Stephanie is the sweetest, kindest soul! I always leave her room feeling refreshed in more ways than one. The pressure her hands provide is just right, and she consistently checks in with each client to ensure it remains so throughout the course of their treatment. She’s both knowledgeable and approachable when it comes to offering advice on stretching properly and efficiently to maintain good mobility. She has helped me a tremendous amount as I recover from surgery, and I know my body is safe in her hands. I’m forever grateful. Not only for her expertise in eliminating tight muscles but for her friendship as well. She’s a true joy to do life alongside. I highly recommend her services!

Such a cozy, relaxing experience! I scheduled an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Michelle for my birthday & she was absolutely amazing. I love how you are able to personalize your experience by choosing a lotion scent & what type of music you’d like. Of course you can’t forget changing into a plush robe with a warm neck pillow prior to your service starting. If you’re looking for a spa experience, I’d highly recommend Spavia!

This is a lovely location and Spavia is always a high quality spa that offers memberships. This was my first time at this location, and I loved it. The ambiance is soothing and they offer a relaxation room, a robe, and slippers which elevates a normal massage experience. My massage therapist Christel was very skilled and the perfect mix of firm and soothing for the Swedish massage I got. She was high quality, and I’ve found that to be true of all of my Spavia therapists so far. I would recommend this place, and find their membership programs to be an excellent deal. Glad I joined.

This spot is awesome! The staff is all very nice and make sure you are having a wonderful experience. My latest treatment was a 80 min deep tissue massage and my technician was Kendrick, he was amazing! He made sure the pressure was just how I wanted and focused on my trouble areas. I walked out feeling like a new lady! 5 stars every time!

I absolutely love Spavia! The stuff is amazing and from the moment you walk in you instantly feel relaxed. I enjoy arriving early for my service to unwind in the relaxation area with a warm neck pillow. Kendrick delivered the best deep tissue massage I have ever had! He was very professional, kind, and respectful. Kendrick checked in with me periodically to ensure the right pressure, etc. I would highly recommend him for an exceptional massage experience!!

This was a pleasantly surprising massage. Usually it’s hard for me to find someone who uses deep enough pressure for my back, but Kelly got to most of the knots and was very good about explaining what was going on and how to relax them. She didn’t get to everything, but I would have just needed to book more time for that.The place itself is nice and relaxing. You should arrive earlier than you might for other massages because there’s an intermediate relaxing room with tea and books and things. The only thing I didn’t like is having to fill out the intake form even though I filled it out online in advance.Would like to return!

Christel is an amazingly talented massage therapist. I can’t wait to go back to spavia to have her work on my muscle issues again. Friendly and professional and just knows her anatomy and how to help heal the body. I’m extremely particular as I have a fused joint which affects my back. Chris is the absolute BEST!!! Literally the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to figure out where the tension/knots are. The pressure is perfect and I always leave feeling so much better.

The owner, Sherry and the entire staff today went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and pampered. I tried booking another massage with Sherry but she is very popular & books up fast (makes total sense since she is incredible). I was able to schedule with another massage therapist for early February. Excited to find a spa close to home that offers great massages at a reasonable price point. I just saw Loren for first time and had a deep tissue massage which was fantastic. I have seen Erin for facials and have been very happy with her services. As a former aesthetician I can be picky and no complaints here. The owner and front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice place. Professional and communicative masseuse. I appreciated the repeated reminders of my appointment. The robes were kind of funky. Reminded me of Elvis. I would prefer white so they can be sanitized. Nothing major to complain about, though. They try hard to make you feel comfortable.

When I first arrived with my wife for a couples massage I had the pleasure of meeting Alex and Delaney. Alex is as personable as they come. Shes vibrant, strong in character, and willing to help in whatever way she can with making Spavia a pleasant experience. Delaney was polite, poised and following Alexs every move since she was in training. After Alex showed us all the ins and outs of the place, including the relaxation room and the restroom/shower area we changed into robes to experience our massages together. I got to tell you guys! Getting a couples massage is a very cool experience. Youre with the one you love in a relaxed atmosphere talking as much or as little as youd like. Sarah did a nice job in giving me a massage. She did a full-body with an emphasis on my back. We had island sounds playing in the background as well as a nice orange lotion scent that was rubbed into our bodies. Both massage therapists were professional, and asked questions throughout to determine our comfort level. Eventually, Sarah put a hot towel compress under the back of my neck and proceeded to give me a light rub down. It was a nice, soothing way to end the massage. Another great thing about a Spavia Massage is that it is 1 WHOLE HOUR, not 50 minutes, like so many other places do nowadays. Even though we didnt start exactly at 9:30 the massages still went a whole hour. It was nice not to be rushed. Were looking forward to coming back again for our next couples massage.

