This place is the best! They have a great selection of devices and juices. They have a good reward program. However, they went above and beyond for me in the juice department! I mentioned to Julian that I had only one kind of juice that I liked and I could no longer get it mail order in Illinois. The only way for me to get it was when I was in San Antonio,TX for work. I’d go once a month to 6 weeks for work and stock up while I was there. After I told him the brand of juice, he reached out to them and ordered their whole line. I was nervous that maybe the other juices wouldn’t sell but it turns out that a lot of people like them as well. So it’s a win win. But I never would’ve thought a shop would do that for a customer. Top notch service.Thank you

Ignore the one star reviews, they are bogus. I have been coming to this shop for awhile. They are always courteous and helpful to anyone I see in the shop or myself. The prices seem fair and they always cut deals if they can. They would prefer the return business instead of the high sale is my vibe from it.All the products are marked with prices, no switch ups, unless they cut a deal and help you out. Ive never been ripped off, only the opposite.Bro-5 gram and 7 gram disposables... Flower, fungus, edibles, you name it they got it.This place is 🔥 dont listen to the one star broke basement dwelling people.

3 Heads is the best store I have ever been to. They have a wide variety to meet your needs. Julian(owner) is super awesome and really cares about everyone who walks into 3 Heads. The empoloyees are super friendly and I am always chatting with them. Everyone is super professional and well educated to answer any question. They are super fast to help you get what you need or to point you in right direction when just browsing certain products. They have never failed to meet my needs unlike many other similar stores have in the past. I will go out of my way just to shop here knowing I wont have any problems. Store is also very clean everytime I have visited along with never having a problem with parking. Highly recommend!

Very shady. they sold me a setup for 3 times its price. they also seem to guess prices from up their butts other times i was there. very unprofessional. will be posting more in depth reviews. —make sure you check prices and hold onto receipts—(i have been going to many shops around illinois and always research prices when im home. this shop has been a big red light since the day they opened. also this isnt one worker, but multiple.)

Went in here for the first & last time. I don’t know if the guy with glasses lacks knowledge for the job or is just lazy, but he is not a good fit for the environment. First off, he appears to be guessing prices. Sold me a bowl replacement piece for a bong but was clearly hesitant with his answers when I was asking about sizes and prices so majority of the time I had to check myself. He also seemed bothered by any questions and my business in general, it honestly made me uncomfortable. Then he wouldn’t let me hold or look at the bowl piece closer, he just walked up to the register and wrapped it. I paid $20 for a bowl replacement that he didn’t even know the size of, get home and realize it’s cracked in the back and sits completely crooked. Lastly, don’t know if they’re just ridiculously expensive or if he’s just guessing but he quoted me prices over double what the wholesale price of the device actually is. Was willing to buy a device (which is worth $55) & would’ve probably spent up to $100 on it for convenience, but he says it’s priced at $120. When I said thats over double what it’s worth, he says “it’s not my fault, I don’t make the prices” like okay dude. 🤣 and god forbid you ask him to walk from one side of the store to the other, you’ll get a lil extra attitude for making him WALK. Overall, highly disappointing.

Come in here from out of town & the the first thing you get when you come in is a “I’ll be right with you” the fat lazy man with glasses needs to be let go before they loose more customers, asked him for a price & he was to lazy to go look & just have me a price 2 times more then retail. Then proceeded to tell me “yeah it’s expensive” . I was definitely gonna buy it but he completely made me not interested anymore. Glad I will never be back 👏🏻

This used to be the finest smoke/vape shop within a 30 mile radius….. but lately when you walk in there all you’re gonna get is rude, fat and lazy employees in a store that used to be fully stocked 24/7. As soon as Samantha left this store it went downhill fast. It’s a shame because this is a high volume extremely profitable area. You would think the owners would check things out with all the bad reviews lately.

I love this shop so much. Ive been to many vape shops in the area & this one hands down is the best! Not only do they have great prices but its super clean & the staff is awesome. I want to give Adam a shout out because he is top notch! He always helps me with what I need but we also have great conversations that make me feel welcome. Definitely a must go to shop, you will not be sorry!

