Love this place! They are so nice and welcoming and love to have conversations with you! I’ve gone to this place specifically for my acrylics and they always do an amazing job. I drive an hour to come here and it’s always worth it! I recommend! I’ve seen they do hair and eyelash extensions as well as manicure and pedicures, they have a variety of services ✨

The PL Day Spa staff made my little self care day feel so welcoming and just so relaxing! All the staff were so nice and took their time to make sure that they were doing things right! I did a pedicure and brought my partner with me and he did his first ever pedicure and the staff made him feel so welcomed and he felt so relaxed. That we were both well taken care of left feeling relaxed and in a better mood! Id highly recommend PL Day Spa for your next self care day they pay attention to detail, are kind, and will have you feeling like new!

PL Day Spa is my new favorite nail salon in Elk Grove! I have been going here for over a year and will forever be a returning customer! The staff here is awesome and never let you feel unwelcome. They also have a clean working spaces and grab a new sterile nail equipment after every client. Additionally, they have all sorts of brand new colors for you to choose from. If you are ever in the Laguna Target neighborhood, definitely give them a try!

I just went to this salon for the first time. I had such a great experience. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. VICTORIA did my nails she was so lovely. My nails are so beautiful. Asked Victoria for a mermaid inspired mani and she delivered! Love the ombre and topped with chrome powder look. It looks even prettier in the sunlight. Ive been coming here for about 2.months and its been a positive experience every time. They even did my 2 year old daughters nails too.

This is the best pedicure I have received, they are new so prices reflect that but it is so worth it! their Jets are cleaner! They take their time and I will definitely be coming back! As a guy I always feel uncomfortable walking in but they are so welcoming and kind! 10/10 recommend! Their motto is “Helping clients feel the most beautiful versions of themselves” and they 100% stand by that.

This place is new in the target shopping center.They opened about a year ago.Great customer service.Clean place and a nice relaxing environment.Kim did my pedicure and she was great.Really took her time and made sure that I was comfortable and happy.Prices are a bit high but isnt everything nowadays.

I got a pedicure on Wednesday 4/9/24 about 3:45pm at this location next to target. It was the worst experience I had. The gal that did my pedicure did not do all the steps. I had to remind her to apply the cuticle lotion twice before pushing back on my nails. Then when she scrub the bottom of my feet she did use the callus lotion and it hurt. I told her to apply callus lotion then she did. She was very unfriendly and the leg massage was not enjoyable. I told the owner my experience with her associate and she quickly defended her and did not listen to my concerns. She ask for my payment of $43.00 which I gave without a tip. I will not be returning to this location. Poor service!

OMG! I found this gem of a nail salon on Tuesday! Fam, so clean, so friendly, and you can tell they pay attention to detail!... this is the first time I have relaxed, laughed, and didnt have to worry about anything! they are super friendly...did exactly what I asked for, above and beyond service... loved our talking...will come back again.

Where do I begin!? This place is seriously amazing and the treatment by everyone there is even more amazing! Everyone was so nice and kind! They all had great smiles and were so welcoming! It was my first time going and I came with my sister. I came all the way from Stockton and my sister from Modesto. ME did my manicure and she’s seriously the kindest and she’s amazing at what she does. I am definitely coming back and telling all my friends about this place! Even the decore and cleanliness at the spa was on point! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!! 🤍☀️💛 I’m in love with my mani and pedi!

I got a hair cut and dip nails done. The nails came out nice but we’re not the color I had asked for in the picture I brought with me. They weren’t busy when I came in but when I was ready to get my hair done they started getting in a lot of walk ins. They seemed unprepared and over committed to both walk ins and people who had made appointments. My two stars came mainly from the haircut. I had a picture of a haircut that was much like the haircut I already had except It had a few layers to it. After she was done I was so unhappy with it. I told her it didn’t look like the picture at all and all she told me was it was better than what I had before. I came home and cried at the mess she had made of my hair. She managed to make the cute Bob haircut I had a complete disaster. The front of my hair is very short and uneven and the rest of it is puffy on the ends and much longer. I’m so unhappy with my hair, I have family visiting soon and am now trying to find a reliable place to fix it. I imagine the only way to fix this mess it to chop off most of it at the shortest layered piece she put. I’m also upset that I paid $60 for a nail color I never asked for. I asked for a white color and they gave me pink.

