Relaxing Massage Center

Take cash or you will be charged $5.00 card fee. This place is clean but not relaxing. The noise (music thumping voices) coming from the walls are coming from the Barber shop so you hear all this going on while you are getting a massage. My husband was in the next room and the gal who massage him exited the room 3xs and left him laying there for a couple minutes each time. I would not recommend this place!!!

Whoa!?Advertised hot stone included very massage.(They did not/do not provide hot stone)$40 for a 30 min massage and a mandatory $20 tip up front?Whoa whoaI was told mandatory $10 tip for soft massage and $20 for firm massage.You have to pay for the massage and tip before the massage!?$2 card fee. If you choose to tip after massage it’s an additional$2 card fee 🤯 so yes this reflexology foot massage spot is charging $62 for a 27 min massage because she ended early.Cleanliness:Yes the place was cleanFriendliness:Yes staff was very kind.Quality of massage:The massage was great.(several other reviews complain about asking for a tip upfront. The manager of the store writes back and says “they have a policy of no asking for tips. sorry that this happened and thank you for your business”I’m assuming there is no policy that says they are not allowed to ask for tips upfront, and if there is, it’s definitely not enforcedbecause that reason alone almost made me leave.In all honesty I only stayed because my back was in a great deal of pain, it was the closest available massage facility open at the time.)

We had an appointment for a couple massage. When we went for our scheduled time and were told to come back in 40 minutes and they didnt even have us on a schedule. She said thank you and they would make it more special. Nothing of that sort happened. Didnt even get a proper full body massage let alone the hot stone. Ive been here several times in the past and had a great experience. Never again! On top we were asked for a minimum 10 dollar tip. Absurd!!!

Bad service they take payment upfront and make you wait then send someone who don’t know how to do massage and just waste your time and money …

I paid $40 for a 30 min chair massage and 30 min foot massage combo. I stopped by this location b/c it’s close to where I live. My experience was okay. It was clean and your normal “relaxation station” vibe. Nothing special. However during my hour there the lady doing my service kept answering phones, helping customers as they walked in, using her phone to call other workers etc. I felt that my massage was interrupted. She didn’t add extra time to my hour so I felt I was shorted time. THEN... I went to pay, I didn’t feel that a tip was appropriate. If anything I felt I should have received a discount due to the multiple interruptions... The lady looked and me held out her hand and said “why aren’t you tipping me?” WOW... just WOW... I don’t think I’ll be back, that made me feel very uncomfortable.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had an appt scheduled, the lady made me process the payment myself since she couldnt figure out how to work her own machine herself. After I processed my own payment, she then takes me to a room and makes me wait outside while she cleans it, I get the cleanliness of it so I let it all go. She then leaves me in the room with no instructions at all so when she got back, she was annoyed I wasnt derobed and under the blanket. She then tells me to derobe and I kid you not she walked in on me 10 seconds later and HEAVILY SIGHED that I wasnt ready and proceeded to stay in the room as I continued to derobe which obviously made me uncomfortable. Once the message started it was all good until she started to hurt me and I vocally addressed it to her who in response kept saying my back was tight and I needed to relax as she was applying even MORE pressure. EVERYTIME I told her she was hurting me (more than the usual massage) she continued go keep going harder than before. She got so violent she actually legit started to punch my back as hard as she could to the point of almost winding me. In between the message she kept answering her phone which disrupted my relaxation even further. Towards the end, she burned me with the hot rocks and said its ok, itll cool down As were forced to make a payment before hand, I left immediately with no tip and as Im ALREADY outside opening my car door, she literally runs out the store and after me to yell for a tip. NEVER COMING BACK HERE, DO NOT GO HERE!

It was a decent full body massage for the price. I tried them out because they were pretty close to the house and my regular place was booked up. The massage didnt seem very focused on locations just kinda all over the place. I like my massuess to really focus on an area at a time and when they move on to the next area the area they completed feels completed. May try again if in a pinch otherwise I think I will stick to my other place.

Very nice ladies and atmosphere. My only comment my masseuse being interrupted twice in my massage to answer the door and phone. She did a great job working out my knots. Great price with coupon. I will go back.

Just got back from a 60min full body and 30min foot massage for only $52. And it was honestly, the best massage I’ve ever had. Jennifer was my masseuse. I highly recommend.

Its my first time and got disappointed. I gave a tip to the lady who massage me but she ask for more than what i gave and she acted rude. No good!

Ive been frequenting this place for nearly 2 yrs. Bounced around prior. Highly recommend this spot. All staff are competent and capable.

They charge you for an hour in reality they will rush the service and end it in 45min. Always asking for extra tip, not pleasant overall, stay away.