This place is amazing!! The staff is so friendly and always willing to help and answer all your questions. However, I love working with Adam and Zack the best. I talk way too much and they jusy go along with it as if weve been best friends forever. They not only educate me but give me their personal experiences and favorites with oils and different vapes. I really love the fact that this isnt a shop where they just work there and want to sell you something. They actually take the time to get to know you and make sure they get you something that you will like and are happy with. By far the best shop around!! Thanks guys!!!

Really bad staff. Sold my buddy a BROKEN vape , he didn’t leave the property for more than 30 min and tried to return it after realizing it’s not cool to get a broken vape. The bustas and I walked in , pressed the chubby Mexican about it , and couldn’t find his words for the life of him. this isn’t 1 bad review it’s adding on to the TONS of other SIMILAR bad reviews. DO NOT shop here , tons of other vape / glass stores that will treat you with respect and actually make things better. Should’ve stole a vape off the counter to make up for it. Beware

I bought a delta 8 disposable here the other day and when I got home it wasn’t hitting at all. $40 for a product that doesn’t work.. so I called to ask if I can exchange it and I was told no because there are “multiple signs around the counter” that say you need to test your product before you leave. I didn’t see any of those signs and no one said anything to me while I was making my purchase. Then the lady on the phone said they’ve “never had a problem with those disposables” ok good for you guys? Super disappointed in the lack of customer service. Will definitely not be returning

Great selection & prices but if you have an issue with any glass, you’re out of luck. I bought a thick glass beaker; I got it home, took off the bubble wrap, went to clean and sanitize it, only to find a crack in the glass. Its in a hard to see place and with out good lighting, it can’t be spotted. I now own a 140$ cracked glass beaker that’s less than 24 hours old. I called the store to explain the issue and I was told it can’t be returned. I was given to option to buy a new piece for 30% off however I’ll take my business elsewhere

This shop used to be my go to for my vape juices and coils, but with their price increase and change in staff, I will no longer be going. If you want to be belittled or lied to go ahead and go there and speak to the manager named Adam! On numerous occasions he has made me feel not welcome and uncomfortable. He is extremely condescending and questions your choices if he doesnt agree with them. I can deal with price increases, I get that. But I do not agree with staff, a MANAGER nonetheless, treating their customers so horribly. None of the other managers had ever spoken to me like that and had always been extremely helpful and friendly, especially Sam and a former manager Naomi. Unfortunately, because of Adam, I refuse to return. Beware.

Saturday, I went in looking for information on e-rigs, as Im a complete novice. The young women working there were so helpful, informative, and friendly. I even brought it back thinking I had a problem. They walked me through the whole thing and taught me what I was doing wrong. The instructions for the device were useless and not very full of information. This shop also has a huge selection of everything. I was very impressed. There are other shops closer to where I live, but this is my only shop from here on out.

I used to go here for everything. But the last 3 ecigs Ive purchased from here have died on me in less then a month. (These are 50-70$ rechargeable mods.) The reliability of product I get here is laughable. And Id rather quit smoking then repetitively give this place 60$ a month. And to top it off when I went to upgrade my last one they sold me the wrong coils with it, and never even sold me a battery. So they made me buy a battery and they even LET me buy another box of coils which I was assured was the right ones this time. But now my ecig refuses to close, the battery is shot (they gave me one off their charger after I bought a new one)and even when it has a charge I just get an atomizer short message or battery low Ill never buy anything from here again, and Id advise you use Amazon too.

This is my favorite spot in town. Staff are some of the friendliest people Ive ever met. The owner is super rad, too. Lots of selections of almost anything you can think of. Bongs, pipes, vapes, disposables, juices and salts, and all the Delta 8 products you could want. 10/10 recommend 3 heads.

Im not sure how people arent giving this place 5 stars? Their glass is amazing and yes they have SOME Chinese glass, but not everyone can afford a 200 dollar bong which they have those too. Will you find a 5k custom made dab rig there? No, but this is a great shop for everything you need and if they dont have it, ask and most likely theyll order. They have tons and tons and then some of all kinds of smoking accessories. Im pretty sure Ive been helped by everyone there from owner to employee and have been treated great by all. Example I went in for a new grinder told the lady what I was looking for and wanted in a grinder so she recommended the one she had and not the most expensive one they sold. This is just one example, but bottom line is I drive 40 minutes to come here probably passing a few shops that are closer to me. Check them out those other shops in the same town cant compete with 3 heads!!

