I was having such a bad day before my appointment, my son turned my car lights on and it died-had to jump start it, my number was wrong in the system so I didnt get the confirmation and my calendar had the time for the appointment wrong. It was such a bad day and I was so upset because I have TOS and need the relief. I talked to Jamie and she was so considerate, calm and polite!! She got my number placed in the system correctly and was able to reschedule me the very next day! I would also highly suggest their massage therapists as many of them are veterans in the industry that really know what theyre doing and how to help you!
I called on a Wednesday evening and no one answered-based on the reviews, I figured they were busy. The manager called me the next morning and told me they had openings. I was in back pain, and she made sure I was comfortable while I was filling out the brief paperwork. We chatted-she’s very personable, and she really cares about the clients and the staff. Fred was my massage therapist-also very personable and professional, always making sure the pressure was okay and offered an add-on to further improve my experience. It really helped! I ended up joining.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband and I went 2x, and scheduling was not only a nightmare, but the front office clerk was very rude and did not give enough information to make choices on membership costs. Later, I foze our accounts/memberships because we could never get in for massages on the 2 days we have open to go. I then chose to cancel entirely and they charged me for the next months membership fees for my husbandand I, an entire month early. Yes, I canceled with a whole months notice so this would not happen. It has now been 1.5 months, I have still not gotten my money back from their mistake, and the manager is never in the building, Ill leave a message. But I have yet to have an manager call me back. This is the worst place to go for multiple reasons. I suggest you go somewhere else.
Worst customer service ever. IRegret keeping my membership for more than 12 years. I decided to even keep it through COVID to support their business. A couple of months ago, after a massage session, I ended in ER because an injury caused to my neck. My physician gave me a letter that I passed to them stating that I am not allowed to do massages anymore. When I told them that I had eighth massages left to be used and they refused to reimburse the money for the sessions I couldnt use!!!. The “manager” said her supervisor would contact me, which never happened. Be aware everyone, worst customer service ever, and you could result dangerously injured if you get a massus that doesnt know how to do their job!
DO NOT GO HERE! I Repeat DO NOT GO HERE. After being told that I could transfer one of my massages to my husband an then finding out I was charged for non membership prices on my credit card that I did NOT authorize in order to pay for my husbands massage after I was told I could transfer. Then I was told by the manager Angela that I needed to take responsibility for my actions and my husbands after being a member for 12-13 year leaving good tips all the time. She absolutely Ruined my day. Horrible customer service and unable to take responsibility for her staffs mistakes! Rude on the phone. I will be canceling my membership. Very disappointed! There are plenty of places to go. Do not give your money to places like this!!!!!!
Great value for massages and facials. Convenient hours, good prices and friendly staff who take time to get to know you. They focus on matching you up with a therapist who meets your needs, so speak up about what you want. I have been happy with all of my services thus far and highly recommend!
I’ve had massages all over the city and the world. Have tried multiple massage envy locations. Aubry is the best deep tissue massage therapist in the city. He actively listens and is tune with the spiritual science and art. Highly recommend him — just don’t fill up his schedule too much because I need to get in there too.:)
I love this location! They offer great service and make me feel welcome. For the price, I dont think it can get any better! I have always gotten a wonderful massage for exactly what I need; whether I just want to relax or if I have had a specific issue that needs worked out. They seem to have a therapist of every kind.
Everyone was great! This was my first massage ever and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I had Shelley (not sure about the spelling) and she was great! I believe she was medium to firm pressure and that was perfect for me. We’ll be back at some point!
I have never gotten a facial before and one day I walked in and asked. It’s $55 for your first time and that’s 60 minute session plus tax and tip. I was so shocked and happy. They had problems with the internet which was fine, I’m pretty patient. But they couldn’t do it that day so i made an appointment for another day. The day of my appointment I was supposed to go somewhere with family so I asked to be checked out first. The manager checks me out and the service was so great. The woman was so nice and helpful. And after my service was done I left. Two days later I get a call from the lady who checked me out saying my card was declined. I was like huh? What do you mean? Hearing about it two days later and not only that they never said anything to me while I was there. Not only the manager was on the phone pretending like she wasn’t the one who checked me out. If they had notified me while I was there I would have gone to bank and gotten the money out cause I know I had the money. But when she called me two days later I had bought groceries so have that I didn’t have the money to pay until the next time I got paid. Which I did. Paid for. Over and done with right? No. Two days ago I look at my bank statements and Message Envy made two charges. A 79.00 and 72.00 charge. So I go back. The woman at front desk asked if I have gotten a back facial on the 4th. And I said no I was a work all day. So they told that manager wasn’t there and that she would call me next day and get me a refund. She never called... I just don’t understand. I felt so bad cause I alway hate it when there mix ups but charging my card had to be deliberate. I was never rude. I was always patient and kind and even apologetic(when I had not done anything wrong) I don’t understand what I did to deserve this. I won’t be getting service from here again which saddens me because despite what as happen the women that I actually received service from did nothing wrong at all.
Call them, only voice mail, attempting to use the online schedule facility, wants to know your email address which I provided, but they never knew it, so I cant even sign up. Very retarded plan for trying to retain customers. In the past, they have always been booked up when I have tried to schedule. So save your money, go elsewhere. Sad to see a business so uncaring about its membership. Completely mismanaged business for customer support.
