Very good shop. They are very knowledgeable about everything in there. Any questions answered to the fullest so I can make a wise purchase. Then to make my experience event better. I get a tutorial on how to use what I just bought to the fullest. That is what being a professional looks like. 5 stars, very polite, always professional and great with banter while you look.

The guy working there today was very friendly and polite. The selection was phenomenal, and nothing appeared to be cheap quality. The prices were more than fair. This is a place I will definitely visit again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice smoke shop. Compared to other ships in the area, the atmosphere was more inviting. The owner/employees clearly take care of the place. The inside was clean and well lit and the displays were well organized. The staff was well informed of their products. A+

***UPDATE***Went back a second time, different guy behind counter(same guy in photo in 1 star review below)..entirely different experience...not going to pay these prices and tolerate less than helpful staff.Locals take note- Order online or take your business elsewhere.Has good selection and the girl we worked with was knowledgeable. Prices are pretty high, but its the only real game in town, and you pay for the convenience.

Don’t waste your time or money. I went there looking for a one-hitter and was promptly informed by the owner that it wasn’t “his” preferred way to smoke...wait, who’s the customer here? I found the owner to be abrasive and not very customer friendly. In my book attitude counts for a lot. I also thought that the merchandise was overpriced. All together, I would steer clear of this place; I’ve taken my business elsewhere. The crabby manager/owner doesn’t play well with me.

After seeing several reports on Yelp with 1 star ratings, I had to try the place myself. And, its true, my visit was only worth one star. The owner was rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful. I think the prices are extraordinarily high (he must have been smoking something while doing the pricing) 😂😂😂.Again though, it was his demeanor that was a total turnoff. Others have said the same thing. I wouldnt go back to this place if it was the last smoke shop in Destin.

Stopped here yesterday afternoon around 3pm. We are on vacation and I wanted to try some delta 8 gummies. My boyfriend, whom I’m with, is very familiar with delta 8 and I was a first time user. We asked the guy at the counter multiple times which brands and dosages he recommended and he said “they’re all good” each time. My boyfriend decided on the 25mg (smallest dose offered), we purchased and left. I took one gummie as soon as we left and soon figured out I should have taken 1/4th of that gummie as it hit me like a ton of bricks. My boyfriend was able to care for me and I later came to enjoy the experience, but it would have been nice to know that 25mg can hit you that hard. So now I know! Overall, the guy was not helpful at all, but I would say they do sell good product! It tasted good and definitely worked.

The guys in the store are like bad mall cops. I was going in the store to purchase an item. There was another woman in the store who came in either right before or right after and they ASSUMED we were together. She mentioned something about a conversation with her daughter and they went crazy. I have never been treated more poorly. They refused to let me purchase any item and could not show me any ordinance or law applying to what they were saying. No signs were posted. The whole situation was absurd. Horrible customer service and horrible overall experience. Please take your business elsewhere!!!!!

Always hospitable and knowledgeable on all of their products, never a bad experience in the 20+ times I’ve visited, highly recommend. Just always be aware of what you shouldn’t be saying in an establishment such as this. Make sure you give these guys a stop by. Definitely worth it.

Considering this is the only smoke shop in town, I have to go back...but honestly the guy who works there is always super rude to me and anyone with me.I really don’t get his whole vibe and energy.Prices are okay. They could be better.But if the service was better the prices wouldn’t even matter.

Of course when we get to the door we have to present our IDs which is always a regular thing but the man who collected my ID seemed pushy and just annoyed. One of the people I was with asked him a question he didnt honestly know and kicked him out but in the upmost rude way and he didnt greet or ask if my friend and I needed help finding anything. He then greeted another man and asked him how he could help him and I feel that he just didnt want to be there or seemed annoyed. With two minutes of walking in I was walking out because of the store representatives extremely poor and unwelcoming attitude. I wish I could give half a star. I hope yall take these reviews seriously.

There are a LOT of misconceptions about the owners of this shop. People need to understand that there are laws regarding what you can say and do in a head shop. If they are violated, the business can be closed. I have shopped here for three years and have never EVER felt that I was being disrespected AT ALL. Learn the rules if you want to enjoy the amenities.

