Customer service was great but bought a torch thinking it had a cool design on it to find out it was just a sticker cover for one before. Don’t know if this is the stores practice or the company of the torch but not cool. Who knows if I paid the real price or not now. But needless to say never going back. Can’t trust them. Leaving pictures for proof. Sticker is on bong and old one still on torch.

Blonde girl in there that is normally in there when i go is great- always upsells me on something new, always great attitude. whoever was in there tonight working all by himself needs to work with the blonde girl some more and maybe learn something. simply asked about a product and he got easily flustered saying “no that’s not it” (i have bought the product MULTIPLE times before and was staring right it)..after a little argument he still wanted to tell me “no we’re out of the product you’re wrong”….after i bought the product and was very confident in my purchase(because i know my products that i buy and im not new at this) i was correct. so all in all he had a bad attitude and should learn the product that is on the shelf instead of arguing with people for not knowing what he’s selling.

5 stars, the only tobacco store I go to.The store has a large selection of just about anything you could want. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Will always recommend

This place sells fake elf bars. Was in a rush so I didnt inspect the product until after I left the store. The QR code on the box brought me to a fake website that didnt load. And the bar itself has no effects at all. Brought it back the next day and they did nothing about it. Dont give these people your money

Overall, pretty good place. Very friendly staff who remember who you are. Guy held the door for me today, very sweet. I ding a point because of price. You will pay a bit more for their location (right around the corner). Especially when you compare to someplace like Wild Side of Kloudz youre going to pay more. As I said, overall great place. Dog friendly so we like that.

A very clean and organized smoke shop. As a girl, I always feel safe coming here as the employees are mainly women and are very friendly as well. They always recommend great vapes which I appreciate a lot. I’m surprised by the complaints about the return policy as I’ve returned items and had no problem (always ask for receipts) Overall, definitely my go-to smoke shop!

All staff members are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They will always let you know of new products that are related to what you buy there. Its nice having a smoke shop around that are personable and not over crowed with items but still has a wide variety of flavors and brands when it comes to vapes and also wraps

These mfers have the coldest most refreshing gatorade in town. Everytime I go to speedway the Gatorade be going warm in 30 minutes I’ve been sipping on this one for almost an hour and it’s still ice cold
