I have been a member of the two top massage chains. I randomly found this place. I received the absolute best massage I’ve ever had. Not only did I get the full 90 minutes that I paid for, unlike the other places that give you an 80 minute massage, Steve gave me a face massage and hot stones!! I left feeling refreshed and tension free.If you are a member of the chain massage companies, close your membership and go to Li’s Massage! You won’t regret it!
If you want a DEEP tissue massage I suggest you come here. They do no play when it comes to adding the extra $10 for it. You will definitely be sore after, but if that is what your body needs to work out some stuff the it will good for you.Overall the place was nice and the staff was nice. I would just suggest they talk a little bit quieter because the doors/ rooms are close to each other and you can hear pretty much everything.
105 minute couples full body massage with Nana and Peter. It was an outstanding experience. It was our first massage of this type and length. We were a little nervous about it, but the time passed quickly. They found trigger points we didn’t know we had. Highly recommend these two for massages. The lady that checked us in and out was very nice as well. If you are considering a massage, you won’t regret going to Li’s; it was well worth every penny. Thank you Li’s Massage.
Outstanding service. Everyone here so incredibly nice. The scheduling is SUPER easy. Oh, and how could I forget? The massages are AMAZING. I’ve been here twice for a 90 minute foot massage (They put you in a super comfy recliner with a pillow) and it’s probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten. So much so, that I’m debating canceling my membership at my usual massage place and just going here from now on!10/10!
If you love massages and like being pampered, this is an amazing place to go! I regularly get thai massages in general and found this place while I was traveling. If you are used to thai massages, I recommend. Some places give you a little outfit for thai massages and some do not. This one does not but I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. We must have gotten a special because we got a little hot stone massage action as well and that was wonderful! Ann and Lisa gave us our thai massages (pretty sure i got the names right). They regularly checked in with us to see if we were comfortable, if the pressure was good, and were professional.There is parking in front of the spa or on the street, I think the parking garage is for something else. We paid by card. Wheel chair accessible.
My friends bought me a four hands massage for my birthday. It was the best birthday gift ever. The massage was absolutely spectacular and I didnt want it to end. The foot massage was incredible and my neck and shoulders feel amazing. Hot stones were also included. Ill definitely be coming back.
We’ve had massages for many years and this was one of the best ones we’ve had! We did a couples massage 90 min deep tissue both therapists were amazing! It was so good we got each got a 1 hour foot massage right after which was phenomenal ! The prices can’t be beat either . Everyone was kind, friendly , professional, the place was clean and nice -we’re going back 2 more times before we fly back home to FL!!
My friend and I each got a 60 minute combination massage for $60 (not including tip) and it was worth every penny. The level of pressure my masseuse applied was perfect and my body felt so much more relaxed afterward. Not to mention everyone who works there is so kind! I will definitely be back.

Absolutely the best. Greeted by a beautiful staff and charming smile. Got a 75 minute full body by Sam and he did great. He made sure to get the areas I asked and checked multiple times to ensure I was comfortable and feeling good.I will be back most definitely and maybe for 90 minutes because it was too good!

