The massage felt totally professional! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it. Delilah is the best masseuse I ever had. She took my aching pain away on my neck, shoulder and arms. I also had a facial treatment and Bella was very professional and did a great job. She gave great recommendations. I recommend them and this location will be my go to now.Thank you Delilah and Bella.

I absolutely love Renee at Massage Envy! She is so sweet and really cares about getting my skin to its absolute best. She knows what she is doing. I can’t recommend her enough. She is awesome!

I had a recent visit on 7/22/23 and it was perfect. ME is really great because they offer high quality services at beyond reasonable prices. I hope you take good care of your employees because they are talented and professional. My masseuse was Angel, and he did a great job. His technique was unique and effective. Used the perfect amount of pressure and helped reduce neck pain I had from a previous injury. My aesthetician was Renee and she was AMAZING. Aside from the wonderfully healthy glow she gave me, she was also just a fantastic human to chat with during my service. I walked out of there like I was floating. Highly recommend both!

I had a great massage with Delilah yesterday! She took the time to listen to all my problem areas and medical issues with my body. She applied the perfect amount of pressure from the very beginning of the massage (which is hard to find) and she made sure i was completely comfortable and added support pillows which i really appreciated! I felt amazing afterwards. I cant wait for my next session with her!

I visited Massage Envy for the first time yesterday. I had an appointment with Bella for a one hour facial. I’m 70 with normally aging sensitive skin. So, I was a little nervous as I needed some extractions. I immediately felt connected with Bella and she did an amazing job! My face feels wonderful 😊

As always, Angel is an amazing massage therapist. He does great deep tissue massage, but he’s able to adjust to whatever you need. I think I would fall apart without him. So grateful I found him.

Delilah was awesome. Professional yet made me feel very comfortable as someone who has not had a massage in a long time. I will definitely be back and I will definitely request Delilah.

I was referred for assisted stretch and wound up having Delilah as my therapist. She is phenomenal! After three sessions Im already seeing significant improvements in range of motion, and she has given me great tips to help me continue my progress by stretching at home. Highly recommend!

Do not buy a membership at this location!! This location doesn’t treat everybody equal. I’ve been with massage envy for years. Called this specific location to ask about a service, spoke to them me of the girls at the front desk briefly over the phone, this was before they implemented the Call Center. My phone had suddenly died out on me.I never called back to CONFIRM any type of appointment. With that being said, why would they go out of their way to book me an appointment?? Without my consent? I never knew about the appointment so the day of the service became no show fee for me. I am very aware of the policy massage envy has. But you shouldn’t book anybody without proper confirmation. I Never had this issue before.Spoke with the front desk and the manager.The situation was handled unprofessionally and each person I spoke with had an attitude.Save yourself time and avoid this location, if they treated me this way they will do it to anybody.I will take this opportunity to say that some of the estheticians need more training. Less talk and do focus on doing the job. I understand some people like to chat while having a service done, but you take away from the experience for the ones that do not.

This massage envy location is great! The front desk associates are so sweet and delightful to talk to. I tend to “try out” different massage therapists. My most recent visit was with Angel. He was respectful and I felt cared for. It is not to say that he is the only person that I would recommend people go to. I have enjoyed my treatments from Tadario, Millie, and Juanita. Every massage therapist here listened to my needs and have addressed them. They have gone above and beyond to assist with pain and discomfort in my body. Additionally, my partner enjoyed their massages from Hector and Nyesha.My only gripe is that it always feels too short. If you pay for a 60 minute massage. Expect 50 minutes. Not the full 60. They account for the quick 5 minute consultation and possibly discussion at the end.

Renee is the best! She really knows how to figure out your needs for the best facial! I Highly recommend her to everyone.

Angel is amazing as always! Will continue to come to see him. Even started bringing my daughter and she is amazed of how he has helped her improve her shoulder pain.

I always come in to see Vanessa at the Laguna Gateway facility. I have migraines that contribute to tightness in my neck shoulders and back. She knows exactly what she’s doing, how to find the knots and she is determined to get them out. She also offers great home care advice and reminders in regards to posture, stretches, using tennis or rollers balls. Meeting Vanessa has improved the quality of my life.

