Elements Massage

I had a fabulous experience at Elements Dublin, first with the lovely receptionist and then with the massage therapist Victoria. She gave a great massage and read my body....she truly has the gift and healing hands and is a kind and extremely sweet person. One of the best massages I have ever received. I am a heart patient and on blood thinners and bruise easily and Victoria was able to go deep but I did not bruise at all. I came away refreshed and renewed. Thank you Elements Dublin and the wonderful therapist Victoria!

From being greeted to the extra instruction I got when finished - fabulous experience! Zane is incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much info. He was very kind and helped me so so much! Highly recommend his service. I can’t wait to go back!!! Great location for sure!

The place is nice and the staff at the front desk are great. I always seem to get the same person who gives an average massage and has a wow is me attitude.

Hands down, it was the best experience I had from a massage. I was looking for a therapist who would help with identifying the target points I had tension in, and they did just that. The techniques they used and the cupping form made my experience enjoyable. I am currently moving to become a member.

Every time I’d book an hour appointment online I would get a call the next day telling me that I could me to move my appointment to another time or book for 1.5 hours (and pay more for the appointment). They have little regard for their customer’s time. It was extremely frustrating after finding time to fit a massage in a busy schedule and so I finally terminated my membership. What’s more is they they have no problem telling you to book online and then calling you in the middle of your work day wanting you to make time to reschedule. If you’re busy, go somewhere else. This requires more time to schedule than it should.

Elements is the best place I’ve been to for a massage. The front desk staff is friendly and make booking appointments a breeze. Patty is who I love to go to. She is so very sweet and truly cares about her clients. I always leave relaxed, happy, and feeling wonderful. Such good vibes. Book your next massage now! 😊

Great place! Office staff are very nice and courteous. My massage therapist made recommendations for other staff members if I wanted to try different levels of pressure and gave me some advice for things to do at home based on what she noticed during my session. Very good value for the quality of the service too, would recommend!

I did have a hard time finding it, and when I called was put on hold. I am assuming it went to corporate office. I will say Patty was an amazing therapist and very kind. Perhaps I will call back in and have someone explain membership to me.

A bit pricy but always worth it. Grace is the perfect person to see for an all over relaxation massage, and Courtney is great at addressing those deeper problem areas. I’m always thrilled with my time here!

I had the membership and every time I booked an online appointment I got a call the next day asking me to upgrade from 60 minutes to 90 minutes at my own expense or they would need to move my appointment. The last time I scheduled a 9am and they told me I could upgrade to 90 minutes or come at 12pm. Total lack of concern for my time. It was so frustrating because they would call while I was working - and they could never explain why the online booking is available but the appointment times never worked. It was so disappointing and quite frankly, a waste of time. I will not use them anymore.

Abigail was awesome. She used great pressure and worked out a lot of my sore spots. Super clean facility and very friendly staff. Definitely coming back!

Everyone is always warm and friendly. I have been getting massages from Patty. She is always professional and ask if I have any areas that she should focus on. My job is physically demanding so its nice to have any problem areas focused on. Patty is phenomenal!

I have been using this location just about 2yrs. I had a freaking awesome massage therapist and he left a year ago from this location. I have tried 3others at this location. One person I totally didnt like her massage skills. The 2nd was kinda ok. The last one I have tried is good but not all like the one that left. I have a gift card to use up and I am finding another place. And. I have also not please with pushing of the monthly plan they offer. Every month pulling the 100.00 . I think its better to find a private person that has their own massage business.

I have always had a great experience with Elements. Even when I have moved to different states, I like the franchise. Sometimes it takes time to find the massage therapist that you like, but I have had no issues finding one I like wherever I have been a member.

Let’s start with the receptionist. She was SO kind and informative, not to mention professional and polite. The massage room was nice and dimly lit. Andrew’s pressure was perfect, focusing on the issues we had discussed. I suffer from chronic migraine - and shoulders issues. He found spots and focused on them, without me saying which ones. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis, so calf/hamstring pain as well - he knew exactly where to focus and apply pressure . I will be back.After the massage the receptionist explained the memberships and how to cancel. She was very thoroughly and left nothing hidden. I like that they can roll over each month without penalty.