I am going to this place since two years now and i always get amazing service. It doesnt matter which massage therapist you get ,they all are amazing. Today Sophia did my full body massage and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this place.
I was able to make an early AM appointment before work to eleviate pain from locked lower back muscle that was pinching nerves. My doctor suggested a massage and Li’s had the perfect time availability. I got a 90 minute deep tissue with Mr. Andy and he was AHMAZEBALLS!!!! A true healer. This masseuse for a deep massage never went deeper than my tolerance instinctively . (Note if any masseuse ever goes harder than comfortable of course let them know to lighten up).Spent the perfect time on the area I said I needed attention yet I def felt every muscle head to toe was worked. Left wishing I had another hour. Warning: careful driving home, you will have euphoric relaxation brain. Super affordable! Def be back. Andy at Li’s you rock!
I had an amazing 90-minute combination massage with 30 minutes of foot massage and 60 minutes of full-body massage. It was so relaxing, and my body feels like butter now. Big thanks to Steve for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I had a couple of massages here, and it was just what we needed. Well most definitely be back. The +$10 for deep tissue was way worth it. I feel incredible today. The prices are unbeatable for what you get: amazing service, a clean atmosphere, and healing.
I brought my mom here for a late Mothers day gift, based on the great reviews, and have never been so disappointed in a service. The staff failed to inform us that if you did not take your bra off, half of the services we were paying for (hot oil, hot stone, back walking) would not be delivered- which they claim is MY responsibility as the customer to know the ins and outs of their policy. The massage itself was decent, however my massage therapist on multiple occasions would pause the massage to look at his phone or watch, the door was left open several times and we could hear the front desk staff yelling to each other, and the room was very cold. After the massage, the front desk lady, who is also the owner (Wei) was incredibly unprofessional and delivered the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. After inquiring about why the extra services were not received, Wei was persistent that the notion anyone could apply hot stones or oil on with a bra on is absurd and essentially was belittling the very idea that I could possibly believe such. She eventually knocked $10 off the bill, and when I gave back my receipt, she shoved it back to me essentially demanding for a bigger tip. Incredibly rude and I am astounded that she has made it this far as a business owner with these good reviews. I do not leave bad reviews, ever, and I am completely blown away the lack of customer service at this business.
I had a lot of shoulder and neck tension from driving and the cold temps so I decided to find a massage. They got me right in! Wendy did an amazing job and I feel great now. The prices are excellent and the service was even better. I will be back the next time Im in Denver!
Went today for a 2hr massage as a mothers day gift. Therapist never introduced herself, never asked what I was looking for or where my areas of issue were just elbows on bone, rough massage to the point I had to pay my 16yr old to calm my muscles down and I still cant move without pain. Do not recommend. Any trained massage therapist knows you dont use elbows on the spine or directly on bone. And to top it off 2hrs and not a single actual pain area feels better!! Was really looking forward to this, and super disappointed. Had to take a bunch of medications praying I can move in the morning!
My husband and I each had a 75 minute massage and it was wonderful! Marshall used just the perfect amount of pressure and it was very relaxing as well. Kelsey have a deep tissue massage for my husband and it was just what he needed. We will be back!
Amazing is an understatement! The reflexology session I had with Johnny at Lis Massage was the best session Ive ever had (and Ive had many different reflexologists throughout the years). His pressure and technique were perfect! He seemed to know intuitively what areas to focus on! I feel like Im walking on air (and feel so relaxed, overall). Johnny is my new go-to! Grateful. Ps. The staff are friendly; the location is extremely clean!
Nice people and place is clean. Legit massage but was not really deep tissue. I did pay extra for deep tissue and asked for deep tissue. Also, they use too much oil so there isnt enough friction to go deep. However, nice people and polite. I may try again and some other therapist if I go back. It is a bit far for me so not sure I will.
The massages were really rough. My body was really sore from the massage. I was hydrated through out the massage with my husband and me and he let the massage therapist know she needed lighter on the massage but they didnt really go any lighter through his massage. The massage therapist went too rough towards the upper part of the scapula and the lower extremities of the back. They also touched endangered sites that I noticed which I wasnt satisfied with. If you dont have your LMT license and youre not able to take constructive criticism and requesting more than a 18% tip I think you need to go back to school. Good day.
I went with my friend so we had 2 massage therapists, YoYo and David. We had the deep tissue 60 minute massage. What an excellent relaxing experience. They were strong and concentrated on all the problem areas, neck, shoulders and back. We especially enjoyed the stretching at the end. Well done Yoyo, David and Li Massage, well be back.
This place is a must!! You feel fully relaxed and comfortable after one hour massage. We been here for the one hour foot and body combination massage plus the hot stone massage, that was amazing, I’m telling you, no kidding, they’re great. Highly recommend to take off your top for your back massage. You won’t disappoint it at all.
Today was my first time at Lis massage. I strained my shoulder muscles yesterday and was very uncomfortable. Marshall was wonderful and knew what to do to make it better. He worked on my shoulder for 30 minutes, and it improved vastly. I cant thank him enough. I will definitely be going back when the need arises.
My BF and I went to get massages today and let me say it was AMAZING!! I got the 90 minute full body and he got the 30 minute reflexology and 60 minute full body. Everything was extremely clean and professional. We both agree that this will become a monthly self care day!
This is my go spot, literally. I typically go on Sunday’s with no appointment. However a couple of weeks ago I went on a Friday. I had “YoYo” was her name possibly for the first time. 90 mins, a great massage! Again I mentioned I don’t make appointments but she is going to make me call ahead next time! Highly recommended, good price for what you receive. They have never turned me down or have made me wait.
Lyn and I had a wonderful experience at the Centennial CO location. We had gone to a Red Rocks concert the night before to see Tedeschi Trucks Band and were a little sore, being flat-landers. Cici had us set up for a couples foot and whole-body massages. Mike did a phenomenal job on the foot portion and YaYa did an amazing job on the rest. I highly recommend this location as well as the staff I/we had. Its been a long time since my last massage. If I lived here, wed be regular clients. The next trip to Red Rocks will include a massage, or two, here. Highly recommend!
The masseuses at Li’s are truly exceptional. Ive experienced treatments from several therapists, and each one has been incredibly talented and professional. They absolutely deserve a five-star rating!Here are two suggestions to elevate the spa experience to match the level of the massage services:Music Variety: While the current music selection might be lovely, having the same song on repeat can become monotonous during a massage 50 times in an hours sucks. A subscription to a streaming service like Spotify, or even a playlist with more variety, would greatly enhance the relaxation experience.Massage Table Comfort: The massage tables could be upgraded to provide better comfort, particularly around the face cradle area. A more ergonomic design would help prevent neck and throat strain during the treatment. My throat is sore after I leave usually.

Received the massage by a large bald male that was very aggressive.I was very soar after the massage.He mostly used his forearm to do the massage and even though you’re paying for a full body massage they really don’t do much with feet. He rubbed his knuckles across my feet for 30 seconds.I was ready for it to be over 5 mins in.Hope that’s helpful.
I have been going to Lis for about a year now and have had consistently great experiences. They can always accommodate my schedule and I love the hot stones they incorporate at no additional charge. Clean, easy parking and reasonable prices. Buy a 10 pack and the prices become an unbelievable deal.
This is an excellent service for quality massages every time. They are very attentive to your needs and very accommodating of last minute scheduling .. which is wonderful when you are really in need of a therapeutic massage.

My first time trying this particular technique of massage. I needed a deeper healing. Johnny was my therapist. He was fantastic! I got the whole body plus foot massage.. I can’t recommend it enough. The facility was Beautiful and clean, with great customer service. Calming atmosphere GREAT prices.
I got the full body 60 minute massage and the pressure was great but felt rushed. They use a lot of oil which made it easy for their hands to glide but I felt like I had to towel off afterwards to make sure no oil would get on my clothes. The legs and arms were my favorite part. They put hot stones on my back while they worked my legs and that was heavenly. Wish they would slow down with how fast they rub as it was had to relax with how forceful and quick they would do each stroke. It was awkward having a room that connect directly to the lobby, as you can hear people in there but overall the place was nice looking and clean and I did feel better.
Theres nothing to say but by far hands down the best massage Ive ever had in my life! True authentic amazing beautiful experience Ive ever had with massage.
Id never tried a massage before but was experiencing neck and back pain so I gave it a shot. Lis offered a 30-minute session focused on those areas, and it was incredible! The staff were friendly, and the price was fair. Finally, after a week of sleepless nights due to pain, I got a solid nights rest and feel so much better now.
Unfortunately I was not happy with my 90 minute massage session. First of all if you get the foot and body massage combo they take 10 mins off your foot massage in order to get set up. So youre really only getting 80 minutes hands on. Secondly the walls are very thin and all I heard the entire 80 minutes was the ladies talking loudly to one another or non stop talking with their male customers. I was not allowed to just relax and enjoy myself.I am adding to this review and reiterating it after Lis comment to my review. First and foremost I am 100% a massage enthusiasts. I have had many many massage in the past 30 years, I tip very generously for a service well done and always give great reviews for great service. I do not go out looking for free massage. I am also a small business owner and I am not in denial and take reviews seriously. I will do everything that I can possibly do to make things right in my own business without accusing my customers of horrible things such as wanting a free service.Your workers talk to each other or their male clients loudly during my massage sessions. I could not just relax and enjoy my massage without loud non stop talking!!! I told my massage therapist and he didnt understand what I was saying to him and he just kept on doing the massage.I had the combination massage and my therapist had to set up the room when I arrived although I had called to book the appointment beforehand the 10 minutes that it took to set up was taken from my 90 minute session. My appointment was at 3 my foot massage started at 3:10 and over at 4:30. I have absolutely no reason to lie. And I do not appreciate how you handled this review.Trust me I will not be back. And if anyone elses experiences this please write a review. I see other reviews with similar responses accusing customers of lying.

