Very helpful! As a novice vapor, Mike took the time to explain everything and allowed me to try multiple flavors while remaining patient through the process.

This is an awesome store. I have gone there twice so far and I dont think we are going to change anytime soon. They have great customer service, but not only that you can customize your juice, order online and pick-up in store. I ordered my products online and they had it ready in the 25 minutes it took me to drive to their store. I love this place.

Come here all the time. Great selection of premium juice as well as some of the best house blended juices around. The people here are down to earth, knowledgable, and just generally fun to be around without the snobbish attitude you can find at other vape stores in the area. Great place to come and just hang out and talk to guys who actually know what they are talking about when it comes to this stuff. Keep up the good work guys!

I stumbled across this Juice at a Trade Show in Ontario Ca. I tried a few samples and was really impressed with the flavor and quality. I work for a company that all love good e liquids and we do get many different flavors coming in our shop. So my workers are kinda spoiled and we do have access to just about any flavors we want.That being said; High Seas is the only juice line i go out of my way to order for myself. I highly recommend High Seas flavors. My favorites are Fairway, Bluenose and my workers love the Strapple Donut.

Knowledgeable staff, great prices (especially on Juul Pods) and awesome selection on juices. We easily spent an hour to an hour and a half looking around, asking questions and just talking. We will definitely be back!!

The juice is good, Ill give them that. The customer service though, the worst Ive seen from any shop Ive been to. They treat people like they are idiots. If you ask a question, be prepared to be met with sarcasm.Ive been there about 10 times and have experienced this treatment each time. Either directly or witnessed someone else being treated this way. The juice is good, only reason I go.

The store looks really nice and clean and has a great selection of juice flavors. The staff are well informed and helpful. They are also very receptive to requests for stuff they dont carry yet.

Staff is mostly helpful and friendly, but they are horrible at inventory. At this point, with two different kinds of coils, it is more common for them to be out-of-stock, it seems to take them forever to get stock in, and when they do, it is never enough to meet demand. They need to re-evaluate how they handle inventory and/or switch distributors. Either way, its a waste of a trip to shop there.EDIT (in lieu of being able to reply to a reply): Several other shops in the relative area dont seem to have this supply issue, and if its necessary to call for and/or order a product ahead-of-time, a customer might as well shop online, where there are typically better prices, anyway. Brick-and-mortar shops are really only around for the convenience of meeting a need immediately, and if that cant be expected, its simply easier to shop elsewhere.

Excellent vape shop. They have both pre-packaged juice, and they can also mix your favorite flavor combination.They can add just the amount of nicotine you want to your custom juice, and also add nicotine to brand juice.Excellent service. They know nothing about their hardware, and when i say nothing i mean zero, zilch, nada. But they dont readily admit to this fact and will still try and sell you whatever is on the shelf. They have some decent house juice, but its all over priced, if your considering stopping by this location make sure you know your stuff, as a professional vaper i can shop here safely as i know basically everything one needs to know about these products, if you are in anyway new to the industry steer clear!

Always happy to help no matter the situation. Sell top quality mods and etc. Probably the best store in the area. All the employees work hard so you have a good experience there. Honestly the only place to get coils that actually work. Keep up the great work guys.

I came in with many questions on vape juices and they were able to explain everything wonderfully. Very informative and kind. Plus CandyMan is a delish flavor especially if you like sweet juices! They are located next to Ledos pizza on the back end of the building! (:

I visited this place 2 week ago, I was looking for a e cig for my friends, as I was uknow with the ecigs guy here explained me every thing very well. Most amazing thing was the juices I bought I just choos my flavours and combinations and he prepared just in few minutes and very reasonable rates. UnfAtunatly I just bought juice and refused to buy ecigs still guy was very cool about it.

