Today, I received a wonderful Valentines Day massage from Oksana. She skillfully targeted my troubled areas and offered helpful relaxation guidance. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was impressed by the cleanliness of the location.

From the moment we stepped in this spa we felt we felt very welcomed. The front desk receptionist were amazing and provided very informative information. When we received the massages we felt like new people.

Love the Elmhurst Massage Envy! Casey has given me a facial twice in the last few months and she’s amazing!! The staff at this location are always knowledgeable and friendly. The location is also very clean. Perfect place to relax! Love the waiting area! So peaceful! They also have soooooo many products if you’re ever in need.

Wonderful experience at this location. Availability was phenomenal. The staff were all friendly and pleasant. The technician for the facial and masseuse were amazing. Just what I needed for a mental health day. Thank you for everything!

First, 4/5 only due to availability. That being said, thats because they are excellent here, however, it may be a few weeks out for you to book anything.■Friendly and knowledgeable staff, wonderful therapists who know what they are doing.■Recently remodeled, definitely like it better than what it was before.■If you are thinking about going here often (any ME location), its good to consider signing up for the membership.■They sell products and have member deals often enough.■Punctual, and they dont waste time.■Recommend you call or go in to talk to them/book an appointment INSTEAD of using the app. Something about the companys app is a bit off...

The Elmhurst location is wonderful. This is the only location that i had been to! It’s very clean but hard to get an appointment!!

I’ve been seeing Isabella regularly for facials for almost a year and my skin has never looked better! Isabella’s skillful techniques and attention to detail always leaves my skin feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. She creates a super calming atmosphere each session. Her expertise in skincare truly shows and my face is grateful! :)

First time visiting and had a massage with Oksana. She was so knowledgeable, absolutely amazing. Top notch.

I came in for a 60-minute massage. I had been sick a month prior and it was three weeks since I had any symptoms, but I decided to wear a mask anyway just to be safe.Everything went fine until I met the masseuse and we went back to the massage room. Before we entered she asked if I was wearing the mask because I was sick. I explained that it had been weeks since my last symptoms and I was just being cautious. She immediately told me they can’t give me a massage, and I need to get tested to find out if it’s Covid. After explaining my situation again she agreed to continue, so I went into the room and undressed and got on the table.I laid there for what felt like 10 minutes before she finally came back and told me that she changed her mind and would not give me a massage. I was not asked if I’d like to reschedule, or get a massage from someone else, or anything. I was simply told to get dressed and leave. As I walked out, neither the masseuse nor the receptionist said a single word to me.At no point during the booking or check-in process was there any indication that this was their policy. And since none of the employees were wearing masks themselves, I find it strange that they would lecture me on safety precautions when I was clearly doing everything I could, and was no longer sick anyway.All I wanted was some relief from my back pain and the very stressful week I was already having, but instead I was put through this embarrassing situation and my time was completely wasted. It was my first time visiting any Massage Envy and I assure it will be my last.

Had a facial with Casey. I told her I was there to relax and thats exactly what she helped me do! I have had a lot of facials where they educate the entire time and push product sales and she did not do that at all. I will definitely be back to see her!

I have had a membership with massage envy for 8 years. I brought my sister to treat her and neither of us had a great experience.I would caution you to book at this location. However, when we voiced our concerns, the management took it very seriously and took care of us in the end.

Terrible service. I bought my mother a gift card for Christmas. Had to rebook the appointment 3 different times. My mom finally got her massage 5 months later. The manager Tenille acknowledged that a former staff member messed up and won’t make it right. My mom ended up paying $110 when all she would’ve initially had to pay was the tip.The manager also wants us to bring the documents in order for them to process any sort of refund.Thanks for nothing!

I have been a member of massage envy for many many years and that was absolutely the absolute worst massage I’ve ever had in my life anywhere! She never asked at any time how I was doing, how the pressure was, if there was any other focus I needed. I asked her if she could increase it to medium pressure and she wasn’t able to. I felt like I just had a body rub. I definitely will be looking for another location as it’s impossible to get an appointment at your location also! I have enjoyed many great massages and facials at your location and this is the first time I have experienced a very unacceptable massage.

I always have a great experience here. The entire staff made it feel relaxing, easy, and enjoyable. My massage by Chrissy was amazing, shes great at working out knots.Edit June 2022: This month I tried a Microderm Facial with Valentina, and it was great!! My skin this morning felt so hydrated and soft, and my fine lines are definitely less noticeable. Ill definitely be using more of my membership credits for facials!

