Woodhouse Spa - Dublin

We are visiting from out of town, we walked in to book duet massages, which they did not have available, but Delaney and Rosalie helped us get massages booked at the Grandview location.We are very impressed with the customer service, the help, the ambiance, and it smelled great! We will be returning and will recommend a friend.

Natalie (Dublin location) gives the most wonderful facials ever! My skin has improved so much since becoming her client. And in addition to being very talented at her job, she is also very kind. I had to take a few minutes mid-procedure to deal with some unexpected post-surgical pain. She couldn’t have been more thoughtful, patient, or kind - even though I know I caused us to run a bit beyond our time. 5 stars.

This was my very first experience at a day spa and it was AMAZING!! The receptionists were kind and welcoming. EVERY staff member I encountered was professional and friendly and took time to answer any questions I had.I booked a soothing and hydrating facial with Brittany and it was excellent. She explained everything she did as we went and man is my skin GLOWING. She was so sweet!!Following the facial, I had a 50 min Body Balance massage with Leticia and frankly, it was life changing. She took the time to explain the entire process and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I also added a deep tissue enhancement because I was unsure of what pressure I would require. She asked if she could start the massage and add the deep tissue it if I/she felt I needed it. She was honest and ended up dropping the deep tissue enhancement from the booking. One thing that occurs frequently in salons and spas is upselling these kinds of “extras.” She was very strong and could have absolutely convinced me that she was doing deep tissue work due to my inexperience, and she didn’t. That was the icing on the cake.Thank you for an unforgettable experience. I will be back!!!!

Josh is the most respectful and well knowledged massage therapist I’ve had the joy of working with! As someone who had a horrific massage elsewhere I communicated this comfortably to him and he delivered. He freed up only the areas he was working on and communicated my troubled spots without me having to state it. He also asked what my comfort level was with pressure and checked in when I tensed without me having to say. He matched my energy effortlessly. He shared his observations of my own body and I left getting more info on my body’s needs. His natural passion for helping people is obvious.

I sent my husband here for a sports massage for Father’s Day. He had never been to a place like this before and honestly neither have I so we weren’t sure what to expect for his experience.He said it was pretty difficult to find parking. We have never been to the area so I had to call to figure out where he could look for additional parking since it’s a downtown setting. They do have public parking options in garages but it’s on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floor by the library.We give 4 stars because my husband said while the masseuse was amazing and he felt great after leaving they didn’t really direct him or guide him. He wasn’t sure what he was supposed to do (like undressing to his under garments, etc) i told him to take pictures but he’s a man and of course didn’t haha. But all in all he said he loved it. Said it was a really nice place. Both of us will be back for more services after I have our daughter for sure. Thank you Woodhouse!Wish I could give credit to his amazing masseuse but he doesn’t remember her name.

This spa was quite the experience. I checked in, was offered a mimosa (yes, please!), and was ushered into the quiet room to await my appointment. I definitely enjoyed the quiet, almost dozed off. I received the Minkyti facial with Olya. The entire experience was so incredibly relaxing. Olya really did the damn thing, I felt like a new person. She’s amazing, an earth angel and I sincerely appreciate the work she did. ❤️

Overall very good! I got a Swedish massage as a gift card and enjoyed it a lot. My massage was done by Cody and I can highly recommend him.I was missing a sauna after massage or a place where you can take a nap. And I would add some more cosmetics in the bathroom such as a face wash or a hand cream.

Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and posh nature of this spa. Went with a good friend to get pedicures. Loved that we were served mimosas and that there were light snacks in the lounge. It was super busy the day we were there but the staff made it seamless. Facilities are upscale and clean, comforting and soothing. Will definitely be back.

My Aunt and I LOVE the Woodhouse Day Spa! We come for pedicures and the whole experience is so incredibly calming and relaxing. Being in such a busy area you would never know it when you walk in. Calming, not overwhelming scent, water sounds, nice lighting. The staff is always friendly. They offer a robe and slippers and choice of beverage. Wine, champagne, mimosas, water, etc. Wonderful changing area with individual lockers, shower, and any small bathroom items you may need. There is a quiet room where you wait before your service and after to let your nails dry and relax before going out into the busy world . Every time we leave I look forward to going back!

I’ve been here a few times and it is just a relaxing oasis. But also. Today I had Matt and I was super apprehensive about having a male masseuse, as a SA victim, lesbian, and all around man hater, I don’t even have male doctors but he was so kind, professional, never made me feel uncomfortable or unsafe. So thank you for that! Excellent service.

From the time we walked in the door we were treated like queens. I love to go to unwind. My mom really enjoyed her birthday.

My first experience at Woodhouse and it was a good one! I booked a same-day 80-min poultice massage with Leticia (after seeing her name recommended on other Google reviews). I have had massages on cruises, at resorts, etc. and I can say hers was by far the best I’ve ever had. Matter of fact, the massage was so good that I nearly passed out after hopping off the table! Receptionist and concierge staff were also friendly, attentive, and helpful. I look forward to a return visit!

My experience was amazing. I got the deep tissue massage. Leticia is a wonderful and professional masseuse ! I 100% recommend ! Very friendly and inviting staff.

My mom and I have been getting a massage and facial here for the last three years on New Year’s Eve. I called and booked in September and spoke with the staff about what exactly we wanted and on the day of our appointments we did not get anything described in the booking. Every year it gets worse, this past year (2023) will be our last at this spa. We both booked 80 min deep tissue massage and were very dissatisfied with our services. For me personally, my massager was clearly sick, she was coughing and clicking a cough drop the full 80 min. She also did zero deep tissue work as requested. I would say she was using light pressure at best even when asking her to do deep tissue. My moms massage had a similar experience however instead of being sick her lady talked nonstop asking my mom for diet and weight loss advise. Both massages were awkward and put us in a place where we felt like we could not say anything. I feel like when we booked deep tissue massage, there is very little room for error in what is desired. We both also had cleaning facials they were ok. The prices of this spa make you think it’s going to be amazing relaxing but it was not, it felt rushed and awkward and disappointing we both paid over 500 $ to be dissatisfied.A manager did not reach out as stated below 👇🏼

I left absolutely furious for a few reasons.A friend and I were gifted the Signature Calming Retreat 110 min.The massage was nice. Nothing special (compared to other places Ive been to, Id call it average)After the massage I was taken to a quiet room. The most awkward room ever!!I could not be there for more then 3mins was so awkward.Changed then went to the lobby.The lady at the lobby said I needed to checkout. Take note above, this WAS a gift.She then says its $600++.!She goes oh theres a card on file. The card didnt work (needed the owner to approve the transaction.Me, the guest had to turn around and pay for it. The other guest beside me was horrified!!!!Once my other guest left I tried to explain to the lady I did NOT want my other guest to know how much it all came to. (And I shouldnt have know AND paid for it!!)She kept her eyes on the computer and mumbles sorry. I stood there for a further minute and realized she had no more to say.Now that I know how much it all came too I will NEVER be back.It was so so so so over priced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Save money and go somewhere else.

