Yellowstone Massage

The staff is so kind and accommodating, and the price is fantastic! I asked to take two of my friends with me, at less than two hours notice and they were able to fit us in, and all three of us were happy with our massage. The hot stones are such a treat too!

They have an okay massage. My issue with them is me and my girlfriend went for a couples massage which is $55 a person and they were trying to tell us that it was a mandatory tip for $15 a person which would have made our bill $140 for an okay massage it sounds like the scams that you get in other countries where they tell you its going to be one price and then try to entrap you with making you pay more I do not recommend this place unless youre willing to pay more for a mediocre massage you could find better places even if they is more expensive elsewhere.

My second time and will never go back! I dont typically leave bad reviews, but this experience needs to be heard by others.The male therapist that worked on me may have been the manager or owner He was aggressive and rushed the entire session. Everything was super fast paced from applying the oil, application of pressure, to the techniques he used to massage, and he BRUISED my spine because of how aggressive and quickly he did the massage running over my bony points. I never once felt comfortable nor was I able to relax.I still tipped $10 for the session despite my disappointment and lack of ability to enjoy it, but what really upset me was that he COMPLAINED and hassled me after that I needed to tip him MORE! Then told me no good, when I told him that he cant tell me what to do with my money. And then proceeded to ask if I had cash, to tip him more after I said NO.When did tipping become an expectation and practitioners entitled to dictate what customers should or should not do with their money????I work in the service industry and I understand the business side, but tipping is NEVER MANDATORY and customers should never be confronted to have to do so!

Friendly staff, relaxing, clean and calming atmosphere. The entire massage and experience was very gently and soothing. Hot stones and oil felt amazing! Definitely recommend and will return.

Was an OK massage and the price was ok but after finished she demanded a large tip for nothing special. Will never return.

I just left and am leaving this review 20 minutes after getting a couples massage. The massage itself was subpar.I listed my problem areas as my neck and shoulders in which she collectively rubbed them for 5 minutes.I specifically said DO NOT touch my glutes and she had my sheet on the floor and dod not listen.She did my legs for 5 minutes and my arms for less than that.She was on her phone the ENTIRE time. It was ringing and buzzing, and she was texting while “massaging”.She kept leaving the room AND was having FULL ON conversations with the other masseuse the whole time.Also my friend who I was with felt he got violated by one of the masseuses and she was inappropriate with him.And to top it off, my friends masseuse asked as we were leaving for a bigger tip when we gave 20%.Worst “relaxing” massage I’ve ever had in my entire life.DO NOT GO HERE.UPDATE: I am in SO much pain from whatever that woman did to me. I can barely sleep at night, sitting down at work etc is all awful.My friend is traumatized, it was his first and probably last professional massage.I now have to spend MORE $ to go see a *legitimate* masseuse and chiro to FIX what that woman did. Wed both like a full refund.

You want to understand what was unsatisfactory about my visit to your spa? My masseuse not only charged me $70 for a 60min deep tissue massage when it is clearly advertised for $60 online, she also uncomfortably insisted that I tip her an additional $20 on top of the $10 tip I already gave her. 43% tip?!I read another review after the fact that mentioned the exact same thing happened to them. I feel ripped off, and the deep tissue massage was merely a lady walking on me, followed by a mediocre back rub...

This place really surpassed my expectations. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole feel of the place is non-pretentious and not at all intimidating...not always the case at a spa (something I think would be great especially for a first-time massage client). Overall, the atmosphere is super relaxing. The spa is very well maintained and my room is very clean. My therapist (I wish I remembered her name) was very professional and attentive, she asked if I have any sore area I want her to concentrate on and she gave the perfect amount of pressure where needed. She made me feel comfortable in every way possible. I had the 90 min full body massage for $80, (which is lower than other places nearby). I received the full 90 min with minimal interruption. More importantly, the massage itself was one of the best Ive ever had. My problem areas feel a thousand times better and the rest of my body is much better off after the work done. Needless to say I WILL be back many times. I highly recommend YellowStone to everyone who is looking for a fantastic massage.