Vanessa is very good at what she does! She conscientious that people prefer different pressure in different areas, shes responsive if you want her to do something different, and I enjoy talking with her during our sessions. Very good massage every time

Vanessa really helped me with some serious tightness and pain I’ve been dealing with in my upper back. She made me feel comfortable since massages aren’t usually my thing and I was amazed at how well she found and worked out the tight knots I had going on. I’ve had a handful over the years and by far the best out of any I’ve ever had.

Delilah, my masseuse, was friendly, and very engaged. Listened to my issues. But mainly, she gave me such a wonderful message. I think she is the best masseuse I have I ever had! Please give this woman a raise and bonuses. I left there feeling so wonderful and booked another appointment which I never do! I give her 10 stars!!

I come here for both massage and facials. Angel does really great work, attentive and great pressure and always leave relaxed and well attended to. Renee has been so helpful in recommending supportive treatments that have helped with my acne and oily skin. I keep coming back because the entire staff have always been supportive for my overall relaxation and wellness needs.

Booked a facial for the first time in nearly a decade.. my skin is glowing! Renee was so amazing, she answered my dozens of questions and really took my skin concerns seriously. She’s 100% the reason I signed up for a membership at the end.A little bummed my giftcard was processed at the full price rate instead of the member rate, even though I signed up for a 12 month membership in the same visit 🙁

I’ve been seeing Bella for the past couple of years for skincare services. She is phenomenal, my skin and I both love her! She always recommends what is best for ME and doesn’t just try to push unnecessary services. I highly recommend seeing her to start your skincare journey!I also see Angel, at the same location (Laguna), for massages. I have gone to him for years and I can not recommend him enough. He helped me so much throughout my pregnancy and I would see him weekly to deal with the static pain. He also has experience with migraines and has helped me pinpoint areas in my neck that trigger them. Once you see Angel for a massage, you will not want to go anywhere else!

I went in super skeptical due to previous bad experiences at other places, but Renee made me feel so comfortable and she explained everything to me! She made me feel so hopeful. I booked another appointment and signed up for a membership just because of my experience with her. 10/10 recommend

I have been coming here for years, and discovered Angel!! He is amazing, great at the massage and listens to what you are saying and remembers it for the next visit. You would not go wrong with booking a massage with him. You need to plan ahead as he does get booked, but soooooooo worth the wait.

Vanessa has solid hands, strength and can feel her way into my needs! I can only accept hard pressure with attention to deep tissue. I have a pinch nerve and she was able to spend quality time on the areas with providing enough hard pressure to help release all the tension I needed to be more comfortable and flexible. I had a 90 min massage. so worth it with hip flexors problems. my therapist was able to find that and recommend stretching assistance. i also had a facial and was recommended these products to improve my skin health. these are some of the products they use during the facial so i can do a facial essentially everyday. i’m so excited for my new skin journey.

Allan is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever had! Hes amazing at deep tissue and is very professional. He has a lot of knowledge about anatomy, muscles and reflexology. He has helped me in the past to relieve sciatic pain and pinched nerves in general! Highly recommend!

I called to see if they took walk-in appointments, but they didnt, they suggested since they are always busy schedule at least 3 to 4 days ahead for any appointment.I used to have a membership in the early 2000s to Massage Envy and went twice a month. For the most part I was satisfied.I thought about trying them again since the mom and pop Massage places are disappointing on almost every level.I only gave three stars because I couldnt actually get an appointment the day of.

This location consistently employs high-quality therapists. Tadario tops the lineup. If youre looking for a therapist for deep pressure that identifies your toughest spots and really digs in, book Tadario for your next appointment. He is the best.

