Loved every detail of my experience here.Scheduled a massage and hair appointment for the next day with no issues. The Spa at River Ridge is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Very friendly and professional staff.Amy was my masseuse and she took the time to ask about trouble areas and pressure preferences. I felt incredible after my 45 min massage.My hair appointment wasnt scheduled for a little bit after my massage so I got the chance to shop around and grab a coffee (they had plenty of other choices, as well).Maddy was my hair stylist and Ill definitely be scheduling with her again! She asked all the right questions about what I wanted for my hair and knocked it out of the park! I left with a beautiful summery balayage and light playful layers- exactly what I was picturing!Overall, the attention to detail here is incredible down to the cleanliness off the bathrooms and I noticed even the toilet paper is better than youd find most everywhere else 😅Ill definitely be joining the others that were clearly return customers and make this my go to place.Thank you all for the great experience!

I have been going to Spa at River Ridge for years. I have never been disappointed in the services or customer service. They have a lot of little extras that make your visit feel like a retreat. Today I went to someone new for my hair and she did an amazing job listening to what I wanted.

Abigail Was amazing!I recently had an outstanding massage at the Spa at River Ridge. The atmosphere was serene, the staff were professional and welcoming, and the therapist’s skillful hands worked wonders on my sore muscles. The personalized attention and perfect balance of relaxation and targeted pressure left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Have been coming here for the last few years and cannot recommend them enough! I have yet to have a bad visit, the staff is incredibly kind and an absolute delight to work with. They listen to any questions or concerns you may have during your treatments/services, and the front desk staff will do their best to make it an great day! If you do have any question while/before booking give them a call or submit a message through their page, theyre very prompt in getting back to you with a response and truly care about the quality of your visit. Their online booking is very user friendly, if you do run into any issues or questions theyre a phone call away. I cannot say enough about them! I will always recommend the Spa to anyone looking for a day of relaxation and will continue to support them as a customer.

After being with the Spa at River Ridge for years, I have seen the service deteriorate in recent times, and the good stylists keep leaving. I recently had a hair coloring service where the beautician did black color instead of the requested red color. After the service, she said it was only for grey coverage. No one pays $100 for black color. I talked with the management, but they were unwilling to fix the issue.From past visits, the eyebrow waxing services are sometimes good and sometimes bad. If you find someone good, she will be gone by the next time. Its very hard to find and stick to someone reliable.Give this parlor a miss and find someplace else.

Very nice high end- feel at this salon, Aesthetician Jocelyn was wonderful, and I will be requesting her for future appointments. I give her 5+ stars. Had a facial today, will return for a pedicure soon. Staff is very professional, the environment relaxing, and this is so hard to find. Worth every dime!

Went today for an hour massage and a pedicure. The atmosphere is amazing and serene. It isn’t loud with a bunch of busienss like some of the spas you may visit. You truly walk in to a serene and relaxing environment from the moment you step in the doors. The staff are all helpful and amazing! Josies massage was beyond amazing and she truly understood what was needed and used the absolutely perfect amount of pressure. I have been to many spas and her massage was by far the best! Miranda did a spectacular pedicure and was so pleasant! I can’t say enough good things about this spa and experience. As a busy mom, I am so happy to visit a spa like this in the little time I do things such as this and am so happy I found this gem in Dublin! I will definitely be back for many more visits to come!

I wanted to gift my mom a facial at the Spa at River Ridge and decided to check it out myself first. Well, I checked it out again because a facial with Lesleigh is a calming, relaxing experience! My skin looked and felt great, too. She answered any questions I had, but did not talk otherwise. Normally, I love to chat, but just wanted to relax. The whole experience at the Spa was fabulous - and my mom loved her time there, too.

Skylar did an amazing job on giving me the dimensional balayage I was looking for. She was asking me if I wanted money pieces around the face and if I wanted a trim. She also was very honest about if I needed any hair treatments. Didn’t try to sell it if I didn’t need it.Overall had an amazing experience and would 10/10 recommend

I received a 90 minute deep tissue massage with cupping for over 200 dollars. This was my first time attending The Spa at River Ridge. I felt like the service was subpar. I have a chronic pain condition that required the breakup of fascia, and was excited I got a gift card for my birthday to get a beneficial service for my pain. I came out still feeling tight and no different… it felt like it was a light pressure massage. I wish I could get my gift card back as I just felt dissapointed afterwards.Edit: After emailing with the manager I have changed my review to one star. Completely dissatisfied with customer service and nothing has been done to rectify the situation I dealt with. Would not recommend! Unfortunately went here and wasted a 200$ gift card on a deep tissue massage service I never received.