My massage ended in a broken rib. Therapist didnt speak English so communication is a big problem. Therapist tried walking on my back. Stepped to far off center of back and my rib got broken. Do not recommend this place !!!!
This place is very nice inside and also clean. But I did have a bad experience with my massage therapist. I went into my room with no instruction and after undressing I had looked around to see there was no sheet to cover me. So I pulled off a blanket on the chair to cover up until he came in and brought meThe sheet. I asked for a softer massage and it was very rough. I had to ask a couple of times but it continued to be very uncomfortable. Some of his techniques were very painful. I was uncomfortable a majority of the time. He also left the room multiple times and was noticeably sick with a cold. It was a bummer because the place was so nice!

Stopped by last minute for a massage. They offer full body table massages, Thai, foot massages, and combos. I opted for an hour and got the deep tissue add on. Requested clothes on.The gentleman who gave me a massage was great. Deep pressure. I have very tight shoulders and neck -- he did an amazing job loosening them up with traction.The space is large and is composed of individual massage rooms. Would definitely go again while my family is across the street at Candeeland.

She somehow read my mind - twice, first by asking if I wanted extra walking on my back (yes please!) and later asked whether I wanted hot stones (no thank you). Her deep tissue skill was impressive.
I called yesterday and made a 60 minutes full body massage appointment specifically from Sophia for this afternoon. But somehow she didn’t show up for her appointment. It was very awkward and irresponsible. And I got massage from someone else. Apparently their appointment system not working well. They are more focused on walk-in.
We came in for couple massage. The room is clean, and the atmosphere is neat and warm.The massage is really good. Actually I think it is the best massage I have had, and the closest in quality to the ones I have had in China. Highly recommend!Also, this is my first time trying hot stone massage. My sister and I came in for a spontaneous massage and we were treated so well! The room was cozy and clean, staff were friendly, the massage therapists were professional and very thorough. Amazingly they both found our problem areas without us even saying anything.If you are offered the hot stones, say yes! I’m visiting Denver and needed a place to give some attention to my legs. I did the Manitou Incline in Colorado Springs and my calves were SO tight.I found Li’s Massage on Google and the reviews were what drew me in. I was really happy I came here.The place is very clean, the staff were friendly, and the massage was one of the best ones I’ve had. I went in for a 30 min legs-only massage but was offered to go for the whole hour and include a full body massage. I’m really glad I included the full body.My masseuse was really good at addressing my knots and knew when to put more pressure or let up.If I lived here, I’d come back more frequently. Definitely visit Li’s Massage to get taken care of!
To be honest, I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into but I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t able to figure out how to book a Thai massage only so I called to make an appointment. It seemed that I could come in whenever and they never took my name but when I arrived, they were ready for me.I had recently moved and I was looking for a new place to receive a Thai massage. I also had surgery recently and had a lot of muscle tension from the injury/recovery. Tina was my massage therapist and she did great. She was gentle around my injury. She did an amazing job getting my knots out and I will definitely be back. It’s just a simple place and their prices are very reasonable. When I was checking out, I thought they were undercharging me because it was so inexpensive for the service I received.
Johnny gives a deep massage. He works really hard as his job. Can’t wait to go back. Went back and this time it was even better. I am getting a 3 hour next time.
Full body 60 min massage was INCREDIBLE. I work a desk job 5 days a week and have so much built up tension in back and neck. They did a wonderful job. You don’t need an appointment! They will work you in.

I had an amazing 75 minute massage by Tony. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The price is great, the building is clean, and everyone was friendly. This isn’t a fancy spa, which is fine with me. It’s great for a weekly/monthly massage that’s not a special occasion.
Neck was sore after a work out and really wanted a massage and I was able to book an appointment right on the website within hours. Anna was really great... I wanted a deep tissue and she checked on me several times to make sure I was okay and she did great. Really great value
So this was the best massage at the cheapest price. $100 for the christmas special , foot rub , hot stone an 1:30 minutes of the best time of my life. Stop going to the big box places for what i got here they would have probably asked to run my credit at big name places.