Sam always helps me out. Just last week I was In There buying my peak and a bunch of other stuff and she was super helpful and professional throughout the whole process and she really knows what she’s doing. I’d definitely recommend going there any day of the week!!

Hands down, this is the best one-stop smoke shop around! The customer service is exemplary-the best I have ever experienced, which is the driving factor of bringing my business there. They truly care about their customers and providing the best products at the lowest prices! Definitely stop by-it’s well worth it! They even are friendly towards my dogs who accompany me on my visits there! Love this place!

Worst excuse of a vape shop I’ve ever visited, sold my friend an already burnt vape and wouldn’t even work with him to find a solution or let us talk to his manager. The great pumpkin with the Edgar haircut that works there didn’t even ID half the kids that walked in from the car meet, how is this shop still open?

I have had a very wonderful experience visiting 3 heads shop. They have a wide selection of glass. Naomi helped me pick out 2 pieces for a great price and she also suggested cbd for my back pain. She was very patient I didnt know much about its effects. Overall a comfortable environment I will most definitely be back soon.

Thieves, charged my card 4 times total. Awesome experience but they double charged my credit card while I was at the store. Got it reversed, then a few days later they charged my card 2 more times, completely out of the blue. Had to get my card shut down to stop them from charging me. They are a bunch of thieves as far as I am concerned.

Had a great experience coming into this shop. They have an amazing selection of glass and vape products. Julian who helped me & my wife pick out her first mod all the way to the juice and helping us find the right products for her. Also yesterday Cal helped me pick out some juices that where amazing. It’s a very welcoming place and felt comfortable talking and never felt pressurized. I recommend this place for your tobacco, glass, and vape needs!

This is the best smoke shop around. I moved within the past year and I still drive the hour out here. They have anything you could need. The ladies always help me out(sorry girls, bad with names) and always help me find what I need. All of the staff is always super cool and very knowledgeable. I recommend it to everyone I know.

Best products and great service.

Put simply, they dont back the products they sell and have zero customer loyalty. Ive been shopping here almost weekly since they opened. Last week I bought a $100 Amy brand hookah that formed a crack after only a few uses. They refused to make any attempt at restitution. Well, this will cost them a lot more than $100 when I give all my future business to hookahjohn.

I spoke with Juan for a minute about nostalgia/old times. I’ve been shopping with 3 Heads for about three or so years & they’ve always been above the average!

This is the smoke shop everyone wants great prices and very friendly people. Bought my CHEECH bong there Because I want to support local brick and mortars Then I looked up the price of almost identical CHEECH bongs couldn’t find my exact 1 because it’s so cool but online price was 3 dollars less that’s great no problem 3 bucks is not an issue. Then I went to a place on the corner of 58 and Milwaukee aveThey had a better selection. I’ll give them thatBut the price tag gave me sticker shock 190$$$More then I spent at 3 heads. They will have my business from here on out And the place was spotless

Ignorant customer service specifically asked employee if coils would fit and then proceeded to sell me the wrong ones before driving away I noticed they were the incorrect ones Went it to exchange for ones that would fit that caused the exact same and they refused

Awesome customer service. Always very patient and helpful with me despite I sometimes take a while to find a vape juice flavor to go with. They are a little pricey compared to online sites or some other shops but experience shopping at 3 heads is always friendly and professional so money well spent

Clueless thieves is what works behind the counter. I went in for a replacement coil for my vape, after I had told them what i needed,they werent sure what i was talking about so they asked to see the coil. They removed it from its vape without gloves,not washing his hands, and had it close enough to his face to where he still couldnt read the writing. after closely inspecting it, they pulled out what they thought I needed, sold me a 5 pack of coils for $20 and when I got to my car, they were indeed the wrong coils. I immediately went back inside and they said they have a 0 return policy. And they never had what I actually needed.

I did not get what I wanted , instead they sold me what they wanted to get rid of and now Im out of 175 dollars. Due to their no return policy. I wanted CBD oil to RUB on my hands. Not to take orally or add to a drink.

Been shopping here for couple years & I never regret a purchase. Their employees, especially the managers are super smart too.

Never coming back here they have really overpriced Chinese glass and a lot of their American glass is still just cheap factory made glass youre better off going online and buying at cost I recommend uncle stus they are very reasonable very fair priced and a better environment