Professional staff, always clean, but better yet, BECCA IS AMAZING!!! I would be there every week if she wasn’t always booked. Always attentive to what I need, and communicates her thoughts for what I have going on every time. If you see an opening with her, take it!
My wife and I both have memberships at this location. We are both over the road truck drivers and after a couple of weeks out on the road it is nice to come home and treat ourselves to a relaxation massage. I am currently getting deep tissue massages for a back issue and each time I leave I feel much better. Great staff and no problems.
I have only worked with one massage therapist to this point, but I dont need to look any further. Charlie has magic hands and Im sure the rest of the staff is equally talented. They have a very friendly and helpful front desk staff who work hard to accommodate busy schedules and ensure a comfortable and memorable visit.I highly recommend this company and especially encourage a visit to the location near Old Dublin.
Do not book here. I just booked as a first time client and they charged me 50% of the massage because I called the day before unable to make it and wanted to reschedule. I gave them over a 24 hour notice, sorry work ran late but obligations and a well in advance notice should not have constituted for that kind of charge. Not only will I never be back but I brought it up at dinner with a group of friends and some even mentioned IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY
My mother went there and even wanted to become member but they treated her in a very bad and unprofessional way. Very rude, unprofessional and uneducated front desk staff. I do not recommend this place. Save yourselves the headache and find another massage place, there are plenty of them in Dublin that treat you with respect. If you pay for an hour they waste 20 minutes of your time and you only get about 40 minutes of massage. They push you to become their member with their sneaky sales practices.
I’ve always had a good massage there, but it’s very difficult to make an appointment. The phone goes straight to voicemail, but then no one calls you back. I’ve called over the course of two days and received no call back. If you actually go there to make an appointment you’ll be ok because they will have to deal with you, but over the phone, forget it.
Ive never actually made it in for a massage, I couldnt get an appointment to stick. The online booking portal didnt work. I called the store and got an appointment set up. They called me back a few hours later saying the employee scheduled wasnt supposed to be scheduled on the schedule, but I could reschedule for the next available appointment, 3 days from now, in the middle of a work day. I wont be returning, not worth the hassle of getting an appointment.
I will never in my life go to massage envy again!My husband purchased me a gift card for Valentine day last year.I made a few appointments that I had to cancel due to work and me coping with my anxiety being at it’s worse this year.However,I finally worked up the nerve to use my gift certificate.I called on June 15,2020 and was able to get a same day appointment with Rebecca.While at my appointment I had the receptionist check my card to make sure everything was good to go.To my surprise the card was at a $0.00 balance.I remember a while back I was asked to for my GC info.I thought that it was requested just to make sure the money was still available on the card.But apparently not.I was informed when I got to my appointment on the day of that it was used to pay Jennifer for when I cancelled.At that time I became frustrated because I was never informed that was the policy nor was I notified.While frustrated I asked to speak to the manager who was sitting in her office to the left of the counter the entire time.She steps out of her office and I then again went on to explain to her the situation .Her response was I heard what is going on but yes Jennifer did get paid although you cancelled.I was so in shock.So I asked still in shock with my high pitched voice ,Jennifer was paid 80.00 for a service she did not do?She said yes.I went on to ask her so what about Rebecca who is ready and willing to give me my massage today she’s not getting paid today.Not to mention Jennifer cancelled with me before but there was no penalty.So now extremely furious because when I asked questions she referred me to the website and their brochure.I explained to her that the GC was a gift and I never went on their website to check policies because I had already spoke to someone about using my GC.So I asked the manager for her supervisors number and she repeated well this is a franchise and she’s going to tell you the same thing.So I informed her that’s fine can I have the number anyway because this makes no sense.She goes on to ask me to wait outside because I was being disrespectful.How? So I told her no just give me the supervisor number and I would leave.She then continued to say no you can wait outside.I did not see a reason for me to wait outside so I said no again. Then she went on to tell the receptionist to call the cops because I was being disrespectful.I was going to wait around for the cops but after speaking with my husband he said that it wasn’t worth it ,so I left.I was just going to brush this off but the level of disrespect and the way I was treated was and is very distasteful out of this company!I’ve worked several jobs in Dublin and frequent the area often and have never been treated the way I was there EVER in my entire life.They have cameras there and everything was recorded.I hope no one have to ever feel the way I did on that day!Thanks a lot Dublin Bridge employees for your poor customer service and for treating me so Ugly!
A massage is a gift of wellness. You can pay extra for an epic setting with fountains and eucalyptus steam rooms, but at the end of the day it’s all about the masseuse. Massage Envy employs talented and caring professionals in a serene and clean setting. I’ve been a member of Club ME for years and will continue for years.
Molly is a great deep tissue therapist. I have been having problems with my back and in addition to physical therapy to fix the problem, her deep tissue massage helped with the short term pain that PT couldnt solve for.
I absolutely love the massages I get at Massage Envy in Grandview. My massage therapist, Jennifer, is great! I highly recommend checking them out. Cheers :)

I went to get a facial with blackheads removal and they charged me 70$ and nothing changed in my face i stil have the blackheads and my face did not feel soft even i was a waste of money