I had to cancel my first appointment, but they were really nice and happy to help reschedule. I laugh at these 1 and 2 stars. All I can say, is ask for Amy! My sciatica is terrible and she knew exactly how to work on it. I wish I could take her home. Im not the spa type person, so was actually really surprised at how kind every person in the place treated me. They gave me wine, and even a refill. I was more than pleased when I left! I love you Amy! ❤️

(11/10/2022) I had my first visit to Woodhouse Spa. While not my first day spa experience, it was my first time with them. I visited their Dublin location and tried the Calming Retreat. My technician, Rose, was wonderful. She quickly (and pleasantly) established guidelines for how to communicate with each other. And she took care, throughout the session, to check in on temperatures, pressure, and my comfort level - without ruining the atmosphere or overall experience.After the session ended, I was offered the opportunity to relax in a sitting area - instead of being rushed out, or being tOn the whole, the experience was everything I felt it should’ve been - stress free, calming, and suited to me. I highly recommend it!

I just came back from a lovely hour and a half massage with Leticia & it was DIVINE.Id booked the hot stone massage w/ some deep tissue additions and...no complaints here! This was my first time at Woodhouse - Ive been meaning to come visit for years but this particular time was meant for me, as Ive been under an incredible amount of both physical & emotional stress the past year and a half.As a former holistic bodywork practitioner, Id searched a long time for a beautiful, serene spa and Woodhouse is definitely IT. As soon as I walked inside, I knew Id made the right choice.The massage room was wonderful also, in that the lights were dimmed & there was a subtle scent of essential oils.I had been running late to my appointment so I chose to forgo the spa robe & slippers but I did briefly sit in the Quiet Room beforehand & it was very well appointed, with comfortable chairs.This is truly a place to go when one is in need of the pampering experience.It served its purpose for both my muscles and my mind / heart.If someone could let me know what lotion / creme was used during the massage, I would appreciate it! Leticia didnt know...It was amazingly smooth and buttery on my skin!! ❤️

Leticia did such a great job! She was very kind and thorough, hitting all the spots I needed work on. Definitely will come back to see her in the future!

I have been to Woodhouse twice. Once for a massage and once for a pedi. Location is nice. The building and decor seem luxury until you get into the pedi room (of which I assume they have several as there were only three seats) which is very underwhelming, felt very closed in (small) and slightly unkempt. The nail tech was very nice and did a decent job. However, I believe I’ll stick with Penzones as I feel my overall experiences at CP are just better.

Our daughter bought my husband and I a $250 gift card here for our birthdays. I booked a deep tissue massage for us both in the same room. The cost of their deep tissue is $140 each. Somehow we walked out owing $51. My massage gal was very hard to understand, she spoke too fast and kept her head down.. The massage was mediocre at best. (my husband agreed for his also) There was deep tissue at my neck and a bit on upper back. The rest felt like just rubbing lotion on me. She spent 1 minute and 10 seconds on each foot, did very little to my arms and legs. For as expensive as this was. The gal left the room and the door slammed right in the middle of our massage. The massage was not worth what they charge.. My husband agreed his massage was not great either. Ive had most excellent massages for much less. Wish my daughter had read the reviews before buying this.

The facial was fine and what we both expected. The massage... where to start... first, the therapist put an eye cover on and waved a strong oil under my nose. I had said no oils or scents as I hate them and react to them. She proceeded to discuss her personal life with all her bad choices in great detail with no encouragement at all. She was rough, did not massage any sore areas or knots out at all, and finished with another strong oil. Absolutely the worst massage ever for both my sister and me. Both of us did tell the front desk, with basically no response. We will never waste our time or money ever again at Woodhouse Spa! There are plenty of other great spas in the Columbus area. We did go the next day for great massages at Brookside Golf and Country Club. Ambiance is not as nice, but the actual massages were wonderful. Woodhouse Spa should be ashamed that they charge such exorbitant fees and dont provide great service. Instead of wasting staff to push the elevator button for us, they should provide the actual service that was paid for satisfactorily! We are easy people to please... so this was really terrible.Update: Kelly is the Manager, and she graciously called to discuss the experience we had at the Dublin Woodhouse Spa. I really feel like she heard and cared about our time there, and wanted to make it right. Personally, i feel like Kelly is the most valuable asset they have! She clearly loves the spa and wants it to be amazing for clients!

I got my mother a Balanced Body Massage for Christmas. We decided to have a spa day on Feb 24th. At checkout, my mother was charged extra for her massage because she had requested firmer pressure. So the therapist upgraded her to a deep tissue massage without my mother’s consent. I decided to call the following day to talk about the unnecessary charge however wasn’t able to get a hold of the manager. It then took me 5 days of calling with no response or call back. I ended up emailing the general manager, Kelly Jacobs on Friday 3/3. The manager had no interest in rectifying this situation but instead, placed the blame on the customer. It comes down to communication. I have never been charged for a service I didn’t request. If a client wants deeper pressure then the therapist should say it is an additional add-on fee. If that were communicated as an upgrade, I know for certain my mother would not have opted for it, knowing the service was a Christmas gift. She simply thought the therapist was giving her the choice of firmer pressure.Rather than reassuring me how this will be a learning opportunity for the Woodhouse therapists to be clear with service upgrades and/or credit me the difference, they’d prefer to lose future business. The fact that I am still dealing with this over a week later is inconvenient and distressing.