Bought a Vamo V5 from these guys along with other items needed for a mod totaling about $100. I figured I wouldnt need a receipt (when asked) because I figured the only guy behind the counter would either remember me/help me with any problems I had. Vamo started saying low ohms immediately after buying it, returned to the store 2 days later (having never actually been able to fire any atomizer on the device) and the guy behind the counter (the same one who sold me the stuff originally) told me there was nothing they could (since they had a 1.1 cutoff & the coils I had wrapped at the time were 1.1) and they wouldnt take the item back or exchange it for store credit (which I would have happily used on their juices). After messing around with the device I was able to get it to fire 1.4 ohm coils a couple times before saying low ohms again (Im guessing this V5 has a 1.3 ohms cutoff).All items are overpriced compared to most B&M stores in the area. The item prices that I compared to Vape Dojos (the closest store nearby for comparison) were always $1-2 more (batteries/mods/rdas/juices).Kahunas juice prices are more expensive than Vape Dojos and pricier per mL than most B&Ms in the area.Its a shame, I use to prefer shopping at this store instead of the other B&Ms in the area. After this horrible display of customer service, Ill never be back and make it a point to tell other people who vape to stay away from this store.If you want any degree of customer service Id suggest you shop at one of the other more reputable stores in the area. Ill bet there is a reason why these guys are no longer with Vape Dojo (Dojos already questionable bar of customer service would be in the ground if these guys were behind their counter).No I definitely dont work at Vape Dojo, I just want people (who are already paying more to buy in a B&M store) to actually get their moneys worth and get some degree of customer service alongside the higher prices.

Been by the shop numerous times, no one there knows me from adam. Not one time was I treated poorly, the help and the professionalism by the guys there are outstanding. Never was I asked to purchase anything I didnt need or want, and also I was taught the right way to use the setting on my kbox mini to ensure great taste. Keep up the great work.......

This place sucks, the customer service is trash, they dont know their products wven if they are using them, sold me a tank i couldnt even use on temp-control after specifically telling me it used stainless steel, but really they were kanthol. They wouldnr even give me a free coil for the one i roasted on temp control mode(the only option is a 2pack at $10). They are often lazy about tastes, not clearing out previous juices from the deck. Also the staff all seem quite arrogant with littlw knowledge to back it up. The reason the get 2 stars is because they have thw strapple donut, which i will be giving up because i just hate going to kahuna.

Great store with some great products and for the most part great employees. Id highly recommend all local vapors check this store out. Let there star employee Art build you some wicked coils.

Just picked up my crown 4 and coils. Always get treated great here and the prices are cheaper than mostly every other place I have been too. Highly recommend going here for everything you need

I was very lucky that this place was referred to me by vape store! The guys were VERY helpful to a new vapor and gave plenty of great info! I recommend them very highly!!!

I was going to Ledos when I saw a new store opened up. Upon entering there was some seating at tables and a bar area. I was quickly greeted by an employee, after a brief talk I took some time to look at what was in the displays. They have a variety of products and had many flavors to choose from like raspberry lemonade and caramel macchiato. I will be returning to pick up some stocking stuffers for the vapers on my list.

Its way more worth it to go to Towson Vaporium down route 40, which is not too far from kahuna. Kahuna has some terrible customer service, especially the big dude. Prepare for a $1 testing fee here rather than a 25 cent fee at Towson Vaporium. And Towson Vaporium has a bigger juice selection. No point in coming to kahuna

These guys are very helpful. They take their time with you and share their knowledge and expertise and to the vapor world. And the High Seas line tastes great and is very affordable !

They treat me very personal, I feel like Im a friend walking in. I almost always get deals offers and coupons. Its the only vape shop I go to.

My favorite vape shop with all the bells and whistles...so I dont use nicotine and dont smoke but I like vaping with valerian juice for insomnia and I have other issues that cause me to use this method for medicinal purposes...

Overall excellent experience, great store, great juice, and some of the best customer I have received at a vape store.I would definately recomend that you visit Kahuna Vape.

I tried this place 4 ago I Vaped for about a year they treated me real well they kept on lowering my nicotine in The Vape I finally quit smoking after 25 years
