The hotel is old, but it is clear that it was once good. The carpet is old, the walls are dirty, the doors are shabby. The room size is large. There is all the necessary furniture. There is a microwave, refrigerator, TV, coffee maker. The bathroom is spacious. There are plenty of towels. The hygiene kit is small, you have to ask for it to be updated every day. There was hot water in the toilet, but there was no hot water in the shower until the evening. The pool is large and clean. The first day of arrival the water was heated, but the next days the water was cold. There are a lot of sun loungers. Towels were taken from the reception. There is a sauna for general use. Four Jacuzzis with hot water are always full of people. The food is simple and not expensive. We went to a nearby hotel, lay in the pool and jacuzzi. But the main thing is that there is a healing effect from hot springs. I will be traveling on a regular basis.
We found this spot and saw that it had received good reviews. While the views are amazing, this spot is very old, and the description of the pools is very misleading overall. The pool chairs are old, the pools are falling apart, the water is not clean!had lunch - Irene was lovely and food was ok, but dining area is also in need of an upgrade. Would pass
My impression of the hotel was spoiled by the manager JUSTIN on checking-in date September 30, 2023. Nasty, ugly, rude, not a pleasant boor! He thinks of himself that he is the God of front desk. This person did not even try to understand the essence of my question during check-in. He just closed my mouth and didnt want to listen to me. Despite the fact that I came to celebrate my birthday with my family! He knew I didnt speak English well. But he didnt even try to explain anything to me again. You wont understand anything anyway! Whats the point of explaining it to me?. The person simply refused service because I spoke English poorly ! Quick check-in and go away from my eyes! I have never seen such a disgusting attitude in a hotel before! I wish you Justin that all people treat you like you treat me!And many thanks to the manager Krystal Bradley! This is a wonderful woman! Amazing and awesome! She wasnt at hotel during my stay. She was at the hospital. But she quickly solved all my question simply texted me!Krystal Bradley from the bottom of my heart I wish you great health and all the best! May God bless you and your familyResults:Krystal Bradley- best rate 5+++Hotel: 4. But for Justin just 1Justin: 0. Even 0 it’s much for him
Great stay! We were nervous it would be run down and gross and it was wonderful! It’s older but clean. The pools were so beautiful and HOT! It was amazing.
I am afraid that a simple gesture deterred my review to Miracle Springs Resort. I cannt believe that we stayed one night and my daughter left behind in the room a plush soft toy, which did not got returned. Every parent knows how valuable are a birth soft toy for their children. Will not come back.
Snuck away from Coachella & hit all the surrounding casinos! Atmosphere was great, won a little too!
Im not sure how anyone could grade this place higher than 1 star. Hotel is very very old and dirty. The main pool is nice but the 7 other pools are small hot tub sized. The ice machine was broken. The elevator was broken. The rooms are ancient. Our ac unit was broke so the room was ridiculously hot until they finally brought a portable ac unit to our room. The beds are old and lumpy and our room was infested w roaches. Oh and the food at the restaurant is awful. This might have been the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Stay away.
This is not a four or five star hotel. The rooms are comfortable enough but desperately need refurbishment. The staff are generally nice, but they always seem to be short staffed (I suspect the hotel does this on purpose to cut costs). Why the 4 star rating? The pools and the hotel is pretty laid back. Its ideal for families and just lounging around the pool.
The overall experience was great. The pools were nice and relaxing. The rooms were showing there age a little bit very clean and roomy The pool and night staff on the front desk were so helpful. The person that checked us out was a different story she didnt seem to care about the problems we had with the shower or that we kept getting scalding because the value was broken.
We love this place! You can purchase a $10.00 day pass and enjoy their pool area! They have a few different pools all located in the same gated area. Life guard is on site to keep the pool area a safe place for the whole family. Not sure of life guards hours so check out their website to find out or call. Im not sure about their rooms. Never stayed here but I probably will in the future.
I dont get to travel often but love this location to unwind! Beautiful & Relaxing. Most of the staff are amazing and genuinely care about your stay. I, unfortunately has some issues that I asked to address with the Manager - she was unresponsive to my problems and was only half paying attention to me while we spoke as her small child was there and kept interrupting, multiple times. She said she would email and never did. Regardless, A+ to the Staff!! You are the best!
Quiet and relaxing stay. The resort did show its age, but overall it was clean and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot spring pools were great and open to the resort guest 24/7. There were some issues with the room shower water temperature and in room heater system, but the maintenance staff did help to fix. Overall it was a pleasant staff and we do plan to return.
Paid for a 50 minute massage and got about 30 minutes worth of it. The lady did an alright job just wanted what I paid for..
It is very bad experience with following:1. Front desk is not kind at all - it is a young man, I have asked 2 question during check in. He has inpatient and tell me, I will tell you everything after check in. He didn’t tell me anything after check in. Just turn arround and walk some where else.2. During stay, I have 2 days put room clean request, but didn’t receive room service any day.3. I have called housekeep for the towels exchange, I didn’t get within hoursI don’t think it is 3 star hotel. Even worse than air b&b normal host.
Atmosphere is always clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. Its one of my favorite day spa getaways. I always leave happy and chillaxed 😊
This hotel was chosen based on the reviews of friends. For me it was decisive :) all pools with mineral water. Also, my husband was pleasantly impressed after the check-in conversation, i.e. both visually from the first step in the hotel lobby, and communication with hostesses. We decided that we would stay here again and for a longer time.