Beware of your belongings, if you can don’t take your purse with you inside, I had my purse vanish when I was done with my facials . I was so shocked and honestly if felt like they didn’t even care about the situation. Never will ever visit that place again. And here I was thinking of booking a spa day with my bridal party before my wedding in a week. Utterly disgraceful and disappointing.

Single massage in a double room that was really cold. Asked for more pressure during massage and did not get that. After being guided to the change room, I felt left, meaning when I walked out to leave there were two employees standing there speaking amongst one another but never spoke a word to me. I was a little confused as to what I should do, there was a lady on the elevator cleaning it, I didn’t know if I should wait or what. So I stood there waiting and when the elevator came back up I just got on. No one on the 2nd floor said anything as I left. The receptionist asked how everything went I simply said “um it was okay I guess” I paid and left. I expected royal treatment from start to end. The overall experience from everyone was nice but I expected my massage to be top tier and for the tech to comply with my request. I felt like I was getting a oil rub down not a massage. I chose this place strictly based off the pampering experience. Once I got to the room for the massage my expectations were not met and the entire experience was not good from that moment up until I left. I booked at the Dublin location for my birthday.

Had an 80 minute illuminate facial with Lynn and it was fantastic. I had been suffering with really dry skin and it provided so much relief to my skin. Can’t wait to come back!

You pay for the ambiance and to be pampered by the lovely staff here. From the moment you step into the salon/lobby/gift shop, I felt like I was in a quiet little oasis away from the traffic.The staff were all very attentive, friendly, and professional. There was always someone nearby to help me wherever I was (but I didnt really feel like I was being watched). I was very impressed by how the staff never rushed me into anything, even when leaving the store (I relaxed for quite a while in the quiet room again).I LOVED the locker room/bathroom - I wished I couldve taken a shower while I was there! The robes were soft and fluffy and everything felt very clean and sanitized. The quiet area had some refreshments and snacks, which was a nice touch, and the seating felt like I was at a model home.Amy did an excellent job with my hot stone massage. I appreciated how she spent extra time on the areas that I felt most tense. The added aromatherapy (i.e. wafting essential oil smells from her hands) was a nice extra touch.Overall, youre paying for the luxurious experience and not just the treatment. If you want to pamper yourself and have A LOT OF extra time (I was there from 2:15 PM - 4:15 PM for a 1.5 hr massage), this is the place. My biggest piece of advice is to not schedule anything immediately after your appointment.

They do not soak your fingernails and they do not trim the cuticles. They only put one coat and no top coat.theyre manicures start at 45 and up I got the $55 one but they did not clean or even have me clean my nails with a brush .I would have had to get the $65 manicure to get lotion and massage to my elbows like I get for $15 at other places.

I had an immediate obsession with this place ❣️ took me deeper into relaxation than anywhere else has. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Im sure this is a great spa. I do, however, wish they would note the expiration date on gift cards. My husband bought me a gift card many years ago for Christmas that I didnt use right away. Young kids, pregnancy, Covid, work, and life in general just got in the way, and the gift card got set aside. Its my fault, but by the time I made it a priority to use it, the expiration had lapsed, and I was told over the phone that they would no longer accept it. The gift card states that Any unused balance will remain on the card, which is a bit misleading. You should know that after five years, they will no longer accept gift cards. Busy moms take note!

My first time at the Woodhouse was wonderful! I have been to many high end spas and this one was just as nice! Anna did my Swedish massage and she was incredible. She did exactly what I wanted and I came out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Kevin gave me an awesome pedicure. He was so nice and allowed me to relax and didn’t talk my ear off(which many of them do). My feet look amazing. All in all it was a wonderful first experience and I will definitely be back very soon!

Most underwhelming experience ever. This was my first time being here also my first time getting a massage. I got an expensive package, Definitely not worth $300. I don’t feel like I got a proper body massage, I just felt like the masseuse was just touching me rather than massaging me. My friend told be about her experience and it sounded spectacular, so I thought i’d give it a try, but it was just very very underwhelming and not like how my friend described. I was not offered a locker room to place my belongings or a robe or was even told there was a waiting room. It’s overhyped, and I don’t recommend anyone trying unless you like wasting your money. I felt as if I was treated like a peasant. Terrible experience Not coming back again.

The Woodhouse never disappoints! The staff is amazing. Ericka is the best!! I come back every few weeks to see her for my relaxing Mellow Mama massage. And will continue to see her after pregnancy! The spa is clean, quiet, and staff is so friendly. It is always a fabulous experience!! I have tried to go other places in town... and nothing ever compares!

Worst experience at any spa I have ever been to. My daughter and I paid $343.00 for the worst experience ever. First of all, if you dont take elevators, dont go here! They do not let you take the stairs. I am claustrophobic but was forced to take the elevator. I was told that there were no stairs. Now we all know that goes against any fire code. I was upset about it and was told by the one lady (very very rude) to keep my voice down because there were other customers. She had no concern for me or my feelings and was only worried about the other guests. She was extremely rude and classless! I was then told that there were stairs by another therapist because I think he felt bad for how the lady was treating us. A manager had to be called to put a code in the stair hall so that the alarm did not go off. Ridiculous. The massage was supposed to be 60minutes but lasted 40 minutes and was definitely not worth $135.00!!! I tried twice to email and call the manager to talk about my experience but NEVER received a response. Do not waste your money on this overpriced spa.

I am leaving this four stars for the staff solely. The management is terrible and needs changed. The staff that does the services are wonderful and talented. The GM that hosts / runs appointments is awful. I spent $700 here and when we were five minutes late due to the rain the GM was rude. She rushed us so we couldn’t even change into our robes. I was told I had to wait until after my first service to pump so I did. When reminding the GM that’s what I needed to do before the next service she was rude and shamed me. Tried to bully me into not pumping so I could go to my next service by threatening I wouldn’t get the full service because of my delay. I was fine with that because I had no physical choice.As a women led branch I was very disappointed in how I was treated. The GM is lucky her staff is so wonderful so that people keep coming, especiallyif that is how she treats people. Woodhouse needs a change in management!