Love coming here to relax and destress! I have been getting facials from Renee this past year and she just wonderful! She asks what are your concerns, what you want to focus on,and recommends what products would work to improve your skin. And my skin definitely has improved because of her. She is such a sweetheart and so genuine! I keep coming back

My last few massages here have been wonderful!!! I have had Jessica and joy as my massage therapist. They are both awesome!!! and the front desk staff have been awesome as well. Laniyah and Jennifer have been excellent front desk staff. Also the manager Alyssa has been wonderful also. They all have been very helpful and has paid attention to details when coming in for appointments and helping you when you leave.

I had the 90 minute massage with Eddie, and it was quite the experience, given it was my first time getting a deep-tissue massage. It was intense, but in a good way! I had to ask Eddie to back off the pressure a little bit because I couldn’t handle it, but for someone who is use to deep-tissue, Eddie is definitely the person to see! My overall experience was great, and would come back in the future! The front reception staff were friendly and nice, and that added to the experience!

Angel is always amazing! He focused on problem areas I mentioned and I felt so relaxed after. He is very respectful and always checks in about my experience.

Alan is the massage person Ive been looking for. I dont need a full body massage but more hands on certain area that is sore, tight or stiff. He works on the direct area and relieves the problem and then does the rest of the body as needed.

I was given a gift card for Mothers Day and hadnt used it yet. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews I have read about Massage Envy but the location (by Best Buy) that I scheduled my appointment at exceeded my expectations. First of all, Kendra (I think she is the manager) greeted me very kindly. My therapist (Jessica) was highly skilled! Her pressure was perfect and she gave me a full body massage. When I was checking out, they informed me of their membership program and addressed my concerns, which made me feel more at ease. I initially just wanted to use my gift certificate but ended up signing up...I cant wait for my next massage!

Book a 90 minute Facial with Anna, you will not regret! She is very kind and gentle but also is not afraid to get in there and get out what needs OUT! Anna also has a high level of knowledge concerning each of the products she uses and can establish a routine that will improve your skin and your general health and well being! Anna is a rare find!

Poor customer service and leadership follow-up. I was treated poor by the front office staff, the manger, and I have waited two week for the area manager or the owner Joe to return my call. I have been a member for three years, it should not take this long to reach upper management to resolve a mistreatment matter. I am planning to file a business complain if I am not contacted soon!

I live in Santa Cruz and was visiting family in Galt for the holidays..and my birthday happens to be around the same time..I decided to hopefully treat myself to a massage and had gone to massage envy numerous times in San Jose and Milpitas and always had been very happy. I called the location in Elk Grove and they were able to get me and my husband in on short notice for a couples massage. Front desk staff was great.Im sooo happy that I got paired with Michael!! He was AWESOME!! One of the best massages Ive ever had.. And the hot towels 😀. I plan on coming back to see Michael in the future when we are in town visiting family..Ive already told all my family members that are local that they need to go see Michael when they get their next massage. Thank you again Michael!

Renee gives the best facials! She is very kind and gives you a facial based on what your skin needs. She is my favorite there (although the other people who do facials are nice also).

With my mom being a customer and member for so long paying for so many hours, she transferred me hours last year. Unfortunately COVID hit and this business was open on and off.I reached out to see if I was able to use the hours finally that my mom transferred me and paid for, the receptionist said no way. They expired in June last year....during COVID. Im baffled.I then proceed to ask okay so you guys have members pay for hours of massages then put an expiration date on them and if not used, no credit is given back money wise? So you take a members money as well as take their hours away. And she responded yes, unfortunately.Way to go with the customer service, there is no loyalty here or working with members who have given them their HARD EARNED money. This place is a joke and should never be recommended.

Bella is fantastic for skin care and makeup. 😘 she takes her time, makes you feel comfortable, listen to you and address all your concerns.

Who runs this place? Never get full service. Pay for an hour get forty minutes. They talk through the sessions. Ignore your requests and lose you information cards if you dont buy their skin products.Massages lack skill. I just had a massage yesterday and they changed the massage therapist on me last minute. She was not the best, and massaged my carotid arteries in my neck. Big no no. That is just not done. Her name was Nyesha.