This place was really nice. The guy at the counter seem a little stand offish. but my sister found a pretty awesome condenser that we havent ever seen in a store before and have always had to order online. Prices seemed fair.

Horrible customer service.... I purchased a dry herb vape from these guys. Once I got the dry herb vape home, I cycled the heat to cleanse the unit of any manufacturing debris and to my amazement it straight up smelled like burning plastic... I took it back and explained what was going on. The employees response was “oh, that smell is normal” and then proceeded to do nothing to resolve the issue. Please do not buy anything from this overpriced shop, they will not stand behind their product even if said product is clearly a health concern.

This place has the largest and best selection in town. All the glass pieces are high quality. There was so much stuff I had never seen before so I had plenty of questions but Drew the guy behind the counter answered them all. I’ll definitely be back.

Visiting from Detroit and stopped in here. Service was great. Prices were mid range, but they are priced at even amounts out the door, which makes things nice and easy. Overall great experience.

Horrible staff, very rude people to deal with. Speaks very bad about other local businesses i.e Harry Headys. Everything there is overpriced and their staff doesnt even know the difference between titanium and stainless. Not to mention everything is way over priced. I usually support local businesses but SHOP ONLINE over giving them your business!

Not full information short-lasting products and high prices seemed to be my experience Maybe Im Wrong but I dont think so. Hang in there Mystic how you can get better but you got to take your criticism like a spoon of sugar and sweeten your deal I may be missing a meal that you got off another.

This is a great shop! They have hand made glass from locals around here. They have a lot to choose from. The people that work there and nice and helpful. I will be shopping there in the future.

The guy there was very rude! He was telling my sister and I things we could and couldnt say. He acted like a complete jerk.

Good pieces I go up there all time and they still cant remember a local face plus the prices can be alittle over rated sometimes the smoking industry has really grown since the legalization Marijuana so glass pieces are being made daily along with getting cheaper for the more simple water pipes and rigs. This place is still one of the best places to go around town but the service needs to be better and maybe allow photos so customers can show off the glas pieces and other products for shop or so the customer has a idea of what to come in for next time. I smoke and like to visit any glass shop I run into around my town or when I go on road trips just to look at the art and compare stores, this place is still good and clean it gets 3 stars for the service and the no photo so everyone go to the mr.kite smoke shop and leave a comment below to help them out

I go to Mr. Kites Smoke Shop for all my legal recreational needs. I am usually greeted by Drew 🤓 who is very knowledgeable and informative with suggestions to improve my experience. I highly suggest this shop over any others in this area. The knowledgable staff and the large selection of fairly priced quality products earns this place a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.

Im all for supporting small business owners, but this guy must have been high as a kite when pricing his inventory. A decent selection overall, but way too pricey.

Ive been here personally with my fiance - who is also the #1 customer here - a few times and Id have to say its a nicely organized place and the service couldnt be any better. I will definitely be bringing friends here.:)

This place is trash. Bought a vape pen. Told me it was working. Turned back around and came back 5 mins later trying to upgrade not refund my purchase because it did not work. Long story short, I am out $15 dollars. I am from out of town and this is how they treat medical patients. I refuse to spend another dollar at the shop.

They should have a sign up that says no joking about illegal substances. My wife and went in and I jokingly said she needs a new pipe for smoking great crack and got kicked out the door. I completely understand, respect and condone policies, but make people aware. Now I will be giving my money to his competition.

I came in and got exactly what I was looking for. He helped me look for those items and answered any questions I had. Probably the best smoke shop in the destin area. Definitely will be returning.

Horrible service. I took my mom in to purchase a hookah and hookah products for the first time. And while she was asking questions for what was what she ran across a stash can and she was asking what is was used for I told her people who smoke weed use it sometime to hide things. I dont smoke or my mom doesnt smoke weed. He ask me to leave the shop because I couldnt say the word Weed so he couldnt sell me anything and we left dont spend your money with them..... bad customer service, I asked why he had no answer he just told use we had to leave.
