Great shop! It is one of the best shops in the area. The owners test all their products, and they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of Tobacco, CBD, and Kratom products. They know the science behind each and every one of their products and make excellent recommendations!!They also offer a wide variety of price points on their goods.Its a shop , so good that I bypass multiple competitors on the drive to here.

Awesome shop! So happy to find the Cuban Cigar Elf Bar here. It’s our favorite and this is the only place we have been able to find it! They had a great selection of disposables.

They are truly the Vapor Masters. The products get an A++. The guys running the place get an A++x100000. I wish my home city had a place as half as cool as this. I’d highly recommend stopping in and checking them out. Can’t wait to come back and visit on our next vacation. Cheers!

I pass about 5 other stores on the 13 mile trip to Vapor Master. Awesome juice, taste amazing, everyone knows their stuff here and super chill environment. Ive gone several times and always end up having a conversation with who ever is working at the time. Great place, would highly recommend it over anywhere else in the area. They care about what they sell and stand behind their products!

Came for some juice today, was happy to see the wide variety of flavors that the store offered.Prices were higher then I anticipated at first, especially for the larger quantities, but once learning about how the juice is made in house using organic nicotine and ingredients, I was easy to jump on board.All of the novelties add a nice touch of atmosphere to the store.My only disappointment was being unable to sample the juice, but that is expected with the regulations being pushed by the FDA.Would not hesitate to come back in the future.

I quit smoking a few months back and came here and I have to say, this place is the best! They have helped me along the way from finding the right mods for me to teaching me about VG and PG and everything in between. They are the nicest individuals and even when they get busy, they find time to make sure you know they got you! They’ve even gone out of their way to replace flavors that I ended up not liking - even though there was nothing wrong with their product. Stopped by on our vacation and I can honestly say out of all the shops Ive been, this is the most well decorated, best atmosphere, and largest selection of house juice Ive ever seen! Prices were very affordable! They were extremely helpful and I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Only shop around with all organic VG/PG and nicotine. Tons of flavor options and you can request your own mix as they mix them on the spot! Tony is a true professional in his trade. Hes been mixing juice for over 10 years and is an expert. Very friendly, immediately walking thru the door I felt like I could just kick back like Ive been going there for years. There is no substitute. Vapor Master is by far the most outstanding vape shop i have ever been too. customer service is above and beyond any other place. They fully support the military community. and their juice... words cannot describe how delicious their juice truly is. I have shopped around and tried different juices even from other states and i promise you, you will NEVER find a better quality juice anywhere else. it seems like every time i pick up a new flavor it just blows me away with how delicious it is. These guy really know what they are doing and i will be a long time returning customer. If you have the chance to stop by their shop, DO IT! you will not be disappointed.

Customer service was pretty good. They gave us the proper amount of attention. I didnt like the way they do flavour samples(wickless) as i only tasted a burnt coil most of the time. Didnt really find a Flavor i liked. I found one that was supposed to be the really sweet but in my tank tastes like burning plastic. Dont think Ill be back for other juices but might stop by if the change the sampling process.

When I tell you this place would definitely be my go to of I lived in FL I mean it! They have a nice variety of Vape flavors to choose from, and they also offer Some of the best quality CBD products Ive ever seen. They are very friendly, and knowledgeable about all their products. I couldve literally hung out there all day with them thats just how chill the vibe was there! Definitely 5 Stars all across the board!!

Super nice and knowledgeable guy. I wish I would have gotten his name! I stopped by before work and he had a few customers before me who he had to accommodate, I wanted a juice that he needed to look up the recipe to but I didnt have enough time to stick around before having to be at work. He asked if I could stop by after work, said he would have it ready and for the inconvenience said there would be no charge. I stopped by after work the next day (vet clinics are unpredictable..)and he had it by the front desk ready for me as soon as I walked in! This place offers amazing customer service and I will be back to purchase their awesome juices. Thank you!

