Best Massage

I was incredibly appalled with the service I received last night. I called to make an appointment for a 90 minute, they told me 730pm. Okay. I got a call 5 minutes later saying they made a mistake & could only do a 60 minute at 830pm. Okay, not a problem. When I arrived, they told me CASH ONLY, their card machine was BROKEN. Okay, so I leave to get cash. There was no music in the room, I heard employees loudly talking next to the door, I had to ask her to please remove her elbow from my spine numerous times. When I go to pay & she then tells me that I can PAY WITH MY CARD! I left a 20%tip (beyond generous).... She then proceeds to tell me to leave her another $20 for after hours gratuity. EXCUSE ME?! She wants a 40%tip?! Absolutely NOT. INFORM YOUR GUESTS BEFORE THEY ARRIVE of ANY extra charges. The AUDACITY. Especially after inconveniencing me twice. Horrible.

It is my third visit for couples massage together with my wife. The location is great, the heart of Elk Grove. Place is safe, clean and cozy, staff is friendly and nice. We tried the massage therapy there and love it!
