Bro, i walked in hella confused. Dylan literally took so much time and patience to explain everything. He also made sure to give me a good laugh. 10/10 guy right there.

Chris was very accommodating and helped me in finding replacement wicks for my Zippo as well as some snacks. Store was very clean with good music.

A truly disappointing experience.Its a wonder how this place stays in business.Theres never a manager here; every employee Ive encountered seems to be undertrained and overworked, and the selection of glass is incredibly small compared to other smoke shops in the area. Combine that with over priced vapes (nearly $20 for a breeze pro? Seriously?) and a selection of free sample vapes that look like they havent been washed or charged since they came out of the box, its extremely sad to see the current state of this promising little shop. It doesnt help that theres another slightly better shop right down the street (within 3minutes walking distance!) with more competitive prices.Dont give this place your money, youre better off shopping online or finding a different shop nearby. Downtown area has plenty of other options.

I tried out the fix nxt bars. Brianna was helpful showing me all the flavors and I was happy to be able to sample the vapes before making a purchase.

Dylan was very helpful, and got me in and out of the store quickly.

Everything was displayed nicely and the staff (Dylan) was very helpful.

This listing is old and misleading. They switched locations to a much smaller, dirty building. Most reviews are for the old location anything recent is for the current store, mostly negative.

Quality glass/smoke shop.Several options with competitive pricing.The store was so clean and so beautifully curated andthe person running the place was super sweet and helpful.We went to 5 different shops when we should’ve just come here. 10/10 Highly recommend.

This is the highest quality tobacco establishment on this side of the red cedar. I was helped by the exceptional worker Tori who was super kind, enthusiastic, friendly, and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. She was very patient and made sure to show me all of my options, and even signed me up for the rewards program so that I could get a discount. I had a great experience thanks to her!

This store sells fake breeze’s marketed as Fix. Do not buy these. U will only make the owner more money to run his horrible business.

Place is super cool and has everything you need. Also smells really nice and the workers are sweet as well.

Went in today to pick out a couple things. Was met by Jon who was super cool had some nice music going on in the background. The whole place is very elegant, feels like your at an arcade a lil bit with how the wallpaper coloring looks. Finally when I checked out got 2 new lighters which is always helpful. They have a wheel where u can win free or discounted items. All in all very welcoming and a great shopping experience for any intermediate smokers needs.

Going to preface this by saying that, usually, I absolutely detest visiting most smoke shops in-store. They tend to be staffed by people who are offended by questions, side-eye as their main work duty, and let it be known that they feel their time is being wasted.That being said; Tori is absolutely amazing. Not only was the store immaculate, she was incredibly personable, and creates an excellent B2P experience. Not once did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience and on the night she was going out to celebrate her birthday no less!Phenomenal

Wonderful environment. Felt like I was having an adventure rather then your average tedious shopping. With Emily guiding my adventure, the experience couldnt have been better than if Snoop Dogg himself came in and showed me around. She was helpful and friendly and made it so my Rise Smoke shop will be one to remember, and one to bring me back time and time again! And the prices they had on disposables and wax devices were lower then almost any smoke shop I went to in the area. All around a great place for all my smoke shop needs.