I stopped in for the first time today because it was close to where I was shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While discussing flavors, I asked if they had the heating coil for my current vape. They didn’t (due to my outdated vape pen), but offered to order and stock them. They guarantee their juices and let you return and/or exchange it if you aren’t satisfied with the flavor. I definitely found my new vape shop and I’ll absolutely be back as soon as I run out.

Great store, great employees. Had a good conversation discussing mods and juice with the guy working there. You could tell he really wanted to find you a juice that you would be happy with. Willing to blend juice together to help find the favor you are looking for. (Which I have never seen before, definitely a plus) My only problem is the way the house juice is sold. I believe the juices need to steep to fully maximize the favor and vapor production, and since he added the nicotine to my juice while I was there, I would say nothing has had time to steep. This is NOT saying the house juice was not good but only stating it be even better if allowed to steep.

Visiting my buddy down here, great shop owner and awesome atmosphere. Very military friendly, and the actual shop owner (Aurora) :), is a great pool teammate! Will be back when we visit next time.

Came from out of town and needed juice so I stopped at vapor master. The guy was so beyond helpful and walked me thru picking out a custom vape juice..... because yes they mix their own juice! If I lived here this would be my go to vape shop without a doubt! Side note he had a sweet Negan bat (Lucille) and he let me take a pic with it!

Not sure how they have the reviews they do. Went in looking for A mod they were sold out on. So I was shown the next best thing. I asked if I could receive a small discount if I bought 2 of them and was give “No way” in a rude matter. I politely said thanks anyways and left.Sweet Southern Vapes in Miramar Beach was definitely a much better experience. They have a much larger selection and better customer service. Same 2 mods here were 15% cheaper than The “not so” Vapor master.

Great customer service! Called in and ordered my favorite juice, the staff was friendly & efficient over the phone and told me they would send my order to me right away. I received it in the mail in 3 days, from Destin, Fl. to Macon, Ga. just as I was told. I will definitely be ordering from them from now on. Very pleased!!

When I first went in I didnt know what I was looking for and I was a bit overwhelmed all I know is I was tired of paying the same price for vuse that I did when I smoked. Showed the guys what I had and they took over from there they picked me out a vape I am comfortable with, also nailed the flavor I wanted on the second try. When my vape quit working I called 20 mins before close and was told to bring it right in and they fixed it for me saved my life. Omg! I went here on vacation and saw they had a high rating and now i see why! Jaime and monte are freaking awesome! They are super professional and if you tell them what you like they have no problems with letting you test anything in the shop. Just down to earth people and thats very hard to come by these days. I live in georgia and i will order my juice from them online just because customer service was awesome AND after using their juice today. Its waaaaay better than the shops than i have ever been too. Overall just super cool down to earth people with great products to fit your needs. They get my stamp of approval.

So I am visiting from out of town, I have spent most of the week running around from shop to shop. First off let me just say if you are new to the vape scene and looking for advice on what to purchase COME TO THIS SHOP, from the second you walk in you are welcomed to the best customer service in the area! I was able to purchase my new Sigelei from here and couldnt be more satisfied with the purchase and the in shop run down on the unit right in front of my face. All in all a great shop great service the rating speaks for itself give it a shot!

Want fresh, custom vape oil, that is ALWAYS made fresh the moment you order them? Along, with KNOWING what and where the oil is coming from? Then you have to check this place out! The staff is knowledgeable and the owner is great! Its also a pretty cool place to even just chill! They have a bar you can sit at to chat it up with friends or staff, comfy couches and tvs and even a pool table! For custom organic oil, they are also priced well! They also sell the vape paraphernalia. This is and has been the only shop I purchase oil from.

They broke my vape while trying to replace the coil, the entire air inflow adapter was snapped off. They gave me a free bottle of juice but that’s about it. The prices are a lot more expensive, should’ve just went to sweet southern vapes. They know what they’re doing, have great customer service and have lower prices.

Excellent service, excellent oils. Found them a couple years ago on vacation when my vape broke. Sold me new unit and juice. I havent purchased a juice from anyone else since. Call them. You wont be disappointed.