Mercedes is amazing!! It has been a year and I will be back to see her again and again. Bless your hands and thank you for your personality and professionalism.I trying to give this another month because I absolutely love my massage therapist. I’m disappointed with the membership policy. There’s no real flexibility. There’s never openings, you have to pay more to suspend life situations happen and you gain credits that you ultimately can’t use in the event that you need to cancel membership/card cancelled etc and you “lose those credits” in turn you just gave away money. You have to pay more to transfer already paid for credits to someone and you can only transfer one to the same person every 6 months. Why does it matter who I transfer my already paid for credits to and why must I pay more? That’s not ok! It’s pretty discouraging. Where’s the loyalty to the clients and client retention.

Vanda is a wonderful therapist. She provides a medicinal massage, at least that is what I call it. All my tight muscles are loosened, and relaxed. I dont feel sore afterward. She is amazing, lots of experience in knowing how to help the aching body. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Rodrigo’s attention to detail in customizing my massage needs is outstanding! My back was a mess and he worked it out targeting all the problems spots. It was probable the best massage I had in quite some time. Today I woke up like new. Thanks!

The quality, communication and professionalism is excellent!I have been getting massages for over 25 years and Gabby is the best massage therapist I have ever had. Her massage skills are amazing. She is thorough and takes her time in getting the right approach based on the client’s pain. Gabby is extremely kind and passionate about her work.Similarly, Bianca is one of the best aestheticians ever. She analyzes your skin thoroughly and makes the best recommendations for your skincare needs. She is very passionate and dedicated to her clients needs.The front desk team is very professional and accommodating.

I was a member of Massage Envy for 9 years and 11 months. Right before I hit 10 years with them, I decided to cancel my membership because you have to prebook your massages 30-45+ days ahead of time to actually get one. Because I decided to cancel and not pay my latest renewal fee, my account was frozen and I lost my massage credits.Management didnt care that I had been with them for so long, didnt care about the lack of availability... just didnt care and was not receptive to their own issues.In short, its not worth it, look elsewhere. They use to be a much better company.

The quality of massage you receive takes some trial and error because it’s a super subjective art. What’s right for you may not be how a therapist works, so be super communicative and give another a try and maybe you’ll find your match! Once you find who you like, book your appointments in advance! That’s how you’ll get the best experience. Good things come with time :)

Roma is an excellent masseuse, but it’s so hard to book with her. We have been a member for years but every time we try to reserve a spot with Roma, she’s not available until months!Your receptionist said that Massage Envy blocks great masseuses like Roma for new members - UNFAIR!

Oksana gave me a great massage! I require a pretty specialize massage and she touched all the points that bother me. Additionally she was very sweet and I enjoyed her company! Give her a try if you’re looking for a new therapist!

Rob has been treating me for about a year, and the results are truly amazing. He takes the time to listen to my concerns as well as taking into account what we worked on in previous sessions. He is both professional and personable, and my sessions with him have helped me achieve more in my workouts and feel better in my daily life.

I scheduled a massage for the first time here and confirmed date and time twice with the person by phone. Arrived a few minutes early only to be told the appointment was a month out. Of course it wasnt their fault. I dont recommend this place and will never use them

Not a fan. Called to book an appointment, because the web-sight was not working. I informed the person who I spoke with on the phone I would like the rapid tension relief and she said you should really do “the stretch” afterword for an additional $44.I then agreed, and when I showed up to the appointment all I received was “the stretch” and no massage. After my 30 min “stretch” I was told “that was it”. I mean what the heck, should probably change the name to stretch envy. Just sayin. “The stretch” was ok but not as what I expected at all.

Emma was super helpful in getting me set up with my Online Appointment with Vanda! Vanda was excellent and I say this after over 12 plus years of a Massage Envy Membership. This is the 3rd State Ive lived in and her massage was exceptional! I will be returning and I have already requested Vanda!!

I am a long time customer of Massage Envy, and I can say that their massage therapist’s are fantastic. There are too many of them for me to mention individually, but I have no reservations in recommending ME. The front desk personnel are wonderful, too.

I got a facial with Bianca and it was so relaxing! She is very knowledgeable, explaining to me what would work best with my skin to give me the best experience possible. I will definitely be going back to her!!

I have been visiting Massage Envy for several years and the overall experience has always been professional and inviting. I receive facials with Bianca and she is the best. She knows her job and performs it to the highest level. Bianca is always concerned about my skin and how I am feeling regarding my service. I just love Bianca and if she ever left Massage Envy I would too.