Rooms are Old and dirty. Hot tubs are nice enough and so is the pool. They price gouge on cochella weekend even if you are not going to coachella. Food is pretty good. Staff and drinks were pretty good.
The resort itself is fine enough. Main pool was down, and the whole place was kinda empty. The services were fantastic though. Major props to Rosalinda and Hyram for the massages!! We will be back.
Came here for a day event with the Adventure Guides (part of the YMCA). The pools were very clean and nice, and the girls had a great time. We had lunch in their ball-room, and it was decent. They have a bar where you can order adult and non-adult beverages. Their rooms are very nice according to the other people in our group who stayed overnight. The staff at the front desk were VERY friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were nice. All in all, this place was worth our time.
The room was clean, the price was great, the people that worked the front desk and restaurant were amazing. The pool and hot tubs were really nice. Although the rooms were dated, hot water only worked in the AM. Otherwise cold shower in evenings. The Italian restaurant was not very good. I enjoyed the stay all in all.
Rooms are your standard motel type rooms. Which is why I scored this so low because of how expensive it was. I did not stay here. A close friend did, and I went to meet her there. Went to the pool, and had dinner at their restaurant on site. The food was nothing to get excited about. If you are hungry you pass a bunch of restaurants to get here, best to go to anyone of those better. And, finally the distance this place is from the freeway is a bad joke. When I asked my friend why did she pick a place so far away from anything, just said she didnt realize it was so far away. Youll never catch me here again.
Three years in a row. Rooms are large, old paint and bathroom needs improvement. Overall is OK. New Year party was badly organized, food lines, shortage, music to loud and non stop.
High winds this night. Extremely loud noise above the ceiling in our room all night. Sounds like wind is rolling a very large round object that bangs against the walls all night. Can’t sleep tonight. Vacation is ruined. The staff is acting like they don’t care. Went to complain about the issue at 10:45pm. They said will send a maintenance guy within 15 minutes. 3 am right now and nothing was done. Nobody picks up the phone. Went to reception and the guys on watch said that they checked the roof and didn’t find anything. I asked to go myself with them. They refused. I ask for a different room, but they don’t have another room. I ask to come to my room and listen for that noise, they refused again. If I wouldn’t have kids who enjoyed the pool so much and existed to go to the pool tomorrow, I would pack my bags and leave in the middle of the night. I didn’t sleep all night.
Stayed here due to the price for what was advertised. Thought it was a good deal for the area.Location is a bit out of the way from the center of everything. The hotel is a bit ran down, a coat of paint and new carpet would make a huge difference. The ice machine and vending machines in the hallway didnt work. We had to mess with the shower to get the hot water to work and the tub started filling with standing water as we showered. We did love the fact that they had 8 pools/spas and every room has its own patio/balcony, although the whistling through the sliding door from the wind was a bit annoying.I think this place would be amazing with a some TLC!
If youre looking for a non-pretentious resort, then this is the place for you. The staff is not your typical and the premises arent perfectly kept, but the ambiance wreaks of REAL LIFE!I enjoyed it and will return for the vibe and to support the owner who gives 2nd chances!
I went for the second time on Thursday and I really liked it. Only the 2 times that the lifeguard woman is gone, very rude to talk to you and she is only hidden talking on the phone. He caught our attention for having 2 soft drinks and immediately there were several people in the jacuzzi with beers and he didnt say anything to them. I think I was afraid of them. the carpets are a bit dirty and where the laundry is it smelled bad. but I had a great time.
Loved our 4 night stay there and will definitely go again. Service was excellent and we would have given a five star for it, except for the check in itself. Being a first time visitor, I was hoping for a verbal or physical walk through of what the resort was all about and what it offered but got a basic, heres the key check in. Ultimately we found that they have a lot of wonderful staff and responded to our needs the few times we had questions.
What a beautiful property. We enjoyed 6 of the pools while there and ate at the restaurant twice. Food was fabulous. It took a while to get extra bedding for the pull out sofa but house keeping was busy. We will stay again!
This post is more for the small store thats near the entrance to the spa. I decided to go to this store to look. While I waited for my husband to come out from the spa. I was just browsing around and the lady in the store asked me if I needed something. She was just unfriendly and seem like she wanted me to get out. As I got closer to the register she slammed the mask required sign on the counter. I wasnt buying anything and was just walking out. It would have been nice if she would have said please wear a mask or here is a mask for you to wear. Very rude lady. The spa area is nice and the facial was great. The restaurant is pretty good too. Service was great. Adam is so friendly and is always very attentive.
The Villa was great, clean, Cosy and plenty of room. The food at the restaurant was horrible. Canned apple in the apple crumble. Would not recommend swimming in the pools. Children were unattended. Parents leaving little ones in the pool with just a floaty on and walking away. Mothers spoon feeding their babies in the pool and the babies wearing normal diapers. Yuk because we all know what happens to old diapers. Ewww. Life guard? there was one somewhere from time to time and when she was there she was on her phone and not watching anyone. People could play loud music and when told to turn it down they didn’t. Would I recommend it? Probably not.
Nice place for a fam get away, the restaurant was good tho and didnt have to drive to get food. The bar was excellent.
We stayed in this resort not knowing the pools actually had hot spring water. When we found out we were amazed! If youre staying here while you work, this is the perfect place. The price is super reasonable, the pools are awesome and if youre lucky you might get some action. It was really relaxing to work during the day and then rest in a place like this in the afternoon/ night where you can be in the pool all night if you wanted. Such a wonderful place.
