The staff is amazing! They make you feel at home. It is meticulously clean and well-organized. These are true professionals...I had a Mani Pedi with Corrina and my friend had a facial and loved it!

This was my first visit to Beau Visage. I’ve visited other spas in the past and have had a wide range of spa experiences because of that. My massage by Anoinette was really good and I enjoyed my facial as well. There’s a bit of a “corporate” feel at this spa but I actually liked that because it was efficient and my services were on time.I would have given five stars if not for the following:1. I booked my series of appointments online starting at a specific time, and when I followed up over the phone a couple days later they confirmed on the call as well as over email my arrival time. Somewhere along the way, they changed the time of my services but never notified me. I only found out when they called to get my lunch order and I mentioned that I’d see them at X time and I was told to come at a different time. I looked at my original booking email as well as the reminder email I received 48 hours ahead of my spa day and could see the time had been changed.2. My nail technician said some racist things regarding Asian owned nail salons, how their quality was poor, and also told me that clients like coming to Beau Visage because the employees speak English. Interestingly, the mani/pedi I received from her was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My cuticles are uneven and poorly trimmed, the polish is spotty, and less than 24 hours later it’s already starting to lift from my nails. For this reason, I will not return to this location for nail services again and will continue to visit my local, Asian owned salon.

A highlight to this holiday season was being able to redeem a gift card to have a 90-min Ultimate Massage with Emily. Hot stone massage was heavenly with aromatherapy scent of choice; foot scrub and scalp massage was included and added to the relaxation. What a lovely experience to relieve the tension in this tired mom’s body. The spa is lovely, not too big and not overly luxurious like some I’ve been to that are frankly intimidating. Staff are kind and Emily, my massage therapist was friendly, professional and very skilled.

I went to a 90 minute massage and facial today… both were amazing!!! The facility was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend coming here to indulge in some relaxing self care 🫶🏻

Im not sure why Ive never reviewed Lizanne, but her facials are top-notch. I think she just took 10 years off my face. Definitely worth the trip.

My dad always gets my mom, sister, cousin and I, the ultimate spa day every year for Christmas. It is always amazing. Staff are friendly and professional. We tend to change and upgrade our appointment and they are always accommodating.

I’ve been going to Beau Visage on Holly for over 30 years. I’ve tried a few other places but always come back to them for massages and facials. Love the atmosphere, the service, the people and the experience. My husband loves the massages as well. It’s always a treat!

I’ve gone here since I was in high school (long time). I mix it up and do a variety of services now. I bought a massage package when I was pregnant with both kiddos and now I come here for waxing and facials. Every esthetician I’ve met has been fabulous and friendly. They offer products if you need some recommendations but aren’t pushy about it. The front desk staff is lovely and polite. I always recommend people here.

I love getting a facial from Kay but it is so noisy, with people talking outside the facial room, that it isn’t relaxing. It’s too bad because Kay is so good but listening to talking the whole time makes the experience frustrating. This has happened the last two times so not sure I’ll go back.

I have been going here for years. I have had this happen a few times to me and again today. I had a masseuse who was not very good at all. I was really looking forward to this massage. As I was checking out they asked how I liked my massage and I was honest and said it wasn’t very good. The customer service representative did not respond at all! I would have hoped she would have said at least, “I’m so sorry”. I’ve had this happen now two other times. I have continued to go there because I have had some good massages. But the people are so varied that I feel like I wasted my money. It would be nice that they acknowledge if you have a bad service. I was pretty disappointed today.

I have been coming here for years and am a loyal customer. I appreciate the courtesy and focus on customer experience here as well as the peace and expert service I receive. I actually tried another well recognized national chain recently simply because it was last minute and BV was booked. I truly expected a similar experience and was disappointed at the facial I received. I love the mask options and multiple hydrating and cleansing steps. Not to mention amazing massage. It was like a shadow of what I get at BV. And it was markedly more expensive. I very much appreciate the professionalism Respect. And flexibility of everyone there to always work with customers I don’t think I have ever posted a review here but am compelled to let others know what a great experience I and even my husband have every time we visit

My hubby and I were looking for a resort spa experience but only 5 minutes away from home. After my research I found Beau Visage. I was happy I was able to book online (we own a Hair Salon and offer this to our guests as well) and get a confirmation as well.We walked in to a very friendly front desk staff and was offered a seat. The inside of the spa is a little confusing if you’ve never been there but all the staff walking around were very helpful about where to go.Our massages were amazing! Especially for doing hair, my body is out under a lot of stress and my massage therapist was very knowledgeable of what to do. I will be back! We were also leased that it wasn’t resort prices. Not cheap but totally reasonable and able to add into the budget, totally worth every penny. I am also now interested in more services like facials.Thanks Beau Visage, keep up the great work!

