My wife and I love this place! Very professional shop with well trained massage therapists and a very clean facility. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the therapists we see always finds the problem areas and works them out. Very flexible hours and easy to get on the schedule, we have been with them for over 3 years now, would recommend to anyone and have done so many times.

First time I went to this establishment I had no reference nor expectation. Upon departure I felt like I was in a home filled with care and understanding. My second time I knew I would be taken care of and just wanted to brag about them. Please know that they will treat you like royalty and not let you down if you were to try them out. Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve had several massages in my life and this was the worst. I had a one hour full body massage. Walked in, and they had me use a towel to place over myself, not a sheet like most places do. Absolutely no scented oils or lotions - the lotion she used was Lubriderm. I felt like I got beat up this entire time. She used fast movements and lots of pounding with her fists. Hearing her belch during the massage wasn’t great either. And then as I paid, I was asked to give a tip - thought there was a “no asking for gratuity” policy?? Will NEVER be going back.
This is one of the best places you can get a massage in Columbus. They respond very quickly and are flexible and will work around your schedule. Everyone I have ever gotten a massage from here has been incredibly professional, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. Nina is AMAZING!! You cant find a better massage in Columbus Like Alice massage, I had a 90-minute massage with Rita, she has the best technique between acupressure and oil massage. She can find the muscle knots on my back and work hard on them. The last and not the least, she surprised me with a short but sweet facial massage, she eased my stress and tension for me to get up and look fresh. I will definitely recommend her.

I can not say enough good things about my massage. From the moment we walked in we were treated with the best customer service. We got a couple’s massage with 20 minutes in the sauna, 50 minutes massage and 30 minutes foot massage. It was a piece of Heaven. It’s always tricky finding the right place for massages. I’ve been to several spa’s and massage parlors, but Alice’s is BY FAR the best. I was nervous to try something new but I don’t regret it for a second. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I called in last minute to see if I could do a same day apt by any chance and they were super flexible and fit me in. Cici did my massage and she was wonderful; very attentive and sensitive to my needs. Her pressure was perfect and she made sure the environment was calm and soothing. The space is very well kept, clean, and inviting. I’d highly recommend getting a massage here. I think I might even go back again next week for a couples massage!!

The place looks clean. And felt welcoming. My massage was an appointment, There was or is an oncall person . So when I arrived I had to wait for about 10 mins. No big deal as it was realaxing. When the massage person came, she presented herself nicely, but not professional (towel covering and manners when leaving). Im not shy, so when sheets go flying and my body parts are shown, its no biggy for me, but if you are modest, this place may not be for you. Her massage wasnt close to being the best, but her massage wasnt the worst. It just wasnt really a massage, so to speak. More gliding on her forearm. The hot rocks were a bit too hot, but we made it work by me speaking up too hot. After the its ok massage, and tine to get paid. I paid in cash plus an 18% tip. In cash, I thought she would appreciate the cash vs. CC. the unprofessional part:? she said thats it? Lord, I wanted to say b@#% give it back then, but instead I said how much were you expecting? She responded, Well tip usially 20% I said thats $3.00 off, are you really asking for $3.00?? And she oh, its okay.I wont come back, nor do I recommend this place. If she continued to present herself as welcoming as she did when I first came in to the very end, the review stars would have been higher. But with an just ok massage mixed with the words is that it, well hell should have rated lower stars.

My first time experience with them was amazing! As soon as you walk in you feel calm and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My masseuse made sure that the temperature and pressure were just right for me. He walked me through the transitions (Chinese bodywork, hot oil and hot stone) and it was very relaxing. Let’s cut to the chase. This place is FANTASTIC so just go! My wife and I did a couple’s massage. We started our visit with 30 mins in the sauna. Great way to prepare for the best massage we’ve EVER had. We’ve been to many place and paid more for far less. Sue and J performed our massages. They were interested in our needs and thoroughly took care of them. We walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Worst part of the entire experience? We had to leave and go out into the world to get stressed again. The best part? Sue and j took great care of us and we get to go back. Do yourself and a loved one a favor; call and schedule an appointment (They are open seven days a week. ).

