I gave a super specific but partial review.Two stars mightve changed the overall community rating.I think they deserve the money they are owed.Matterfact, Im about to work here just to prove my point. Im calling for my W2s and I didnt even clock in yet.ANYWAY, This is the first smoke shop to be built in Dover, at least I think thats how it went some odd years ago.Service absolutely excellent, each and every time. The First State Vape is a cool store. Dorsey Poore, is a awesome manager. I will visit this place whenever Im in the area!

The 2 women were very very nice and very knowlegablethey let me try the flavors B4 I BOUGHT... TRY B4 YOU BUY ,- DAVE G (From NY) no stores VAPE STORES down here in SUSX COUNTY will let you do that....I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS STORE!!!

I def do not recommend this rip off place. The thc cartridges I bought there leaked and I just let it go since I did not find out until hours after leaving the store. Yesterday I bought a cart and opened it within 5 minutes of leaving and it was only half full and was leaking badly. I immediately went back in to the store to get a replacement. Why would anyone spend $25 on a half full leaking cart and not be compensated. I did not come back in going off or super angry because I thought that I would be compensated. I was then told by Mike that I tampered with it and that there is a sign by the register that states open product in the store. Well if I mentioned to the sales girl that I had bought previous carts that leaked maybe she should mentioned opening it first because with all the other things on the counter I never noticed the sign which is on the other end of the register. Mike was extremely rude and told me to leave the store. He had an attitude about it before I even got my words out. I told him they should stand behind the product. I understand that they dont make it there but they should stand behind what they sell and not accuse people of actually leaving and altering the product. The store was closing and I expressed the fact that I do not currently have a vehicle and had to walk back across the highway to resolve the issue.. Mike proceeded to insult me to say Well I have money and I have a car Wow to me he is a horrible business owner. This place is a joke and reading the other reviews I see I am not the only one that has been ripped off and insulted. Never have I ever bought faulty product and accused of tampering with it and not compensated and to me that alone is bad business. I will be contacting the BBB just because of the way he treated me and am assuming he gets away with that. Terrible!!!

Dorsey is one the best person i met! He is well knowledge with everything single product in the store. need to know more details about a item, ask him. he will give you a very well detailed description of the product! always in a good mood and will help with just about anything.

First State Vape is the best vape shop around! Its your one stop shop for almost anything you need and has some of the best prices in Dover. The staff is super friendly and will take the time answer any questions you have. Love my vape I got from them!!

The guy that works here is very knowledgeable about the products. He told me the safest way to clean my smoking bowl. Definitely appreciate him telling me that. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my smoke products.

1st time visitor. Loved the greeting I received and the atmosphere. Ill definitely be returning even though their parking lot is extremely small. The customer service makes it all worth it.

Wow! Talk about a selection- vape devices, flavors, etc. Very impressive stock and selection; not to mention neat products that are one of a kind. I didnt get to search these other products in depth but I did see black light paints, wall art, and decor. Definitely worth a trip to this shop. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this store . there are a lot of other smoke shops with better options & customer service . i did not enjoy my experience . beyond the guy that was smoking a cigarette inside , i didnt receive what i wanted & the workers said they couldnt do anything about it and to contact mike or julie on facebook . mike and julie were also no help.

Was traveling from out of state and found this shop. They had everything i was looking for and even introduced me to a new vape thats become one of my favorites.

Owner is selling dab sticks that have been painted instead of using titanium...when it was brought to his attention he not only refused a refund for the product but told the customer to just smoke it anyway or contact the better business bureau. Horrible service...and he is out here knowingly making people sick. Buyer beware!

The employees are very helpful and friendly. Their products are excellent and the pricing is awesome. I visit first state vape three times a week. I wouldnt take my business anywhere else.

Don’t buy vapes from here. I bought a wave and it’s fake. I’ll be reporting this shop as well.

Its more of a head shop then a vape shop....they do have a few favors for vape but the juice is over a year old...my husband vape juice bottle had a date when it was made and it was over a year old. But other then that its a alright place

Mike the owner, and all the staff were so very helpful!!! Took the time to talk to us, explain and fix what issues we had with flavors. Made us feel like we were long time friends. Wont go another vape shop as long as 1st state vape is open!

Very bad experience with this place. I paid $90 for a vape as well as $15 a piece for two vape liquids. The vape leaked from day one. Went back to the store 3 different times just to be told the coil is bad even after i had their store associate replace it themselves to be sure it was done properly (as well as replaced it myself following their directions to the t, priming and all!)The 3rd and final time I went in I was told to leave it there by a very rude store owner who insisted that the leakage was due to some fault of my own and refused to replace it because they couldnt get their money back for the faulty product. GO TO THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!! Not worth the $120 I spent for the headach and rudeness!

Was looking for something to replace my e-cigarette since the mfg no longer makes that brand. Greeted as soon as I walked in and the guy behind the counter gave me his full attention asking what I needed. Told him the whole story about how much I had cut down on real cigarettes and how the Mark 10 made that possible and I wanted something very similar. I asked about possible vaping and he was truly honest telling me vaping was probably not going to give me the same affect. He was honest and told me the truth which I was really grateful for. He couldve sold me a bunch of stuff that I wouldnt have been happy with.

Fast and friendly response. They seem a bit distracted at times but that doesnt slow down their performance. Not to mention they have a PS4 so you can sometimes find them playing something fun if you decide to chill out at one of the little stool tables.

Every time I go to this store I get treated with respect and dignity as a military retiree. The owners Mike and Julie are extremely kind, courteous, and professional. I would recommend the store to anyone, particularly veterans and retirees due to the fact that the owners do their research very thoroughly in order to make sure that their customers get exactly what they want as well as what is advertised in the individual packaging. If you go to any Vape or CBD store in Delaware, I would recommend trying this one as you walk out of there a happy person.A little bit more on their CBD Products, they have the best selection that I have seen! Their selection includes gummy’s and medication for someone’s pets! Please give them a try because not only are there owners and staff completely knowledgeable on the subject but they also have handouts for the company that they choose to stack which is called Green roads.-James

Worst customer service ever. Bought a vape in afternoon for 23 dollars 3500 puffs but hardly get 35 went all the way for 8 mes to return and attendant didnt even bother to look the item and told she can do nothing. Complain to company. There is no minus rating otherwise will go for that

This is the only vape shop on the east coast that has everything you need from Vape essentials, hookah and even accessories for your phone. Need a quick pick-me-up? They have international snacks and beverages that cant be found anywhere else but First State Vape!

My husband and i rarely get to do anything together.We spent at least 2 hrs there trying dif flavor oils and hanging out with the owners..Wich let me say they are 2 of the most awesome down to earth people i have had the pleasure of being around in forever.Thank you First State Vape for a awesome day. Will def be giving them all our buisness!!!! No other vape shop in Dover touches these guys!!

First State Vape LLC gives people PAINT COVERED DAB STICKS INSTEAD OF TITANIUM! They literally dont care the owner said we should take it up with BBB WE SMOKED PAINT AND GOT TOLD BY THE OWNER HE WOUDNT REPLACE THE 60 DOLLAR BANGER WE JUST BOUGHT FROM HIM.He says he smokes it all the time.. owners face looks like he didnt mind smoking paint as well. I suspect meth. Buyer beware.

Very knowledgeable and helpful... Came there and got everything I needed to stop smoking cigarettes... They explained all the different types of products to me... Selection was moderate and the place smelled like a head shop. Maybe the service is good, but I didnt stick around long enough to find out.