The massage was very good. I was able to just walk in without an appointment on a Saturday and they immediately saw me. I felt a bit rushed at first, like they were running behind or something and wanted me to get into the room as quick as possible. The specialist who saw me was very attentive to the amount of pressure I wanted. He was applying too much pressure and then asked me if it was okay or too much. I let him know it was too much and he was a lot more gentle. From what I understand, the extra pressure is very typical of an Asian massage, but I ended up being very relaxed afterward. Contrary to many of the bogus reviews, I did not feel pressured to leave a tip at all and I ended up tipping about 20%. (And as an individual who also provides service for tips…Do NOT ask someone to go out of their way for your service if you can not afford to thank them in gratuity. That’s just selfish.) This place is very clean and they are very detail oriented. I will definitely come back, especially as the prices are also reasonable.
Sophia does an excellent thai massage! As someone with chronic pain who is also a nurse, finding a place to give back to myself so I can give back to others is a special thing! Dont be shy, and let work her magic! My body has never felt better after a massage before! :)
I had an unpleasant experience. For the whole massage, all the guy put over me was a thin towel that didnt even cover my legs. I asked if the table had a heating pad, no, I even told him I was cold, especially my feet. He walked out of the room thinking he was grabbing me a blanket, nope. How many times do I have to tell you Im cold? When he used the wet towel to get the oil off of me, I was freezing. I looked over at my friend, who at least had a sheet on her. She even said she was cold when i mentioned it. The last ten mins, call me ridiculous but I cried because I was that uncomfortable. I wanted a relaxing experience, I got the complete opposite. I am giving them 2 stars because when I told the lady I wasnt paying for the awful treatment, she didnt question me after I told her my experience. I hope you treat your customers better in the future.
This is my new favorite place! Everyone is so friendly (Eva is great) and massages are fantastic. Just got a massage from Lilly today and she is amazing! I can’t go anywhere else now.
Bought 2 massages for 70 minutes. It was for me and my wife. She is 54, 130 lbs and I am 6ft, 185 lbs. The workers came in, a man and a woman. The man went to my wife and I got stuck with a woman who was smaller than my wife. That didnt make any sense? On top of that, the woman who was massaging me, left the room multiple times totaling 7-8 minutes of me being totally left alone and then some random person stepped in for 2 mintues then i was left alone for another 5 minutes. For $150, I should be receiving the full time I paid for and at least get someone who can actually massage me. Waste of time and money!
Fantastic massage! I got the combination foot and full body massage. It was incredible experience for an exceptionally reasonable price! The foot rub was pampered relaxing at its best, followed by the full body, deep tissue. This was some of the best bodywork I’ve had done in a long time!

Great spot for reflexology massage. Nice atmosphere and on arapahoe so easy to get to. Almost never need an appointment either. Usually open until 10, great for 30 minute foot only or 90 minutes foot and full body!

Easily one of the best massages Ive had in quite a long time. I asked for the 2 hour full body and Sophia made the most of my time finding all the spots I knew needed work as well as some I didnt. Her deep tissue technique was surprisingly strong for a small masseuse and she always made sure it wasnt too hard or too soft. My shoulder and neck feel better than they have in quite awhile... pretty sure Ill be back again. Thanks very much!

Had a great time, massage was well done, hot stones were relaxing, rooms were clean and taken care of and it was well priced. Before checking out, I would say I would come back regularly for a nice massage. However during checkout there was a weird interaction with one of the masseuses, regarding tip when I was signing the receipt she was demanding a 20% tip and became standoffish when I gave 15%. Not good customer service. Really put a damper and made me reconsider coming as often or coming back at all. Especially when theres apparently a summer special going on for a two hour massage and we were charged the full price.
This was the best massage I have ever received. Constantly checked in about the pressure and if I was comfortable. The front desk check in was easy and friendly. The place is very very clean. So happy to find a place this good, so close to my home, and with such fair pricing. I will return every few weeks to fix my aches.

I had a wonderful experience at Li’s massage. They have a beautiful, clean facility with warm and welcoming staff. My only prior experience was with a commercial chain that felt very detached, but here I was greeted immediately and felt very comfortable. My therapist was very kind and incredibly skilled. She checked in with me frequently. It was one of the best massages I’ve had, and I will absolutely be returning.