DO NOT GO THERE FOR A HOT NATURAL MINERAL SPRING EXPERIENCE of Desert Hot Springs! I see this place like an upscale Motel 6.I was debating to put 3 stars but decided to put 4 for the good customer service and price.YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The rooms are actually very nice with good amenities. Great looking lobby and entrance. But huge disappointment when it comes to the pools, spas and settings. There are A LOT of rooms so you really dont have the intimacy that you feel in other resorts in DHS. Half the rooms have balconies towards the pool and spas, so you can basically consider yourself constantly being watched when in the water. THE WATER IN THE POOL AND JACUZZI IS MURKY!! So much so in the main pool that I was uncomfortable swimming in it. The water smells also strongly like chlorine, and the heat is definitely artificial and not earthy and healing like you would expect in a real hot natural spring water. The water is aggressive on the skin. The bubble pool has clean water but the bubbles actually dont do anything - you dont feel them at all. It is just a shallow hot pool.I will definitely not come back here for a Desert Hot Spring experience but could consider coming back if I need a place to crash for cheap while treating myself a bit better than Motel 6.
Review is for the spa/hot springs only. We did not stay at the hotel. Long story short, DO NOT GET A MALE MASSEUSE AT THIS FACILITY!I went to Miracle Springs Spa for a relaxing day with my friends. The spa host was extremely flustered when we checked in, and had trouble taking our information. A little chaotic, but totally fine. I understand there is a labor shortage and it seemed like she was working hard.We are given locks for the locker rooms and a towel each. The locks were very cheap, but again, not that big of a deal. Locker room/showers are good enough. It feels like old decor, but everything appeared clean. Complimentary soaps, shampoos, etc. We used the hot springs while waiting for our massages. A lot of them were taken up, but we were able to park at one with some shade and a decent temperature of water. While accessing the locker rooms during our time at the hot springs I noticed one of the male masseuses giving a somewhat intimate massage to the new spa hostess. Finally the massage, we get to the waiting room 15 minutes early, and end up waiting about 10 minutes until someone notices we are there. Another 15 minutes go by (so 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled) I get taken back by the hallway masseuse, Jesus, to have my center massage.I was appalled by the service I received. He continually went too hard, and in areas I requested not to. He did not respond when asking to move to another location, and he was unable to tell that my body was tensing up even more when he would massage ligaments and areas that should not be massaged. He spent at least 10 minutes massaging my upper-thigh, and was not at all professional in his approach. I had to request multiple times for him to move to another location before he finally stopped touching me in this location. There was continued inappropriate behaviors on his part that dont need to be detailed on Google. I was not relaxed for a moment of this 80 minute experience, and feel more drained than when I walked in. I have received many massages in my life, and after this one exchange I will never use a male therapist again.
This is an excellent affordable hot springs resort with a spa, sauna, and restaurant with good food. I love all the hot springs pools here, but especially the temperature in the big pool; usually in the 90s. There is plenty of parking, an elevator and I always get a pool view room. I have enjoyed numerous vacations here and will keep returning.
Housekeeping was a disaster. The bathroom was so filthy that we had to change rooms. Housekeeping also screwed up a replacement request for towels; they didnt give us what we asked for. Service in the dining room was very inconsistent. BIGGEST DRAWBACK of this property is that the water temperature of the showers cannot be adjusted. The front desk explained to us that they pipe in water directly from the hot springs without putting it through chillers or heaters, so you get whatever temperature that Mother Earth is providing. This can result in either very cold or very hot showers. The big positive to this property is its 7 pools.
Nice range of pools and comfortable rooms, even without the poolside view we had a nice walkout balcony. Walls are thin so beware of noisy neighbors, but earplugs will do the trick. It’s a great spot for a short visit on a reasonable budget.
Place is nice. All the pools and jacuzzi were adequate, however they were working on two of them and the Jets on 2 were not powerful enough for my liking. However it was nice that you could use them 24 /7. We ate at restaurant and it was average food and high priced. So -1 for jacuzzis down and - 1 star for restaurant. Food and entrance was confusing as well needed updated and happier people doing service. Thank you for asking me.
Cannot say enough good things about this place: super friendly service, comfortable rooms, and overall a very nice place to spend couple nights in Desert Hot Springs. And a special thank you to the front desk staff, Aracely in particular - a real pleasure dealing with competent, professional people! Definitely 5 stars to this place!
Came here with my partner for our anniversary and boy was this a mistake.. The only nice thing about this resort is the mineral water hot tubs and the view of Mt. Jacinto. Other than that, everything is awful. The service sucks, the restaurant has horrible staff with subpar food, and the rooms need serious renovation. You are lucky to get a hot shower at night and the walls are very thin. Also the location is awful with tweakers almost everywhere. Dont be fooled by the pictures and the mineral water pools. I definitely do not recommend staying here.
Loved the place, so pretty and the pools were fantastic. Food and service was great. Price was perfect. Rooms need up dating but clean. New mattresses are needed badly. Will definitely go back
The massage, and facial were definitely five stars. The staff were amazing! Julie truly will give a fantastic massage and Im so upset I dont remember the name of the wonderful person who helped me with the eye contour but she was amazing as well! The only downside was that once you left the little spa area to go to the relaxing pools, it wasnt very relaxing. It seems the standard is for drunk guys to hit on the lifeguard, while no other staff does anything. People were drunk screaming in and around the pool with kids and dogs. There is a sign saying no kids in the spa area but they were definitely going back their periodically, one ran in when I was showering. While the massage and facial and staff were great it wasnt the relaxing spa day we had in mind. Oh, The robes they give you didnt fit either my wife or myself, and half the locks you cant even get on the lockers so if you do go I suggest you bring your own.