Bought my mother and her friend a gift card for a spa day, for my Mothers birthday. 2 Head to Toe packages with tip included, costing a little over 700 dollars (a massage, pedi, & facial for each).My mother shows up to her spa day, and apparently they raised their prices moments after I bought the packages, and SHE was charged another 200 DOLLARS.The most embarrassing, unprofessional gift experience Ive ever given my mother. And to boot, she said all services were mediocre to decent.Unbelievable given the price tag.... Absolutely never again.

I had a wonderful experience! Woodhouse Has taken many measures to keep their staff and guests safe during Covid. My entire experience was very relaxing. Cody provided an excellent massage to relieve my neck and shoulder pain. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone. They, also, have a great gift shop for hard to buy for friends or family.

I come to Woodhouse a few times a year for a deluxe pampering experience. Yesterday was not the best day. It was so crowded, that there were lines for bathroom and changing rooms, the “quiet room” was standing room only and also quite a zoo. It was far from quiet. Alexis, my technician on my pedicure did an outstanding job, but did not crack a smile. I did have a great experience with Lauren on the facial. I was never offered additional beverages, the snacks in the not-quiet room were demolished and not replenished.Felt more like Penzone’s or Kenneth’s and not the special retreat I had loved. I don’t see a reason to drive across town

I have visited The Woodhouse Spa twice now and both visits could not have been any better! Both visits were for girls weekends with my close friends and we enjoyed a variety of services - massage, pedicure, facial, manicure, and seaweed wrap. All of our services were wonderful! We were greeted immediately upon entering the spa and escorted upstairs where we were asked what wed like to drink and shown into a beautifully appointed changing room complete with showers, restrooms, and private rooms for changing. In between services, we relaxed in the Quiet Room and were again offered a refreshment of our choice. We were also asked if wed like to order lunch in (which we did and it arrived plated and served by the Woodhouse staff). At every juncture, there was a staff member asking if we were enjoying our services, whether they could get us anything or do anything to make our experience any better, and making sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. At the end of our appointments, the front desk staff made sure we had enjoyed everything and explained in a non-pushy manner that they also offer a series of services at a discounted rate. The owner was also on-site and made it a point to seek us out since he had noticed we were visiting from a city three hours away. He wanted to make sure our experience was enjoyable and he escorted us out of the spa to point out suggestions for dinner that evening. We definitely plan to visit The Woodhouse again.....over and over!

My wife and I were excited to get a couples massage since she had been to Woodhouse before and had a great experience. However, we went on a Friday morning and had a 9 AM appointment and we were taken a little late and then they messed up the booking so the massage therapist didnt see that my wife was supposed to get a prenatal massage. It then took another 10 or so minutes to check on that and go get pillows, etc. so our massage was not even close to the 50 minutes we paid for. Overall good massage therapists, but frustrating to have paid and not gotten the full treatment.

This was definitely the best spa experience Ive ever had in Columbus. Everything was clean, and I love that they offer a selection of adult beverages. It was a little loud in the room where you wait for your service, but that was because of the other guests. Otherwise, the ambiance here was so wonderful. Both my services were top quality and both my esthetician and my massage therapist treated me incredibly well. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to relax for an afternoon.

My sister has given me many gift cards to Woodhouse Day Spa. It is the most wonderful experience. Just sitting in the waiting room is calming. I love all the services especially the facials. All the girls have been more than nice and really really good at what they do. Have never had one bad experience here and it is well worth a daylong treatment.

My boyfriend and I visited Woodhouse for Valentines Day event to ourselves; although he had never been to a spa or had any type of treatments done, he was overjoyed at everything, and so was I. Everything is level 10 when it comes to comfort, cleanliness, and overall quality of the location. I feel that we really got what we paid for regarding treatments and amenities. We are already planning our next trip there, but maybe just for a massage - that was our favorite!

This was only my second time ever at a spa, but The Woodhouse Day Spa will definitely the only place that I will be going back to now! The staff was very personable and provided a relaxing and comfortable environment. The space was exceptionally clean and I felt completely refreshed after visiting! Complimentary refreshments are offered, which was a nice surprise!

I cant say enough about my experience at the Woodhouse Spa. I booked an appointment for a facial, as I have been fighting an illness for two years and really needed some maintenance and pampering.After arriving and while filling out an information form it was determined that I shouldnt receive this procedure or any others until I could speak with my Dr.Needless to say, I was very disappointed but my Eestheican, Lauren, was so compassionate and caring that we ended up comforting each other.This was no ones fault but she kept apologizing. She assured me I could stay and relax as long as needed and when I was leaving another lovely lady whose name I forget -sorry- gave me a gift bag with samples of products and a gift card for my next visit.To me, this was above and beyond and I wanted to share it as I feel the staff of the Woodhouse really put my feelings first and even though I didnt have the procedure I had been looking forward to, I left feeling upbeat and renewed inside .I would recommend the Woodhouse Spa based on my experience.Thank you Woodhouse -Ill be back!

I got a gift card for this spa for Valentines Day and I am a convert. There is not one part of the experience that isnt made to pamper you. From check in to getting changed to the calming room, you are made to feel relaxed. The robes are substantial, weighted, and so soft. While this gift was a true luxury, I wanted to spend all of my money at the gift shop. I got the minkyti facial, which is apparently award winning. It felt much longer than it was, in the best of ways. Instead of just the focus on my face, my arms, hands, feet, and legs got attention as well. I did not want to leave and Im hoping I get a service there for every occasion.

Every experience I have had at the Woodhouse has been a positive one, full of rest and relaxation. I normally see Ericka for my massage, but had a random day off this time and since my regular wasn’t available, chose Sherry. She did a great job listening to my concerns and working on my specific aches and pains. The Woodhouse is always consistent and always enjoyable. Every staff member I have thusfar encountered is excellent.

Went to Woodhouse Day Spa for the first time today. Although it is a bit pricey, the whole experience is so relaxing & pampering!! I had the signature minkyti facial which I highly recommend. Upon leaving, my head, neck, & shoulders felt rejuvenated from the massage & my face felt so smooth, clear, & bright- I felt so beautiful even without my makeup on. I also highly recommend asking for Deena- she was fabulous- kind, attentive, & knowledgeable. She will be my go to girl the next time I go back!! :)

I have been coming to Woodhouse for years and have always had a great experience. This particular visit was not great, actually the worst massage I’ve ever experienced. I was with a group of colleagues and didn’t want to cause a scene in front of them when asked while checking out how there services were. I’d be curious what others feedback was on the masseuse I had. I wish I could get my time and money back.

