Relax Zone

Second time in my life (I’m 45) I had to end a massage early. I waited patiently, but after ten minutes I just couldn’t.. I politely asked if there was someone else that could finish it, but she didn’t understand.. I just moved to Dover so I’ll try someone else in a couple of weeks. I’m going to just go sit in the massage chair for $5 now.

I went to relax zone yesterday April the 18th 2024. I was greeted by a very nice lady and then had my chair massage she did an excellent job hit all the good pressure points when I walked out I felt like a new person. Everyone was friendly professional and the facility was very clean the lighting was wonderful I felt very relaxed. I would recommend this place to anyone who may need help and relaxing your muscles.

Great Chinese massage in the mall. No frills place with solid masseuses. Customized at a dollar a minute - definitely worth a visit

I have been going to Relax zone for a long time. I would like to give a great review for Lucy. She always knows where I am hurting and always walk out feeling so much better. If you want a great deep tissue massage, then visit here and ask for Lucy

I love this place I go in a couple times a month usually. The lady’s there are very good and can easy any tension. I have a bad back and everytime I go I get off that table like a new person

Have been going to Relax Zone for many years for both foot reflexology and back massages. I always ask for Ms. Lucy as her massage techniques are very soothing and Shiatsu style to get down deep into muscle tissue and joints where the pains from my gout and uric acid crystals build up over time. She really knows how to bust up those hidden crystals in the body to eliminate the pains. Highly recommended! Ask for Lucy! You wont regret it. I always tip her very generously as she deserves it and works very very hard with her very pleasant personality and smile!🙂👏🏾

I dont know if they speak much English but they try to do what you are asking. That being said its a good massage experience. I wish they would create a place to sign in so when they were busy with other clients you could leave then come back when your massage person was avail… rather then have to sit and wait so you dont lose your spot. One day i had to come back three different times just to get on the table. Many places have a sign in online, this would be great. I know “great clips” uses this and they too are always busy. At great clips if you arent there when you signed in for they go to the next customer -walk in or online whoever is first

I go at least once a month. A 30 minute massage makes me feel like a new person. The therapists here do a great job and work hard, I tip accordingly. With COVID, they check your temp, sanitize hands and table, and limit the number of people. Rarely have to wait long or at all.

The foot massage was good, not great. It certainly was not reflexology just simply a foot massage. The main reason I would be hesitant to go back would be the obnoxious mall music that is so loud i can’t relax. Perhaps they could close the door, maybe that would help.

The worst massage I have ever recieved. During the half hour I was there, I considered stopping the massage early. I left feeling worse than when I came in. I will never come back. The woman tried to demand a tip on top of the 30 dollars I paid for my massage.

RelaxZoneBodyWorks in DoverDE at the Dover mall is the Gr8est idea since sliced bread. The massage therapist are fully knowledgeable and professional in relief and relaxation of muscle tension knotty nerves. After my full body massage(hot stone and acupressure) I was able to bend down, tie my laces and stand erect without any pain or limitations. Thanks RelaxZone so much for returning my mobility without pain or limitations.

Great place. You can walk in and get a great massage. The foot/leg massage is incredible. If you are a person who is uncomfortable removing your clothes for a massage this is a great place for you.

Was treating my friend to a lunch date to pick her up from having a bad day, asked for a quick ten mins and was told 10 15 okay. Once i went to go pay for it I said 10 right? She said no, 15 and I asked her why when we were on a time crunch and wanted 10, she said 15. So when she clearly got me for more money she gave me the 5 bucks i cashed for the 20 and pointed to her sign and saod you tip me now, I was taken back especially after she got me for an extra 5 now she was demanding a tip, literally hand out pointing at sign saying you give me tip now! Heres a tip for ya, listen to what i was asking and stop trying to extort people.

What a great birthday gift my hubby and kids gave me😍 Massage was great! I wish she used less forearm but other than that no complaints!!

I come here almost weekly bc they are very nice and do a Wonderful job massaging and relaxing me! You must try them!

Just got a massage the lady that didn’t even do my massage came out yelling at me because she said the tip wasn’t good enough will never be back

Nice place quiet ambiance and the ladies there are all skilled. Comfortable environment clean and always friendly when I go.

Great massage but when youre done they are very rude about getting a tip