As always, The Spa at River Ridge was a great experience. I had a hot stone massage and felt great afterwards. Gary was a fantastic masseuse and made the process relaxing and peaceful.

Lacy is absolutely amazing at what she does. It’s so nice to be able to go to the salon and just relax knowing that I’m going to love the outcome every time. The first time she did my hair I was absolutely in love with the end result and all I had to do was give her an explanation of my expectations and the end result was even better than what I desired. You can definitely trust her with all your hair care needs. I’ll never go to anyone else again.

I got a mani/pedi for my wife as a birthday gift. Catherine did a great job on the 1st Schellac Manicure with wonderful art, skill and color. The Bliss pedicure was great and relaxing, but I usually enjoy a more firm massage. Would recommend did a great job overall!

Emma was absolutely amazing!!!!! My skin has been really acting up and we had a great consultation before we began. It was such a relaxing and amazing experience. She was very kind, friendly, and professional. Will be booking with her again.

My stylist is Maddy. What can I say about her? She made me feel like we’ve known each other forever, so easy to talk to. Maddy asked all the right questions to give me the color and style I was looking for. I wanted to try something new but always fell back to the same old thing. Maddy gave me the confidence to try. So glad i did. We had nice conversation as well. I’m glad I found her at The Spa at Rivers Edge. I’ll be going back for sure.

Love the white robes, tranquility suite and atmosphere. Had a specialty facial and the essential pedicure. Alexa and Mirandas were awesome and focused on providing a good experience. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Easy to schedule appointments online. The salon is clean, comfortable and staff are attentive to guests needs. I have had the pleasure of scheduling services with several stylists over the years and have always been pleased with the service. Aime is my go-to for hair. She is super personable and does a fantastic job with my thick hair.

Brooke is awesome! She’s always on time and does exactly what I want. Everyone at the spa is delightful!I went to Rachel today to get my hair colored because I couldn’t get into Brooke. Rachel was amazing! She talked to Brooke before I arrived so she knew exactly how my color responds best to color. She took her time and covered every gray hair that was peeking through. She also gave a great massage when washing my hair. She was also easy to talk to and very nice!

One of the best massages Ive ever had! I booked here because my husband had given me a gift card about a year ago and I was having back pain. I had minimal expectations as I had never heard of the place before, but now I dont want to go anywhere else for a massage! Abigail listened to me and was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

The reception personnel was friendly and helpful as always! I had a 45 minutes massage with Abigail, and she was amazing!! I had been suffering a migraine for the past 3 days and no regular treatment was providing relief, that is until my session with Abigail. She was very professional and offered a cranial/ facial massage and also focused on the problem areas on my neck and upper back; she knew exactly what to do. I felt such relief from all the tension. Leslie was fantastic!!!! She should get a raise!!I had a 90 min facial. She treated my 73 yr old rosacea skin perfectly. The shoulder/shoulder blade/neck massage was such a wonderful surprise. If you want an experienced person who is better than a glass of wine, choose Leslie!

I had a move-up/full highlight scheduled with Lana and was told not enough time was booked for her do the entire service. She told me this AFTER removing my extensions. I had to go back later that week for a second 5 hour appointment. My color is horrible and my extensions are SO LOOSE. I will never ever recommend or speak well of this business that over charges and hires staff that have no clue what they are doing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for extensions. The photos below were taken the same day I had my color done.

My husband and I travelled down to Dublin from Canada to celebrate my 50th birthday and absolutely everything was fantastic. We were greeted immediately, shown around the facilities and then brought upstairs to prepare for our services. Every staff member was friendly and smiling. My husband had a massage and I had a facial. He came out of his massage probably the most relaxed Ive seen him in months. I try to get facials 2x a year and although I havent had one in a while (due to the pandemic), this was by far one of the best ones Ive ever had. I always look forward to my time at the Spa, I’m always welcomed, and spending 2 hours in the chair with Mandy doing her thing is like spending time with a friend I see every 5 or 6 weeks! We laugh and talk, and I walk out feeling better than when I came!