Hotel needs major upgrading from rooms to pools. Rooms are way over priced. Spa is nice but lacking a full menu of services. Staff is very nice.I recently stayed in an recently remodeled poolside king room. Problems in room were mostly painted over and new cheap flooring replaced old carpet. No hot water in my room. First night had a major water leak so was moved to an older, smokey, nasty carpet room with a view of the parking lot!! Said only room available. Had to use my inhaler anytime in room. Had planned to stay on my poolside patio and enjoy fresh air when going in and out of the pools during my 2 night stay instead of having to walk through the hallways. Expected a compensation at checkout time. Poor guy at front was running between me and supervisor trying to please both. Supervisor wouldnt talk with me. She would only approve a compensation for one of the spa treatments I had on my bill.Supervisor should never put her employee in the position this poor guy was in and a customer should never have to explain or argue such a bad situation that other staff had already left detail notes about.I gave 3 stars because the staff was very nice. Even the maintenance young man was so very apologetic and helped me move to the other room during the night.I wouldnt recommend this place.
Nice enough for a day trip or weekend. Not a luxury resort at all, but good mineral pools. Nice to have a restaurant on site too. Staff is really helpful and nice also. Definitely a nice 3 star spa....
We’ve been coming to miracle springs for many years. I do agree that the pools need to be updated our room was very nice large they had taken carpet out and put wood floors in which I loved. I had the best massage ever by Rosealinda. She was not just an amazing masseuse but an amazing human I just loved her. In general the entire staff was overboard friendly and lovely. The food in the restaurant was amazing everything we had was really really good. We will definitely be back ❤️
The spa was beautiful had multiple pools with different temperatures of heated mineral water, which was wonderful. Several of the pools had jets that were not working, but the ones that were were fabulous and very relaxing. Met people from all over the country as well as European countries.
It seems to be in pretty good shape. Some things not so much. One hot tub completely broken, overall an okay place to stay. Just dont leave the resort.
We were disappointed all around by our experience. This is much closer to a 2 star hotel/motel, it is very outdated and our room was showing serious wear including bathroom and rug stains, musty room, discoloration etc. And the price is outrageous for what it is! The pools are not a relaxing experience with tons of people and children screaming - in fact you cant even tell they are mineral pools as they just seem like regular pool and are way over-chlorinated. We did get massages at the spa and those were also quite underwhelming and overpriced.
Weve stayed here for 3 nights. What weve experienced:smoke detector started beeping at 1am because running out of battery.Staff knocked door at 10:30pm said they need to do room maintenance.Crib charged at $10/night but is dirty, as in the photo. They dont have a cleaner one to replace it.No cold water in the room so we cant take shower. the water was super hot and cant be adjusted.
First time here. Pools are awesome. Very relaxing and outside areas were pretty clean. Our room was right in front of 2 pools, so it was very convenient to go in at anytime. There were a lot of families with kids there. Rooms were ok. They definitely need to be updated. But overall, it is a family friendly resort where you can relax at their pools.
This place was SO PERFECT! 5 stars is not enough to describe how this hotel was. Rented out a villa it was amazing. Some other friends decided to stay with us and they enjoyed the stay just as much if not more. 11/10 would recommend 100%!!!
-The pool areas are nice and landscaping is well kept. Pool are accessible 24 hours for guest staying at resort. Day passes are offered from 9am-6pm. It was my first time going to a mineral pool. Pools smelled a lot like chlorine.-Rooms and most inside parts of this resort are very outdated and unkept. Layout of resort is very nice.-The room doesnt have easily accessible charging ports.- Lighting in room is very dim.-TV channels are limited.- Toothbrush & toothpaste not available. But room did have shampoo/conditioner and bars of soap.- Towels are offered for pool but they run out quickly. I recommend bringing your own.-Lifeguard on duty only during the hours the day pass is offered to those not staying at the hotel.- Parking is limited.- I visited the gift shop and it was very well stocked with souvenirs, snacks/drinks, swimsuits and pool accessories. Very helpful workers there too.- Check in/out was fast.- My 12&10 y/o really enjoyed the large pool and liked that they can use a floaty. This place is very family friendly. There were children in the pool all day long.
~ Nick ~I have had plenty of treatments from plenty of therapist from Lanai to Arizona and back to the Coachella Valley and my favorite therapist by far is NICK! Please dont let his young looking self fool you he is a seasoned therapist who knows exactly what hes doing with his magical hands! This is my 3rd treatment with him and everytime I feel like he finds a new spot in my body that needs some TLC. This time I went 6 months without any body work and he managed to get all my kinks and stress balls out of my back ( I have a very stressful career) Nick is definitely a Gem at Miracle Springs! I will definitely be back!
Only perk is that pools do not close. Nice to relax however, the water wreaked like bleach! Some of the pool tiles were off (specially on the steps of the their smallest pool you could feel the sharp cement going down the steps due to a huge block missing tile). Two lamps in the room did not work. Their little ponds which look beautiful in their pictures are dark green and super dirty. 3 stars because the staff was extremely nice, restaurant was really good, and even though it needs remodeling in pools and rooms, the waters are still relaxing.
A great getaway! Well priced staff is awesome. Wonderful restaurant on site. Cant say enough of this place. I love it. Family friendly. Worth the drive!