I bought the Gentlemens Pedicure for my husbands birthday. Our technician spent extra time with him, and he came out with brand new feet! I recently came to this spa for a facial I booked a month in advance. They called me and asked me if I could move my appointment to a later time because the esthetician I requested had an appointment. This was no big deal however when I arrived and went back for my service I did not have the person I requested. They then told me she was not feeling well and went home sick. Again, I thought it was no big deal and hoped she would feel better. I agreed to continue my service with another esthetician considering I was already there and in a robe. However, when leaving I discovered they actually booked another guest in my place. Double bookings happen but I thought it was unprofessional to not at least tell me and offer the option to reschedule or see another esthetician beforehand. Im giving them two stars because the first time I came here I had a good experience hence my request for a specific esthetician. Also the person I ended up seeing did an amazing job and my skin is still glowing. But I dont appreciate being lied to and probably wont be back.

Went for my birthday per a coworkers recommendation and the Woodhouse did not disappoint!!! They were able to schedule a massage/facial/pedi package with less than a weeks notice. All the staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, and very professional. I noticed the spa was exceptionally clean. Really like the retail space in the lobby, I was able to purchase some products the esthetician used on my skin, and have been noticing great results. I will definately be returning to the Woodhouse again and referring others. It was the perfect way to spend my birthday!

I have been a loyal customer for years. There is a reason they have won top spa awards year after year.When i come in for my appointment its usually after work and have two mimosas while I’m in the waiting room.I always get a deep tissue massage with a CBD enhancer and i have nerves had a bad experience.I love how they have a shop available after your session. My girlfriend loves the CBD glitter oil and I love their volcanic ash candles.

Ive been to The Woodhouse twice in the past few months and both experiences have been wonderful. My boyfriend took us as an anniversary present and we got the Swedish duet massage. We were taken to the locker rooms to change into comfy robes and were offered an assortment of beverages. While we waited on our massage therapists we got our own private room to relax and drink which was really nice. The women who worked on us were super attentive and respectful. I went back for my own massage after a hiking accident where my back and neck got badly injured. Marsha rubbed out all the kinks and she was such a sweetheart too. Nice way to end a long day; I am bringing my mom out for a girls spa day next month!

Woodhouse Day Spa was one of the best experiences I’ve had a a spa. It is a very warm and welcoming lobby and very professional assistants that welcome you and check you in. My massage therapist was Nickole/Nicky and she was excellent. She used the hot stones on me which I didn’t request just for me to experience them with my massage and didn’t charge extra for it. I will definitely be using the hot stones on my next massage. The quiet room was warm and cozy. I didn’t want to leave.The only negative thing to me, which might not be a problem for anyone else, is that there is only one shower for the ladies to use after their massage. It worked out for me that when I went in the locker room I was the only one at that time but soon someone else entered and I thought it seemed a little awkward on who was going in first. It would be nice if there was a steam room, too. I’ve been to other Woodhouse Day Spas in other states and they are much larger.Woodhouse Day Spas are one of the top rated spas. If Im going to pay $210 for an 80 minute neck/back/shoulder massage (w/ tip), then theres no way I should leave feeling like I was hardly even touched. Yet, that is exactly what happened.When scheduling the appt, I asked for the best, most experienced therapist due to the fact that I suffer from chronic migraines and neck pain. Ive been getting massages regularly for well over a decade, so I know what a skilled massage therapists hands feel like on my neck and upper back in particular. This massage consisted of the therapist feeling around for trigger points, but never being quite able to grab and work them out.Im 55 and 100 lbs, so its not as if knots are difficult to detect on me.She was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk with, and she genuinely wanted to help me. However, she just wasnt capable. I believe shes a gifted therapist, but maybe needs more experience before Woodhouse can ethically charge Ferarri prices for Ford quality results.

This was my first time at Woodbridge spa. It was a birthday gift for my girlfriend and I. Loved it! Calm, relaxing environment with lovely staff. I had a massage with Cody and I would highly recommend him. I’ve had many massages but this was one of the best! Thank you for a lovely time.

I used to love Woodhouse but I just can’t justify spending this crazy amount of money for a 50 minute massage. It’s nice but with covid you can’t really even enjoy the atmosphere anymore. And while they are following safety protocols, they aren’t the safest option - other massage places have air purifiers and take your temperature when you arrive (which Woodhouse does not do).

I left a brief review for the Woodhouse two years ago but wanted to write something a little more helpful and worthwhile.The Woodhouse is the best spa Ive ever been to, hands down. I moved to Columbus a few years ago and was looking for a place to relax after my stressful move, and came across the Woodhouse. I was totally blown away. Since it is on the more expensive side, I dont go very frequently, but I always enjoy my visits. (The one time I had a minor issue it was resolved incredibly promptly and the customer service was impeccable.) You can find less expensive massages or waxes in Columbus, its true. Ive tried them. And I always go back to the Woodhouse, because its worth the price. The front desk staff and all of the estheticians, technicians, etc are great. The atmosphere is phenomenal and totally relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa experience.And some quickie technical points...-Tons of services offered-Huge lobby with spa products available for purchase-Most services take place on the second floor, away from any street or lobby noise-There is a quiet room that you wait in before and after your service, which is super atmospheric and relaxing-Drinks and snacks available, including champagne-Secure lockers for your purse, clothes, etc-The changing rooms have everything from lotion and deodorant to bobby pins and hair ties if you need them after your service-Parking is relatively close (and free) but arrive early on evenings and weekends so you can find a spot more easily - Dublin gets busy-You can book online

Let me begin by saying yes the spa is absolutely beautiful and the employees are incredibly nice but...I arrived for my appointment and was ushered upstairs with direction to stop at the podium and talk to the hostess. When I arrived upstairs there was no one to greet me. I stood awkwardly for 3 minutes until I was finally acknowledged. Then, the hostess got me ready for my appointment by showing me the locker room and leaving. As a first time client I wasn’t sure what to do and felt quite uncomfortable.The hostess then took me to the sitting area where I was picked up by my technician. The technician was lovely but talked throughout my appointment nonstop, it certainly wasn’t relaxing. Additionally, they were carrying boxes of new equipment in and out throughout the appointment.Most importantly- I paid $70 for a manicure that I had to cut my own cuticles and is chipping 5 days later.