Dont waste your time! I had an appointment booked for over 3 weeks to get a facial using the birthday coupon the salon had sent me. I drove 45 minutes out of my way for the appointment, I showed up, and the salon had cancelled my appointment without notifying me. Theres 90 minutes of driving and gas money Ill never get back.

I met Kaitlyn my aesthetician very lovely sweet gal. First facial since my other lady moved away. I have a lot of skin allergies and everything bothers me! She was open and honest with the skin care. I woke up the next day with my skin feeling soft and no eczema and no raccoon eyes!I will definitely go back sooner than later❤️Sylvia

My wife & I were given a couple’s massage to Beau Visage as a gift from a good friend… this was the BEST massage in town, hands down.We were very impressed with the Greenwood location. The front room was incredibly relaxing, beautifully designed, complete with a colored water wall of beautiful flowing bubbles. Everyone at the front was friendly and kind. We were greeted by our masseuses and escorted back to our room. We laid down on heated tables… AMAZING. The music was soothing... the massage was perfect. We were turned over and given heated neck pillows, our feet were wrapped in heated towels and the massage seemed to last forever. We were treated like royalty and will definitely recommend Beau Visage to all our family and friends. I cannot wait to go back for our next massage.

My friend introduced me to Beau Visage at the Holly location years ago. I have been coming here on and off for the past couple years. The staff here are great. I usually get body massage and European facial. They offer Fall Specials and these are amazing deals.

Beau Visage is my go-to for all skin care and nail services. They’ve been my place for 15 years, and I look forward to continuing to visit them regularly for nail and skin care services.

We went here for our office Christmas party. I like a deep massage. I had a massage therapist named Emily and she was amazing! I did not realize how tight my shoulders and lats were. I still feel loose and relaxed in my upper body since the massage and that was two weeks ago. Nice atmosphere too. Very pretty and professional spa.

Had.a half day of beauty today and it was superb! They take every measure possible to follow and go above and beyond COVID recommendations. I saw in the bathroom twice while I was there an attendant clean the bathroom and wipe down surfaces. All wear masks and sanitize their work spaces.Now for the real stuff, my massage was the all time best by Christina, she gets a huge 10+ however every service was perfect from the fascial to my manicure and pedicure. These ladies are top notch. I have been coming once or twice per year for over 15 years. They have only gotten better and have really adapted during these changing times. I highly recommend supporting this business and more importantly enjoying some me time and pampering!

The service was impeccable. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. The massage was so good. They asked me what I needed and focused on the areas I needed worked on. The nail techs were very nice and did exactly what I wanted. They took the stress away and I felt so relaxed when I left. Best place I have gone to in the Denver area.

Linda did a fantastic job with my reflexology treatment! This was my first experience with this kind of treatment and Im very pleased. There was a lot of pain in an area of my feet that corresponded to my lower back, which Ive had problems with for many years. After she worked on it the pain lessened and I didnt have the severity of pain I usually have for 3 days now! I highly recommend reflexology at Beau Visage, based on my experience! Combine it with a massage and youll be walking on air when you leave!

Great atmosphere, posh dressing room, generally good service, but Im on my fourth esthetician because two quite and one was still getting a handle on her skills. Ive also had a truly bad massage there but I think that particular practitioner was let go or moved on. Im basically saying that its a nice place but their personnel management and quality control needs work.

No way I could live without this place! Ive been a customer of Kimberly for awhile now and shes awesome! My overall face complexion has never looked so good and my brows are perfect every time. Super friendly staff and always helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this spa. Couldnt be happier!! I will definitely be a longtime customer.

Lindsay at Beau Visage (Holly location) is a wonderful massage therapist and is my go-to for a massage. Apart from the literal awesome massage part, she is responsive to where you are having any particular muscle issues when you come in for a massage, is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and pays attention to the little things like if her clients prefer silence/talking/etc. (Not everyone has as great people skills as Lindsay).The spa itself is always clean, relaxing and very welcoming. Walking in the door is walking into an oasis of calm.

