Very helpful staff, Izzys was my go to for e juice. After altercations between my sister in law and the owners sister over a vendor payment issue we have switched to drip n vape a few more blocks away. People here at the new store offer military discounts, helpful service, and cheaper yet better products n prices.

They made a big deal about not having a mask. Which is ok. They even provided me one. Thank you. But the tone of voice and the fact that they took their mask of when the post man came in as I got in my car insulted me to the point they lost my business.

Last time i went in the shop there was a man working, he was very helpful. He listened to my needs and concerns and helped me stay within my budget

Mrs diane was very pleasant she carrys decent lines of e-liquids moderately priced ( need to carry more rdas for drippers) but eh place was clean and some what comfy needs couches to lounge instead of barstools

I recently purchased two atomizers at the Texas city location , one for a nautalis and one for a kanger sub, and the kanger didnt work. It was DOA. I was told it was a manufacturer problem and I would have to buy another one. Essentially, I was sold faulty equipment and was told that was my problem, not thier. This sales girl couldnt have cared less whether or not she kept a new customer, even though this shop is only about a month old. I used to own The Vapor House in Houston and know very well how to take care of customers and this person representing this establishment failed miserably. The wholesale cost on these units are minuscule and the future business they just lost is huge. Way to fail Izzy Vapors. Go somewhere else for your products fellow vapors!!!
