Elements Massage

I have been visiting this location for more than two years. They always cater to my needs and have very professional therapists! I recommend them frequently!

I love the atomsphere! The front desk ladies were polite and able to help bring on my calm after the horrific traffic jam that I was just in. I was absolutely impressed with Judys magic hands! I felt like I could float away into the clouds after my massage. I had the best two nights of sleep Ive had in a long time! I will definitely be seeing Judy again. Thank you to the front office ladies and to Judy!!! You are ALL amazing!!

I was having a problem with my Sacroiliac joint impinging on my nerve and the pain was extreme. Krystyn new exactly what I needed and did a wonderful job of relieving the pressure. I have felt 90% better since my massage.

Massage was good. The only thing that was disappointing was that I booked the 1 hour massage and only got 50 minutes of service. They told me that the the 1 hr treatment includes a 10 minute recovery/clean up time as part of the service. I’ve never been anywhere that sells a 60 minute/1hr service but only provides 50 minutes of service. So keep that in mind when scheduling.

This was my first massage and Sue was amazing. I would go to her regularly if I lived in Colorado. The salon was very cozy, calm, and clean. The women at the front desk were delightful.

My first time at this location. I was lucky someone canceled and I was able to get an appointment same day. I had Meghan as my therapist and she was amazing!!! So knowledgeable and I felt great and relaxed after. She even gave me tips on how to help with my tension. Highly recommend her!

Massages adequate although did not concentrate on my areas of concern. Even with a Master Therapist. Was charged additional fee for the Master that was not effectively disclosed before or during the billing cycle, they just put in on my account, resulting in a final additional charge when I terminated. Watch out for the membership. They charge regardless of your attendance (fair I suppose) and when you do terminate, charge you a fee of $119 just for cancelling their service. The management has little or no flexibility in billing practices, nor concern as they said I should have checked the fine print. Be aware of this management style and not book or join this membership. You will regret this very expensive experience.I will laud the on-site staff for trying to help and the therapist was quite friendly, but I cannot recommend this location.

As soon as we walked in to this place, we were immediately struck by how peaceful it felt. Then I met my massage therapist David, and we sat and discussed what I needed treatment on. David is above and beyond the most AMAZING massage therapist I have ever had in my life! And this is saying A LOT after 30+ years of getting massages. I was absolutely blown away and will be signing up to be a member. What an incredible experience...Im so very grateful to have found this place!

They are amazing!!!!!!!!! Jenny is my personal favorite. But saying that I have never had anyone bad or that Im not willing to go back to, I just prefer Jenny. From the time you talk to them on the phone to walking in to leaving everyone is super nice & friendly. I have a crazy schedule & they are always wonderful when I am in town with getting me in with someone they think can give me the best service. Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend Elements Massage because they have excellent massage therapists, friendly staff, and available appointments.

Monica took the time to talk to me about my bothersome areas and she even provided me feedback about stretches/exercises I can do to alleviate some tension/pain in my arms and wrists. The massage was excellent. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and asked me multiple times throughout the massage if the pressure was okay or if I wanted more/less, which I appreciated. The reception staff was also very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere of the spa was beautiful and relaxing and I truly enjoyed my time there.

Receptionist whos name I believe was Emily is rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I had to cancel my credit card just to stop them from deducting money from my account despite my many verbal and written requests to end my membership. Unethical owner, I would not recommend doing business with them

The therapists at this studio are exceptionally skilled. I have seen several. Each has their own style, and genuinely care about helping the client feel better. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and can help you choose the right therapist for your particular issue. This studio has many repeat customers who have been coming regularly for years. Highly recommended.

Clean facility, pleasant front end staff.The massage left me feeling worse than when I went in. And then got charged more than the advertised price for a first time visit.While I was hoping to have a relaxing experience, I cant say I left feeling that way.

I love this massage studio - very easy to make appointments (either through the app or after my session), the lobby is relaxing and welcoming, staff are friendly and professional, and of course the massage is always top-notch. I leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed every time!