Dehliah is amazing. She tailors each session to exactly what my body needs and has such an optimistic and outgoing personality.

I love this location! Delilah does amazing work and makes me feel comfortable. This isn’t even the closest location to my house, but I gladly make the drive because it’s worth it.

Had an appointment for my first session today waited 3 weeks for this. When I show up the receptionist lies to my face and says she called me this morning to notify me of therapist calling out sick. Now she could have simply admitted that she did not call me but instead she insisted and asked what is my preference to reschedule session. She was going to give me an appointment for another 3 weeks away this is unheard of! Is customer service not an essential part of this business location? Keep in mind if you as a consumer cancels your session inless than 24 hours there is charge....simply dissatisfied and disappointed.

Tadario did an awesome job on my back ,neck and shoulders. I had so many knots on my left side that he broke up. Thanks again. Highly recommend for athletes.

I visit this location specifically to see Bella for my skincare needs. I discovered that the rest of the staff are also fantastic and the front desk people are particularly warm and helpful.

Unbelievable!!! After checking in for my appointment for a message, I was sitting in the waiting area for the message therapist to come get me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went back out to the receptionist to let them know I was still waiting. (In the mean time, my partner had gone in to get her facial). They could not fully explain how I was somehow overlooked and wanted to just reschedule me. Meanwhile, I was stuck having to wait on my partner who was having a facial and had no idea that I WASNT getting my scheduled message! We left we with the promise that we would get a call from the manager on Monday to work something out. Three or four days went by and we never received a call. We finally called them. We worked it out to schedule another appointment for three weeks later (the soonest they could get us in) with complimentary hot stone message to compensate their mistake. Sooooo, this morning.... three hours before my appointment..... the day of the rescheduled appointment, we get a call to cancel my appintment!!!!! I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!! I was okay with giving them a second chance but definitely not a third. This place is ridiculous.

Joy is a true “joy”! Fabulous massage every time. I have been going back to her for over four years and I will only go to her. She has a soft touch while leasing the pain in my back and neck

Do not buy the membership!!! We cancelled my husbands membership (I still have mine but will be canceling this weekend) at the end of our contractual year. They said we had until the end of April to use 5 remaining massages that were paid for. When we tried to schedule at a different location (which you are supposed to be able to do) they couldn’t schedule us because we weren’t in the system. Then we called in April to schedule and they said they were expired in March. $400+ down the drain. Tried to call the supervisor and they said they were sorry if they gave the wrong date but they were expired and there was nothing they could do. I am all for rules, but this just feels like a rip off. This was supposed to be a fun gift for my husband and now its just a terrible experience.

Ive been going to this location every two weeks for several years and always use Jessica as my massage therapist. My sessions are always tailored to address whatever issues need attention. Especially after a round of golf!

I interact a lot with Jennifer and Michelle. They are always so kind and friendly. They watch over me because I get maggages for severe muscle spasms. Head to toe and front to back. Those two watch over me like I was their mother! I feel everyone at Maggage Envy are kind and courteous. They take good care of me.

Called me three different times to change the appointment. On the third time they tried to blame the online booking system yet it was they who called me to change the time to fit their schedule And then say that the person isnt available at the time they wanted to change it to.

Was not impressed. After this massage, I have had nothing but trouble with my neck and back since. I was sore and actually felt bruised for a few days after.I asked for Light to Medium, and I got deep tissue. I have Fibromyalgia, and am extra sensitive to touch. Chelsea is terrible.

I went there twice but I still not enjoy my deep tissue massage. Heres my intake on this spot:1. nice ambiance2. expensive3. massage therapy needs to work on their massage skills. I didnt feel satisfied after leaving this spot twice.

Good luck getting an appointment! They claim theyre always booked (Laguna), but if you wait a few minutes, hang up & call back, all of a sudden theyll have availability OR you may not get an appointment at all.

Lovely massage with my regular massage therapist Anna. She is friendly and good at what she does.

Just dont do it. Not a full 60 min massage. Felt rushed and pressured to sign a contract. I could tell the therapist was inexperienced.