I had the best experience at the Park Meadows location! The staff was super friendly, and they really made me feel relaxed. Prior to the massage, they let me sample different lotions and I got to choose which one I wanted during my massage. I received a tour of the changing room and little touches like a box for my jewelry in my locker was so sweet! Karla was masseuse and she was fabulous! Afterwards, I had the option to stick around and use their shower. The shampoo/conditioner and lotions smelled amazing! I totally felt like I was receiving incredible service and it was totally worth the price. Id definitely return!

I got a facial and the service was fine. I came in late 10 mins and wasn’t able to make that up.But my problem comes with the new costumer discount. I made my appointment on the phone and they lied to me that I would receive the $20 new costumer discount after my service. When I finished my service they were like, “It’s only offered on Mondays to Thursday.” Oh really? I was going to subscribe to their monthly subscription. I was turned off by their dishonesty and shadiness. Won’t be returning.

I ordered a gift card online for my DIL and ran into a glitch early on. But the staff and owner, Kari bent over backwards to make sure this gift was ready for giving. Her staff took my calls and handled followup care perfectly. I did not have to chase an answer. Kari not only presented a wonderfully calm demeanor, but she followed through to my complete satisfaction. If a business is willing to work that hard to earn and satisfy a customer before they arrive, I can absolutely believe their services will be A++ across the board. I have been receiving monthly massages for years. I have been loyal to other spas but left due to drama or the revolving door of massage therapists. I came to Spavia about 1 1/2 years ago, and love it! I love how quiet it is, the shower in the changing room, the zen waiting room, and of course i have 2 to 3 favorite therapists. I voted Spavia as best massage and spa. Try it!!

We arrived an hour early due to drive time. We were welcomed in, got checked in, and offered to let us stay in on of the outer rooms while we waited. At our scheduled time, we were escorted to the room and given specific instruction. Both masseuse were professional an attentive to our requests. Massage is always consistent. If I have specific areas with issues they addresses them and I leave better than I arrived always. The owner and staff members are always helpful and welcoming. If you have any inquiries, they are quick to call you back. I have been a patron of this location for over five years. With the recent pandemic the owner was quick to respond to client concerns and quickly implemented health safety guidelines.

We had our couples massage on 12/10, we arrived 25 min early for our 11:50 AM 100 minutes couples massage. It was 11:58AM and I had to grab one of the esthetician’s help for our couples massage. They were having issues with the music in the room, they should have let me know. We loss 10 min of the allotted time. I timed it and our massage supposed to be at 11:50 and we did not get started until 12:05 and we got done at 1:36, this is not a 100 min massage. With the wait time, they should have given us the break in either the time we didn’t get which is not our fault.My massage was good, but my husband is used to have a massage from head to toe and he didn’t enjoy it much since he said he didn’t get the full body massage.

Bethany my aesthetician was absolutely fantastic!! SO friendly, made me feel extremely comfortable!!! Very professional and amazing at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone!!! SO pleased with her and the front desk staff as well!!!

I had my first post-pandemic facial with Sarah today. She provided an EXTREMELY relaxing and pleasant experience. Her technique was outstanding. This was one of the best facials I have ever had. Thank you Sarah!

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service! The massage was wonderful but then I went to pay. They said they could not combine my gift card with the first time customer deal. I told them I had called and they had said indeed they could combine the two, that is why I made the appointment. After being told it was against policy, I asked for a manager. She was the manager. And still did nothing to make it right. I told her this was the worse customer service I have ever received and she just looked and me and shrugged her shoulders. I have never experienced such bad business or customer service. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to go.Edit update: after receiving an automated text asking to rate my experience and explain why. I put in the text that I would like to speak to the owner. I received a phone call from an employee saying that they reviewed their phone records and the owner wanted me to know that she “never” does this but they would refund me the $30 because I was given the wrong information. I am not sure why she would want me to know that they “never” do that, maybe to make me feel special. I did not feel special, only made me think that they must not value taking care of their customers. She didn’t even apologize for the bad experience.