The only reason I keep coming to this establishment is because of my massage therapist Andy. He by far out weighs the rest of the competition. Been coming to this location for almost a decade. Have had several good therapists but nothing like Andy. Problem is its hard to book regular appointments with him. His regular customers should have priority over first time clients. Its like any other professional health and wellness center regulars should always take priority. We are the bread and butter of any establishment. Resent being offered another therapist its like asking someone to see a different Doctor. Lastly massage envy has taken away all extra perks. No more birthday enhancements nor for completing a Survey. What next bring your own massage oil..

The location could use later hours for clients that work. Twice I’ve had cancellations from my therapist and no offer of a substitution. Then trying to make appointments and none are available and you have to book 2 months out. The door says “walk ins welcome”. Really? How about loyal clients trying to get an appointment?

Rodrigo performed an excellent massage. I was looking for a full body massage to give me relaxation and relief from stress. He was polite and asked me if I had questions at the beginning and end of the massage. He was very professional. Thank you.

I am a well established client of Andy. I exclusively see Andy for my monthly 90 minute massage. He is highly professional and extremely proficient in high quality massages. Unfortunately I have difficulty booking my monthly appointment. His availability has significantly changed.

Ok this is my location, I love the staff, my massage therapist is phenomenal! I’d say who she is but she’s already super booked and I need to be able to get in 🥰*** my estie is phenomenal too! My skin hasn’t looked this good in a while!! Grateful for this location and the wonderful people work there.

I can’t say enough good things about everyone who works there. Ausra is absolutely fantastic as my massage therapist which is why she has been for the last 7+ years. Go here you’ll never regret it.

Valentina was terrific! She was thorough and gentle during the extraction portion of the treatment. She also recommended products for my specific issues.

My appointment was made for Friday at 6pm for a 60 min intro massage. I had a gift card. Pressure to get a membership right away. I explained I am a single mom with a gift card and just planned to come in once. They made a note not to pressure me with sales when I came in.They called 2 days before to confirm my apt but they said it was for Friday at 12pm...which doesnt work because I work full time. They apologized and rescheduled and offered me a free upgrade.When I arrived for my appointment, I fill out the forms to say what I wanted worked on (areas of the body). I also added i wanted medium pressure. I selected the foot scrub upgrade....I was then pressured to add a second upgrade using what looked like a massage dremmel. I declined and she tried it on me to try to entice me still. Again, I declined.My massage was a glorified lotion application in my opinion. The areas I specified needed more work got little or no attention. It was very rushed and a lot of sheet tucking and moving around.Disappointed with my experience and expressed how I dont know how anyone could pay $115 for a 50 min lotion application. They lady at the front couldnt care less and just asked for payment and said I was all set.

I have had the best experiences at Massage Envy. The staff is professional and my masseuse Vanda is one of the best I’ve ever had. I am a loyal client of hers.My daughter and I have had excellent facials there as well. I am extremely satisfied with this business.

5Oksana is always friendly, professional and I always feel so much better after my massage. I feel so relaxed when she finishes. Oksana makes me feel like so relaxed that I could sleep the rest of the day. She very knowledgeable regarding the body and gives good advice.

I honestly think Massage Envy is a scam. They never seem to have appointments available except at obscure times and its impossible to use all the credits if you get behind like I did during COVID. I cant even use the facial service as the skin care products they use always make me break out. When I have had massages some are good some not so good. The staff at the Elmhurst location are friendly is about all I can say.

Andy is a truly an amazing 5-Star therapist! Although I should probably keep that to myself since it seems like current protocols have impacted availability (hence the 4 star rating). Prepandemic I was able to get in for a regular or sudden-need session within 48-72 hours. I have been frustrated at now having to wait several weeks. Hope things get back to normal soon!

Honestly, it was at the end of the day, the therapist was older woman to begin with hence probably why the quality of the massage was very bad. However, this person either needs to decrease amount of people she massages to avoid burn out at the end of the day or she needs to retire ...or needs to go back to school and be re-taught on how to properly massage and drape correctly as well as provide appropriate customer service. This lady pretty much scolded me to relax.. that is not my job as the client, the therapist is suppose provide relaxation. She also failed to communicate to me about the extra charges of kinesiology tape and the rapid tension relief. Which pretty much was a massage gun she put on me full blast w/o warming up the tissue 😒. I am currently in massage school and almost done in the program.. it felt as if I was being massaged by a new student on their first day of massage class. I walked out feeling more stressed than when I walked in.. This was not $100 worth of a massage. Id like to be refunded at least half my money.

