The manager at this store, Mollie is so helpful and kind. This is the only place I shop for my vapes and it’s all because of her! She always recommends the best products and flavors and is so knowledgeable about all of the options. I literally won’t shop anywhere else and it’s all because of her.

Being new to the area, its hard to know where to go for quality juice and vape products.Im so glad I chose to stop into Vapor Lounge in Eagle, ID. Top notch service, exceptional prices, an array of Quality juices and industry leading vape devices. Thanks again! 6☆☆☆☆☆☆

Molly and the staff are great! Always knowledgeable and provides good recommendations on mods, juices, coils, all the things!

First of all I went into buy a rechargeable disposable Vape. I knew they would try to upsell me into something else. But that’s not what happened. I looked at the prices of the single use Vape‘s. And I looked at the prices of buying a Vape system and a bottle of juice. Ashton showed me exactly what I asked for. And it ended up being as you can see by the receipt about the same price as buying two throwaway Vape‘s. This is a way better way financially for me and I think for most anyone who is looking to Vape but not spend a fortune. Most importantly the customer service is amazing I was greeted as I walked in and the help I received was exactly what I needed. We even had a few laughs. Ashton‘s great and also Lexi was there throwing in some ideas too. Highly recommend that you take the time to go in there and find what you need at a price you can afford. The store is clean bright and organized. Their stock is full you can find most any brand and or flavor that you want. I returned for a disposable vape and the selection was overwhelming but both Yasmeon and Lexi are both so knowledgeable that we got exactly what we wanted. These girls know what they sell. Went back today to get another vape and met Jake who was just as helpful as the other employees. Hey guys, military gets a 10% discount too!

Ashton was a huge help, and has provided me with some of my new favorite juices. Always happy to be a returning customer.

Ive been here a hundred times or more and only had one issue. it was more of a misunderstanding and honestly it could have been my fault. instead of doing nothing, management personally reached out to me to amend the situation. Thats above and beyond for a vape store. Ill continue to recommend this place to peoplethey offered to gift me a bottle of juice on the house, or exchange juice that I wasnt supposed to getI think Im just going to gift the juice to my sister and call it a day.

I have been coming here for about 6 months now. Hands down the most knowledgeable and professional staff in town. Lexi in particular has been quite helpful on. My vape journey. She doesnt try to upset onlyShe listens and finds a great product. I lost mine while traveling and was right back to see Lexi and what she could recommend this time. I dont write a lot of reviews but they have been great.

4 years since my first review, and these guys are still killing it! Great selection of devices, tanks, and everything in between. Excellent clearances too! Scored a complete kit for $20! Hurry in today before theyre gone!

Returned a faulty vape and had no problem. Yazmen was great and even upselled me on a better product. She was very kind and knowledgeable about all my questions. Which was a lot. Thanks for the great experience Yazmen!

Ashton was amazing. I have absolutely no idea what Im doing and brought a friend in to help me. Ashton was very clear about the information he gave and he also gave great recommendations on what juice I should get.

Ashton was literally the most knowledgeable guy on vapes/juices I have ever met. Super super impressed. I have never met a guy at a vape shop that knew so much about it. He even cleaned my vape out completely and for free. Such a great personality too. Excellent customer service. Because of this experience I will go out of my way to come back to this exact location. Worst experience ever. Was only person in store and the new dude just stared at me for like 10 minutes. I walked out and won’t go back. There used to be a really nice girl there but apparently she’s no longer there

Ashton and Caysee and both super knowledgeable, friendly, and just generally nice people to be around. The shop has excellent flavors to choose from as well as some really awesome mods. 10/10 Everytime I come in, you guys rock 🤘

Lexi and Yazmeen were wonderful. It’s nice to have female staff available to help out and answer questions. It makes for a relaxing and comfortable shopping experience.