Juice was complete garbage. Had no distinguishable flavor and the salt nic is very harsh. 2 stars because house made juice is hit and miss but I thought everyone was done with house juice lol no thanks

Best vapor Shop in the nation. He is also the only store who carries CBD products (the non-narcotic element of marijuana). All of his juices are organic, and wont turn brown in your tank. Prices are good, and if you need education, they are happy to give it to you without making you feel like an idiot.

Best in house juices in town!! None are sugary or poorly saturated, and everything is mixed up in house. Id highly suggest Purple Haze or Busta Lime if youre into the fruitier juices. Not one of those stores that you feel like youre talking to a bunch of losers, but actually really cool peoples.. A friendly atmosphere.

Been going to Posey and the guys up here for a few years now and have tried a few other shops and none make juice like the masters! Seriously though and always take great care of their customers. By far best on emerald coast

The inside is cool and that is about it... ive been to about 100 different shops around the country and can say this one i will not be returning to. i bought a few flavors that smelt okay but after about 2 hours of the same juice it only taste like straight VG i can honestly say i am displeased with the quality of juice these guys make

3/22/2015. The family and I are down to Destin from Louisville Kentucky. I always peruse the local vapor shops when we travel, and The Vapor Master happened to be the closest to where we are staying. The owner was out running errands so I didnt get a chance to meet him, but the staff sure had his back while he was gone. I wanted to find a new flavor of juice to use, as well as try my hand at a dripper. The staff was super helpful with suggestions, and were willing to let me try whatever I wanted until I found something I liked. My only problem was that I liked almost everything I tried. I ended up buying 2 50ml bottles, and a MutationX V3. Couldnt have been a better experience, and I will be having them ship me juice when I run out. Also of note, was the additions the owner was making to the shop. It shows his passion and commitment to his business. A true entrepreneur. I couldnt imagine anyone needing to go elsewhere in this area. one more thing, the 50s pinup theme, LOVE IT.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. Went in and waited patiently for help. Some people came in after me. They guy working there acted like he knew them and asked what they needed. They explained that I was there first. He asked if he could help me. I explained I was interested in tanks. The guy said theyre over there and went back to his friends. Thanks for the help bud.

I live in FWB, so I went to every vape shop in this area before finally contacting The Vapor Master. It took a good whack at my health and my wallet for me to break down and make the dreaded trip to Destin.I spent four months being lied to, taken advantage of, and spending countless amounts of money on useless hardware and bad juice. When my health started suffering I recalled reading a few reviews about The Vapor Master and how all these people were saying how clean this guys juice was. To me all e-juice was created equal and this clean juice was a sale tactic.After being so ill that I couldnt vape for a week I was considering giving up altogether. Instead I thought Id give it one more go so I contacted Tony and explained my entire situation and it was immediately apparent that he knew his stuff. In all of the shops Ive been to in this area, no one can match his knowledge. Everything he said made total sense and was in PLAIN English. There was no gimmick.He invited me to come to the store as he was confident that he could help me. I went in, and it was the most relaxed environment. There were people coming in from all kinds of different backgrounds and everyone was so laid back and relaxed. Most of the other vape shops seem to have a certain genre they appeal to. Not so here, as soon as you walk in the door you are welcome and the customers are just as awesome as Tony and his employees. We were so comfortable we stayed for four hours. I dont think Ive ever stayed in any store for four hours. EVER. Its what most vape shops claim to be about but can only dream of.James was awesome! He was so patient. I did not feel rushed or like I was being labeled a juice hog, he let me try an array of flavors while I chatted with other customers, and even entertained my son for two hours playing chess while Tony explained a large part of the science behind e-juice and how it SHOULD be made. Fortunately, I learned that all e-juices are NOT created equal.All of the vape shops around town are kid-friendly as far as allowing kids in the store but these guys define kid-friendly, everyone interacted with him and he felt included. He now loves the place so much he keeps asking me when we are going back. He got a real kick out of Jamie too, he was talking about her for two days after our last visit :)I cannot say enough about how awesome these people are and for the sake of not sounding like an absolute fanatic (possibly borderline). I will just say that it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I cant remember the last time Ive experienced this level of customer service, if ever. I am telling everyone and anyone that will listen and hopefully whoever reads this, dont waste your time, money, or energy anywhere else, especially when it comes to those who are new to vaping.My original thought was that it was such a long, hot, miserable, tourist-traffic-filled-hell to charter through. Now I will sit in that hell for five hours solid if it means getting juice that I know I can trust. Beats sitting in an ER for five hours. It has now been a week and a half of nothing but their juice and zero problems.