Guys weekend in Denver so we definitely were up for some pampering. First massages were 90 minute deep tissue. Got us in right away. Place is very clean and the staff is very professional. Eva (the manager and one of the masseuses) is super sweet, friendly and made us feel welcomed. 90 minute deep tissue was awesome. Eva and Eileen did a great job to work out the kinks.Returned the last day for a 60 minute foot massage and a 60 minute regular massage. Again, Eva got us in right away and both were just as a good as the first one. The masseurs for the foot massage did a really nice job (so good 2 hours would have been great). For the 60 minute massage, Sophia and Eileen once again were top notch.All of them were always attentive to detail and made sure the massages were not too soft or too hard.You see a lot of negative posts on here and Yelp regarding tipping. First of all, the prices for the massages are really reasonable for the massages offered as well as the ambiance. Second, the ladies and gentlemen there are really nice (it helps for you to be nice too). Third, they are doing a service that is way more personal than ordering and serving food, yet people are willing to spot 18-20% for that service before even getting the food. Cmon people, these ladies and gentlemen work hard for that 30/60/90 minutes you are there. Dont be cheap. 25-30% minimum consindering all the above. We were nevered pressured into any tipping.10 packs are available on their products so if you plan on being a return customer, that is the way to go.Bottom line - this place is the best. Eva, Eileen and/or Sophia will treat you well!
Got a great massage for my husband and I for Valentines day. I booked a reservation online and left them a note online to see if they can make sure we are next to each other. Once we got there and were taken to our room, we were surprised to see that they had placed rose petals on the beds for us. It was a really sweet gesture and very thoughtful. We got the one hour massage with the hot stones. It was our first time here and our first time getting the hot stone massage. We loved it! They took their time and went the full hour. Staff was very friendly and informed us about other deals they had going on. We payed $112.00 for two massages both for an hour each. My husband got the deep tissue which was an extra $10 but he said it was worth it. They do charge $2.00 for each credit/ debit card transaction so just a heads up, but they did inform us of this. I will definitely be going back to this place from now on. Great price and value!
After a long week of travel and vacation, I decided to treat myself to a massage to wrap up a lovely week in Colorado. Do NOT go to Lis Massage, they will have you in worse shape than when you came in. Went in for a 75min full body massage, and left not being able to walk. The lady left me on the table unable to get up, my back had locked into place. Its the next day I am still unable to move very well or stand straight up and have a massive migraine. Worse experience ever!!!
Im in Denver with a friend for the weekend and we decided last minute to treat ourselves to a massage. We were SO impressed with the entire process. The price was amazing, the professionalism of the front desk receptionist was perfect, and our massages were the best either of us has ever had. Highly recommend Lis Massage!
Ive been here twice now with my boyfriend and everyone here has been very friendly and helpful both times. The front desk woman is all smiles (under her mask) and makes you feel so welcome. The message therapists are also so sweet and really take the extra time and care to make sure that they are helping you. I have really bad shoulder and neck pain due to sitting at a computer for 40-50 hours a week at my job. They always manage to make me feel so much better. We have opted in to the 120 minute full body both times and although its really awkward at first to be completely unclothed (you dont have to be as well!), they make you feel comfortable and respect your comfort levels and try to maintain your modesty with a towel the whole time. My boyfriend also really loves it here since he has really bad sensory issues and often times cannot tell that he is in pain. He definitely notices a large difference after hes done with his massage though. You really cant beat the price ($100 for 2 hours!) And the quality of the massage that you get here. All prices listed are for cash transactions, they do have a $1 fee for every $50 on a transaction that is clearly listed on their menu prices. Please check them out! This is a wonderful business that deserves your patronage! The facility is beautiful and extremely clean!
It was so nice to find a place that was clean and welcoming on the inside. It is very easy to book an appointment, the prices are reasonable, the actual facility is very clean and calming. The true lasting experience though is AFTER the massage. I have read, at many of these Asian massage places in the Denver area, the badgering for leaving more tip REGARDLESS of how much you leave, is a real thing. However, I didnt believe it entirely. How could a business demand and harass their customers for more tip. Well this place does! At payment, if you are paying by credit card, they will hold onto your credit card and harass you until you provide them a tip that they are happy with. At this facility, tipping is not of your will or dependent on the service you received. They take it upon themselves. It was quiet embarrassing, not for me, but I feel for themselves because there were other customers there in the lobby as they were badgering us for more. If I was a customer waiting for my turn and heard all that, I would have walked out. Its unprofessional, rude, distasteful, and just so uncommon. We tip. We tip at restaurants, hair salons, other spas, coffee shops, we are NEVER harassed for tipping. Sometimes you tip more and sometimes you tip less, tipping is not at all a mandatory requirement. Payment of service is. Period. Bad for business, they need to change their attitude. Unfortunately after reading another review, I realized I am not the only person this has happened to. Look elsewhere. Or if you must go, because service is pretty amazing, take exact cash and do not cave to their bullying so that they learn their actions are just not acceptable! Have a better business ethic folks!
This was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had! They have a very unique massage style and it was a great experience! They have great prices and amazing hours! They put my friend and I in the couples room which was so much fun to be together! These ladies are very strong and can handle any aches and pains. It’s very clean and the ambiance is great! This was my first massage in like three years and I forgot how great a massage feels. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and the entrance was very bright and welcoming. The massage rooms are set at a fantastic temperature where I am not freezing cold. The rooms were clean and were not overbearing with fragrances from essential oils.My massage was fantastic. There were knots I didn’t even know about thanks to working from home and being on the computer all day. He did ask me if the pressure applied was okay or not so they can adjust the pressure. For 60 minutes, a lot can be done. This was also my first time having hot stones on my back and it felt weird at first but afterwards, it felt wonderful.I will be getting more massages in my future. I am very sensitive to pain and touching so I didn’t want to try anything fancy like deep tissue in case I cried but I will have to try it now that I know what a massage feels like.
My partner and I had our massage at another place cancelled at last minute. We called Lis and they took us in for an appointment an HOUR after we called them. The service was wonderful. The interior was very clean, the employees were very congenial. The massage was very reasonably priced for the great quality of the massage! We got the October special and it was very relaxing. I highly recommend this place! I will be back, thank you very much!

End of story. They get bad people looking for not massage and treat all as wrong doers. Were innocent until proven guilty. And no my clinician didnt speak enough English to answer my questions.

I originally went in for a 70 minute full body but they informed me of a mothers day special that included hot stone massage so I went for it and it did not disappoint. Li checked in frequently with pressure and location. I appreciate his calm presence and firm touch. I will definitely be back!

My mother and I both received a deep tissue massage and we both agree it was absolutely wonderful! They were able to accommodate us last minute (seriously, we were 7 mins away when we called and they had a room ready when we arrived) yet we never once felt like they were rushing us. We only caught one of the therapists names, which was Moe, but both were incredible. Highly recommend this place, its clean, they are all so friendly, and prices were great!

I would give 0 rating if possible. Horrible Experience and the worst massage I ever had. Took an appointment for 90 minutes and reached on time. I was charged upfront telling that the credit card machine wont work after 9:30. In good trust I paid the money. I was checked into a room and made to wait for 15 minutes. The masseuse turned up and kept the door wide open saying she has a long day and was feeling hot. Then she kept on talking to her colleagues and all of a sudden she was replaced by another masseuse without even telling me a word. The second masseuse was the worst ever experience where her hands were rough and didnt know what she was doing. It is very much possible she isnt a masseuse and could be a maid or worker in the center. I cut short my massage to 1 hour and then the lady started to profusely apologize saying they were very busy and will take care of me next time. Why on earth would you give an appointment if you cant treat your customers properly.
Very clean! Friendly staff, was checked in within a minute on entering. The massaged was great! I prefer female masseurs (forgot to mention it) but my male masseur was great! I did a 75 minute full body. Feet and deep tissue are their own additional prices so I skipped out on those add ons. The only reason I couldn’t do 5 stars: 1 a blanket or full sheet would be nice verses the towel for the warm up, it can be a bit chilly. 2 I looked up at one point to readjust my head and noticed the door was cracked open. Could have been a simple honest mistake but uncomfortable for privacy purposes. Regardless, I will be returning. Debating on a package since they offer different options.
I have gone to Li’s a few times now and absolutely love it there! Great massages for great prices. I am 5 months pregnant and went to see Mo last night and he was absolutely incredible. He make me feel comfortable and safe. My lower back and feet feel so much better today!

Their massage is incomparable to any other place in Colorado, its so good! They find pressure points that you never thought of and the massage technique is impeccable. The price is very reasonable. We also have been making last minute appointments, and they always accommodated us and had the room ready-to-go by the time we arrived. We love Lis!