I had a session with Rodrigo and he was AMAZING! I have had hip issues for years and they have been flaring up over the last many months and I have been in constant pain for a long time. I had one session with him and I feel like a new person! Almost all my hip pain is gone! I personally don’t care about getting a “relaxing” massage because I am more concerned about working out long standing issues with my muscles that I can’t take care of through stretching and he gave me the perfect therapeutic massage that helped my leg and hip more than anything else I have done in months. He really listened to my concerns and focused on the areas that I told him needed extra work. He also took some extra time to show me a few stretches to help me keep everything loose. I am so grateful I found him and I would definitely recommend him and Massage Envy!

Overton is always extremely professional and knowledgeable. This past year has been very challenging and I have only had a massage 2 times due to the pandemic, so I need some serious work to say the least. However, after a session with Overton I always leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. He is amazing and is a huge part in why I am a returning costumer over the years.

My first time experiencing a massage and it was great. I initially visited because I was gifted a Gift card and did not know to expect. It exceeded my expectation now Im hooked and signed up for the monthly plan

Lea is very unprofessional! My fiance surprised me with a massage for Mothers Day, he called to schedule an appoint spoke with TK who did not tell him about the Mothers Day special that was offered at that time. When I called the following Monday to ask why he was not informed about the special, it would only make sense to purchase that special if he wouldve been informed, Lea, who is the clinic manager was not helpful & stated TK did not do anything wrong & it was different ways dthat we couldve seen what special was offered at that time. This was our first & last time going to Massage Envy.Thumbs down on their customer service

Best quality and a great membership program! I’ve been to several locations around the Chicagoland area, and they have professional and competent front desk staff too. None of the therapists I’ve seen have been pushy about add-ons.

I love my monthly massage that I get due to my lower back arthritis. This location takes all precautions for a healthy and safe experience. Oksana and Mindy are wonderful massage therapists.

Lupe is so friendly!!! She has always made me feel comfortable since the first day I met her. The staff at the desk are always super warm and welcoming too!!

After numerous texts and phone calls about arriving early and being on time I was disappointed to see the therapist walk in while I waited in the lobby at my appt time. The massage then began 15 minutes late and the 90 minute massage was only 75 minutes and had a hefty price tag.

Gabi was amazing. Probably the best massage I have ever had. The young ladies in the reception area were also very kind and helpful. I used to go to the massage envy in river forest but I will not be returning to rivers forest. I’ll always go to the Elmhurst location. Many thanks

Always look forward to my massages with Lupe❤️ Occasionally I have a foot scrub & CBD enhancement which are wonderful. Lupe is so nice, gives a great massage and the time goes by too fast!

I really like the revive lotion rub and youre out of it at this appointment it seems to be very hard to get an appointment for a massage and sometimes I leave my name so in case somebody cancels they will call me but I have had few people call me that say there was a cancellation Im just wondering if you can work on that because I would like to get in more massages than just once a month thank you I really think nice soft music would be nice playing in the room and making the room a little more comfortable to get undressed other than that your therapists are wonderful

I love Massage Envy Elmhurst!! I have been a monthly subscription client for years! Overton is the absolute best massage therapist in the world!! He’s always attentive to those problem areas and he ask questions so he can better help you with any problem areas or concerns. Since Bianca has been doing my facials, I get so many compliments on my skin, how young I look too! I don’t need to wear makeup anymore.The hostesses are always so friendly & helpful. Tikisha makes the massage envy experience so pleasurable when you walk in the door and she greets you with her smile and kindness!!Overall, I highly recommend The Elmhurst Massage Envy to everyone!!

I had scheduled an appointment for my husbands business partner. Massage Envy call 1.5 hours before his scheduled appointment and said that the therapist was sick. Did not offer any alternatives or compassion. When I called to speak to someone (ended up speaking to Melissa) she said a manger would call me. That the manager was on break. I asked what time the manager would be back she stated “I don’t have any idea of when.” When I asked Melissa for a corporate number. She told me I could go on the web site and find it. I personally use the massage envy in south Naperville and have never received such disrespect. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I feel bad for the therapist who count on the front end!

Best. I love massage envy. Andy is a true professional . He helped me with my migraine issues. He was so kind. Probably one of the best professional massages I ever had.

My first full body massage, I purchased a membership. The personnel at the Elmhurst location were extremely nice and very professional and on top of that the place looks clean. My masseuse has hands of a god!