We had run into a gift card issue at the facility, when we went for our apt.. The manager of this store was really helpful and even know we had to pay for our massages at that apt, she called the day after and took care of us.. We are now excited to go back and get another massage.

I did a lot research on finding a good place that offered couples massages. Spavia had a very good rating on Google and most of the reviews had really great feedback, so I gave it try. So glad I did! The whole experience was exceptional and I can’t wait to go back. I even signed up for there membership program.

I had a gift card for the Spavia up in Westminster area so I used the phone number on the back of the gift card to book an appt. On the day of the appointment, I went to the address on the back of the gift card and got told that I was at the wrong location. Come to find out, the phone number and the address on the gift card weren’t to the same location. The person at the front desk had to call her manager to make sure I wouldn’t be charged the cancellation fee and then told me that next time I could go to any location, due to this mess up on the gift card. I then booked at the park meadows location. I showed up and they took my gift card and had a great massage. Upon coming out to pay, I was told that my gift card was not good at that location and that I would need to just pay for the massage. I explained what had happened at the other location and that they said I could go to any location. I also asked why they didn’t tell me this info BEFORE I had the massage and got told that it was “busy”. Melanie, the manager got involved and honestly was very rude and had piss poor customer service skills. Even after acknowledging that from the start things had gone wrong on their end, was unwilling to take the gift card. It is very disappointing to get treated like this and will not recommend this location to anyone!!

I love my monthly massage at Spavia. The whole experience is all about relaxation. The waiting room sets the mood with low lighting, comfy chairs, light snacks, and tea. I have found a great massage therapist that really focuses on my needs to relax and rejuvenate my body.

Ive been going to Spavia several years now to see Diane for massages. Shes the best! Diane is caring, attentive, and loves what she does. Ive also had several facials with Lindsey and she does a terrific job of ensuring the treatment is both appropriate and effective for whatever conditio. your skin is in that week. My fav gals!

Customer Service/ management follow up needs improvement. My Husband and I recently was in for a 60 minute couples massage. I also had a chemical peel afterwards. Massage was relaxing. The peel that I received was not what I paid for or scheduled . The esthetician was aware of this 3 minutes into starting. However she had already started to put chemicals on my face and stated she would let the front desk know that it was marked wrong on what I was suppose to get. When I came to the front my husband had already checked out for our services which was over $300.00 for the day. The front receptionist had told me she would have to speak with her manager to see if they could compensate me some how. I did receive a call back from a Carissa wanting to ask me a few more questions to pass on to the owner/manager. When I called back Carissa was busy. I had to speak with someone else not sure of her name. However she assured me she would speak with the owner/manager and would get back to me. Wish I would have wrote her name down. Our services was on July 6th. I still haven’t had a follow up on how they attend to fix the mix up? I feel like the esthetician was in a rush. If she had taken the time to ask me a few questions before starting or applying anything then she would have realized someone had put me down for the wrong peel and all could have been saved! Best word of advice DO NOT pay before your services are finished. Sad because this place was recommended by a couple friends. Had to tell them about our experience.

This place is awesome! All the staff are super personable, easy to get along with and make you feel like youre getting a spa treatment at home! The setting of Spavia is that relaxing. I didnt want to leave when my time was up. I highly recommend Spavia to anyone looking for high quality service , that isnt overly priced! Plus, they use great products, like Image and Sanitas, which is always a bonus. Thanks for making my experience so memorable. :)

My facial tech jade was not friendly, felt very rushed said she had someone back to back right after me, did not give any feedback on my skin afterwards or any advise, didnt recommend any follow up services, nothing. She just was like ok here is the exit, the front desk didnt ask how my service was they just were worried about me paying and i felt pressured to leave a tip for a bad service.

I started coming to Spavia about 3 months ago and havent went anywhere else since. I absolutely love this place. All of the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I always walk out of my appointment with a little more information I never knew before to help improve my skin ! Which Ive seen since going! I would highly recommend Spavia to anyone looking for a amazing experience.

