Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I felt compelled to share my disappointing encounter here as a cautionary tale for potential customers.Upon entering the store, I immediately sensed an odd and off-putting vibe from the shop employee. It seemed as if he was irritated that I was there, which was quite disconcerting. Nevertheless, I navigated through the store and quickly found what I was looking for, all the while enduring this peculiar atmosphere.Wanting to finalize my purchase, I inquired about using tap to pay. Initially, the employee claimed they accepted tap payments, but then abruptly changed his mind. This inconsistency left me confused, and when I suggested retrieving my card from the car, he informed me that the store was about to close. It was only 8:25, and I couldnt understand why he seemed unwilling to complete the transaction, as there was plenty of time left until their supposed closing time of 8:30.This encounter has left me feeling utterly disrespected. It almost seemed as if the employee felt superior and didnt value my patronage. I cannot comprehend why someone working at a smoke shop, catering to smokers, would exhibit such disdain towards customers. Its absurd and off-putting.In conclusion, I strongly advise others to steer clear of this smoke shop. The negative experience I encountered, coupled with the complete lack of customer service, makes it evident that this establishment does not deserve anyones hard-earned money. Their unwelcoming environment and dubious treatment of customers are major red flags, resulting in a rating of F and one star.Save yourself the discomfort and frustration by shopping elsewhere. Ive always been an online shopper for my vape supplies, but then my mod died on me out of nowhere after a good year of use. I looked up local vape shops and decided to visit this one and the experience was great!The owner is a real cool guy and showed me all the equipment he had for sale, as well as the juices with discounts. Answered all my questions and gave me good recommendations. Left the shop as a happy customer and Im glad to have done business here.The prices are a bit steeper than buying online, which is normal for B&Ms. I liked the place so much that I might pop in again and buy some juice!

Ive experienced many different smoke shops and I truly believe that this one is different and much better than any one Ive been to! Had alot of products for Vaping. Cool local shopEdit 8-28-2019:I moved closer to this store and went in because I didnt want to drive allll the way to my normal one. Wow, they have really stepped it up here. More vape flavors then my normal store and replacement atomizers for just about any tank. The owner looked at my vape and spent 5 minutes finding my options for me and was really cool about it, he seemed genuinely happy to help me. Being that the service and quality were great, and its like a 3 minute walk from my new house.. this will be my new store, excellent work by the owner!Edit 1-28-2020:Store is still awesome. Wanted to mention that the owner is a super nice dude. If you bring your vape in he will gladly show you any product he has for it. I saw a racist rant from someone who was unhappy he wasnt open when they arrived. Ignore the bad reviews, and try it out for yourself. Best low key smoke spot in elk Grove. Im like agoraphobia so this place is the best, easy and to the point!

The best smoke and vape shop in Elk Grove. The best customer service, they take their time out to make sure you get the best products and also they have a lot of varieties of vape and vape juices. I haven’t seen that large variety of top brands of vape bars including puff bars I have tried many times that you can get here if none of the other shops have that in stock.

It only takes me one time to walk into a smoke shop and see that the man or woman behind the register has an attitude and I will never come back again so if you are looking to deal with people thats snappy then this is the right place.

Sad to say that today was my last visit to this vape shop. I’m a usual customer, but unfortunately this Place sold me a puff bar that was dated from 2018. Vape had no flavor at all. Tried to get an exchange or a deal on a second one, but to no avail. Be careful when purchasing pre-made vapes from this establishment they may sell you something that is no longer usable and you’ll be $13 dollars short. I’m sure they’re happy they got my money and it’ll be the last time they ever see it. 1 Star for bad customer service and bunk product.

Been coming here for about 8 years, a lot of choices of hookah flavors & smoking tobacco to rolling papers/wraps . Plenty of bongs and pipes too, everything you could want . The owner & other employee are always nice .

Place is stocked with lots of vape goodies and juices...probaly the widest selection around. The owner is friendly and has great customer service skills, BUT....Be careful, he will talk his customer service game..and have you feel like hes hooking you up but really its normal price, sometimes higher then most. And I feel like his tax button is a lill inflated....now hes got you feeling hooked up and all of a sudden your $10 item is $5 dollars more.....tax buddyStill a cool dude, enjoy stopping by from time to time. But just know your prices...and dont get taken.

This shop is amazing. i feel like Ive been wasting my money going to other vape places for my vape needs. These guys have the best selections on vape stuff! And they are pretty open to let you try their vape juices and they will help you in all aspects. Their prices are 20 - 30% less than other vape shops. And one thing I noticed is that they always have coupons on their website. If you can come and show the coupon, youll get a great discount. I love coming here!

Ive been going here for over 3 years. This is by far my favorite shop in elk grove sacramento area. Always has everything I need. Carries lots of tobacco, vape, hookah, and glass. Great customer service!! Inventory is incredible. I go to many many smoke shops and I cant count how many times I ask for things as simple as mug jugs or smoke pipes that they dont have. Cigeratte plus not only has those things plus hundreds and hundreds of other products but they have different kinds, colors, sizes, brands everything! And its always up to date.I now vape quite a bit and I cant tell you how the variety of flavors and brands of juice this shop has at a good price as compared to any other vape shop in sacramento. Great selection for vape products. very knowledgeable on vapes and vape mods. They were able to help me with a technical issue I was having we were able to figure out the problem and they set up my mod for me which was very nice of them. Will be returning for a future vape needs.

These guys have some really good vape juice and products, awesome people and very welcoming, they have good deals than other vape shops, first time I went there I bought a pipe for myself, and I got a good deal with that. But I stopped smoking and now Ive been vaping. Ive been to other vape shops, but this shop is more friendly, welcoming, and better prices.

This place is a rip off for vape juice. I purchased one bottle of Naked Hawaiian .POG, and this guy charged me $30+ tax.My hubby found it at our local vape shop for 2 bottles for $30+ tax. NEVER shopping here again!!!

Ive been coming here for a while now for everything Vape/E-Cig related. The employee working is always here to help me and can answer any question pertaining to the e-cig and vape culture. There is a lot of name brand e-cig juice available here, I am talking about the ones you see on social media. The great thing about these too is the prices. Other than a wide variety of e-cig juices, theres also plenty of name brand e-cig hardware at a reasonable price. Everything e-cig and tobacco related you can find here at this good location.