Cliffe is simply amazing. I work to contribute with google to let the world know the good and bad.And this guy this shop is amazing. Called ahead and the guy was nice. When I got in the guy didn’t say hi. Just asked what I wanted, no smile no nothing. Pointed to the case with the vapes I was looking for. I asked if he had a specific one and he cut me off and said I have what you see then sat down in a chair and got on his phone. I just left even though they had what I wanted...

Visited there today and purchased some e-juice a new mod for my hubby to use for work and a new tank for my mod, everytime I go either Tony or his crew educate people about the mods they are so helpful and the place is awesome. Keep up the great things yall do.

I just left here and when I arrived and was walking up they saw me and they had already locked up and were finishing up closing the shop down cause they closed at 5 today cause it was Christmas eve but they opened the door and let me in and helped me out big time by letting me get some liquid. This is hands down the best place in okaloosa county well the best out of everywhere to go get anything you need for your eliquid or electronic cigs. Absolutely love this Vape Shop! Great atmosphere and amazing staff. Moved to Destin about 8 months ago came across this place and never went to any other shop. They only have Juice that they make in House, but some of the best Ive ever vaped. They will mix any flavor you want! Definitely recommend to try it!

Literally the only place I will purchase juice or anything related to vaping. The customer service is top notch as well. If I could leave more stars, I would. Never disappointed leaving here. If Im too busy to re-up on juice, I just dont vape. I refuse to vape any other e-liquid. Its not worth it. They could raise their prices and Id still come back for more. You get what you pay for👍💯

I have to say I havent been to another vape shop that effectively puts the customer first, and even refers the customer to other vape shops that have items that they may need. I love coming here to either shoot a couple games of pool or play a game of OverWatch while taking fat rips off my tfv12 at 185W. the vibe and the decor of the place is outstanding and I love being here whether Im just getting juice and chilling out, or Im stopping by after work. The staff is also extremely friendly and are really cool people to Vibe with.

I believe they close at 9, and I know I walked in at like 8:55 ... They were very receptive and friendly and thorough with no attitude or cutting anything short due to me walking in so late. They fixed my SMOK, was very informative about the vape oils, and made sure that I knew I could get stuff shipped from them and made sure I got a business card ... The vape oils I got I cant really smoke and thats my fault, I wanted more than 3% nicotine, not knowing it would make vaping harsh on me to where I couldnt SMOK it for choking me! Again thats through no fault but my own, not theirs ... Although maybe I might have been forewarned ... Idk ... But just to verify why no comment on product ...