Hot tubs are only hot during the day..... when its hot outside. 😒 The restaurant is decently priced and the rooms are okay. I stayed in a poolside room and could hear the noisy guests in the pool all night and the floor of the room above us was very creaky. The bathrooms really could use an update too. The customer service was pretty excellent.
Not a great experience for me. I am sure the pools are an attraction to most. However, for me it is all about the room. The hotel itself is very outdated. The rooms are old and dingy looking. The elevator looks like it could break down at any moment. Word of advice for the family of four with luggage... take the stairs... the elevator can only hold up to 500 lbs apparently if that. I wanted so dearly to plug my cellphone into a socket by my bed. That was asking too much- none of the plugs worked. Carpeting looks like it was from the 70s. I appreciate that the air conditioning worked well. The bed looked clean and the shower actually had warm water (I had my doubts). Overall, one night stay (thank God) was tolerable. This hotel needs a serious uplift and some love put into it. Good value if you are on a budget but honestly just find a Comfort Inn and buy a pool pass if you really must swim...
Rooms are clean, pools are clean. Location is a bit far from things but the resort is great. Walls are very thin, beds adequate but not great. Very good value overall, friendly staff and the pools are great.
I would have to say there is great service but it was not all that great of what I expected the pool was dirty and the jacuzzi is dirty and all of the jacuzzi was super hot!!! The hallways smelled weird the whole thing smelled really old and weird.I really think you guys should update the resort its way too old were in 2021. Pictures fooled me. I thought this would be great resort but it kinda wasn’t but the waitress and workers and food were really great. Great customer service! Buts needs a big update for me to go back unfortunately.
Like 8 different mineral pools all at different temps. You can get a day pass to try the pools out which is what we did. Was terrific. Great way to unwind after a day hiking in joshua treeWe only interacted with the woman at the spa and she was very helpful and extremely nice
Very beautiful clean place with nice rates. The pools are amazing, and the restaurant and the service at that restaurant is amazing as well. I will definitely be back. Absolutely recommend this place to stay at.
Definitely not a great experience. For starters we had a room with a balcony but there was no furniture out there. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable, the elevator was out of order, and our room had only enough hot water for one of us to shower! We were looking forward to a nice dinner out at the Capri Italian restaurant on-site and were disappointed once again. The bartender was decent, and at least acknowledged us as we waited at the bar for a table, but service was slow and they were out of the first 2 types of beer we asked for. Once seated our server was inattentive and uninterested. We ordered our entrees and expected something would accompany them, but no salad, bread or soup was even offered for an additional cost. The food was just okay and we were never asked how we were doing or if we wanted dessert or another drink. We had to hunt down our check so we could pay for the mediocre meal. The hot spring pool we initially enjoyed was abruptly shut down while we were in it due to an unsafe temperature. What a let down! We did move on to another pool and found it acceptable but Im guessing we will not give this place another chance.
Nice to soak in the hot mineral waters. The hotel is a bit run down - the rooms could do with a makeover but it is still the best hotel and spa in town. We always come back whenever we get the chance.
It was nice, the TV was good, the pillows were nice. Three of the pools where warm and clean. The restaurant was okay. Service was fantastic. Conveniently woking up for breakfast by the fighting couple next door. Nice patch job on the ceiling of room, hardly noticed it. Overall it met our expectations.
Rooms were spacious with easy access to pool. But at $350 a night, I did not expect a rundown facility, soiled carpets in room, & less than pleasant staff. The parking WAS horrendously far, no late check out, & noisy neighbors. Access to the pools was great & lunch outside was fabulous.
Hello, I have stayed multiple times and to say that this time was a disappointment would be a understatement. The only reason I am putting 2 stars and not lower is because of past employees and service. After this stay It will probably be a while before I consider staying again. The first night was okay the pull out bed was horrible but it is in all the rooms. The wifi is iffy at best. Now on my second day the ac went out. This by its self is okay I understand things happen. However once we called (on our cellphones I may add because the room phone did not work) we told the front desk our ac was out and in a rushed manner they said it was a big problem and someone would be there. After about 10 minutes we called again. We were on hold for 30 minutes with nobody being there. Finally we went to the front office and talked to “Justin”. He has been rude from the very start when we checked in. Speaking of check in the elevator near our room was broken and we were not informed of this. He was very abrasive even when we tried to remain nice and friendly as workers get to much hate as it is. He was rude, impaciente, making excuses, and it’s not like he was rude in response it was immediately. If we went to say how amazing the hotel was it would have not mattered because of his behavior. Also the pools we horrible. They are dirty and hot. I will say there was a older gentleman working and he was lovely.
I started with some laps and floating in the big (heated) pool, then soaked in a few if the hot tubs. Topped it off with a little sauna time. Ended the day with an amazing massage from Rosalinda. Shes excellent at what she does.
Great value. Great price. Great Hot Springs. Just love this place?
Nice experience of the hot pools. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff was courteous.
Perfect relaxing retreat, plus the capri restaurant has great steaks
It was so chill and kick back.got. to go in pools all night when you stay in the rooms.some rooms open up the yard gate right to a pool in your front yard .restaurant was good.met one of the managers (Emerson )last night he showed us the grand ball room.he was awesome, fun ,and cute .I will be back again.my skin feels good .would be a great spot for a wedding or celebration of life .was originally built to be a casino.ans there are 5 separate pools.