Have been coming here for years and was very disappointed in the last visit. Great COVID precautions, but should decreases price of service since you don’t get any of the spa experience they are known for.No one mentioned lack of accommodations when booking like no robes, lounge area, calming music, in scented etc.Waiting my room is just the front where people were coming in and out like a cattle call, the doorbells chiming every time. Phones ringing, conversation at check out - not relaxing or spa like, like they used to strive to provide for the cost of their upscale services.To top it off you’re not allowed to have water while you wait in all the commotion.Because of COVID this place has turned into nothing more than your chain, hole in the wall massage spot and disappointment. Not worth the price they charge at all.

I did the half day of beauty and had a wonderful experience! Linda did my massage, Charlotte did my facial, Lori was my hostess for lunch (with wine as an option for your drink!) and Judee finished the afternoon with my mani/pedi. All very professional and very good at their jobs! My birthdays coming up, I know what I want!!

The staff at Beau Visage is friendly and professional. I received a facial which was lovely and two others in my party had massages and enjoyed their services as well. The prices are very reasonable. We make our Beau Visage trips an annual occasion!

Beautiful, clean, peaceful interior. All of the ladies are very kind, have good communication, they like to make sure youre comfortable during your visit. I got a facial and my skin looked amazing afterwards. Definitely will return regularly.

Marie was one of the best relation massages I have ever had. I love that Beau Visage uses Doterra high quality oils and she even used the Deep Blue rub for my sore muscles. It was quick and easy, used a deal they promoted online with no issues or hidden costs. Ive been going to Beau Visage for years and will continue to go. Thank you Marie!

We have been clients of Beau Visage in Littleton for 15 years now. We had scheduled two massage + facial packages and when we arrived we were told that only one of the reservations was booked. I had an email confirmation of the appointment and they still insisted the reservation was not there. They were very unsympathetic and blamed it on their bad online booking system. Needless to say we are incredibly disappointed in their lack of concern and will take our business elsewhere from now on. If you plan on going to Beau Visage, I would recommend not using their online booking system and calling ahead of time to make sure they actually have you scheduled.

I brought my daughter here for her 16th birthday. I had previously made an appt at another well known spa and then they called back saying they couldnt do everything (massage, mani/pedi, facial). Beau Visage worked hard and got us scheduled. Everyone there was great! The facilities are clean and well kept. The staff were very nice and as newbies to spas they walked us through everything (what and why). Im sorry I dont remember everyones names but they were all amazing to both of us. Linda saw my robe was a bit small ( Im plus size) and got me another better fitting robe that I was much more comfortable in. The mani/pedi was great. They even came in and made sure the sauna was turned on when my daughter expressed wanting to use it. Its about 60 mile drive for us to go here but we will definitely be back. So relaxing!!

The front desk staff is professional and efficient and they will enter preferences into their computer system such as requests for a specific therapist. I have been a loyal customer for several years.

Not only did I get a great mani pedi from a great nail tech, I was really impressed by their clean up as I saw other patients leaving. A very thorough job that made me feel entirely safe and secure during COVID-19. Feeling safe and healthy with pretty nails!

My friends and I came here to get manicures for a wedding, and all of us were so pleased with the results, as well as the good time we had chatting with the nail technicians. It was a fun, relaxing end to a really busy day-before-the-wedding!

I scheduled a glycolic and retinal treatment and a micro current treatment. When I went to check out at the desk, the price was more than expected. There was a facial added to my services that I had not scheduled. However, the treatments were very good and the esthetician was knowledgeable. The salon did work with me to fix the issue.

Great Spa in south Metro Denver area for Massage and Facials, Manicures. Check out the Gift packages as they also have ½ and full day packages. Make an appointment as with Covid 19 they are not accepting walk in services currently. Feels safe and clean as they have Covid guidelines to help everybody.

Ruined the whole day....Beau Visage Greenwood Village... Went went my two daughters for a relaxing day. We had massages and facials. Massages were amazing, we enjoyed them and can not wait to go back. The facials another story. Because we went with the basic facial. The technician worked on my face for 30 minutes and then left the room for me to sit and wait. I waited, and waited, and waited. So I got up took the mitts of my hands, rubbed the cream off my face, put my robe back on and left. Went to the locker room to wash my face, get dressed, fix my hair. And then, the technician came in to see why I left. Horrible experience, wasnt able to get my whole facial, tried selling me other services, when I declined - 30 min. was all I got.

