First time there and its the only place Ive ever gotten vapes that were duds and didnt work, and I know theres no refund as soon as you leave the store, and people could easily take advantage if they didnt have that policy but it still just sucks when youve literally only taken a couple steps out before realizing it was broken. Worker was also a little rude about it. Couldve just replaced mine and had a returning customer and made up that lost money after one purchase.

Went in there lots of times an I don’t get id when I’m not buying something then go in there with my boyfriend when he’s there one who is buying something then can’t buy something because I didn’t have my id but been in there lots of times an didn’t need it an I wasn’t buying anything so if yallll need to id people then someone needs to do there job RIGHT!!!!!!!!! The people are younger then me

I work near and go into this WWW often and I always have a great experience! The Manager is a ray of sunshine!! Everyone is always super helpful and sweet. I would go out of my way just to come to this store!

Worst customer service ever! I walked from the Haven to check the other smoke shop out I was in my work clothes. ( I do private construction and remodeling of homes, at times very dirty job.) The male that was there rushed over to me and stared at me like I was going to steal something while the female danced behind the counter never once asking if I needed help or if I would like to see something. Rang me up never asked of I wanted a bag.there isnt enough room in the store and its set up badly. I will never spend a penny there again if it was that last smoke shop on earth. I wont check out the one on the other side of town because of the bad behavior of the staff at this one.

I love this place!! not only do they have every kind of wrap or paper you want but they have a huge hippie section with meditation tools, incense, sage, etc. and cute stickers!! so glad a good vape shop came to east lansing.

Went and bought an 18mm banger. It didn’t fit my 18mm and had a chip in it. Super loose. Really annoying. Ended up breaking in less than a week solely because it wasn’t properly shaped.

Very good selection of cigars in their humidor and a great selection of smoking supplies. Reasonable prices too.

Buy breeze pens and they don’t work so I’ll spend my money for nothing then…. they won’t help with anything!