It was a pleasure for my sister and myself to be treated to the Woodhouse Day Spa, a gift from my daughter for my 70th birthday present. The staff was friendly, professional and enjoyable. Honestly, I have never had a day like that in my life. I would highly recommend the spa. Clean, professional and totally relaxing. The decor is elegant and you actually feel like royalty. Thank you to the staff members who took care of us!

My husband and I came here as we’ve had a lot of stress going on lately and needed to relax a bit. My husband enjoyed his massage and I enjoyed my pedicure. The reason for the two star deduction is due to cleanliness. My glass of water was dirty. It had lipstick on it that came off with light wiping- so gross. It was not a hard stain so that tells me it was dirty. In the Covid world we live in taking an extra minute to see if a cup is clean is a must. I am also pregnant and have been so grossed out thinking back to that. So so gross!

I have been coming to Woodhouse for several years now. Unfortunately the quality of services has declined dramatically. The last two visits my family and I have been paired with staff who are not sociable or kind, today my appointment with JoAnn had been moved to another staff without my permission, and my request for coffee led to a lukewarm beverage. If Woodhouse intends to stay a quality service, I hope they improve their expectations for their staff and daily functions.

This is way more of a Massage Envy vibe than I expected or the price tag would make you expect. Cheap drop ceilings, bad hotel art, very young and untrained masseuses, and the music is super loud elevator jazz music - very distracting and in terrible taste. If you want and authentic and elevated spa experience go to Akossage up the street. Ako is amazing and her facility is much more relaxing.

As a first time client. My fiancé was treated poorly by the staff. They were not helpful at all. After treatments were completed. She wasn’t offered any water. Or was not told there was a waiting room. Where my daughter waited for an hour and a half. Not knowing that she was finished. This place is not worth the hype or cost.

This is a great place for pampering and relaxation. This was our second visit to the columbus location and it was just as great as the first one. My husband had never had massages before and now he is a huge fan of them. Id highly recommend Woodhouse for massage as well as spa treatments such as facials.

Recently had a couples massage with my husband and we both loved it. I had been having some lower back pain and shoulder pain (from working out) and my therapist Isaac did a wonderful job of relieving much of the tension and pain. The ambiance was great, staff was all very courteous and professional, we were offered a beverage (we chose a glass of wine) prior to services, sat in a peaceful area before and after treatment to help transition. We liked it so much, Im planning to book another appointment soon!

Awesome first time experience. Went with my best friend just for a pedicure because we both got spa giftcards for Christmas. This was the only place in Columbus Ohio that accepts them and we were both blown away. Everyone was very pleasant and polite. Both of the representatives JoAnn and Josh were Amazing and did a great job!

The Woodhouse spa is a wonderfully relaxing experience from the minute you walk in the door. This spa provided such a wonderful environment. Evan was amazing and extremely professional and I will absolutely be returning for another day of relaxation the next time I am in Columbus.

My husband and I planned our anniversary the weekend of October 3rd. I purchased a gift card for him fathers day for a gentlemens deep tissue massage for 80 minutes so our plan was to stay in a hotel in Dublin since we live out of the way and get massages. He called in and gave them the gift card info and we knew we were going to be split up for the massages because I was getting something else. Upon our arrival, we are informed its only 50 minutes instead of the 80 that was previous purchased. We spent so much time talking to the ladies up front we ended up canceling our appts because it was eating into the very little time given. The ladies made us feel like it was our fault but we called weeks ahead for this, scheduled and planned everything around it and gave them the gift card info. It ruined our trip and half the reason we were even in Dublin to begin with. I have highly recommended this place to everyone after I had the best experience there back in Feb. but after this and left feeling like it was my fault - that wasnt at all what I expected from a high end spa.

Amazing!!!!! The best experience I’ve ever had at the spa. All these people complaining about the management are probably very high maintenance because yes they do have a time table but not once did I feel rushed, they took such good care of me and everyone was so sweet. Also the elevator is huge and took about 2 seconds to reach the next floor. I loved everything about this place. Management was great.

I live in Va. Woodhouse Day Spa was truly a wonderful experience. From the beginning to the end. Javon was phenomenal I rate his massage one of the best that Ive had the pleasure to enjoy. Javon stood out but all the service ,products, and staff I rate A-1. And the quite room was awesome. I appreciated the quite time but,it gave me a pleasure to meet and chat with a beautiful couple. FYI after returning home the thank you card from Javon, sealed the professionalism and care of his client for the day. Be blessed to each of you at Woodhouse.

On many occasions at Woodhouse, it is so relaxing! The professionalism of the staff is exceptional. Their passion for their craft is unmatched from any other spa I have visited.

I usually am truly satisfied with every visit. However, it was difficult to enjoy my hand and feet treatments, as it was extremely hot in the nail room. I was treating myself on my 40th birthday, and didn’t enjoy myself. I mentioned being too warm several times, but yet I had to interrupt a different tech to bring my tech back in the room to take off the warming gloves because I was about to pass out. And then a fan was finally put on me that had been behind me the whole time and never turned on. All in all, I love coming here, especially being served drinks during treatments. But I was really disappointed, that the heat in the room was not addressed in a timely manner. And yes, I understand that I did have warming gloves on, but other people in the room were complaining about the warmth in room as well.

After a few months of chaos I went here for a nice day off. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Id say its a bit expensive for relative services but otherwise I enjoyed my massage and scrub here.

He massage therapist was wonderful. The spa itself is beautiful. The front desk staff is not trained in high end customer service or in how to treat people in a four star spa. The greetings are not quiet or discreet, names are yelled across the room so everyone knows who you are, if it’s your first time, and what service you are waiting on. Then, they loudly have conversations with multiple patrons at once as you ride in a close knit elevator to the spa floor. It’s awkward and a little embarrassing. It’s really unprofessional and I had to restrain myself from asking her to stop announcing my personal spa visit to strangers! Come on, let’s get some training.

