Used to be a decent experience to have, but lately there’s been one younger girl with an attitude there. Was slamming drawers when looking for the coils that I wanted, talked with an attitude while dropping my coils around like they were nothing, and then basically implied I was stupid to my friend I was with because of my decision to use my vape how I please. Working somewhere where you are so underwhelmed with customers that you can sit on your phone all day, there should be plenty of time to work on basic customer service.

Good customer service. Staff helpful and will answer any questions. You have. I bought a tip for my vape and it didnt fit. So she told me to bring it back and find one thats fits. Easy switch no hassle. It was great. Always have juices on sale

Lost my business! I’ve been shopping there for four years. I will not return due to a new policy instituted by the corporate lawyers (so I’m told). They now require a signed waiver to purchase juice, batteries and tanks! The other vapes stores are not requiring this (yet)! Makes me wonder if these lawyers work for the big tobacco companies?

I have been going to Ecig Depot Faithfully for over a year and have always loved their products. Most of the customer service since day one has been great. I dont ever take the time to do reviews, but Nick who is employed there definitely deserves it. He was alone when I went in and he went above and beyond to help me. He gave me advice on a topic which I had no idea about ( as always he is super patient and gives his honest opinion and has really helped me multiple times since I am far from an expert. But he certainly is one!) once I left after buying what he advised would work best for me, I am extremely impressed and so grateful that I bought what he said I would like most. Its drastically changed the taste and strength just like he said it would do! Such a very friendly patient guy.Always explains everything in thorough detail so that I know what Im doing when I get home. So that I make my mod and batteries last and keep them in good condition. (I dont know him personally and actually had to make sure I had his correct name today because he deserves this review) If I owned this place I would definitely give a great raise to him come eval time!!😊 he takes his job seriously always going above and beyond! Thanks again 4 all the help today Nick. my e-cig is working better than ever. I already loved it so I didnt think that was possible. Anyone who wants to start vaping or already does Vape. If you live in Volusia County... even in Daytona, I promise its worth the drive. Cometo Edgewater and check out Ecig Depot , you wont be disappointed. I have gone to countless places from Daytona Port Orange New Smyrna to Edgewater and this is the only place that I would recommend to any and everyone due to the mods and the prices and juice but the customer service is far better than any other place Ive ever gone as well. So its a win-win.

They are very knowledgeable about vaping. They keep current with the new flavors and mods. I buy the majority of my e juice and vaping stuff from The Ecig Depot.

This shop is friendly, and very welcoming. That being said, i was a customer for a while, their juice is way to expensive and their equipment is over priced as well. That usually dosnt bother me, i just buy new coils for my vape there. But for the most part, these people have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the vapes that they sell. I have a kanger teck topbox. Well the coil they have been selling me for a while, they told me was stainless steel. I questioned them about it and they told me that the coil is SS. Further questioning (because i knew better) led the dude behind the counter to tell me that the coil is SS and when i asked him why it said NC on the side, he told me it stood for North Carolina ( where it was made). Kanger teck coils are not made in North Carolina. And NC stand for nichrome. This is fact. The casing of the coil is SS yes, but the coil is not. This leads me to believe that the dude knows nothing about the product he is selling. And it has lost them a customer. Lesson here, research everything.

I use to go there but will not any more...coils for my vape set up are under $4 each..I purchase 2 new ones and 1 of the 2 did not work in any of my 3 batteries...when I went back to ask WHY one would not work (already knowing it was no good, I was told by the clerk he had no idea...instead of repacing a coil thats $3 and change, he took it, screwed it into an adjustable voltage battery (which can put out more voltage than mine) and was able to get it to ignite....THEN SAYS, well it works just fine in HIS BATTERY and said MY BATTERY was no good...remember, I attempted this coil in 3 separate batteried....obviously, I do not use HIS BATTERY...So, I purchased a new coil, SINCE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND EVEN SUCH A LOW COST ITEM, immediately put in my set up (IN MY SO CALLED BAD BATTERY) and it worked just fine.....I am a retired electrical engineer and also worked 10 years as a quality assurance engineer....and it sucks to have a pretentious clerk ACT like they are an EXPERT in this simplistic technology that can be taught to a 10 yr old..really, a battery heats a coil that evaporates you liquid...yet, they can dbl talk you in an attempt to make it look complex and ONLY THEY know whats going on....TO SAVE UNDER $4!!!!!!never again, there are too many places who actually APPRECIATE their customers and would never insult your intelligence....my 2 cents!!!!

Its pretty cool they have some stuff for e-cigs if youre a tobacco only flavor person their Zeus Burros or pretty good.

Helpful people but expensive and after a while of attempting to help in a difficult situation, they abandoned us to do it ourselves. Wasnt thrilled about that. Although, they were helpful in the beginning.
