Never been here before but we wont be back. Need to train your employees to know their inventory and to have better customer service skills. Guy today told us to read the boxes ourselves when we asked if they have any vanilla disposables. Even broadened the question to anything dessert flavored. I have permanent vision damage from having pseudo brain tumor. I may look young and healthy, but I cant read most of whats on the shelf from the other side of the counter. But he could have. Yet he made a different choice. So here I am...We decided to leave after the lack of help, as we turn he tells us he doesnt even think they make that flavor. Yes they do. We use it all the time, you just dont know your niche. But we didnt argue, we just left.Learn your inventory. Learn customer service. And if you dont know something, you say Im not sure but I can find out/take a look. Its not hard. I guess thats what happens when you hire desensitized zoomers who could care less and feel bothered by customers when they have to put the phone down. Thats okay, you wont have to be bothered by us ever again, dont worry.

This is my #1 shop, my lady and I frequent this shop often. They have an extensive selection of products for anyone from beginner to expert. The gentlemen running the store, Sami & Ali are really kind and very helpful, both are really cool dudes. I would highly recommend making this your go-to shop for all your smoking needs.😎