My wife tried leaving a rating from her e-mail, but was blocked somehow.Poor customer service & Customer CareI own a business in the service industry, so I understand the importance of superb customer service/customer care. This park meadows Spavia location lacks in both.First, I want to say that the first lash technician I used was the Best set of new lashes I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had to schedule with a different lash technician for a refill. Very nice young lady that was having a bit of a tough day. She told me if she needed to fix my lashes, she would do it for free. Lashes were a little inconsistent, especially on left side. By day 2 my lashes on my left eye we’re going different directions, Instead of complaining, I chose to book another appointment in 6 days lwith the original lash technician (soonest I could get on her schedule). However, by day 3 the outer lashes on my left eye were overlapping and sticking together. It was painful to brush through them. I called Spavia to explain the situation and requested that somebody get me in in the next 24 hours to either correct the problem or remove them completely. I received a call back indicating that the manager said I would have to wait to get them fixed until Friday late evening -3 days from now (earliest appt with lash tech that did refill). Now my guess is, they never even reached out to the lash technician to see if she might accommodate me. My experience with her was pleasant, I tipped her extremely well and she had offered to fix any issues.This is what happens when you have a poorly managed company with that acts as a gatekeeper to some really good therapists, technician, etc. When you have management like that, their business suffers. It is unfortunate, the initial technician lost a bi-monthly clientSally

Ive found Spavia is a wonderful retreat for relaxation & rejuvenation!! Justina my massage therapist at Spavia is knowledgeable, caring and a Phenomenal masseur!!! Ive had many massage therapists thru the years & she truly is Spectacular at her craft!! Visit this location...Soon!!

Absolutely terrible. Went in for a couples deep tissue massage and had to ask the MT 6 times to go harder yet my boyfriend who is pure muscle with knots as deep as craters only asked once in the beginning. The MT that my company hires for $12 for 15-30 min sessions goes deeper than this MT and knows how to angle certain spots in your shoulder and back to get into the hard to reach areas and provides much more of a value than a chain like this. I highly suggest going to Body works by Kristen if youre in need of a deep tissue massage. Additionally, they like to pick and choose which things on their gift cards to enforce, such as valid at certain locations only, but doesnt expire on the said expiration date of 12/31/18. How is a company to only enforce one portion of their fine print but not the entire portion and how is a customer to know which portion they decide to enforce. Lousy service and bad business practice all around.

I have been a member for 7 years. I tried to cancel my membership today and was given the most awful time by the manager, Melanie. She insisted there are apparently some Terms & Conditions not disclosed on the member-facing side of their website that can only be viewed in person that allow them to charge me for an additional month despite giving well over 30 days notice. It was lovely to be a member, however trying to leave is like going through a bad breakup. Join with caution.

After being a member for over a year now I can honestly say I wish I wouldve kept my membership cancelled the first time. I tried not to be picky with who I requested for massages but unless the massage was with Diane I felt like it was a waste of money. Ive only ever gone to Michelle for facials so I cant speak too much about those-except shes amazing!Trying to get an appointment booked with this place is nearly impossible. I finally cancelled my membership after trying for the last 5 months to get something scheduled but couldnt because there were never any open appointments after 4pm on the week days and the weekends were booked out for months. Because Im having such a difficult time getting anything scheduled and my memership ends in March 20th (yes over a month away) Im losing $390 worth of free monthly services .I wouldnt recommend the membership for anyone who has isnt free all day/week. I wont be a member again.

This spa is one of the best spas Ive ever been to and that includes a 5 star resort spas in Mexico and Las Vegas. The atmosphere is the ultimate relaxation experience and the therapists are a cut above the rest!!!

Had a gift card for a different location. Was told that I had no problem using it at this location. I got stuck at work and when I tried to reschedule my appointment was told that the cancellation policy required that I book at times that I was not available. I explained that I was not cancelling and that I wanted to reschedule for the next week. They were extremely rude and would not help me. Then charged my card for a cancellation fee. I was NOT cancelling!!! With all of the choices around in the Metro area, I will never use this place again... AWFUL customer service!!!!!!

I received a gift card to Spavia. Went to the Centennial Location. It was fine, but I have no interest in returning. Chose a prenatal massage, which was a nice gentle rub essentially. I would not call it therapeutic, did not include hip/siatica work like the description said (and what I was really needing). The massage therapist was sweet, but very inexperienced - out of school less than a year.If Im going to spend the money, find time and arrange child care I want a good massage that will help relieve discomfort, especially during pregnancy. I did not find that here.Looking at skin care products and flip flops to use up rest of gift card as the gift card is nonrefundable.