I was down in Destin and my Sourin pod died on me. So I found this shop through Google Maps. It was 8pm and this was one of the few shops open. They showed me several options and described the pros and cons of each without pushing any particular device. I bought a Smoke Novo and absolutely love it. These guys make you feel like they really appreciate your business. One of the best experiences I have had at a vape shop. You guys are the best. Thanks. So I meant to write a review for this store quite a while back ( around 3 years now ), but didnt have the time since and forgotten until recently when past memories came up from my first ever vacation to Destin Florida for spring break, which were filled with good memorable times.. and Vapor Master definitely was one of them....so rewind 3 years ago, I was getting into more of the building/rda side of vaping. About a year before then I was using tank atomizers. I started trying out rdas, and loved them. The thing is I didnt really know how to rig up coils. I had some knowledge, but not much.Once we vacationed to Destin, I was running low on juice. I wanted to see if Destin had any vape shops nearby so I pulled my phone out and googled vape shops, and thats when I saw Vapor Master. It seemed to have to best reviews/ratings compared to the other shops nearby, so I chose them. Im glad I did.Upon entering the vibe felt very cool and laid back. Me and my old pal ( that also vapes ) walked in and were greeted right away. The shop owner ( I forget his name, maybe hell remember me though if he replies to this review heh heh ) came over and asked us if he could help us with anything. I said I was looking for some new juice since I was running low. Little did I know that at the time of saying this, I wouldve found one of my new favorite juices to date.. PURPLE HAZE...Purple haze is pretty amazing, legend has it that it is a special blend of certain berries that combines perfectly in fathom with one another to create pure vaping bliss. I was able to sample it back then ( at the time when the fda wasnt so hard pressed on these new vaping rules ) and was pretty awestruck to say the least. My buddy ( which is a fan of watermelon juices ) also sampled a juice which he liked which was honeydew. Needless to say we were set on buying some juice from these guys, this is were it gets pretty awesome..We decided that we both were going to get 30ml of juice each, then the owner said he would sell us double the amount of juice for the same price or the same amount for less. Well, we went with the double since this is some one of a kind juice. He was also telling us that this was his house juice and only uses high grade nicotine and vg. Then that led to us talking about ejuice in general and how some juices actually contain alcohol with stories of people getting pulled over and getting DUId without drinking a single drop of alcohol, but instead unknowingly VAPING it. Wow..We all keeping talking and I was kinda getting bored of my current atomizer. So I asked if theyd have something Id like in terms of flavor and cloud production. He offered up the Kennedy rda and told me what it was all about, I bought it and I asked if they could show me how to rig up a dual coil build ( again, this was back when the fda wasnt too involved, nowadays you cant do this ), they said sure! and they did it free of charge. So I wicked it up juiced it and quite liked it, but at the same time I wanted something with more airflow for bigger clouds. The owner asked how I honestly liked it, so I told him about how I wanted some more airflow. This is another awesome part which truly shows their great customer service..I got offered another rda which was called the dark horse rda which was also coiled up using a different build which they did free of charge as well. This was the one. I tried it and loved it so I bought it. Now the owner said that he can either take the cost of Kennedy totally off of the total or add it back on for only $5~$10. I did like the Kennedy for what it was, and for the price its almost a steal, so I bought it.So all in all, this was absolutely the best experience Ive ever had in a vape store. I felt welcomed, informed, and got superb customer service. I wish I remembered the owners name so I could give him credit. Hes a really cool guy. I will keep ordering the classic and legendary PURPLE HAZE and if you ever go to The Vapor Master, pick yourself up some, you wont regret it ;)-Cheers, from Oklahoma

Trash. Place is weird and gives a rapey vibe. Juice is house made and has no flavor at all and everything is kept behind cabinets so you can’t look at anything. Warning: they have absolutely NO name brand juices. Overpriced and a waste of time. Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off.

The only shop around that sells organic juice with no additives. You go in there and you feel like your part of the family after a couple visit. I went in there to start and I had no clue what I needed. I had gone to other stores and was told I need a what I now know as a Mech mod. It was over the top for a starter and they wanted $130 with no juice. Then I went here and they set me up with a basic set up that got me started with juice for $60. I later got into mech mods and box mods and all of that. They have helped me through the process and explaining to me all the ends and outs. They are the only shop that sells all high end products and they give you the box to prove it.Highly suggest you look into the juice your vaping. If its not organic it might be worst than the cigs you quit.

The best no doubt thank you all very much so amazing I just bought this last night 2 actually Incase I loose one or otherwise know braking ultra easy fill up definitely a know Hassel product but I was saying just acquired mine last didnt expect much to come from it Ive tried before I am as of last night when I first started it into today without a cigarette so I owe you guys a huge thanks been a smoker since Im 11 years old and for the first time and Im now 44 , but for the first time Ive now have not picked up a cigarette and dont have the urge to at all , its crazy but whatever the gentleman did these guys did that own and run this place that make there own juice to your specifications and tastes treat you as family as as if you were infact one of the family , very detailed and knowledgeable staff being personable to getting to know you so they can customize to your expectations very in tune in relating to your needs thank you guys and for the purple Haze juice phenomenal

Over priced looking for a tank found online for $26.99. Called every shop in niceville they all wanted between $39.99 to $49.99. Called these people and they want $60. What a rip off will never shop here. I understand wanting to make money but at some point it gets out of hand.

