I went in today The manager Dean i believe ? gave me a few drops of cbd instantly relaxed and smiled then another gentlemen sorry im not gokd with names lol but man the two men helped me so much and gave me lots of info ive been having such anxiety cause im scared of getting my covid shots and gave great info i have bought a Vaper and great CBD JUICE and lollipops ! man i came out feeling like wow happy super relaxed im not from the area i came all the way from cicero this will be my shop to go ,,,

Dean was awesome. Helped set me up with really nice old school box mod, recommended me an awesome juice flavor, and even ended up throwing in some batteries for me. Great service and really cool place!

I just have to say that the employees at iVape Bar are absolutely phenomenal and they treat you like your family, the owner goes beyond words and his knowledge of the industrial has truly been an asset in helping me continue my quest to live a healthier lifestyle free from those cancer sticks. It has been a while since I have been there last time due to my health but I will always highly recommend everyone checking them out because they are great in helping you quit smoking and they have the knowledge and gear to keep a veteran vapor like myself going strong. There are a lot of different shops around my town but by far they go up and beyond my expectations, they take the time to get to know their customers and they truly do care about you. They also have really good gear and very competitive prices, they constantly listen to the Feedback of their customers and they are continually evolving to meet the needs of the community. As soon as Im feeling better, I am looking forward to catching up there and once again I highly recommend everyone taking the time to check them out. iVape Bar has set the standards for Customer Service in my humble opinion and they definitely take care of their customers like their family.

This place is one of the most reasonable down to earth shops Ive been too. Bought a few mods, tanks, and plenty of juice from them. Always helping the customers out.Glad they changed there hours to stay open later for all of us people who have later shifts.Dean and Chris are very knowledgeable when it comes to the stuff they sell. Even the newer faces Ive seen there lately are also good!This is my go to place when it comes to vape supply and juices.

Awesome place for a first-timer. I was completely clueless about anything vaping and Im sure they noticed that. The owner and staff made me feel super comfortable. They are very genuine. They also allowed me to try pretty much any flavor I want. I ended up getting two e-juices that I love very much. All the purchases I made were without regret and I plan on coming back for more. For anyone interested in vaping, they should most definitely stop by this store. I highly recommend this shop.

Joey and the owner are both exceptional! Theyre both extremely friendly and knowledgeable of products which is rare. The quality of coils are good. Juice prices are very very reasonable. Customer reward system is fair also!

This store is great, just outside of cook country automatically means its cheaper than a lot of other places. Great selection of EVERYTHING vape related, plenty of flavors to sample, and very helpful staff and owner. Real nice people, and always happy to make a sugfestion, deal, or give a discount! Ive been here more than a few times, and I dont plan on stopping anytime soon!

Went in needing a new vape today and the service was absolutely amazing! The workers are very knowledgeable and also personable ♡ I cant remember her name but she has beautiful blue hair and an awesome glitter face mask and she knew her stuff! Super happy with my purchase today and will be back to buy this dragon fruit juice she put in my vaporesso I bought! Always have loved this shop!

DEAN WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! very Superior customer service! He took his time and explained EVERYTHING! Extremely informative, and patient with any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend this place! I will never go to any other vape shop after the Experience I had with Dean, absolutely amazing. The best customer service I received in a really long time. He’s literally an expert when it come to Cbd and a lot of other products he has in the store. He also has a vape bar where u can try different flavors of nicotine which was great! It helped me decide which flavor to get my bf. The store closed at 8 however my friend and I didn’t leave the store until 819. Just said that to show how he didn’t rush us out at 8 o’clock he still took his time to help us! Love this place I’d give 100 stars if I could! THANKS SOOOO MUCH DEAN!

The woman who took care of me was really nice and very knowledgeable about the products. The cost of the disposable vape I purchased had gone down since I last bought it. She said that the cost went down for them and they passed the savings on to the customer.

As soon as I walked in I got greeted and by a welcoming gentlemen called gustav he explain to me the differences between strengths and vaping devices and helped me pick my first ecig definetely recommend and will be back!!

Great customer service, very knowledgable and the juices are high quality! They found me a replacement atomizer, that was interchangeable with the tank I was using from another brand in the resistance I needed. They actually did some research for me while I went back to work, I came back and they showed me the atomizer compared it to mine and sure enough it worked marvelously! Thanks Guys! (previously I could only find replacements online)

The owner, Dean is an awesome guy! He has a remarkable knowledge of all things vape. His store has anything you think of, from beginners to the vets; hell have what you need for the best vaping experience! Ive smoked 1/2 - a full pack of cigarettes a day for 17 years but thanks to Dean Im down to 3 cigarettes a day and in the process of weaning onto only vaping. They also have a huge variety of flavored e-juices.. I highly recommend this place,, A+++

First of all, Dean and Chris are awesome, Ive been to the ivape bar a couple times already since my friend took me there, I just started vaping two weeks ago to quit smoking, my most recent visit was yesterday evening, it was 7:56pm mind you they close at 8pm, just wanted to run in and grab a bottle of vape juice before they closed (yeah, I felt like a jerk showing up that late) I brought my cousin with because he just started vaping also, we were immediately welcomed in by dean and chris, dean said youre just in time to try our new flavors so we started trying a bunch of them, I would suggest the eye candy sugar dust vape juice, AWESOME! Anyways my cousin asked a few basic questions and the guys happily answered each and every one and explained everything so we would understand (were new to vape) we learned quite a bit and weve got a better understanding of the different types of coils, tanks and juices, it was great, my cousin couldnt choose what type coil to use so the guys set him up with a few different coils so he can try them and see which best suit him, these guys went out of their way for us and we greatly appreciate it.I recommend the ivape bar to anyone, especially people who are new to vaping, and to the vape veterans its a great place to go, you start talking to dean and Chris and you get so comfortable it seems as if youve known them for years, its a great atmosphere there and they really are all about the customer, not like a couple other places Ive walked into that seem like buy something and goThey have a wide selection of flavors, something for everyone, and if you cant choose let the guys know what you like and theyll point you in the right direction, its like they know you alreadyDont get me started on the selection of mod boxes and tanks this review will never end, if youre ever in elmhurst stop by the ivape bar, I guarantee youll be back.I know Im missing a lot more to add in this review but its already really long lolThank you guys and sorry for coming in last minute

I thought this was an amazing place. They cant keep track of their own stock and blame customers for stealing. I lost money on rewards and was humiliated by being told to leave in the middle of a purchase. With no proof and no explanation! Such a shame.