Had some trouble with a couple Novo’s I purchased and Jay helped me find a better vape! He was very knowledgeable with the different options to choose from and I felt like my best interest as the consumer was always the priority! I will for sure keep coming back to Vapor Lounge for the excellent service and great variety of products! Honestly could not be happier with my purchases and overall experience :)

Wow talk about POS customerService. I go in and buy a $43 vaporizer, go home drop a cart in and NOTHING…ok maybe it needs to be charged more? Try that, looks good. ….drop in my cart. Nothing …So I try my cart in another vaporizer and works just fine. Hmmm Now we go back with all original packaging and ask for just to exchange with one that works. Bought it at 6:30 last night NOPE…They won’t do anything. They obviously think a $43 sale is worth losing a customerThey do not stand behind their product.Supposedly they even called a manager in Boise also…. Beware!!!!!!

Love this place ! Most professional and knowledgeable staff that takes excellent care of their clients. Shout out to Caysee for always being awesome , she is fantastic at what she does ! Best vape shop in town by far 👍

I’ve come into the shop here a few times and every time I’ve been met with friendly employees and genuine help/knowledge of product. There’s a really good selection of juices and devices also!

Went from 1 to 4 stars!Thank you Vapor Lounge!This stores redeeming quality is its employees, nice, efficient, clean. Knowledge & customer care... Not so much. Needing a coil, I brought the whole vape in, just to get it right. After looking at it they sold me what I needed & helped me put it in. When it didnt fit I was THEN told they didnt carry what I actually needed, and that since it was opened (by them) they couldnt give me any type of refund or credit.Epic fail Vapor Lounge, you lost my, & the clubs, business.

I just left this store and had the greatest customer service from Tucker! I am very picky about my juices and always like to make sure I find the right one. I was here for about 2 hours. I told him what kind of juice I liked to vape and he was totally cool with that and didnt mind going through a whole bunch of them with me and actually the one he recommended was the one I bought! Also I have to say the quality of the liquids that they sell are the best Ive ever tried and Ive been vaping for over 5 years. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and informative about mods, liquids and just vaping in general. I could tell that he cared about his job and wanted to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Which is very refreshing because a lot of vape stores here really dont care and just sell you on whatever and you can tell they just dont care about helping you. I even got a nice bag to put my juice in and a cool VL lanyard along with a cleaning cloth to wipe your glass and tank off with! Vapor Lounge has a new customer for life! I will never go anywhere else for juice again. Thanks Tucker you were awesome!!!

I had visited this place about 2 weeks ago for some new coils.. my current one wasnt quite ready for replacement but I decided to get some anyway.. when I got there I told him what I wanted which was the same thing that I currently had in my vape... I was looking for duplicates of the same thing... he told me that they didnt have it, but he gave some other options.. i finally picked one of the options... i did however noticed that the new coils looked a little longer than my current coil. So I wasnt sure that it could fit.. so I asked him for reassurance that new coils would fit. He told me yes and I bought them. Well now 2 ish weeks later Im replacing my coil.. guess what it doesnt f it its to long

Went here for the first time with my mom. The gentleman was very helpful! He showed my mom step by step how to use her vape and had a good variety of products! They have little tables you can fix/mod your vapes as well. Good prices too! My mom said this will be the only vape store she will go to from now on. I highly recommend this place!

I expected the prices to be higher because it was such a nice store. Turns out the prices were the best in town. Knowledgeable staff and lots of varieties.

I personally love this place, very professional, Ashton especially seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely a must for vapers of all experience.

Horrible customer service, and ridiculous price gouging. The juice I vape is $6 more here than anywhere else Ive looked. 100/10 recommend shopping elsewhere, this store is trash. If I could give it 0 starts, I would.

Went in a couple days after purchasing a falcon tank, it was leaking everywhere and draining my tank of all the juice and the lazy staff just said it was the juice and wouldn’t offer to help. will never go again.

Jamie was super friendly and when I got an alternative to the one I wanted he made sure I was happy with it.