Affordable, good food at the restaurant and a lot of pools to soak in and enjoy the desert. I went here in April with my family and it was 90 almost everyday which was exactly what I wanted. The mineral water doesn’t stink in the pool which was surprising and awesome. Service was good but one thing to note is that it’s outdated and older looking. If updated would be even better. I would highly recommend getting a room facing the pool especially with smaller kids a lot less hassle, less walking and makes the experience a lot more enjoyable.
This resort is ok but it wasn’t as nice as we were expecting. Our room with a Mountain View was a good size & I enjoyed the balcony. Unfortunately my son had to move rooms b/c he found bed bugs late at night. We were also surprised at how many seniors were at the hotel. It’s definitely an older crowd! The pools and tub are nice though as well as the staff. If your looking for something with really nice facilities and a younger scene I do not recommend staying here.
We had our daughters Quinceanera this past weekend and I cant rave enough. This venue was amazing but more than that... the staff. They took extra care of us, every step. They made sure that everything was perfect for us. Jenn in charge of catering, to Tony I the kitchen, Ramiro who over saw the event...I can go on and on. This made our night extra amazing!!
Bought a day pass for $18 which included access to the hot spring pools and the lockers (restrooms, shower and place for clothing change, Locks are provided for $5)Tried all the pools with varying temperatures and overall experience was pretty good. One star less for - 1. the pools not being clean (all of them had palm tree debris as it was super windy), cannot blame them for that, but it did affect the experience. 2. There was only one pool that was super hot at 104F and it was the smallest (could accommodate at max 4 people) and so there was a lot of contention for it.But highly recommended if near Palm springs.
This resort is one we have been visiting every winter for the passed 9 years. We stumbled across it looking for natural hot springs and have been coming back year after year. There are several natural water pools to experience. Some warmer than others which is great for variety. There is a large pool for playing that is just warm enough to play in without overheating. The Capri restaurant is actually really good with very reasonable prices. I have never eaten a meal there that has disappointed me. It is all very fresh and well prepared. For the quality, you get a lot for your money. This little resort has so much potential. The staff is very kind and professional. However, the facility is old and dated. The pool tiles need attention as well as paint touch-ups that could really do a lot for this place. The rooms are also quite outdated but dont carry any unpleasant odors. I have used the facility for a massage and it was quite nice but I cant speak to much else in the spa. So, bottom line. This resort is old and outdated but if you can get passed the cosmetics it is worth your time and money to check it out. We will continue to stay here for years to come.
Stayed here for two nights. Thought based off of the reviews it would be decent. Honestly only redeeming quality was the pools but even the tile in there could use some maintenance. The rooms are outdated and disgusting. There’s water stains on the ceiling by the A/C and stains in multiple spots on the carpet. The tile in the bathroom is coming out and reeks of mildew. The WiFi moves at a snails pace. And if you have a room not near the front entrance good luck finding parking. There’s a storage container taking up multiple spots including a handicap one. If I could I would get my money back and spend a little more for somewhere nicer in a nicer neighborhood.
This is a definite go-to place for us when were in the area. Pay the day-visit fee, and relax in the hot springs pools all day. Grab a few drinks and lunch at the restaurant, and its a pretty good day, indeed.
A week agoBeen coming here for years. But this place has gone down. First only the champagne pools had the bubbles working. The rest of the pools the bubbles didnt work at all! So whats the point of sitting in hot water? No safe in the room. The furniture looks like Good Will .The bedding was nice. No Security, I didnt feel safe at night all kinds of strange people just hanging around ???? Why??? One cart broken down barely rolled to get your stuff to your room. Staff were nice, restaurant was good but expensive. The only place to eat on the property.
My girlfriend Michele and I have stayed here many times. We keep going back because we always have a great time. There are multiple mineral pools all with different temperatures and a very unique layout. The people we meet are always very nice which is a bonus. There is a great restaurant to enjoy consistent food and happy staff serving you.
If you enjoy water damaged walls and ceilings, a tattoo convention and gangland fellow guests, then definitely spend a night in this home away from homelessness. The city of Hot Springs has more vacant lots and boarded up businesses than Detroit. What a dump. The miracle is that we still had 4 tires on our car when we left. Yikes.
I was there for mothers day weekend there was a few employees that stood out and went out their way to make our stay great. So I would like to thank Maria from the spa for helping me find My sisters shades. Francisco for making my massage comfortable and going out his way I dont over heat since the a.c went out. Also a big thank you to Stephanie at the front desk for being so friendly while the others were to busy making faces at everyone.
Place could use a good power washing to clean up the grounds, glass doors cleaned especially at the entrances . Replacing lighting bulbs outside and it would have been nice when we checked in to let us know a water pipe broke for the pools. The water was tipid. We were looking forward to a nice warm relaxing soak in the pools, there was only one pool that was warm enough to go into. However the staff was nice. We will not return.
One of the best Resort & Spa s that Ive ever stayed at. Affordable, professional and truly a place for Healing. It has it all! A world class Spa, tons of different natural hot spring pools, a great restaurant, nice rooms and great staff. Ive been here many times and recommend that all my friends stay at least one day/night here while visiting Southern California. Shout out to Mercedes and the great job she does managing all the outdoor springs/pools water quality and facilities.
The place is great. Very good customer service. It needs renovation but if you are there for the pool and hot tubs with natural springs water, it is great. Fine Italian restaurant at the premises. i like to breakfast at the pool side restaurant. And yes, the water in the pool does not smell with chlorine. That is a big plus for me.
