DO NOT GO HERE. They sold me a broken e-cigarette literally an hour ago and wont exchange it. The lady remembered me and was very rude. They will rip you off.Edit: I went back today (one day later) to speak to the manager and she was very helpful. I still wont be back because of the elderly woman with no front teeth.

Old lady was so rude and acts like you’re a bother when she actually has to do her job and help a customer.

Had the worst experience ever...the new help especially the newest lady that i encountered today at 3 pm on the 1st of February cashed out my scratch ticket and when she couldnt scan my id she refused to serve me...even though i come in all the time and have never had a problem. At first she wouldnt give me my money. I am so mad i can jardly believe it. So now i am going ro have to go to another store because i just cannot tolerate being treated this way! Good luck with that!

This store is great because Tina is a hard worker. She sincerely cares about everybody who walks through the door and does her best to greet them kindly and wish them well upon their departure. Unlike other stores in the area you can actually run in grab some lottery and be on your way. Why go anywhere else?

Just to give everyone a heads up came in for pre roll cones asked for id, gave them my id said they had to scan it for some reason there scanner doesnt work so no sale??? Saw the clerk turn away 3 other people! Long story short even if you are 50 years old and dont have an ID no sale. But if you do! Guess what no sale because there scanner cant scan your CO id.

Theyre open during the quarantine and they have a big selection of products. The associate sped up the checkout process as more people trickled in. Not everyone reads signs, and the sign on the door said no more than 5 customers inside at once. The associate got everyone taken care of in a timely manner.

The place is fantastic. Doesnt feel the same without Michelle. She brought a lively, professional, caring attitude to the store. Really miss her and that feeling in the store. This new gal, not so sure about her. :( I hope it changes soon. Ready to look elsewhere.

Woman with pink hair behind the desk was so rude as soon as we came in. Was absolutely no help (wouldnt even acknowledge we can in). When we proceeded to look at the 100+ glass pieces sitting on top of the counter. She yells dont touch the glass please! Never would I ever recommend this place to anyone, simply because she made it so unwelcoming. The doorman/ security was the only one who seemed to understand any kind of customer service.

The staff is always super friendly. If they dont know a product they will simply tell you that they havent tried it themselves but this is what customers have said about it. Needless to say they are knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. Dont feel weird asking CBD and THC questions either! :)

I try to avoid this place because theres a young male employee that works there that looks like he absolutely HATES his life. When I try to buy something, he makes me feel like Im an inconvenience or something. Wheres your customer service bro?

Its obvious they Tina and Sarah really care about repeat service. They are always great with customers, especially the regulars. Ive seen them pull cigarettes for people before the customer is completely through the door.

You know my only complaint here is when Im in a hurry, Im in a hurry only to show up and not have anyone available because they are in the bathroom.If you cant make enough money selling cigarettes to employ two people a shift there must be something wrong with the financials.Customers first, money second or you wont have money! I go elsewhere now so that Im not making a trip for nothing but frustration.

I’ve never had a good experience here, the owners are absolute jerks. They don’t care if you ever come back. The positive reviews have to be from their friends or paid reviews.

I try to come here often, as its right by my house. But its incredibly annoying to have to drive 10 minutes out of the way to find what Im looking for because theyre always away for 5 minutes either smoking or in the bathroom. Which, takes more than 5 minutes because Ive sat outsise for 30 because they were the only place open. The guy that works there acts like youre inconveniencing him just by walking in the door. Its sad to see about 45 people pull up, try the handle, and then leave because the employee would rather do anything other than his job.

Not sure about the employee working in the store tonight. Her interaction with me and the customer before me felt like she just wanted us gone. Its ok, I can take my shopping elsewhere.

Be prepared to wait as they support helping who ever is willing to cut in line first. Another sad example of poor customer service.

Staff was extremely disrespectful. Only the security/door man knew what customer service was. Rest of staff was unhelpful and just plain rude.
