I spent my birthday at Spavia in Elmhurst, and it was an amazing experience! I indulged in the Rejuvenate Package, and it was truly a treat. Elizabeth did a fantastic job with my facial—her attention to detail and soothing technique left my skin glowing and refreshed. ChiChi took care of my massage and body wrap, and she was incredible. Her skills provided a perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic relief. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, creating a serene atmosphere that made my birthday extra special. I went and got the hot stone massage and it was life changing! John was the masseuse and he was phenomenal, the whole experience was heavenly! I feel like a different person, so relaxed and no more back and hip pain! I feel so refreshed and like a whole new person.

I did a message today...the room temperature was really cold, the blanket the same and the girl giving the message had freezing cold hands. Instead of relaxing message I had 1,5 hours chivering freeze from the cold. The ambient was nice and clean , thats about it.

My husband booked a couples massage here as a surprise for me on our honeymoon. They were so kind and accommodating towards us! They went to the extent of keeping it a surprise for me, as well as making a sweet gift bag full of goodies for my husband and I! The masseuses were great at targeting any tough areas we had. My masseuse even gave me tips as to how to loosen up my jaw and how to correct the tightness in my hips. 10/10 recommend! I promise you will not regret it.

The environment and massage were excellent. However my last experience was bad because I couldn’t make the appt so I called to cancel for personal reason so i rescheduled. Then when i went to my visit in my understanding i still have one visit paid from my membership but i found out that they charged me the full amount of a regular visit to pay the cancellation fees so i have to pay again for that visit. I cancel my membership and never went back.

I have been a member at Spavia for the last 6 months and I can truly say it is the best spa experience I have ever had. The staff are extremely accommodating and answer any questions you have/provide great recommendations. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and soothing and lots of nice, thoughtful details for clients. The monthly membership is such a good deal, you get one treatment per month of your choosing and then can also get discounts on additional treatments and products. I had the most amazing facial with Sabrina, it was relaxing and left my skin so soft, clear and glowing! Sarah is a wonderful massage therapist and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I always look forward to my monthly treatments and cannot say enough good things about this place :)

Received their Signature 60 minute massage today. It was one of the best massages I have experienced, so much so I am considering a membership. My masseuse was Vonshae and would highly recommend her. Their waiting room and amenities are great and provide a very relaxing environment.

I made a reservation for a couples massage for our wedding anniversary. When we got there, there was no one at the front desk to help us. We waited a while. I even knocked on the wooden door three times, to see if someone came out to help us and nothing.Someone eventually walked out (receptionist) and told us that my husbands forms were not submitted. I had done that hours before at home (it was a surprise and I told him the morning of), before leaving for the appointment. My husband had to refill the forms. No biggie, but we got there early purposely. I told the receptionist I needed to use the restroom. It was almost start time for our massage and we were still at the front desk. Again, I got there early for that reason. The receptionist asked us if we wanted a robe and sandals and a locker. But I thought that was already included because the online forms asked for our shoe size. Redundant work if you ask me. I had to reiterate that I had to use the restroom. So the receptionist, finally walked me in to the locker room/bathroom. My husbands masseuse lady (Hali) was good, she even gave him some tips after the massage His review - felt relaxed afterwards. My massage on the other hand was NOT relaxing at all. There were a couple of times when the masseuse guy hurt me. And I did let him know. His massaging techniques were not good, I didnt feel relaxed. I felt bruised up afterwards. When it was time to face up, my husbands masseuse even got a towel to cover his eyes while facing up. I, on the other hand, had the light in my eyes and I had to ask my masseuse to do the same for me and give me a towel. Maybe I went on a bad day or the massage guy that took care of me was new. But unfortunately, I wouldnt go back.

Massage therapist, John, was great! I am ticklish, but he knew exactly how much pressure to use to minimize this response and allowed me to enjoy my Massage.

This place is absolutely wonderful. First visit, and I had a deep tissue massage by Sarah. She helped my muscle tension so much, Ill definitely be returning in the future.