This takes the cake. I scheduled a wedding party for 6 guests from Alex. She requested that she take a credit card to hold my reservations. I informed her I was not paying for everyone and she assured me that my card would not be charged. I also told her I had a gift certificate for two tips and toes. She did not want this info.Hours later Christine Warriner sent me an email with a Docu Sign. Am I buying a car or are 6 women getting toes and nails done?? The docu sign claims if it is not signed and sent back then they dont hold your reservations. It also wanted you to agree to a hold of nearly $600 for ALL 6 guests to have their nails done on my card. At this point I called the salon and spoke with Chris. Less than friendly. She told me word for word it is policy for more than 4 guests to sign a Docu sign because it is how they assure their technicians get paid. So now groups of 4 or more are thieves and we will walk in there get our nails and toes done then walk out. Chris made it clear that we are viewed as potential threats for not paying. This is HORRIBLE customer service. Its PUTRID. Considering the location and the clientele Beau Visage services I expect more. I have been a customer for many years. I will not be back.Chris refused to give a direct line to Christine. She smart mouthed and gave me the number to Beau Visage and claimed Christine had no direct line that I can access. After explaining she finally sent me to her voicemail. Ladies.......better service exists. Expect more from these places who claim to be in the service industry but fail to provide it.

Luxurious. Pampering. Expensive. I only give as a very special gift or go myself if someone has given me a gift certificate. Not a place I could be a regular customer.

As a massage therapist, Im a little picky about the massages I receive. I see Melanie at BV and she gives a great deep tissue massage and shes a very pleasant person. Always on time and professional!

I was excited to treat myself to facial, which I dont do often. While my esthetician was very nice, my facial was very basic. I did not get a head, shoulder or neck massage. Also, the esthetician applied a mask and then left me in the room for 10 minutes of my 50 minute facial. The most disappointing part was that the esthetician continually recommended products during the facial, then when I went to check out, three products were waiting for me at the counter. I HATE it when places do this. I spent my hard earned money on a treat for myself and I felt like I was almost obligated to buy something. The worst part was I actually bought one of the recommended products for $38. It was a terrible product and made my skin break out like crazy. I kept using it thinking it was just a fluke but my skin looks worse than it has in years. I wouldnt recommend Beau Visage.

Love, love Beau Visage, exceptional staff! I have never felt as pampered, paid attention to and taken care of. The luncheon was also very good.

I had a wonderful experience in my wrap/massage treatment. I was asked about potential upgrades to my package but no one pushed additional products. I look forward to returning to try a facial treatment here.

Okay day spa for the price, however the nail services do not seem much nicer than what you can get at a local salon. For the day spa experience with a single service there are better businesses in Denver.

This place is really unsanitary and dirty. The staff does little to clean and you can see that they dont care. Ive been a few times, and every time I see dirt, Ive finally had it. In addition, If you book online, they will tell you that the service cost a certain price, but when you show up they will charge way more than what you agreed! Be prepared when you show up to pay more than what you expected, and if you ask the manager/supervisor why you have to pay more they will simply tell you if you dont like it you go can somewhere else. I felt so insulted, hurt, abused, and embarrassed by their entire staff for simply expecting them to honor the prices they advertise online.

When i first went to beau visage my acne was so bad..every part of my face hurt. I was so embarrassed this was my last hope.. i had an appointmen with Tracy. She was amazing she made me feel comfortable she told me this will take some time but we will get this under controll. With her acne facials and product my face is clear and pain free... I can not thank her enough..I love beau visage and recomend this place to all my friends..

Go in today for an appointment I made over six weeks ago on line, to be told that it is with another technician. Then I get told you need to put in the notes who you want, WRONG answer to a client!! Never have had to do this. Sad that due to negligence I will not be back and my technician loses a client. Not that they care, maybe they should or they would not have to offer discounts to get clients in the door. Leave for vacation tomorrow so extremely disappointed!!

One of the reasons we like Beau Visage so much is that when we get services done such as a pedicure and want to do it at the same time as family or friends, Beau Visage always sits us together. We really appreciate that.

My husband gave me a spa day and it was excellent until I got to the pedicure and manicure. Then it fell apart. I will go back but not for those two items.

Ive had two visits with Sommer who is very knowledgeable with a sweet personality! I especially liked the echo2 . My skin hasnt felt this hydrated in a long time! I will go back to her soon.

I got a shellac mani and a spa pedi and both services were well worth the price. It was so relaxing and afterwards my nails and feet looked wonderful and ready for the holiday season!

As always, Beau Visage came through for me! I have had a lot of headaches recently, and thought a massage might help. I have been headache free since my massage on Tuesday! YEA!

Leia is a good massage therapist but has no integrity and is a thief. For that reason I will never use her again and tell everyone else not to.

Really great service and prices, but my appointment ran about 15 minutes late for some reason- despite showing up early, and I was in a bit of a rush to leave, as it also took a while to check out after, too.