Received inaccurate information about contract terms, charges, and rollover benefits of unused sessions. Directly quoted one charge, then another higher amount charged to credit card. When I complained, they said their terms “recently changed” even though all my contract materials and even the website shows a different amountThe massage therapist I saw is amazing. Management is sorely lacking. I am canceling my membership and have three remaining sessions. All my membership materials say they are good for up to a year, EM “manager” says I only have 2 mos to use after cancellation

My mom and I used to go to Elements Massage regularly, so my mom signed up for their membership. They would automatically withdraw about $100 a month for the membership and never mentioned any kind of expiration on credits. When we tried to schedule using her credits, we were told that $700 worth of credits had expired and they refused to let us use them or refund her the money. On top of that, almost each time we went in they had new employees and the massage therapists we liked from prior visits had gone. That tells me they probably don’t treat their employees well if they’re not willing to stay long term. I wish we could still go for the convenience, but that’s no way to treat loyal customers. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.*Update* In response to the comment from Elements Massage: I was present for the phone call where you all were absolutely able to speak with my mom. There was no contact beforehand to notify her that her credits would be expiring, which is exactly why there was an issue. You cant tell me that theres nothing you could have done to reinstate her credits or offer her vouchers of some kind. $700 isnt nothing and your inability to notify her beforehand or offer her a refund only benefits your company.

My experience at all Elements locations has always been pleasant. Customers receive friendly service in the reception area and professional, quality services from the massage therapists. I have been a member for over two years and have never had a poor experience. The online booking system is efficient and if ever I have to call, I receive quick responses. All around, I highly recommend Elements.

Tyler was amazing. He kept me well informed and ensured I was comfortable for the entirety of my service. He also used techniques that I havent seen any other massage therapist use, which was enlightening and enjoyable. The whole experience was 10/10!

I absolutely LOVE Elements! I am someone who doesnt take a whole lot of time out of my day/week for myself, but I know that once a month I get to go get a massage and completely relax. Grace is amazing and is the best massage therapist Ive ever been to! The subscription plan is exactly what I needed to be able to budget some self care into my monthly finances.

I have been going to Doug Carr for 90 minute deep tissue massages for the past 12 months, and he has provided the best service I have ever had at any massage studio. He gives deep tissue massage but is very easy to talk to and will cater to your needs with different techniques. I began going with terrible sciatic and hip pain from working out so often, and he has completely healed that by going to him every month. He also worked on my shins and feet when I had plantar fasciitis and shin splints which have since been cured. I have only ever had an excellent massage from Doug, and he is a great person too! Highly recommended!I also have had a really great experience working with Jamie at the front desk as well. She is very pleasant and always helpful. I feel very comfortable with everyone I have interacted with there. Rooms and lobby are always very clean too.

Excellent Customer Service! And Memorable experience ! It was my first time getting a massage here, and it wont be my last! The front desk staff were friendly. But the best part was my massage . Morgan did great! She listen to all my needs and she took great care of me. She made adjustments based off of how tense I was. Morgan made me feel comfortable and she set a very peaceful atmosphere. I had a long day at work and I wanted a calm and relaxing massage .. Morgan gave me just that !Way to Go Morgan! And thanks Elements for such a great experience!!!

The front desk staff are so nice and professional. They are very knowledgeable about all of the services. Frank is very professional and he does and amazing job! He is usually fairly easy to get into, but I have a very flexible schedule. If you go to Frank, I would recommend booking your next session in advance.

Patty was wonderful. She was so kind, and accommodating, and I felt great the next day. I was able to move easier which gave me more energy. My neck had also been so tight that I was experiencing headaches and sinuse pain from time to time, but since my Massage, my head and face have not given me any trouble. This will definitely be a monthly thing for me from now on.