Love this place very nice people and luxury environment.Victoria did a great job I love her personality and she lesson and did what I was expecting. Will definitely go again. Prices are bit higher than other places around.

Victoria is amazing with dip nails, her technique is one of a kind. My dip lasted an entire month without chipping. I had her do my nails again after a month because of nail growth. She is patient, kind, professional and knows what she is doing. She is a must see.

I love love love the people and the services. there are so many options and possibilities at this salon. I went for a mani pedi with my mother in law and best friend, and they did amazing.The staff are the sweetest ladies ever and i will definitely be going back.

I had a manicure and pedicure this weekend at PL day spa and it was great! My nails came out lovely.

We have been seeing Butterfly (Anna) for our nails and absolutely love her. They last and look beautiful. Dip nails or full acrylic sets are amazing and last.

I like the place because they have good hygienic practices. However, I’ve given them 2-stars because I informed my nail tech early on (after one coat of the first foot) that I didn’t like the color. She acknowledged it and kept going after I told her. I stopped her and said that if she keeps going, I will pay for it but I will not return. She kept going then decided that if I wanted her to change the color, it would be an additional $15. I had told her early on to prevent her from having to do more work. I kept the color but I cannot recommend this salon as their customer service is worse than the cheaper salons. Their services and colors are basic. There are better salons to spend your money at who will provide better service.

The lady doing the haircut used to be good. Had my daughters, sons and mine done here before. Today, I walked in to get my sons haircut but were disappointed on the outcome. It wasnt as good as before. I told the lady If she can make it a little bit shorter but refused to. Probably she didnt want to spend more time fixing my sons hair as there are about 4 customers waiting (for nails) and there were only 3 of them doing the services. Not coming back for sure.

Very nice friendly spa and combination hair and nail services. Lovely ladies very pleasant atmosphere. Very impressed with the cleanliness, and quality of time spent with patrons. Lynn does my nails its $35 for a fill and of course, you can have gel and that price is more. Its conveniently located a few doors down from Target on Laguna, parking is plentiful and convenient.

Love this place! We booked a group of 5 for a bridal party and they did an amazing job on everyone! All the ladies were super sweet and gave us an overall great experience.

I am very satisfied with the services I received for a haircut. I always had very long hair and every place I went to for a cut was always a bad experience. Prior to coming here I had went to another salon where the lady did a terrible job with taking care of my, the cuts was uneven, and not what I was asking for. I finally came to this place where Mee was able to give me the best service and exactly what I requested. She was gentle, sweet, and she took her time. Because of the last cut I gotten at the place before coming here she recommended to have the end cut shorter due to it being very thinned out. I accept her recommendation and I have to say that I was not disappointed at all. She knew what she was doing for sure. Finally found someone I can trust with hair. Will definitely go back!

I love going to PL day spa for my gel manicures! I used to get acrylic nails elsewhere but since getting a new job, I’ve changed to gel on my natural nails and my friend recommended this place since they take their time and make sure the gel is painted perfectly. I go about every three weeks and they have such a wide color selection, I love it! Everyone is nice and friendly as well :)

They just lost a loyal, paying customer today. I made an appointment in advance for 5:00. I was told to wait 10-15 when I arrived. At 5:40, I’d had enough of waiting and asked the manager what was going on and told her that I made an appointment so I didnt have to wait and asked if I would get a discount for my wasted time. She said we could talk about that after I receive services, upon which I told her I won’t agree to poor service without knowing how I will be compensated. She then actually tried to make up a lie and say accidents happen and that I made her wait an hour last time for my appointment, which is entirely untrue. This is when I walked out of there because I am a customer who comes back and always tips well. I am appalled at the way I was treated instead of her admitting her mistake. The only reason it is two stars is because the waxing specialist is great. It’s a shame she is employed by someone who is so unprofessional! Don’t go; these people don’t understand the first thing about customer service or making things right.