I want to love this place. I loved this place, but hair looks exactly like the man across the street who does it for literally 1 third the cost. And paid 231.00. I’m sorry. My hair looks pathetic.

Was really in pain with knot in my neck and went in for a my first (and not last!) deep tissue massage tonight. BB was AMAZING!! Today I had physical therapy in the morning and then went to Rhonda for a massage. I could barely walk into your facility with a cane. After an hour massage with Rhonda not only were my legs even in length; I was able to walk out without pain. She is an amazing masseuse.!! Love her massage so much! I’ve had several massage therapists, and she is by far the most outstanding. Kudos for this excellent massage service!

I’ve been going to see Brooke multiple times now and couldn’t be happier with the outcome, service and Brooke as my stylist!! This place is a diamond in the rough - I had no idea this salon was here!Brooke is super personable and talented. She hears you out in what you’re wanting for your hair and works hard to achieve it. During our time, she’s fun and pleasant to talk to - she’s just wonderful! Would highly recommend! I have been going to the spa at river ridge for 15 years or so and I love it! I have never had any haircut/ style that was short of perfect! Brittany is FANTASTIC for styling and up-dos. I also see Melanie for eyebrow waxing and she is great as well. All of the staff is extremely personable and make you feel comfortable. Cannot give the spa enough praise!

I live in Grove City and make the drive to Spa at River Ridge because theres no other place with this top notch service and relaxing atmosphere. Consistency is key with this industry too, and its ALWAYS consistent - from the coffee they offer to the color on my head. Ill continue seeing Miranda until Im on my death bed, so shes definitely stuck with me forever.

I went here for my first time ever and in fact, my first full-on spa experience. I pampered myself and I got a hot stone massage, facial, and pedicure.The hot stone massage was amazing and Abigail did an amazing job at quickly going over my concerns and walking me through the experience. She really dug deep and I felt like jello after everything was done! She was very professional and kind. When I was done she walked out so I could dress and greeted me with a glass of water.The facial was probably my most favorite part (if I had to choose). It was the first facial I ever had and Lesleigh customized my experience to my skin’s needs. It included arm/hand massage and hand warmers! She had a fun personality too! The chair was extremely comfortable and the smell of all the skin care she was applying was SO nice. My face looked/felt like glass after!My last service was the shellac pedicure. This part was just okay. For what I paid, I could’ve gotten something much more thorough elsewhere. I was with Dawn, who was very nice and conversational - but I also felt like she rushed through the whole thing a bit, which was a bummer. The scent and color choices are a little underwhelming. But I will say that where you get your pedicures is nice! Seat was comfortable and you’re facing windows overlooking the pond! It was a bonus that it was such a beautiful day!Overall my experience was AMAZING. I will definitely be back for a massage and facial, but will likely skip the pedicure next time.

I love The Spa at River Ridge! Morghan did another amazing job. She has been my stylist for a few years now and I always leave feeling great. I spend a few months in Florida every year, but when I need foils or a cut, I head back to Ohio to see Morghan.

Ive been to The Spa at River Ridge 3x - once for an eyebrow wax, and twice for a massage. Ive had an excellent experience each time. The eyebrow wax wasnt quite as good as the ones I got at my old spa (that is unfortunately now a 12 hour drive away), but its good enough that Ill come back for my next one. For my massages, Ive had appointments with both Gary and Josie; both were great, but Josie in particular blew me away! I definitely recommend!

I have gone there for several massages now, and I have been extremely pleased with the level of service provided by all staff. Check in/out is easy and each masseuse I have is kind and thoughtful. I have also used their makeup services since I am not the best at makeup. The stylist I had was kind, sociable, and very professional.

I saw Alexa for an eyebrow wax and Sarah for my hair. My experience at The spa at River ridge was incredible. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and I’m very happy with my hair and eyebrows. I will definitely be returning!

I booked a haircut with Lana today and it was my first time visiting the Spa. It is beautiful and tranquil inside and the staff, especially Lana, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I also want to appreciate the front desk staff and manager for quickly clearing up an issue with the donation gift card I was using (purchased at a charity silent auction). They made what could have been an awkward checkout process as smooth as possible, making me feel valued and trusted. Thank you, I can’t wait to return!