This is our favorite spot to decompress. Li’s massage staff are very friendly and welcoming. We’ve even brought friends and family to this Li’s and they are constantly amazed by the quality of service each massage therapist has. You never feel rushed or asking for too much. Overall 5/5! I would give it two and a half stars for the my latest experience. I made an appointment and while arriving 5 minutes early had to wait about ten minutes past my appointment to be put in a room, no biggie. I had to wait another 10 mins in the room so my appointment started about 15 minutes late, not a deal breaker. The place seems really clean and nice. Not one of the sketchy message places.The reason I rated it lower is because the masseuse kept the door open for the first 15 mins of the message. I was in my underwear and while a towel over me, I felt uncomfortable with anyone walking by able to see in. I’ve had north of 80 massages and never experienced an open door in a private room. Granted the cheap foot message places you are in a room with ten other people but that’s different. This pretty much ruined my experience here. I asked her to shut the door after a while because it was noisy and awkward and she stated something to the effect of being open for her security. She did close it further but left it cracked. She then asked if I’ve been here before and had a female masseuse which I replied yes to both. Don’t know if she was trying to hint at this being company policy.The massage was good even though she did some strange thing with pushing her nail into my skin. Never had that before. Didn’t do much work on my feet or front. She did a good job on my back.Besides the door being open which ruined my experience the tables aren’t comfortable. I’ve been in the same room every time so don’t know if it’s that one or all their tables. I don’t know how a hole in a table can be so different at various message places but they are and this one is one of the most uncomfortable ones I’ve experienced.Would I recommend this place for a couples message? Probably because it’s nice and clean. The messages are decent enough and pricing is reasonable . Will I go back probably not.

I had a severe asthma attack 2 weeks previously and have been really sore from coughing and not being able to breathe. I booked a 2 hour full body massage with deep tissue. Coco did an amazing job!! Very attentive and really worked hard getting me to relax and loosen up. I felt a little tight still and asked for another hour. That did the job!!!! She got all the kinks out!! Havent felt this good or been able to breathe this deep in a long time!! 3 hours of deep tissue and she kept it up the whole time....from start to finish!! Amazing strength and endurance, yet soft and relaxing. Thank you so much, Coco!!! You were great!
I just had my first but definitely not my last massage here! I did a couples massage and would have left with a therapist, if they would have had me. I went in for the 90 minute massage and our ladies worked the full 90 minutes! Body massage with warm oil, hot stones, hot towels.... it was paradise! The way I was touched here is going to be my new standard for any and all physical contact moving forward. I cant wait to come back!
This place was amazing! all of the employees were so sweet and polite, and above all else, my massage was amazing! i got a combo 60min massage with 30min foot rub and 15min foot scrub. i’ve never been able to tolerate massages before coming here because i’m way too ticklish, but aside from a couple giggles during the foot massage it was very relaxing. the style of massage here was a perfect combination of pressure on places that needed it (like the knots in my back) and a soothing but firm touch everywhere else. i wish i lived here so i could become a regular client!

My boyfriend and I came here for a massage. We got the neck, shoulder and back for half hour; mine was a deep tissue. Excellent massages, clean place and very professional. The male therapist that worked on me definitely knew how to do a deep tissue massage - a couple times I thought I was gonna come off the table, which is a great thing - deep tissue customers should appreciate this :-). We would definitely come back and highly recommend!
I want to start off by saying the facility and the staff are very nice. They were very welcoming when we entered the building. There were three in our party so when we went to a back room my wife and her cousin were placed in one room. I thought I was going to another room but instead I was placed on a chair (for a foot massage) in the hallway. It was very unfortunate because of all the other customers walking and talking around me so it was hard to relax. The person massaging me was very nice but repeated the same movements throughout the whole hour. It was great for the first 15 minutes but after that it was kind of annoying. I shouldve told them to switch it up or place me somewhere else but I thought it was going to change. I dont think the price was worth the experience.

I just had a Valentines Package massage for 90 mins with my husband. The lady who massaged me was very skillful. I was very impressed on her accuracy on acupuncture points and adjusting pressure on her fingers. We noticed lighter shoulders and body after the massage. Thank you!
Went for the first time just now and came out of my massage loose as a cooked noodle. The man who did my 100min massage found knots I didnt know I had. Everyone was very friendly, and the prices are great! Will absolutely return :)
This was probably the worst massage of my life. When they lead me to my room, they gave me no instructions. I had no idea what to expect, but the man who did my massage used way to much pressure! Literally my shoulders hurt the next day. I actually needed another massage, after this massage. I kept telling him it was hurting, but he continued using a lot of pressure at various times.Also without saying anything, kept leaving the room. 3 times, during the middle of my massage. He would leave for a few minutes each time. And we were right next to the lobby, I could hear the ladies talking really loudly, even over the music in my private room. When hed come back, sometimes he would leave the door extra cracked so I could still hear them loudly during my massage.Towards the end, he began wiping me with a slightly warm towel that turned cold very quickly. So just rubbing a cold, wet rag on my body was very uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend this place. I just needed to relax and this was not a relaxing massage AT ALL.
As an avid runner, there is no other place that compares when it comes to technique and pressure. When I train and run races regularly, including marathons, my body tends to get pretty beat up, especially my legs. I personally like the hardest pressure available and I definitely get it here. All the areas that require attention are taken care of and after my visit, I feel much better. This place looks great inside and is very, very clean. It is well-kept and the staff is extremely friendly. If youre a runner like myself, then I highly recommend this place. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. I enjoy each and every visit and they are very accommodating. Its always best to call to make an appointment, but walk-ins are always welcome.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here!! It’s sad because we used to come here a lot but last night is definitely my last time. The massage therapist FELL ASLEEP DURING MY MASSAGE. He dozed off several times throughout the session. It didn’t even feel good because he kept falling asleep and there was no pressure applied. I stopped him early and he got mad. I refused to pay for a service I didn’t ask for. It wasn’t even a full massage because he was asleep the entire time. They still wanted me to pay at $40 for him to NAP. I refused and they were upset and yelled at me to delete the video. Then yelled at me to go home. I will NEVER come back because they do not know how treat their clients. He was really bad the last time we went and stopped him early before.
After visiting several massage parlors I can honestly say this one is hands down the best. The foot massage is superior and will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Their staff is accommodating and experienced. Strongly recommend.