I went into this spa hoping for a decent pedicure and PL Day Spa EXCEEDED my expectations in EVERY WAY!!! This place is a pretty, clean oasis. The attentiveness, kindness and quality of service I received from the employees & very owner makes this my new go to place for pedicures and soon whatever other services I can get here.They cut/ style hair, wax, do eyelash extensions and so much more. Im looking forward to taking my baby boy for his first haircut here to make this our go to family spa.Foung Me and her staff are incredibly kind, caring and make you feel like a friend when you come in. I am so impressed! I would give this place more stars if it let me. Its been a long time since Ive enjoyed a good pedicure. T & his wife did an AMAZING job. They were both incredibly through. The conversation was great. We left with beautiful nails & feeling like family.

I love this place. I have been to quite a few places and I hadn’t found the right one until recently. I visited for a pedicure. It was amazing. Me who works the from is so great. She was so kind and welcoming. For the pedicure I saw Lynn who was also great. She made me feel so at ease with the whole process. I will def be making pedicures part of my life. Thank you guys!!

The salon was very nice, clean and manicure and pedicure were okay. Giving 3 stars because it’s super overpriced and the nail tech overcharged me for a product she said I could only buy at the salon. I could indeed buy at any store for 1/3 of the price.

Went to get my nails done with the girlies for the first time . It was a good experience and my nail lady did my nails perfectly. The rest of the group got the foot spa and also their nails . Their designs came out really well.

Got the anti-aging facial from Tiffany and it was great. My skin was glowing and felt so soft and moisturized after; Tiffany was also were sweet and friendly!!!!

Very happy with this place and the staff. My husband and I got pedicures a few weeks ago and it was one of the best we have ever had. Took my daughter here to get her nails done for Prom and she was very happy with her nails and toes.

Everything about this spa has been so amazing.We booked an appointment for my sisters wedding and upon arrival they greeted us with ready and warm foot baths for our pedicures. They sat us all next to eachother was so nice!The aesthetic is absolutely beautiful and everything is so clean.Every nail technician was so kind and would actually have conversation with you instead of just sitting there.Quality of everything was great as well.HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

100% recommend coming here. Costumer service is sooo good, it’s very sanitary, they take there time unlike some places. I love this place it’s my new place I will be coming here more often!!

We have been coming to this spa for over 10 years now. We like them because they do excellent pedicures and they use the cleanest techniques we have ever seen, like tub liners. The owner has dramatically raised the bar for day spas and designed a brand new shop with all new equipment. I totally recommend this day spa.

Love this place! My daughter and I have both gotten pedicures a few times now by them and we both have been really satisfied. Not to mention the ladies that work here are so sweet! The place is really clean too!

My first time visiting and Im from out of town, but 4 stars for being new, clean, and giving a good pedicure.

I didnt like the yelling at us from the back that our appointment moved to 11:30 -accent so heavy it wss just yelling. The girls barely do the foot and leg massage or cut cuticles -- lastly they make up reasons to charge more i.e take acrylic off, put acrylic on, french tip and I didnt have any acrylic.Wont be going back to that one

Service and professionalism are very good. Past experience at other salons the technician would speak in their language while performing your service… well not at this Day Spa…I love that! I appreciate that they are professional, very nice calming atmosphere and services are done with no interruptions.

I called to make an appointment and the lady was not friendly at all. I felt intimidated by her. It’s a shame because I really wanted to try out this salon. After reading the reviews and seeing how beautiful it looks. It’s bad business scaring people away.PLEASE FOR THE FUTURE AND THE GOOD OF YOUR COMPANY, BE FRIENDLY

My husband and I drive from Reno since we moved two years ago to get our hair cut. We also bring our grandson. We love Phuong. She does an amazing job and is very kind and accommodating.

The best, most affordable haircut Ive ever gotten. When I tried to tip Phuong for her amazing work, she said she wouldnt accept it because I was in school. Very kind staff :)

Con: Use the same foot scrub on every client. I asked them to replace the foot scrub and was told that it costs $2 therefore, instead of replacing the scrub, they just sanitize it.Pro: Easy to book appointments.If you want to minimize infections, please remember to bring your own tools. Otherwise, please avoid this place.
