Awesome shop! Stopped in for the first time today randomly and they had sales and giveaways going on. Employees were great. Fun environment. I ended up winning $100 store credit in a raffle I didnt know was a thing. I went in there just to browse and walked out with couple awesome pieces and a really nice banger. Have been coming here for 5 years since college began, have sent my gf in with my ID and my debit card since I am disabled in a wheelchair. Today my 2$ wraps were not allowed to be processed even though my partner had my ID and my card and I was in the parking lot...thats a crazy hill to die on. I should be allowed to use my ID and card just like anyone else.Staff was rude And idk if she was new but never had an argument over 2$ before.The shop entrance and the shop in general is NOT wheelchair accessible. Seems like they only rely on under 18 customers now and dgaf about returning.Bought a lot of glass and weekly wrap runs in the past, so just wanted to let others know to go somewhere else if you want a mature crowd and an enjoyable experience.RISE on Grand River has made a point to make their shop accessible to all.Thanks

Amazing experience. Stopped in looking for a new dab rig and maybe another glass piece, I left with two awesome pieces with all the accessories, a torch and a major sense of fulfillment. Did I mention I paid much less than I had already planned to? The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I was helped by Nani and she was phenomenal. I would return for her alone, however I will be returning for the selection, deals, and quality Ive only been able to find here. Theres nothing like coming to a new town and getting what you need at the first place you go to. I highly recommend you give this shop a visit!

I walked into this shop for the first time last weekend. I was greeted and helped by Aaron, and I was really impressed with my visit. He showed me the glassware and was very knowledgeable about the products this store supplies. With not knowing much about the products myself, it was very helpful to have somebody by my side making this shopping experience more of a breeze. Will definitely be back soon!

Ive never had a bad experience coming here. They are all so welcoming! Specifically, Dylan, has been really informative on all products in the store. He goes above and beyond with customers! He doesnt judge me on the questions I have and that means a lot because Im still learning about the different products that they provide.

I love this smoke shop!! Its worth the drive for me, they have a large variety of products with lots of options, consumables are ALWAYS fresh, they have great prices, and their sales are awesome 😎 they give raffle tickets with purchases of $100. And give away hundreds of dollars in products I believe monthly but dont quote me on that..The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and can answer ANY questions about their inventory. 😊

This place rocks! The staff was super knowledgable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. They even allowed me to test drive several water pipes to find the right fit for me.....which ended up meaning I liked something else more than the type I came in to buy. Imagine going to a shop and things not being over priced.Imagine going to a shop and the staff actually knows what they are talking about.Imagine going to a shop that has a great manager, great district manager, a great selection, and top notch deals.Stop imagining and go to Wild Side. If you think you have been to a better shop, you are wrong. This will be the last place you buy glass, vapes, and other accessories simply because they cant be beat.There is a reason I have been going here for over 4 years, even before I moved to East Lansing, and that is because of how truly remarkable of a place this is.A+ and always a pleasure to do business with.

Nice glass but thats it. 5th time in there this month. everytime i stop by they always talk about throwing me a discount NEXT time i come in and they never come through or i get 10% when told to expect 30%. Its always because someone mispoke and gave me wrong info. Last time i made a purchase i forgot about the discount and reminded them before the purchase was complete but the associate said ohh sorry its too late then proceeded to pet it run my card before the transaction was complete. Always apologize from a defensive position and never claim to be at fault

I love wild side. It was my first smoke shop, and the people there are great. Always really helpful, always letting you know what they have. Ive bought all of my glass here, and its all been high quality. 10/10 staff, 10/10 service. Love it so much

My boyfriend and I went in there this evening and had amazing customer service. The two working were very friendly, knowledgeable, and tentative to our needs and wants. We have never felt this confident leaving a smoke shop before. Thank you! We will be back again for sure.