We have been going to the resort and spa for 25 or so years. Our 30 year old child was 5 when we first found this diamond in the desert. The pools are well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. Capri is good food at reasonable prices.
I have stayed here with my children many times. Our prior trips were good, except this last time! My husband and I went ourselves with some family and during breakfast the waitress accidentally spilled 2 cups of hot coffee all over my husband burning his chest arm and lap. It was an accident the Waitress was really apologetic and concerned. But when we were making a report the manager was really rude to her and other staff that checked on him. We thought the meal would at least be compensated but only half was. To have the manager talk like that to the employees in front of customers was completely uncalled for! That made us feel real uncomfortable. Then we find out my sisters car was broken into! I would think that a resort of this standard would have better control over security and better manors for their management. Paying as much as we did and have in the past I expected to be more Compensated. Sadly I am not sure how I feel about this place anymore and dont think we will be returning. Not to mention the room was falling apart. The bathroom metal that holds the curtain was hanging off the wall barly hanging on. The room floor was really nasty and dirty. Plus the pools were so cloudy and had bandages floating around. Someone had cut themselves in the pool and instead of the lifeguard going to her to help she had the women swim to her across the pool while blood was dripping down her arm into the water! Disgusting! I really thought this place had higher standards especially for the price!
The rooms are spacious but very dated. Carpet needs to be replaced, the wood in all furniture is chipped and rooms are musty smelling. The hot springs are wonderful but all pools were dirty with debris and rocks in bottom. The restaurant however was delightful and deliciously made items. The side door to the parking lot needs to replaced as it its supposed to be a security door and we found it stuck open every morning leaving free access to the rooms and pools. I think the locals sneak in this way and know the code for the door. They could change this to key access only and replace the double door so it closes securely after opening. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is not safe
Dated but comfortable resort. Excellent service from the front desk to the bartenders on down to housekeeping staff - really impressed. Im travelling with 3 children under 10 so Im not here for a ritzy vacation. I appreciated the large room, fridge microwave and extra sofa. Kids are welcome but reciprocal privleges are offered at resort next door for pool use. Price is very reasonable for this hotel and the grounds and pools are well maintained.
Im giving this 5 🌟 s because its nice to get what you pay for. Night before last I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Santa Maria and it was $188.00, the hotel is pretty new and very clean and hot breakfast. But its not worth almost $200 dollars a night. So, here at Miracle Springs I feel like I got my moneys worth. $75.00 is a great value for a hotel room. Since I usually check in late and leave early is hard to justify more than that. But, here at Miracle Springs the polls are open 24/7 and they are nice and clean. The hotel is old but in pretty good condition. Some rooms are very nice. Some are clean and old. But WELL WORTH the price. The amenities are great and the restaurant is excellant and the service is also excellant!I didnt even mind that some of the lights didnt work. No big deal!So thumbs 👍 👌 👏 Miracle Springs!
I have gone to Miracle Springs many times. The first time about the years ago and it was perfect! This time around, it was so bad. My car was broken into during the evening and everything tossed about. During breakfast at the restaurant a waitress dumped two hot cups of coffee on my brother and the manager commenced to yelling at her in front of us. When our drinks came out, the fruit still had the labels from the packager on them. Clearly evident that time and cleanliness was not of concern when prepping the bar.Our room though clean was in a state of disrepair, the showerrod was barely hanging on the wall. While in the pool, a gal broke a fingernail and when reported to the lifeguard rather than have the gal step out of the pool and walk over to the lifeguard section, she had her walk through the pool filled with people with her bloody finger. This place is in extreme need of renovation, cracking tiles, makeshift repairs. It appears that it is just going downhill and though we are coming out of a pandemic, it was full the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Not sure where the money is going but hopefully they begin to put it where it counts. My wife and I used to love this little resort and we are saddened and disappointed by its current state.
The hot Springs are great. There are about 8 or 9 pools of different sizes with varying temperatures. More importantly, the pools are open 24 hours. The rooms and hotel itself needs major upgrade. Shower had absolutely no water pressure, even after they fixed it. The staff were great and gave us complimentary breakfast to compensate for all the problems with the room.
WOULD NOT waste my money on a massage here again. Booked a 50min medium pressure massage for $95. Was not issued a robe, which I thought was odd, considering the cost and that the other women around me had been issued one. The massage therapist was nice, but seemed very inexperienced, no method to the madness. Paying the extra $15 for medium pressure was comical, because at times it felt like I was being given an application of body oil instead of a massage. When turned to the front side, for limb massage, I felt as though I was going to be pushed off the table with one of the odd leg manuevers. To finish up the end and face/neck/head portion, my limbs were left exposed and kind of chilly. There was also no hand hygeine between just having worked on my feet before moving on to my face (every other massage Ive had, the therapist cleans their hands between feet and face contact. bleh.) I was left covered in oil at the end as well (no hot towels for the front side). Locker room is in serious need of updating. Overall, not worth the money at all. Pools/spas were nice.
We had a great 3 day stay!! Pools were relaxing. Massage by Cisco and Rosalinda were great! Food in the restaurant was tastie. Because its an older hotel, the rooms were a good size. We had a mountain view. I would recommend replacing the carpet in the hallways and elevator. We would come back! Staff was very friendly.
Great place to stay. The staff are very polite and extremely accommodating. To top it off I felt incredibly welcome. The food from the Capri hits the spot consistently and I enjoy meals from there whether Im utilizing a room at the hotel or not. Through my friends and coworkers Ive heard and look forward to experiencing their lovely spa services.