The Spa at River Ridge- there aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe this beautiful and welcoming Spa! I received a fabulous facial from Lesleigh - she treated me like a goddess- and I walked out with a beautiful glow to my skin. My husband received an incredible massage from Josie- she helped melt away all of the stresses and aches of life, she is super empathetic and in tuned to her clients.The Spa at the River Ridge has a wonderful staff- we even met their owner- they go the extra mile! 100% would recommend!

I recently took their services and they are good. I really liked the arm and lip waxing by Emma!! Would definitely recommend her. Very friendly as well good at her work. Didnt get any rash after doing so.Their facial is also good. Angel did a good job. My skin was looking fresh.

She was so patient, kind and understanding of my questions, and I never felt like she was trying to push me into anything I wasn’t ready for. She’s also just great at keeping things light and fun. Will 100% be coming back.

Ive been to this spa for a few services - massage, haircut, hair color, and nails. Everyone who works here is very talented at their job and I highly recommend any of these services. I especially want to compliment the hair team. I have very curly hair and many people with my hair type go to curl specialists who charge an arm and a leg for haircuts. This team isnt marketed (or priced!) as curl specialists but Ive liked their haircuts better than the curl specialists Ive been to in town. Most recently I got a cut and color from Skylar. She did a very quick wet cut and managed to give me tons of layers and face-framing curls that came out perfect. I also love that the salon has hair samples to help you choose your color. I keep my hair longer (shoulder length or more), maybe if I wanted a short cut or a very creative shape, I might go to a curl specialist but otherwise I will come here again.

There is no place in Columbus like The Spa at River Ridge. The level of professionalism and service is above and beyond expectations...the atmosphere is pure peace and absolute relaxation. Every member of the staff is conscientious and caring. The best massages and facials...and Im excited to try their other services. Ill never go anywhere else!

I scheduled a last minute appointment with Olivia to get my hair dyed. I had never been to the Spa before and I had never seen Olivia prior to this, so I was a bit nervous, but was reassured by the numerous good reviews. I’m really glad to be able to add yet another good review for the Spa! All the employees that I interacted with were friendly and helpful, but Olivia was wonderful! She was extremely friendly and listened to what I wanted done, but also made suggestions that ended up making my hair look even better. I am very, very happy with my hair and will definitely be coming back again.

We just had the best spa day!!! My mom and I had massages, scrubs, pedis, facials, and hair. They catered an amazing lunch! The people were amazing! I feel so relaxed. Best spa I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend!!!!

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Amy. Absolutely fantastic. I explained some concerns and sore areas. She took extra care with those spots and I didnt feel bruised the next day from the extra pressure of this type of massage. I will definitely be going back to her next time!

This was my first deep tissue massage that Ive ever had, and it was AMAZING! I checked out and scheduled another appointment before leaving. Claire was INCREDIBLE! She listened to everything my boys wanted. She validated their feelings that cutting long hair and making it short can be scary-especially when your hair almost becomes a part of one’s identity.She talked them through every step. Lauren is just the best! I drive an hour just for her to do my hair. Catching a flight this morning and didn’t have to even brush my hair after it was done yesterday.

I had scheduled a Stress massage. Not knowing that your body is going underneath a tent that heats up your body AFTER the sea salt massage, I decided not to complete the tented part of the session, she gave me an extra body massage, which was excellent. I have a problem foot and she paid especially attention to this foot and massaged so well. She explains all the steps, is very accommodating and gives an excellent massage.

1/20 called in to book a surprise pregnancy massage for my wife on her birthday a week out. Time slot was booked but girl on phone said she had to check with masseuse if she was trained on pregnancy massages and would call me back in 1 hour. 6 hours later no call so I called back and finally got confirmation everything was all set. I bought online GC so everything was paid for. Now day of massage and my wife’s birthday comes, she drives 35 minutes there and they tell her they have no appointment for her. No apologies or options, just nothing showing booked. Recommend finding a more competent place if you are looking for spa type services.

I booked massages and facials for myself, my mom and my sister. The day of one of the aesthetician fell ill and had to call in. I was understanding and let my mom and sister get their stuff done simultaneously and i just waited till one of them were done to get my facial. They wound extending my massage an extra half hr for free and gave me 20%off all the services we got. To say the least,the services and the people were nothing short of extraordinary. Will 100% be going back.