My mom and I had the wood house experience package today. It was amazing for the most part and we really enjoyed our time. The only reason I am giving it three stars is because just before lunch I had asked to have my eyebrows waxed. Multiple people forgot to ask and then they told me to ask at my next treatment, which was after lunch. I asked and they said that they could not squeeze me in for that. We each paid $580 for services today so over $1000 together. It just left a bad taste in my mouth that they werent willing to squeeze that in.

Natalie did a phenomenal job at providing a relaxing exceptional spa experience. This was my first visit to The Woodhouse Day Spa, and it will not be my last. I typically trust all of my facials to my Nurse Esthetician who I connected with while living in Orange County, California. Because my 3-4 annual visits to California have been disrupted in the time of Corona Virus, I decided to visit the Dublin location. I can assure the experience would align with LA and OC standards, and I would highly recomend the spa, I know I will be returning soon to see Natalie. Also, dont miss the merchandise area, youll not leave empty handed. :)

This was my 2nd visit, the only reason I went back after my 1st horrible visit was because I had a gift card. I had a pedicure the 1st visit that didnt even last 2 weeks (and usually polish after a pedicure lasts a couple months for me). My 2nd visit was a mellow mama massage. Worst massage Ive ever had!! I was scheduled for 50 minutes, if I say it lasted 40 minutes Im being VERY generous. I asked to focus on my back and they didnt. They poked at my hips, not relaxing or even a massage technique. They spent more time fiddling with the lotion or whatever they were doing then actually massaging anything. I would not recommend this place for a massage to ANYONE!! horrible horrible experience!

I look forward to getting pampered at Woodhouse every year for my birthday. This time my services were AMAZING but a woman working at the front desk, who disappointing enough was the manager, was incredibly rude to me for no reason. She spoke down to me and seemingly treated me as if I was a lesser client because I had gift cards for my services. I didnt have one of the gift cards on me which is usually never an issue because its typically on my account but she seem to doubt me that I had a gift card and seemingly insinuated that she needed to double check as people are stealing gift cards as if I could be one of those people. I felt very belittled and honestly shocked as I didnt know how to react. I felt like she was talking to me as if I was a child. Another woman working at the front desk apologized for the managers behavior and felt terrible that was my experience. I dont know if this woman was having a bad day but none the less, no one should be spoken to in that manner- especially in front of her staff.

My second visit to Woodhouse Day Spa I scheduled a signature seaweed facial for some much needed relaxation, skincare and to take advantage of a gift card I had received as a gift. Upon leaving the 1-hour service I was moderately satisfied. There were several opportunities throughout the service to enhance the experience (a service that was cut short by 5-10 mins). Optimally the esthetician would have offered additional pampering such as an arm or leg massage while waiting on a facial treatment to do its magic. Instead the esthetician sat quietly in a chair for what felt like 5+ mins., at one point I wondered if she had dozed off. I have had many facials in Columbus where every moment under the spas care I was truly and thoughtfully pampered. Also the price of these thoughtfully crafted spa experiences was HALF the price of Woodhouse.

Received gift certificate here booked a gel manicure and wax. Not even 24 hours and its peeling $70 to not have ur nails soaked or cuticles trimmed. Just paying for the location and the amenities. The wax part was descent i liked the tech claudia and would return for just the waxing part but anything no and i was considering other spa services no thank you

I am surprised by all of the positive reviews. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and I immediately booked a facial to help heal my dry winter skin. I did book online, believing the description aligned with what I was looking for. When I arrived I told the esthetician that I was looking for help with my dry skin. Im not sure if she didnt understand or wasnt familiar enough with the treatment but I actually had to go home and moisturize because my skin was so dry upon leaving. Even worse, the following week I had to deal with breakouts and dry skin that seemed to be a result of the experience. I called the spa to share my experience and was told I would be called back to discuss the issues but never heard back. I was hoping I could address it with them rather than having to post an online review. No such luck.

Always an amazingly tailored experience. Ive gone to the Woodhouse in Dublin for the last 10 years and have never found another spa that out-performs the Woodhouse. P.S. I believe the compliments I receive about how youthful I look is directly correlated to my relationship with this spas treatments.

I love this place! ALL the staff are always pleasant and professional. The service is phenomenal and simply....breathtaking. I can choose from the many discounted Groupon spa deals, but because I KNOW the consistent royalty treatment I will receive at Woodhouse I come here. Its pure quality!!

I experienced the agave nectar pedicure with two girlfriends one evening last week. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and escorted to the locker room to change into comfy robes. Then we waited in a cozy room with a fireplace. The hostess took our drink order, and we sipped wine while we waited for our service to begin. Our three service providers then showed us the way to the pedicure room where the warm whirlpool foot baths were waiting. I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep. JoAnn gave me an awesome foot and calf massage. Afterwards, we went back to the cozy room while we waited for our polish to dry and enjoyed a second glass of wine. My New Years resolution is to incorporate some me-time into my monthly routine. I will definitely be back!

My friend and I had a massage in the duet room and loved it! Everything is better with a friend. I will say though that the placeholder for my face, when I was laying on my stomach, was uncomfortable. The cushion had separated from the metal support and I felt the metal on my face. I didnt want to take away from my friends calming experience and it wasn’t awful for me so I didnt say anything at the time. I have no doubt the staff would have accommodated me if I had asked.I would have liked to have enjoyed some spa experience time before or after that wasn’t in the quiet room. My friend and I wanted to chat, but could only at a whisper. Otherwise, we loved our experience at woodhouse and would definitely go again

The Spa atmosphere was lovely! I was treated kindly, but I was very very disappointed with my Swedish massage. Im not the type to complain, so I left a pretty decent tip. However, I left not feeling like I had much of a massage. The amount of money spent unfortunately wasnt worth it to me.