May - 2021Awesome massage! By far one of the best massages I’ve ever had. They are professional and even if you don’t have an appointment, they will fit you in. My wife and I we skeptical at first but we have been coming at least once a week for the last couple of months.July 2, 2021I had to come back and update my previous post. It is always a pleasure to walk in and see Eva, she is simply amazing. My wife and I have continued to come here at least once every other week. I am sad that Lisa is no longer at this location but with the friendliness of Eva and Cici as well as a great massage from Lucy, we cannot complain at all. You all are the best!
The woman giving the massage did just fine, but the business in general was disorganized. They took me to three different occupied rooms before finding a much larger room than I needed, it was like one person being sat at an eight person booth.With the confusion of who would give me the massage I was forgotten about in my foot bath, and the water grew cold and uncomfortable. Apparently a lot of people have had great experiences but mine fell short. Maybe it was busy because it was the weekend before Father’s Day???For something so personal like a massage I want to feel like I am the only person in the building and these guys were not able to provide that experience.

I just had a total knee replacement and badly needed a massage. My hubby and I went at 7pm Friday and did 90 minutes. They were super friendly, very clean and they were very careful not to get close to my incision but still get pain relief. Great deep tissue and leg and foot work. We will be going back!

The deep tissue foot massage is Absolutely incredible. I’m a runner and suffer from plantar fasciitis. In order to keep working out and running, i get deep massages on the bottom of my feet. I’ve tried many places and Li Massage is by far the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever gotten. Thank you and I can’t wait to go back!!!

I had an amazing 100min special with Mark, 50min reflexology & 50min neck & back. For a walk in spa with no appointment needed I was very impressed with the quality of massage, especially the deep tissue work. Mark was amazing.
Hands down the best massage Ive ever received in my. Every other single masseuse that I have ever gone to never has the strength to give me a deep enough massage. I had Jennifer and she was able to get every single one of the knots out of my back. I will definitely be making the hour drive to come back here very soon.
If youre looking for a place with clean environment, professional and a relaxing and thorough massage, look no further.Lis Massage is a newer establishment.However the level of cleanliness and spacious interior immediately caught my attention,The well trained staff and clean and organized rooms,they also sanitize after each and every customer.Ive had chronic shoulder pains from working long hours on the computer, and neck tenderness.Ive been here many times and they really take their time and work out all the knots with many attention to smaller harder to find knots.I would recommend anyone who visits roughly describe what aliments they might have and go for at least an hour.Its not easy to find a professional massage establishment that is both clean, organized and with well trained therapists.This will be my go-to place from now on!
Nice facility, clean rooms. Great massage at a good price ($55 for one hour). They have couples rooms available and will accommodate female therapists on request. Suggest making an appointment in advance.
Very relaxing, I visit every week and they got good packages for regular visits. I like the ambience and they are very flexible with the schedules. I would definitely recommend Lis Massage.
I have only had A+ experiences at Lis. All the massage therapists who have worked on me have been incredibly awesome in identifying and working out all my kinks! This facility is very clean and safe with a beautiful ambience creating a fabulous massage experience!!! PLUS, PLUS, PLUS the price is very affordable and reasonable. I Met the owner and she welcomed me with excitement and enthusiasm as a proud new business owner. She invited me to meet the new team of professionals working there. A foot massage left me so much better than when I walked in. Circulation in my feet and legs left me climbing stairs with no problems. I’ve never understood how reflexology worked, but my masseuse explained with each pressure point and what organ or part of my body it would help.The good news it helped with my angina, heart and cardio and foot/leg pains. Amazing!!! The atmosphere is wonderfully decorated very Spa like and beautiful and soft Relaxing music. It is an escape to another place. Definitely coming back!
I have been to Li’s Massage three times.The last time completely failed to meet my expectations of a good massage. I feel disappointed and that I wasted my hard earned money.My first visit and massage with Joe was amazing; unfortunately he is no longer working here. The woman who gave me my second massage was good and I would give her a decent rating even though it was a very light massage. Unfortunately the last massage I had was not good at all. I toldthe male massage therapist that my elbow and hip were hurting and needed work the most. He worked very lightly on my back and shoulders and neck and it was not effective and my muscles still feel very tight and he never worked on my arm or my hip at all!I don’t know how much experience he had, but I don’t feel like I had a massage at all and my arm and my hip are hurting just as much as before my massage!! I just bought ice packs and pain cream and Epsom salts for a do-it-yourself therapy session later.I don’t normally post and wouldn’t be posting today, but I think Li’s needs to work on consistency with their massage therapists.I like supporting small businesses and I paid the therapist and tipped him because I knowit is hard for the people in these jobs during COVID. I will NOT be returning for a massage anytime soon. I sure wish I knew where Joe went!!

Had a group of four and Li’s was able to accommodate us same day. Got a deep tissue massage and they were really able to iron out the tight spots. Great for relaxing after snowboarding. Feeling super refreshed 😌
Wonderful massage at a great price! My husband & I are in Colorado for a few days and we had a couples massage at Lis Massage. Completely relaxing and very professional. $50/60 minutes - you cant beat that!!