Auresa is a super massage therapist who genuinely knows her stuff. I have been going to her for quite a while and definitely will continue.

WORST facial ever!!! Made my sister feel bad about her acne and made her cry. You are there to provide a service not make the customer who is PAYING you to provide the service feel embarrassed and ashamed of her skin. Making noises while looking at her skin and not catching on the fact that she obviously felt uncomfortable. She left in tears and asked for the facial to be stopped because of how bad she made her feel about her skin. You guys should be embarrassed for employing such a terrible employee who makes clients feel bad and walk out crying. I had a facial there myself a few years back and for the same treatment about my skin. If you cannot keep your rude comments to yourself you should not be providing the service of facials. Have you guys ever heard the saying “if you have nothing nice to say. Don’t say it at all” Practice it please before you make another client cry. WILL NEVER BE BACK AND DEFIANTLY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!!! Disgusting service. I never write reviews but felt it necessary for people to see how horrible the experience was especially for the price. Save your money and go somewhere else! If I could give no stars I would but it doesn’t allow to post without adding a star.

My masseuse is the best Ive ever had! She takes the time to listen to what I need and she can tell whay needs more work. Very clean room and they have heated beds. Front desk is always friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond!

Gabby has magic fingers! I have a monthly membership and have been with Gabby for about four years. She knows which areas need regular attention and if I’ve got a new ache or pain she easily transitions to treating that area. Treat yourself and get the 90 minutes. Well worth it!

I cancelled my membership June 12. I was told it had to be 30 days before the next billing cycle. On July 22 I went into my bank account and found that they had charged my account $65. When I called they said they couldnt find the paper work that substantiated my cancellation. I would have to wait until a manager could access the file. Because I couldnt verify it today it will go through the bank. Be sure you take a picture of your cancellation. They are not reputable.

I have been a long time member of Bloomingdales franchise-- but started to have a hard time getting appointments. I started seeing Andy at your location. Hes the best, but now Im having the same trouble, more than a month for an appointment in the evening. Frustrating.

Massage is great. Not giving 5 starts cause they never have bookings open till months in advance, was told some things and they never happened. I can’t even cancel my membership

Everything cosmetic needs to be updated including bathrooms. Chairs need to be accommodating to people with leg problems. Higher and with arms. Form follows function when designing. If you can put up with torn furniture, don’t let that stop you from going to 3 people that are outstanding masseuses. Gabriella, Chrissy and Oksana.

I have had several massage therapists at this location and they have all been great! Whenever I feel a migraine coming on I come in for a massage and it makes me feel sooo much better. Without them I would be hiding in bed for days until the pain subsided.

Andy is the best he studies your areas of concentration and applies techniques to achieve your goal whether it’s relaxation or pain management. I’ve never had a massage therapist that can apply just enough pressure to relax you and control your pain at the same time.

Oksana is an amazing massage therapist. Always thorough in her assessment of your concerns and problem areas.

Osama was very professional and listened to my concerns about some pain in my neck and shoulder. She worked really hard to ease the pain. Great job!

Place is great, been a member for years. I usually get deep tissue, they have some great therapists for that! Rodrigo and Overton are my favorite!

My husband signed up for their membership after being told it was a 30 day free trial which he could cancel anytime. That same day he called and spoke to a woman who said it was ok to cancel and she would email cancellation forms and to send back, which he sent back. We never heard anything further until looking at bank statements yesterday and have charged us for the last 2 months! He called the Elmhurst location and was told a manager will call him Thursday. Why would it take 2 days for someone to call him back? I’m guessing so they could charge us again for another month. Now have to contact the bank to file fraud on card

Oksana is the BEST!!! Anyone who has fibromyalgia who really needs an AWESOME message needs Oksana. I havent felt this good in years. Thank God for Oksana.

Since under new management they couldnt get my past massages correct. As a customer of more than 5 years I felt disrespected enough to end my membership.

Ive been a member here for years and Ive seen many different therapists but have my main two.I will always suggest massage over other therapies for many different treatments and this place is great.

Crappy place, my husband left his ring in the room and they wouldnt let him get it. Made him wait over an hour since they had a client in the room. They could have just sent one of the employees in to get it. I will never go there again and make sure no one I know goes either.

I must recommend Marie! She is so experienced and amazing at what she does. She did an amazing job of helping my neck.

Signed up for a couples massage but was short one so they offered a full body massage instead.