Was half a year ago, and liked it a lot. Great outdoor pools with breathtaking views. Great restaurant on premises. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices and best quality.
We were lucky to start our day off with some tasty food that was served by quite the cheerful and efficient waiter, Adam. I have never seen so many hard working employees in the AM, complete with smiles and spectacular service. Taking soaks at all hours of the day/ night was relaxing, but I definitely wish that I had known that the Owners also own a dispensary down the street , Microbuddery, so all guests get 40 percent off of cannabis + free delivery. This place was my chicken soup for the soul!!
I went there on a day pass with friends and kids and loved the get away from the city. The place is nice and staff friendly. I returned a month later for the same thing and the spa receptionist was very snotty. All of a sudden it was 21 and over no kids. When I asked since when had that been policy she snapped and said I said recent at that point I snapped back because she still had the nerve to roll her eyes. So I ended getting a room for the night and the check in person was very nice. Despite that rude spa receptionist who by the way wears way too much makeup and has eyelashes the size of fingers experience was good.
NEVER stay in this hotel! While we stayed there, they broke the window and broke in to rob us. They took our bags with computers, documents and so on. Being 5 people, we couldnt keep all the belongings in the safe because they did not fit. The hotel didnt take responsibility for the theft, they didnt care. Whats more, they even charged us for the room! Totally awful. I cannot emphasize more than never stay here.
I actually bought 2 three day packages for this place, and gave one as a gift to my parents. The surroundings are pretty, the pools are nice, although they seem dirty and in need of some repair. The next time, I went...I agree with the other reviews that the place could use some maintenance and cleaning up, but worse than that, the maid stole my rings from the room and although I have called numerous times to get this issue resolved. I cannot seem to get any manager to call me back, or even care that this happened. To then see that I was charged twice for the room tax, and again, no one seems to care, was the topping on this. I give them 2 stars because the surroundings are very pretty. The food at the restaurant was good, although we only had one server who was attentive and in all other ways, an excellent server. One morning, I did have to ask 5 times from three different people to get me a refill on my coffee. I do not think I would return to this place. There are plenty of nicer resorts in the area where the staff seems to actually care about their clients. If they make this situation good, I will retract my review, but at this point, after trying for two solid weeks to get resolve on the theft of my jewelry resolved, I stand on my advice to stay clear of this place.
Hardware in the room was a bit rickety, floor Creaked a bit. glad I was on the Second Story. Nice room size. room away from the pool is much more quiet than near the pool. service was great. Housekeeping 5 stars. Lobby is beautiful. Restaurant was very good. parking seem to be secured. Overall 4.5 Stars.
Clean rooms, great pools, my favorite getaway
This is our familys favorite resort ever, we love coming here to recharge, relax, I cant express how much we all love this place. The best thing about it is that all the pools have mineral springs water which is so much better than chlorine since the skin and eyes dont get irritated which is very important for me and also for my little daughter who loves to dive with open eyes or occasionally opens mouth under water. The location is beautiful with mountains view. Also we had pool front suite which was very nice for the times when my daughter has naps or sleeps at night since all the pools are 24 hours. Also I loved the spa with variety of treatments, I did deep tissue massage which was amazing and helped me to release all the tension in back muscles and also I did facial which made my skin glow. All the pools have different temperature, so the cooler ones are great for day time and the hot ones are awesome at night. The Italian restaurant in the resort is great too, it has variety of dished to choose from and has indoor and outdoor area. It was nice to eat outdoors by the pool and enjoy the view. And the best part no driving anywhere. We will come back here for sure and highly recommend this resort!
Horrible experience, never going again! We went for a wedding. When we first arrived we were very hungry so we went up to our room left our things and went down to the restaurant since I was supposed to be open. When we arrived to the restaurant it was closed cause they were “to slow”. And the hotel is no where near any places to grab food. The next day when it was time to shower I called and asked for new towels that never showed up. Also there was no hot water. I called the front and they sent me to another room and it had the exact same problem. I was late to the wedding and had to shower with COLD water. When it was time to check out the added a 25 dollar charge to my room because supposedly we had eaten there. And when I told them it needed to be removed cause I didn’t eat there. They made me wait until the did their own investigation on weather or not I ate there. And there was only one person in the front so it was tough to get a hold of the front or even to check out. All and all it was a terrible experience if I could give no stars I most definitely would. Don’t wait your money here.
Well, for the price you pay, it’s really not bad. If you’re expecting a luxury hotel, the rooms are not so. The lobby is great and swimming pools seem to look fun, with a lot of people swimming and having fun. Yummy food. Wish my room didn’t have the 2 flies in it, but they must have sneaked in. What do you expect for what you pay ? I’m staying one night and I can’t complain.
We recently stayed at this resort and we enjoyed it. We were allowed to check in early, room was clean and large. Beds were very comfortable, a/c was nice and cold.As stated above, the room was very large, and accommodating. The staff were all super nice and helpful, easy check in. The restaurant had great food that was well priced. Pools were great, kids had a blast. No noise or distraction during the night. The only complaint on my behalf was the shower; the head was so low. I am 54 and I had to bend over to get my head wet, not sure how anyone taller then myself would fare. Otherwise we had a GREAT experience and will be staying again.
The room next door was partying pretty hard and the front desk was unwilling to do anything about it. Ive been once before, with my two kids 8 and 12 years old. They loved it because there are numerous pools to swim in. If you have family, and your kids love to swim, this is an ideal place. If you are traveling with an infant, stay away.