I had a bad experience at this place! My first time getting my hair done here and I thought for sure they couldn’t mess up an all over dark color and a trim…well they did (twice). I booked unknowingly with a stylist who just got out of school. She was rushing the entire time and it made me very anxious. The color did not turn out well at all and the cut was just okay. I booked a correction with another stylist for no charge. This stylist seemed to know more of what she was doing and was very nice! The color was better but then I asked her to do more layers in the front of my hair because the first stylist didn’t. It looks so bad! It’s like short chopped bangs on the sides of my face. I’m praying it grows enough in the next month because I’m in a wedding. I honestly don’t know what to do I’m so upset. I will not be going back! Both stylists were very nice but just seem to not know enough to be on their own!

Got a back, neck, and shoulders massage by Amy and it was wonderful! Very relaxing. Loved the atmosphere as well. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends and family.

I have fine wavy hair. I haven’t had my haircut in a while. I needed to find a stylist who could work with my wavy hair. Madison did an excellent job understanding what I needed. She cut and style my hair to make the most of my waves. This was my first time with Madison, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I saw Angel for a facial service and she was amazing! Such a delicate touch, especially with extractions. Usually during most facials those are very uncomfortable but it felt as thought she wasn’t even doing extractions. The products she used didn’t leave me irritated, as I can have sensitive skin. She really listened and took care of me!

I have been having my hair done here for several years now and can’t say enough about what a great experience I always have here. This place is seriously wonderful. I have never had a bad experience! It feels like a luxury retreat and the staff and service providers are consistently excellent. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous and HUGE with beautiful decor and fun touches like the fruit water (YUM). Ive only done massages (Amy is a goddess with a magic touch) and nails but would definitely consider doing other services. It really is your one stop shop for all things beauty and luxury!

Amazing!! We choose this spa for a bachelorette party and we’re so happy with the whole experience! Christine and the other stuff were so friendly and went above and beyond for what we requested in our private room. I personally had a Swedish massage done by Gary and I high highly recommend him! I booked a haircut appointment and it was a great experience. Kat (or does she spell it Cat?) was exceptionally warm and welcoming. She even recognized that I wear a hijab (head scarf) and immediately offered me a private room for my haircut. I have been going to Callie now for almost a year for my nails, both manicures and pedicures. She is beyond amazing and knows exactly what I want for my nails. Callie is personable and so pleasant to be around! I feel as though I have known her for years and look forward to my monthly appointments.

I’ve been going here for about 5 years and had almost every type of massage. The masseuses are great, but the front desk staff leaves something to be desired. Always seems like I’m bothering them when I check in. But I’ve looked pasted it because it’s a short encounter.However, today I received a call asking me if I wanted to come in early and get a more expensive massage. When I declined this upsell and said I was at work the caller hung up on me. I called back, thinking it was a front desk staff who made the call, the manager informed me it was her and that because I said I was at work she “didn’t think anything of hanging up on me.” And that’s it. No apology and truly seemed like this was a normal encounter.The very least a business can do is say “bye” when ending a call or fake an attempt to empathize with a client when they were upset for being hung up on after declining an upsell at a new appointment time.

This was not my first time going to the Spa at River Ridge, but it was my first pedicure. Cassandra was very nice, though not much of a talker (thats ok, neither am I).I was a little self conscious about the appearance of my feet, but Cassandra was completely friendly and professional and put me right at ease.I was also given a 15% off coupon when I came in, simply because it was my first time getting a pedicure there. Something they didnt have to do seeing as I had already booked and shown up for the appointment, knowing the cost.

I like Spa at Rivers Ridge. Theyre just on top of their game. Gary was my massage therapist. He was knowledgeable, professional, skilled and most of all caring and present. (Hard to find). Cassandra did my pedicure, and she was super sweet, personal, gentle, and skilled. The spa goes the extra steps that make it worth my drive, and to pay a little extra for everything they have to offer. Beautiful atmosphere.

The Spa at River Ridge is officially my favorite haircare Saloon. It was last minute and I couldnt find any Saloon taking reservations but I was fortunate to find a spot for hair cut at River Ridge. I explained what I was looking for and my hairdresser did exactly that. I have really long and thick hair but my hairdresser was sweet and patient. It really took a long time to set my hair but she did a wonderful job. I loved everything about this Saloon. This will be at the top of my list for hair care.