Sandra is AMAZING! She has helped me since I started coming a few months back due to bad headaches. She is careful to assess how you are feeling, so she can provide the right touch and pressure to provide relief. I signed up for the monthly program after my very first session, and look forward to my visit with her each time.

Theyre easy to schedule and the paperwork is emailed to you.

Dom is fantastic. Absolute magic hands. This location operates so smoothly compared to Easton. Friendly and inviting staff. The only con is that they dont have many LMTs so the schedule is a bit hectic to get in, but otherwise great.

After never missing any appointments ever, I missed one (1) and even offered to come at that time (5 minutes late) but was told I’d receive a $35 fee. Usually I’d understand; however, I was always given a reminder previously and this time I was not. I even showed the person my missed call log and she got snotty with me and said we already have the form filled out for you. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on. I’ve canceled my membership and recommend that you don’t get trapped by this issue!

Meagan was an excellent therapist! She was extremely kind, listen to my needs, and gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. She was also very easy to talk to, which made the massage that much better. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a highly relaxing massage!

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my massage therapist was great & I really liked her a lot, however my experience wasnt as I expected at all...First, as I was filling out the paperwork the receptionist recommended I try one of the aromatherapy (something I wouldnt normally do) but thought why not? I dont go to the spa that often so I thought Id give it a try. My massage therapist tells me she isnt trained in that yet so we cant do that. As its something I wouldnt normally do I wasnt really that bothered. We get to the room & the bed wasnt ready. I waited patiently for her to change the sheets and was ready to relax. Halfway into my massage I hear the door open. I was then told it was one of the other therapist. He usually works in the room we were in and we were in his room because someone was in the room she normally uses. Clearly there are some communication issues.... The part that bothers me the most is the workers knew what happened was unacceptable without me having to complain about it at all. The girl at the front confirmed my email and phone number with me before I left and said management would be reaching out to me. Its been two weeks now & I have no calls or messages from them. Very disappointing

I came to Elements due to an injury from 15 years ago that had painfully resurfaced. When I spoke with someone at Elements, she was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I have seen 2 different therapists at Elements, both of which made me feel comfortable and communicated with me frequently. Doug is wonderful and I am extremely happy with him. I have been going to Elements for 6+ months; their membership package has many great benefits.

The receptionist thats pretty awesome. She had great energy and good customer service. However! The massage therapists were the mediocre at best.. we had a couples massage. It was almost as if our 5 year old was applying lotion to us after a shower. We will not be back. The price is not worth it.

It is a great place to relax. I feel very light after my 90min massage. Good job team..!!!

This was my first experience with any kind of massage. I was in a lot of pain and had a locked-up/spasming muscle in my back. Tom took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable. After leaving my pain is much better! This was a very good experience certificate and I would recommend it.

My overall experience at this location wasnt ideal (there were a number of factors at play, and many of them were just specific to me and my preferences), so I did message the manager to address my issues. I cant fully express how grateful I am for the managers personal call- she took the time to have a meaningful conversation with me so she could fix any problems, and she issued me a full refund. Even though I personally wont be coming back, I dont see any reason to not give Elements a fair chance; and Id like to extend another thank you very much to the manager for being so considerate.

Very nice staff, they are helpful and kind. The therapist I had was very nice, however I think she must be very new to massage therapy. I know the only way to get experience is to do the job over and over but I felt that her massage was not relaxing or therapeutic because her strokes were very choppy and didnt flow. She was clearly going over the book In her head and there were a lot of starts and stops and pauses. I am sure she will be great once she is able to get the experience and get her own groove going. I was pretty disappointed though, since I had scheduled the massage for relaxation after a terrible day, and left feeling no different. I wish her lots of luck! :)

Dont bother. The staff is always changing so once you find a LMT you like, guaranteed they will resign in 2-3 Months. As a member they claim you can add friends/family, but there are NEVER 2 appointments available at the same time to enjoy that perk. You may tell a therapist what pressure you want, they wont listen, they just do what they want. The girls working the desk constantly call you for follow up and nag to book more appointments. I actually had 1 therapist invite herself to my baby shower, and I didnt even know her personally! I got so fed up with their unprofessional nature, I cashed out my unused sessions, purchased gift cards and gave them away just to be done. While that transaction was being complete, the girl at the front desk continued to make caddy comments and behaved like a back-talking teenager. Nice customer service skills, but then again, what do you expect from someone who makes $8/hr answering phones.