First let me say that this spa is beautiful and the customer service was very nice. My husband and I went for individual massages and he was very happy with the therapist he had, I however felt my massage was a waste of time. When I scheduled my massage I explained that I had fibroyalgia and would need a more specialized massage and asked if they had a therapist that had experience with fibro. The lady I spoke with on the phone placed me on hold to check and when she came back she said she did and she was their best. At the spa I explained to the therapist that I could not handle deep muscle massage but really needed trigger point even if I grimaced as that released the pain. All I received was a light rub down with no attention to the trigger points what so ever. I wasn’t there so much for the pretty setting and the free beverage as I was for the pain relief - as I stated above, it was a waste of my time and money.

What an extremely tranquil experience. Great staff and my massage therapist Cassandra was wonderful! This is such a calm atmosphere and did not have the rushed retail spa feel.

A very relaxing facial experience. Technician, Marissa, was very intuitive and knew when to keep talking and when to allow me to relax along with being great with my skin overall and recommending the right products while not pushing any of them! It is definitely pricey but you pay for the experience, service as well as the treatment.

My first experience at Woodhouse was relaxing and enjoyable. The ambiance is perfect for a spa day. I had the lavender & salt body scrub and my skin feels amazing. I would definitely go back. Thank you.

Worst shellac manicure & pedicure that I have EVER had. Didn’t soak my fingers or trim cuticles. Had maybe 25 colors to choose from - very poor , small variety of colors to choose from. My technician had to stop working on me, left for several minutes then to return. She did this 3 times. She barely trimmed or shaped my toe nails and left a sad polish job on my toes (which completely peeled off after 1 week!). If this is supposed to be a relaxing environment to be in, then why do they cram you into a small room, to stare at a blank wall... while having these services done? I feel this was a rip off to pay $150 for shellac nails (no manicure given) and pedicure . Also these 2 services were supposed to take over 2 hrs. My technician had me in and out in 50 minutes - terrible!!

The only spa I’ll go to now. It’s my absolute favorite. From the moment you step in to check in to leaving, you feel like a pampered rock star. I highly recommend even using their shower after with the spray of eucalyptus oil to flow up with the steam, ESPECIALLY if you are a mom and needing extra “me” time ☺️ I wish I could go every single month for a recharge!

A relaxing, pampering morning at The Woodhouse was a perfect way to enjoy time with my daughter on her twenty-first birthday. The staff treated us kindly and professionally, and our facials were amazing.

I received a gift card directly from Woodhouse when I moved into my new home. I booked an appointment based on this. I had my service and upon checking out presented the gift card. The lady checking me out said it had expired. However there was no expiration date noted on the card and she failed to honor it. That check out process ruined the entire experience and I will not be returning.

To say Im beyond disappointed and aggravated with my experience at The Woodhouse Day Spa would be an understatement. I scheduled a pedicure for my birthday and brought my family because we were going to lunch afterwards. The insistent persuasion to have my family go to Starbucks was beyond rude. My kids sat quietly and didnt cry or fuss. When I confronted the staff who wanted them to leave she apologized if she offended. Ridiculous that we would be treated this way. I will not return!!

Very relaxing environment with staff that provide great customer service. Had a facial that was great, but the pricing is definitely overpriced. Im basing this on previous facials Ive had in Columbus that were much less and just as good. Major buyers remorse for spending so much for nothing that was beyond the typical facial services.

The Woodhouse is by far the best spa experience in the greater columbus area. It’s not just a treatment that you get, it’s an entire experience. From the peace and tranquility, drinks, and locker room, it’s all so wonderful. Going back in a few weeks.

Whenever I go to the Woodhouse I always get pampered from the robes to the drinks/snacks. It’s a very relaxing experience and you feel rejuinvated afterwards. I highly recommend Javon if your getting a massage. He is so intuitive and knows exactly what you need.

Sunday morning and booked a deep body tissue massage (50 minutes). I got to the spa about 15 minutes before massage was scheduled...greeted by front desk, immediately took me upstairs to dressing room for my fitting (full length robe and slippers) and I ordered a mimosa to relax before my massage....greeted by Massage Therapist who led me to her table down the hall from dressing room....nature sounds piped in through the stereo, mood lighting...MT asked me if there were any areas she wanted me to concentrate on - relayed to her my shoulders (muscles and ligaments ) and my trapezius(traps) were extremely tight .....The MT proceeded to truly give a deep tissue massage, I say that since I am 64 250 ...I have had massages that were not deep tissue but advertised themselves as such...anyway, my massage experience was top notch, after massage I returned to dressing room (ordered 2nd mimosa) showered and just took my time enjoying the full experience....I completely recommend the WoodhouseDay Spa for a massage or a day of pampering...I have been there 2 different times and both times walked away feeling relaxed and better...Thanks Woodhouse for the great work, I will be back for my yearly Xmas pampering....

The Woodhouse Day Spa is a magical place where you will be treated like royalty! There are a variety of services to choose from and all are conducted by competent, compassionate therapists. Customer service is excellent here. Woodhouse is my favorite spa.

We love wood house, but DONT use the downstairs couples room. It is EXTREMELY loud. We could hear the people in the lobby talking, cars/motorcycles driving by, and stools rolling around above us. This massage was definitely underwhelming.

Worth the money for class, kindness and atmosphere.

Very nice spa. Probably the nicest in the Columbus area. In a very nice area too. Cute little downtown Dublin. The spa is located in a big old vintage house. Its very cool. Be prepared for high prices, but its nice for special occasions or gifts.

Kevin did outstanding job on my manicure and pedicure. He took the time to make them shine. Of all the pervious nail and foot care Kevin is the best!! Then to Michael for a message, he was excellent. He first asked me areas of problem and he insured to concentrate on those areas. So Kevin and Michael will be my go to guys. Thank you both for making my day relaxing ...

Very friendly staff. Ive had a hand treatment, Swedish massage and pedicure here and all were lovely experiences. Prices can be a little high but its well worth it every once and a while.

As an avid runner, my leg and foot muscles are often in a state of over-tax. I am very happy with the relieving therapy by Elaine, and by the professional and courteous staff at the Woodhouse Day Spa in Dublin, OH.

They sent a text the day prior to confirm 4 appointments for a very special occasion. When we showed up they only had 2 and claimed they “got a new computer system 5 days prior”. Not really apologetic or willing to rectify their mistake. Terrible and elitist customer service .