This place is great. Every massage I’ve gotten here has been excellent. I am a dentist and I wouldn’t be able to do my job without these frequent trips to Li’s. I feel like a new person each time I leave. Highly recommend this place!
Returned today and got a combo foot and body massage. Only $70 and fantastic! Great massage. Told therapist I had stiff neck and shoulder pain. She worked those areas extra and they feel better. Beautiful new place. Very clean and nicely decorated.
Best foot, leg and full body massage EVER , hands down! Started with my aching feet, lower legs and calves. My lower sacral area and hips are very tender and sensitive to touch. The therapist was in tune with my deep breathing and he really did wonders and loosened up my sacrum and hips. My sciatic nerve pain is better too. It was painful but this man has Healing Hands. And I mean that!The Hot Stones, though! Spectacular session all around! 100 minutes of making this tired aching Momma feel better! Now for a lavender and Epsom salt hot soak....Thank you, Tony! Will be returning soon along with the kids! ✌❤😊
A wonderful experience! The atmosphere is very relaxing, dim lights with soft music and very clean. The service is phenomenal, they really go deep into your muscles to work out knots. I walked out feeling like I was on a cloud! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly suggest Li’s Massage to everyone.
Im feeling terrific after my massage by Mia. Felt pampered by thiskind and strong woman. The entire experience was positive from the moment I entered the Spa. The owner is very expressive and would make agreat PR person for any company. Clean, new, and quiet. I strongly recommend this Spa.

Very clean, modern, decent massage for me, daughter had great massage. Both times neither masseuse asked about any unique issues, and I made error on amount of tip which I was promptly reminded was inadequate. Was my mistake but the front desk woman was clearly annoyed and I was embarrassed by the experience. Not going back again.
Today was my first visit to Li’s, and I have to say, I was impressed. I had put off getting a much needed massage far too long, and chose Li’s because they were close to home. Up-sold myself to the 90-minutes massage, and it was worth every penny. ‘Jennifer’ worked on me, and she was a real pro - spending extra time on particularly sore muscles with just the right amount of firm pressure. 👍

Very nice Chinese massage and foot reflexology here. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and soothing.Ive been back multiple times and have always left feeling rejuvenated. The therapists are professional and seem very engaged with their work.Its a great deal for some quality ancient healing.
My mom booked me a hr foot massage for my birthday and the moment I was approached it started out not great. They had a hard time communicating with me. Then i had 2 different people switch mid way, the first one shoved me instead of asking me to lean back than slapped my foot when he walked away and they all kept talking/yelling at each other- not relaxing. Wasnt a full hr and they tried to add more than just my foot/legs which now i am sore all over. And when i went to give gave a small tip( low but wasnt impressed) they asked me to pay more and gave me looks. BTW never have given bad review. But that was a bad experience....

I went there for combo of foot and body with deep tissue massage. It’s a very nice and very quiet place. The therapist is skillful. She really helped to relax my right back and shoulder. My feet’s numbness get a big relief too. You should give it a try. PS: bring cash will save you some credit card fee.
A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I made a last minute decision to get massages and they were able to get us in on the same day which was awesome. Upon arrival, we were instantly welcomed! The facility was super clean and such a calm and soothing ambience. I asked for the Deep Tissue Massage and my girlfriend asked for the Full Body Massage. I personally prefer the hard/firm pressure and received Zva (I believe her name was). She was honestly AMAZING!1.Im a bit more conservative, so I kept my underwear bottoms on because it made me feel more comfortable. Zva was totally kind and respectful about it even though im sure it got in her way. She asked every time if it was okay to move my underwear and when she did, she always asked if I still felt comfortable. That kind of respect for my body (even though that area was part of the service) instantly made me fall in love with this place.2. I carry most of my stress and tension in my back/shoulders and she was able to find ALL of my knots and work them out. Even though it was a 90min appointment, it felt much longer because she took her time in each area and I didnt feel like she rushed or shouldve worked a particular spot more. I work for an orthopedic doctor and he has suggested going to a chiropractor, but after coming here and meeting Zva, I no longer feel the need to see one!I waited a couple of weeks to write this review because I wanted to see the long term results and my back still feels AMAZING! I feel like I have more range of motion, nothing hurts anymore and even my posture is better. I dont automatically slouch because my back is no longer tight, tired or hurting. This place is the best preventative care you can do for your body. I will definitely be back!
Hot stone body massage was good. Stones too hot for therapist. So that was sad for them. Made for a tense time.Language can be a barrier while in massage.Cash prices listed. Credit cards have additional fees added on.Couple massage room is nice.Be clear on who pays or if split. That was confusing at end.It is a very clean place.
My usual foot reflexology spa is remodeling and closed, so I tried Li’s tonight practically by accident. Mo is a wonderful masseuse! He asked leading questions in regards to pressure and if there were any particular areas I wanted to focus on. It was incredible. I left so relaxed and feeling a lot better! I’ll be coming back!
Love this female owned & operated business. I am a nurse with a previous neck injury & the massage therapist are able to loosen my tight muscles so I can move again pain free. I have referred my coworkers & they love it too.

My husband and I come here for foot and body massages. Weve had a few different masseuses, and theyve all been wonderful. Dont get deep tissue unless you KNOW you can handle it.
I get a lot of massages around the Arapahoe area and have been to all the local places. Out of all the places Ive been, this is DEFINITELY the best. Great environment and courteous staff and WONDERFUL massage. Very good at deep tissue and will listen to your needs if you need a specific area worked on. Highly recommended! A++
If you are looking for a Massage Envy type of experience this place is completely different. I need a lot of pressure so this place is great. Its not your typical surban white mom salon. I alternate between here and Hand & Stone. When I really need all of my knots out I come here. When I want a more boojy spa experience I go there.
Came in here after snowboarding for a few days. Couldnt be happier, my aching muscles feel much better after the total body massage. The foot massage was excellent! Superb! Would come back

Massage was very awkward, more painful than anything and you don’t relax . Also they expect you to tip them a lot so even when prices are good they obviously want to make it on tips but their on expectations on tips . So if you go here just know you need to tip them great or they get mad and they’ll go off on you . Smh so unprofessional I thought tips were optional based on how you thought a person deserves:
First time in Colorado. And first time coming here. I boomed the 90 min special with the $10 extra for deep tissue(Im a big 💪🏾 guy). And Cece was amazing. I will be back here when I make another visit back here maybe in September or October.