Update: 420 was great I just missed the raffle but looking for something special to celebrate the date with an employee spoke with his mgr. And I got to try out the bear quartz spinner disk topper b4 it was out on display. That thing is amazing, best job at locking in and spin on every pull.Also has a display stand! Highly recommended, treat yourself without blowing the bank. Thx againI want to thank the employee Brandon for doing an exchange when I got the wrong sized papers I noticed as soon as I got to my car so it was only minutes later but in these times you never know thank you you guys are awesome

Wild Side is my favorite smoke shop in Lansing! They have a huge selection of high quality glass. All the employees Ive encountered were super cool. Im picky about my glass, but they didnt rush me to make up my mind so that was nice. I love this place and I totally recommend! 😁

Staff seemed overwhelmed even though I was the only person in the store? Seemed like he had way too much to do and not enough time. Definitely shed light on the ownership. Not to mention everything was over priced. I hope they close so dude gets a break. 👎

Excellent! Amazing service and the selection is imense. I went into buy coils for my vape however bc the coils are quite hard to come by they didnt have them in stock. I often find this with my type of tank. However the sales guy was very quick on his feet and offered a great solution of buying a new tank that not only came with enough coils to last me awhile but also would be easier for me to replace. The tank itself wasnt much more expensive than the coils I was going to get. So impressed! Will absolutely be coming back.

The owner is totally knowledgeable. Tries to keep as much either locally made or at least made in USA items in stock!! Prices are equal to the quality glass you are purchasing!!! Will be returning again and again!

This is my shop of choice. I have made some substantial purchases here over the last two years and I am impressed every time. They carry a wide selection of name-brand quality glass and the staff is very helpful when making decisions.

I usually dont like to rate stuff. But tonight Im pretty pissed. When I first arrived there was a sign on the door that said be back in 15. So I waited in the parking lot. Came here to buy a sharp stone grinder and played with a silver one and ended up getting a different color. Got home and the screw was stripped and its useless. $55 down the drain. She wouldnt exchange it for me or anything. Ive shopped here for years but today was the last day Ill ever step foot in this store again. Extremely upset.

I went in for fast look around. lauren was fast when it came to greeting me && showing me around the shop and show cased some really awesome pieces you guys have. although i can’t afford it today you guys are amazing and doing a 4/20 sale?!??!?!!! maybe now my roommate can get his own piece. on top of all of this you guys have a great deal of cbd.. really helps.

Wish I knew the list of kratom and the prices they charge before coming inz. Would be nice to have a website with a view of their products and prices. Other than that I’ve always had good service here and they’re very respectful and helpful!

Tricks you into buying completly outdated items with the lure of a discount and then refuses to carry replacement parts making the item 100% unusable. Make you waste gas and time coming back in for the solution just for them to stare at you and tell you they have no solution for the problem they put you in. Just spend you money at DH Gate or just light your money on fire.

These reviews crack me up. First and formost I am overjoyed at any business that thrives in East Lansing; its a college town that could not support a Barnes and *effing* Nobles.I agree whole-heartedly with the guy who says if you cant tell a glass product is broken before you get it home you got bigger problems than the retailer. I have an empty six pack of premium beer Id like to sell you.I just purchased an e-cig and accessories from them. The guy was very helpful answered all my questions, and there were several, and, you know, I like the place. Im not in the market for most of their products but for a small shop they have an impressive variety.This town is dying, a place would really have to suck for me to give less than three stars, the reviews of one star all sound like user error. Wild side does not suck; knowledgable staff, variety of product, would get at least four stars from me even if business thrived here.

They have all your products for smoking and/or vaping. I mainly go in for dab related items. I can vouche for them on the best selection at the lowest price around. The staff is helpful and eager to answer questions.

Went in on 4/20 They say im supposed to get a 25% off deal on anything in the store, I bought an item and they charged me full price. I get home and notice the price sticker and call them saying I got charged full price and they say theres nothing they can do about it. It was sorta fun there tho for 4/20.

These guys sold me a breeze disposable and when I opened it up it was burnt and was barely hitting. I immediately took it back and asked for another, and they told me they can’t do anything about it. Basically I just spent $13.99 for absolutely nothing. I will not be going back, I suggest you go to wild bills

I called on the phone to make sure they were open, and the employee told me yes they were open until 8pm so I drove all the way from Eaton Rapids which is about a 30 min drive and when i got there at 7:30pm the door was locked and nobody answering the phone, I ended up going to a vape shop down the street, Ive never had an issue with wild Bills but this makes me wanna never do business with them again, needless to say I am not happy with them right now!

Sold broken glass would not replace follow up Wild Bills sold me same kit at 1/2 the price of Wild Side and gave me a replacements to the broken part there competitor would not stand behind.