Went for a girls spa day with my Bestie! We were treated to robes,spa shoes, Herbal teas bubbling fountains and beautiful sounds. We got Wonderful amazing massages 90 minutes of much needed deep tissue work! Be careful kids they arent kidding around, theyre gonna get in there and work those knotted muscles. I believe the ladies that did our service were Anna &LaToya....Great ambiance Great service Great massage girls! Ill be back!

I had a wonderful experience with Rena for a facial! She really cared about what was going on with my skin and left me feeling so pampered and relaxed. Definitely a luxurious experience. I love that you can request everything from the music playing to whether you’d like to chit-chat during your appointment (my job involves lots of talking, so it’s nice to have some peace during treatments). I’m excited to try more services here and revisit with Rena!

From the moment you enter until you walk back out the doors, this is an absolutely amazing spa experience. Mayra, my masseuse, has been thorough, intuitive, kind, and healing. Krystle, who runs the show at the front of the spa, is also absolutely amazing. Beautiful environment, amazing and calming vibes. We just moved from Chicago to the burbs and I didnt expert to get a comparable spa experience out here - I swear to you, its better. Book Mayra.

First time going. I got a gift card and after couples months finally decided to make the appointment. I book a same day appointment. And that was a plus they have same day. I had the 60min massage essential because it was the only one they available for the same day. My therapist was Mayra and I love it. I did the forms online but anyways arrived 10 minutes early. The receptionist took me straight inside to a room where it was so cozy and relaxing. And some refreshments. My therapist came for me right on time. Well the important part. Mayra asked me everything I was looking for. She focus on the areas I really needed it. The perfect pressure I needed. I suffer from a lot of pain so she was great helping me. She gave me a lot of recommendations to help ease my pain but at the same time, let me relax and enjoy (kind of because of my pain) the massage. Im coming back fo sure. I read a lot of comments that is over price. And if Im honest it is. But if youre looking for a relaxing hight atmosphere and relax and enjoy after the massage all the refreshments and many things in the restrooms they have for you. This is the place. Mayra was awesome and I love the massage. My body is so relax right now.

Me and my friend had a great spa experience here! We usually go to larger spas in downtown Chicago for our annual spa weekend. This year we stayed a little outside of downtown and found this cute spa. All of the services were wonderful! Staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. We were welcomed with plush robes and placed in a quiet room (relaxing sounds, hot tea, warm neck pillows just a very welcoming environment.) We also had the spa lunch and it was very nice. This spa is smaller and more modest than our usual spa experiences, but we loved it! Was nice to change our spa routine this year with Spavia!!!!

I was lucky to experience a signature facial with Nicole today. She was lovely to talk with, and she helped me create a skin care routine for my skin type. Thank you, Nicole, for giving this toddler mom some much needed self care.

Great membership prices! The service was great! Setting the atmosphere to a relaxing mood made me instantly de-stress. I would definitely go back once in a while. I took my mom, best friend and my husband here and they all loved it as well!

Love this place already. Entering the Spa you right the way feel spoiled and relaxed. Very clean, very updated, very welcoming.I was looking for an eyelash extensions specialist for a very long time and I found the best, Suzy. She did an amazing job, got the classic ones, they look so natural due to the great skills of applying them &also of the high quality lashes they use. It definitely worth to invest in having them done since these days you only can see people’s eyes because of the masks we wear all the time. Being a new mom and no time to apply makeup every day having lash extensions is a great idea, I look more put together. 😊.Looking forward to try other services there.

My best friend and I had an amazing experience. The moment we walked in we were instantly at ease. They have such fun products they sell when you first walk in; from skin/self care to cute little home decor. The spa is beautiful, calming, and clean. Our estheticians performed amazing facials that left us feeling refreshed and brand new. You then get to relax with a cup of tea and warm neck pillow in their womens retreat room afterwards. I mean, we were so relaxed that it truly felt like a little retreat. We ended up getting memberships because of how great the whole experience was. We cant wait to come for monthly facials now. Im so happy we found Spavia!

I just had a signature massage with Vinshae; it was spectacular! As good, or better, than I’ve had at much more expensive spas. I highly recommend. The day spa is a quiet, lovely space.