Started late and ended over 10min early. Maybe got 40min worth of massage for 60min. Ive been to many other elements locations and this one is always disappointing for one reason or another.

Great massage from Morgan. He was really good at detecting which areas needed work and releasing all the tension without any pain -- it was just relaxing and wonderful. I didnt realize how locked up my shoulders were until afterwards when I suddenly had so much more movement than before! Really enjoyable presence, great facility, super comfortable, and loved taking home the little package of Epsom salts to get even more relaxed. Wonderful experience!

I would recommend Val, I had a massage with her yesterday. Val listened to my wants and needs and delivered. I will definitely book another massage with Elements. The office staff is very friendly. The staff also called me today to see how I was feeling and to see if they could improve on anything, Ive never had a massage company call me for a following up, I love that!

Everyone at the desk is super nice, very helpful and I just signed up for Elements Wellness Program and I cannot wait to start saving and getting massages a lot more often then I used to. I have seen several therapists and they are all very knowledgeable in their field.I am always in the gym and the therapists have all given me great stretches to do when I leave depending on what muscle is sore that day. Overall great place to relax and de-stress for sure!

Chrystal was amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I told her that I do a lot of driving for work and she was an expert at knowing exactly where to apply the pressure and how much pressure to apply. She was even kind enough to give me some stretching exercises to do at home. Very happy with my experience at Elements and would highly recommend them.

In the waiting room there is usually fruit infused water and comfy leather chairs. You can easily set up your appointments online and youll promptly receive a call confirming your appointment. There are many massage therapists so you can choose from many different types of massages. Check out Elements Massage in Centennial which is easily accessible from C-470 & Quebec.

I love Elements Massage! Ive enjoyed 3 massages there and every time has been a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The therapists are very professional and do a great job to make you feel comfortable. Everyone there is friendly from the moment you walk in.

Jean was fantastic! She worked out so many knots in my shoulders with a deep tissue massage, while still making me feel so relaxed. The facility is very clean and nice, the staff are all so pleasant, and overall it was a great experience!

They are the worst! The massage is like a rub Not worth the pay! And now they encourage you to get a mempership and don’t explain it well and they have you sign it and they fill out the rest with different names ! For example I signed it and they filled out the rest with my husbands name which isn’t even his real name. They are a fraud ! Do not go there !!!! And the Manager and staff are super rude ! And confusing. They don’t try and help the situation they are just rude. Please do not go here is over priced and not worth anything.

The massage therapists at this location are very good! They take a genuine interest in your health and truly love what they do. The front desk people are always very warm, welcoming and make you feel like you matter when you walk in!

Friendly and helpful front desk. And, I have a favorite therapist that understands and properly treats my muscle tension areas. I feel the importance of a bimonthly (max) treatment plan to ensure flexibility in my later years.

This is the most excellent place to get a massage! Jenn is amazing at sports massage and has single handedly kept me in the game of work, life, and training! To boot, their front desk staff is ahhhhmazing!!!!! It makes one wonder how all the best of best ended up here! Love this place tremendously, and if you love yourself at all, you will go here!

Did not address the areas I told her to concentrate on. Room was dry and cold. Music was too loud and the clock was too. All I could concentrate on was tick-tock..tick-tock..It was the worst massage I have ever received and I didnt even get an hour massage it was only 40 minutes. Overall I was disappointed. I will be looking elsewhere for my next massage. Dont waste $60...because thats what I just did!

Good place BUT WATCH OUT FOR THE MEMBERSHIP! They will charge you no matter if you use the services.They offer a special price IF you sign up. These offers are very tempting but they only benefit the company and not the customer.

Ladies at the desk are friendly and helpful. they dont ever get aggravated and they have had the right to do so a couple of times. I really like my therapist Jen.

This is the best massage place! Came in for some RnR, paul did a stand up job, hands down the best massage therapist. Reccomend this place to anyone. I believe the front desk girls name was kelly very friendly and professional.

Difficult to get in on the day your back hurts. Book ahead. Masseuse lacked personality and was all business but she did an ok job.