Not my favorite place to get a massage. The lady did not read my paper when I gave her full description on the type of massage I need. Just because Im a plus size woman dont mean I want deep tissue. I like to be relaxed so I wanted something gentle and solved. Instead I got the opposite and left for an excruciating pain over top of the fact I have a back injury from a car accident and none of that was considered. Not a great place to get a massage if you ask me

We purchased a couples massage for 90 min. We filled out a drawing to determine which body part needs more focus. Halfway through I reminded the message therapist to focus on certain parts. She acknowledged it and never did it. The other person was on her phone majority of the time giving my wife a partial service. At the end of our service we paid the full amount with a 20 dollar tip which wasn’t deserved but we did it anyway. The lady had the nerve to tell me I needed to tip 20 dollars more. I made sure they new what kind of service they performed which was, poor quality, poor customer service, and lack of attention to what was specified. Not worth it.

Overall a good experience. Two things that make it challenging:1. Therapist dont speak english and do not understand if asked about different things. You may need to use hand gestures to communicate.2. Being lied to when asked for specific therapist. Upon meeting therapist, I ask if you name... and they nod their hand, just to discover its a different massage and different therapist. Ladies look similar so its hard to tell who is who. I do not appreciate the lying aspect and it has happened many times.

My wife called to setup my appoint specifically for their trigger point massage. When I arrived they didnt even take my name or ask me where to focus. They just pushed me into a room and asked how long. I told them again I was here for the trigger massage and they said, okay, okay. 60 minutes? I was confused, but said okay and then she told me $55 dollars. Great price right??!? Then as she starting theassage it started off no different than other. When she asked I said she could use more pressure, but I couldnt tell the difference. There was no special trigger point focusing. I even told her where the pain was, but she moved straight on to another part. Finally after an hour she said done and I have to save it was an okay massage at best and if I spent $55 dollars okay, but I tipped her $10, becuase I believe in tipping and she had the audacity to ask for more. She said quote, I gave you a deeper massage. She then looked at my wallet and asked for my $20. Shocked and dismayed i was taken aback by her brazeness. And although i would have started laying into her, i decided to be the light in our world of darkness and i suck for conflict. I found thid place to be a scam trying to lure your in and then pressures you to tip way more than you want for a mediocre massage. I CANNOT express this enough. Dont go here. They dont even provide the services you ask for.

It is so difficult to book a massage day-of, but Yellowstone Massage was available and was wonderful! Their prices are extremely reasonable, and I was amazed how they are open every single day until 9pm. Definitely a good place if you need an urgent relaxing massage.

As a working mom, it’s hard to schedule a massage. They take walk-ins and we’re nothing but professional. I did a 1 hour full body with a focus on upper shoulders and back. The massage therapist was professional and ensured my comfort. I wasn’t expecting the hot stones- but they were fantastic. I will return

IT WAS AWFUL!! I went with my mom and we felt completely violated. We paid for an hour and we may have gotten 35 minutes When we finished I gave them a SMALL tip and she insisted that I tip her more.Do not recommend

I wanted to have a massage done with two specialists at the same time and the owner greatly accommodated me just adding extra $50.00 to the bill. It was affordable, professional and they have the most beautiful fish tank at the entrance that I ever sew: big red fish swimming an looking at you. Nice relaxing music was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place.

Ive tried a few massage places in the area searching for a good masseuse for my neck and lower back. I work in IT, so sitting in the same position for majority of the day is pretty normal. When I heard that Yellowstone newely opened I decided to give it a try. I must say my experience was great! My masseuse was able to identify areas which were tense within the first few minutes and knew which pressure points were necessary to release the tension. 5 out of 5 will be recommending Yellowstone massage to friends.

The massages are awesome. The tip is greater than the cost of the massage. It is not affordable to me anymore. They will go out of business in this economic contraction.

Gina was amazing, great energy, she worked on me the whole time. One of the best massages Ive received and Ive gotten them from all over. And the Spa is very clean and comfortable. Definitely will return.

The couples massage was okay. But during checking out, one of the ladies demanded more of a tip. My husband had already tipped 25 percent and the lady demanded 35 percent. Very upset about this experience. So rude and disrespectful!!

My wife and I went in and both got a wonderful 75 minute massage (that even included hot stones)! It was one of the best massages I have had and I will DEFINITELY be going back!