The spa, atmosphere and staff are really nice, but I left with my skin in worse condition than what I came in with. When I first left the facial and looked in the mirror, I had a lot of redness and it looked similar to a rash. I hoped my skin would go back to normal by the next morning, but I now have red marks all over my chin from, Im assuming, the estheticians nails from the extraction part of the facial. It looks like I have popped blood vessels in my chin. I really hope these marks do not turn into scars. My skin is also super dry now, even in places that have never been dry before. It is so flaky I need to use Aquaphor multiple times a day otherwise it looks like my skin is peeling. I have never had any of this happen from a facial before.

What an awesome little spot. A tiny little spa not to be missed. I felt like I was the only person there. It was so quiet and zen-like. Tons of great products up in front to peruse after your treatment. Services were on time and lovely. With SO many spa options to choose from in this town, give it a try!

This spa is very fancy, they give you a rob and scandals when you get there. The retreat room was very relaxing with heated neck pillows. My massage therapist was Eduard he was very good AND I recommend you get him for your deep tissue massage. I Wwish he would have let me lay in the massage room for 10 minutes after the massage because getting up to fast Sterling his deep tissue massage made me dizzy but not the bad kind it like the kind of dizziness when you get up to fast from a good nap. But other then that I give this place a 10 of 10.

As a man, going to this spa was utterly a trash experience. Nobody informed me I shouldve been extra early to my appointment, I was on time and they said I was late. Then proceeded to give attitude to me, and the massage wasnt even that good... Still felt tense afterward. Is this what we pay for in America nowadays? Maybe this stuff is for chicks only. Dissatisfied.

I just came back from a massage and it was wonderful. Gogo knew what she was doing. She knew that I work a desk job just by feeling my muscles. I loved the atmosphere and the recommendations they give at the end. Definitely interested in a membership

They sent my friends and I all emails asking us questions that we all had to complete prior to the visit. One of the questions asking if we were pregnant or not. I put in yes. I am the start of my 4th month. When I got there the massage therapist didnt know I was pregnant til I told her and shocked me by telling me that they do not do anyone less than 20weeks pregnant. If someone called me or informed me this information prior to my appointment I would have changed my appointment to a facial. I talked to this male that made no effort to try to come up with a second option. He didnt want to help til my friends came up with ideas for 4times to be on a chair and get just my upper part done. The massage therapist was so sweet but that male “the manager” was no help at all actually I would have gave this score a 0 but the massage therapist was so sweet and the people there was sweet except for the rude male that didn’t want to help at all.

My wife and I had a couples massage. Both message therapists were great. I had Vonshea and my wife had Gogo. We will be going back next month! Thank you

Inconsiderate of time and unprepared.I wanted to enjoy Spavia but unfortunately had to wait 25+ minutes after my appointment start time... I ended up having to walk out due to other obligations I had that day. Nobody informed me there was a technical issue with one of the equipment until I was walking out, and said I would have to wait longer if I wanted to stay... Just a heads up for ladies who are on a tight schedule.

My sister recommended this place for massages and she didnt steer me wrong. I highly recommend you book, Gogo, if you want an amazing deep tissue massage. They offer membership packages that are of great value if you frequent the spa.

Really over priced for a place that isn’t that great...I guess just because it’s Elmhurst. The massage room was very cold and the massage itself wasn’t great. I feel like I’ve gotten better at those mall kiosks. The whole thing was rushed like they couldn’t wait to get us out. I left feeling extremely unimpressed. I wouldn’t waste the money to be honest. You can find better elsewhere for an even better price.

Love this place. Joined as a founding member because doc said regular massage necessary. It’s beautiful, relaxing and they have a wonderful variety of massage. Owner West is awesome too.

Incredibly overpriced, I paid like hundreds for a classic lash extension. And the management treats workers like garbage, saw it with my own eyes today. Very disappointing and will not be coming back!!!

Easy to find, and free close by parking. The spa itself has a nice ambience. It very relaxing and the workers there have been professional and welcoming.