I walked into Alice Massage in so much pain and discomfort. All day I had been searching for somewhere to go, but there arent any places that accept walk ins. I was able to text and make an appointment. I was asked if a male masseuse was alright to which I agreed . When I walked in, the masseuse himself asked if it was ok that he massaged me. I showed him all my problem areas and he took care of them , making sure to ask if I was comfortable and if the pressure he was applying was ok. I received a full body massage for a great price and by full body I mean even my head, forehead and temples were taken care of. He also used hot stones which is something I had never experienced and now that I have I will always always incorporate it! Overall this is the best massage I have EVER received and I will be back in the next few weeks. I will be telling everyone about this place! Shawn is who gave me my massage and he was so sweet , kind, intentional and attentive. He knows what he is doing . Cece was very sweet as well! This is officially my new massage place. Took my boyfriend to get a massage And we had a wonderful experience! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you feel relaxed and welcomed! We sat in the sauna for 30 minutes before our massage which was amazing! I had Xiao as my therapist, he listened to my needs and focused on the area I wanted the most work on. Both of our therapist asked us frequently if pressure was okay and made sure the massage was focused on us and our relaxation! We were very thankful for the flexibility!!Onto the massage…my fiancé and I both agreed that our massages were by far the BEST we’ve ever had. I have suffered from on and off chronic back pain for years, and the massage therapist that worked with me addressed every problem spot I had and beyond. She was extremely thorough, and touch was firm yet gentle. The hot stones were AMAZING as well and felt so good on my muscles. We went today for our first massage and it went well. The place looks clean and great ambiance. The masseuse was very professional and worked very well. They included hot stones massage at no additional charge. They also cleaned the oil with a hot towel at the end. Rooms are not completly sealed, you can hear the door bell and conversation happening in the front. Very happy with their service.

First visit today - I loved the ambiance as soon as you walk in. There’s peaceful music playing throughout and the owners are so kind. I did the sauna and then an hour massage. Everything was great and so relaxing! A few things that set this experience apart from other places I’ve been - having a sauna to relax muscles before (and the towels are SUPER fluffy and nice), they included hot stones in my massage at no extra charge, and they used a heated wet cloth to clean the oil off my back after it was done (which is brilliant). Also, their prices are so reasonable! Will be returning soon!

We arrived a little early and they got us right into the sauna then our massages immediately after. The location was clean, the staff was nice and professional and the atmosphere was relaxing. We had a great time at Alice massage, they started us off with a ten minutes of warming up in a hot room, then placed us in a nice room where the couples massage began. They are very professional, asked us what pressure we prefer and began the massage. They have very interesting techniques which get amazing. Absolutely the best massages I have ever had! Not a fancy place but the massages are awesome. We drive 1.5 hours to get a massage here! We have had the foot massages and couples massage and 30 minute massage, 1hr, 90 minutes and 2 hour. They are all wonderful and actually helpful. We feel very energetic and have less pain. Its easy to make appointments online or by text or email or phone.

If you’re afraid to get a massage because of “a stranger touching you” I would go here. At every change of the massage, like transitioning from massaging the back with hands to the hot stones, they always asked if we were okay. This massage is only laying face down the whole time, no awkward “flip over let’s get your frontside!” They massage everything while you lay facing down. I have had many massages over the years. This had to be absolutely the most helpful. I have a great deal of pain due to knee replacements that did not work. When I arrived I had difficulty just getting on the table. The massage was deep muscle with hot rock massage. I am making an appointment once a month. I even slept the entire night.

I had a wonderful experience! My massager was Xiao, He is wonderfully attentive very good at pressure points he knows exactly what hes doing I have never felt better!! However my poor husband got a terrible massage did not enjoy it at all. His massager was too rough didnt understand pressure points didnt ask, about the pressure didnt let my husband know When he was going to use the hot rocks.. It would have been a great experience if we both had had wonderful massages