I love my massage therapist. Luke is so good with his hands and he hits spots i dont realize i am hurting. I have been to many massage places. But. He knows how to give a great message. I hope he never leaves this place. He his very talented

Meagan was great! I have been seeing Ben for the last few months and absolutely love him. He did wonders for my back. I have nerve, disks and sciatica nerve issues. Unfortunately he decided to move on to another adventure in his life. I had my first appointment today with Meagan. She is just as great! She hit spots related to my sciatica that I never realized was connected to each other. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her!

I am a very picky person and have had weekly massages for years and THIS IS THE BEST MASSAGE PLACE EVER, in my opinion. Great hours, convenient location, Jaime and the front desk folks make a point of getting to know you, and Doug is a magician. I don’t think I ever really had a massage until him. He didn’t just warm the muscles, he fixed chronic issues. I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve and prescribed steroids, opoids, muscle relaxers and I went to him and he fixed it in a few minutes. I was in so much pain. I can’t say enough positive things about this place.

Went here on Saturday and felt absolutely amazing. We did a couples massage and had Benjamin and Morgan and they did great. I joined the wellness program and will be back monthly now and will be asking for Morgan from here on out.

Horrible experience and I will NEVER return. If you go there dont let them talk you into scheduling an additional massage or signing up for their rewards program. I did so at nine at night clearly not realizing what I was signing up for. They charged me a $35 cancelation fee for having the flu and not canceling my appointment in time and then another 84.16 was just debited from my account today because the letter I gave them requesting my membership being canceled wasnt what they needed (even though that is what I was told) because I did not fill out their specific form to cancel they refused to give me my money back even though it was in the notes a month prior that I wished to cancel the service. When I asked the manager to speak with her boss she told me I cant give you that phone number, heres her email, she can decide IF she wants to deal with this! Worse customer service ever. They are highway robbers. Do not sign up for any of their deals because they have no problem taking your money when they feel like it and refusing to give it back! I wish I could have rated ten negative stars. Never again.

Such a disappointment.. I had high expectations because of the positive reviews but had the worst first massage experience. I went for a recovering neck and shoulder injury and the massage therapist kept moving my arm above my head after I told her I have a shoulder impingement. Also she did nothing for my shoulder or back. She massaged my neck and legs until we ran out if time, and then afterwards proceeded to tell me that I was better and never had a shoulder issue. My MRI shows otherwise and she did nothing to help me with the pain and it was not relaxing whatsoever.

Elements massage provides excellent value for what I truly believe qualifies as medical care. Elements always works to schedule me in immediately when I have tension headaches or other muscle-related pains, and its therapists are consistently excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for either a casual massage or a treatment routine.

As a petite woman, I find it difficult to find a good sports massage therapist. Women often dont have enough hand strength and men are afraid to use pressure. Ive been very impressed with the massage therapists here. Charlie isnt afraid to work out the mess of knots in my neck and back. I cant recommend elements massage enough.

Easily the worse massage i have ever had. The therapist was horrible. She sat the whole time and kept pinning my hands, legs and feet between her rather large belly and her hands. Her heavy breathing and lazy approach was very distasteful. It was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. I had a very unpleasant experience.

You can request a therapist that will match the type of massage you want and the amount of pressure used. Also they dont get offended if you prefer not to talk or chat during your session, which I appreciate.

Everyone at this location is always so helpful and nice! I enjoy coming here and have seen several massage therapists: all exceptional and listen to my needs.

Worst experience. Twice I book an appointment and the therapist doesn’t show up. One time I asked for a one therapist and I got someone else, and all I get is sorry the person you asked for didn’t show up.