Went to Palm Beach vapors first and that guy was a D**K!! Amazing customer service here and they arent trying to rip off tourists. Super chill environment very relaxing and the employees are really super nice she even gave me free cotton.

Monte and Jamie have opened my eyes to what vaping should be. I recently bought a 60ml bottle of strawberry cheesecake from a different vape shop that i will not name. *cough* by walmart *cough* it was a dark yellow /orange color and very viscous when i showed them what i had they pulled out a sample of their strawberry cheesecake, monte pointed out that their juice is clear and not viscous. High viscosity = sugar and that sugar is being inhaled directly into our bloodstream is what monte told me. Their juice is sugar free. Even says so on the label so its safe for you diabetics or borderline diabetics. Did i forget to mention that their juice actually tastes like strawberry cheesecake!? I did a side by side test and was left appalled at my previous purchase. I threw 30 dollars worth of juice into the trash then and there and bought 50ml of theirs. If you vape the only place you should ever go is vape masters. Period.

POOR customer service and product!!!!!!!!!Hi Im new to vaping, so going into a place like this is very overwhelming.... When I got there I was the only customer there, and the person at the counter was on their phone the whole time. They never even asked if I needed help or anything. Finally I ask for help, and it turns out I somehow knew more than they did about vaping. But thats not even the worst part.... Once I get home, I put my vape together, and took a hit off it. The juice I bought from them, I have no clue what they put in it, but it is the nastiest thing I have ever tasted in my life. There is only one silver lining in all this and its that there are other distributors out there. Dont waste your time going here. I can promise you I will NEVER step foot in this store again.

I call ahead and they always have my juice ready for me when I arrive. I like the hazel bean which they custom blend. Good prices and friendly service.

Vapor master is one of the best vapor shops in destin Florida. After going to all of the vape shops down here, this is by far the most helpful and useful one in town. They have top brands and the vibe here is killer. I definitely recommend this store to anyone that is trying to get the best mod in town.

I was on vacation and ran out of vape juice so I stopped by this place on the way back to the condo. I love the atmosphere and the guy that helped me, they make their own vape juice, which is something new for me.

Ive become friends with these people. This is the only place in town I go. Theyve saved me a lot of money fixing my equipment and I highly recommend them.

I need juice for my vape. I visited and checked many stores in destin. Vape stores are great in Georgia but it is hard to find a fine vape store in Destin. Staff knows what they are doing. Tell them what you really need and they find you a solution. Price is fair. I highly recommend this store

The guy was knowledgeable but not a people person. Definitely shouldn’t be the front person for the customers. I would recommend the one in Ft Walton Beach, can’t remember the name of it, those guys are cool as hell.

My husband and I are from out of town and went here since none of the other vape shops were open. Let me just say we spent at least 30 minutes waiting to be helped and left with juice that tastes awful and spent 30$ on a 50ml. If I could rate it any lower I would. I’m very disappointed with my experience.

Most visually stimulating and inviting/comfortable vape shop Ive been to.... seemed to have a wide selection of gear and juices... strange comparing a vape shop to Hot Topic, but this shop kinda reminded me of what Hot Topic used to be like back in the day.

Great customer service Im from oklahoma and I forgot my vape not knowing they where allowed on planes so I went in there looking for something simple unfortunately came out empty handed because they where in a battery shortage but Im not gonna knock them on that cause things happen but the guy there was super helpful even offered to get some 28650s for me but unfortunately I didnt have the time but I was super pleased with the service and help from this guy wish I coulda got his name but thanks guys for all the help and kindness way better than your neighbors vapor wizard!!

Went here for something new to try..wont be coming back. Customer service is horrifying, I was ignored and treated like because I am a woman, I know nothing about any kind of vape nation. I think this place wont be around for long, they couldnt satisfy this woman....Id hate to see them continue to let people down.
