Great entertainment venue with excellent food visited Erie from Cleveland and this was the spot had some good a.. wings great blue cheese seems to be home made . The Quesadilla was a little bland ,a little seasoning on the chicken would have set it off . Clean and great drinks bartender was super welcoming. A must try for some great food, drinks and entertainment. The stage was phenomenal.

Music was a bit too loud for me, but the food and service was great!!

The cod sandwich was huge, and delicious! Nice crispy batter, moist and not over cooked inside. One of the best fish sandwiches Ive had. We took a Chicago style deep dish pizza home, that was amazing. Definitely the best deep dish Ive had in Erie. Prices are great, you get your moneys worth. I highly recommend Big Bar.

Ok so Im going to be honest, this wasnt the best night to review this place. A Sunday, in a legit deluge, during the time of year when people go south.... what can they do? That said, my drinks and food were top notch, the waitress was delightful, and I was dry when I would have elsewise been soaked.

I have not actually been to this bar in a very long time. I decided today I would order something to go for lunch and have it delivered to my house.The service was so much faster than I thought it would be. The driver was patient while I ran for my wallet.The prices are totally reasonable, and you get a great amount of food for your money. I really appreciated not having to jump through 5 million hoops in order to get an alcoholic drink. You just have your ID ready. Other delivery services make it very difficult to get the alcohol they say they deliver. A lot of popular drinks are out of stock..The food was delicious and Im looking forward to enjoying a relaxing hard Seltzer now.

The waiter was very nice and pleasant. Food was good except the pizza came out cold. NOT CRAZY about the nachos. I do love the wings and combo platter. Cajun Ranch was excellent. It does have a nice atmosphere. Caution the food is big so great for a crowd

Tried this place for the first time today. I got one of each size of the burger just because I wanted to see the size comparison. The Big Burger is Huge. The regular size one is also a good size. Burgers were good. The fries are probably the best fries I have ever had. The establishment is absolutely gorgeous. Its so nice inside! They have multiple bars which is great. We just went for lunch so I havent seen the night scene but I can imagine its a blast. Only thing is that I cant say that the waitress smiled one time for our table or was welcoming. She wasnt rude, but wasnt nice either. Almost just existing if that makes sense. It wouldnt deter me from coming again. I do hope she had a better day. Its far from me as I live in Girard but I would definitely go again.

Food is always good! People are always polite and extremely courteous! So far every thing I have ordered has been served exactly as asked for and the portions are gracious! They certainly dont skimp on anything! They are no joke when they say big bar! Always pleased with my service and my orders! Employee went above and beyond as a gentleman and carried my food to my truck for me happily! Ill definitely be back to try more off the menu!

Food is always amazing and priced really well. $11 for a Ruben & fries.Music is a touch to loud for me, I dont like screaming over it to talk.

First time coming here for food. Had a lunch date with my hunny. Wait staff was very friendly and prompt. Husband ordered the cod sandwich and I ordered the club. Came with ribbon fries and a pickle. We ordered a meat lovers deep dish to-go, for dinner. Wanted the kids to try the pizza. Sandwiches are MASSIVE and the ribbon fries were cooked to crispy perfection. I could only eat half of a half of my sandwich. It was incredibly filling. It was stacked with really good quality meats, bacon was done phenomenally. Lettuce and think slices of tomato. Dont know what kind of bread they used but it was delicious and didnt destroy the roof of my mouth. Lol....topped with a nice not too sweet honey mayo sauce. The pizza is huge. Bill was around $46. For the amount of food and quality, great deal. Husband ate a slice when we got home and said it was delicious. Will definetely come back with the kids.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this one is a MUST!!! Yesterday I ordered dinner for delivery. We ordered the 1lb triple b burger, the 1/2lb bacon cheddar burger, the combo basket, and an order of zuchinni planks. Everything was absolutely delicious. The 1lb burger was the biggest burger I have ever seen in my life cooked to perfection with a wonderful grilled taste. The 1/2lb cheddar bacon cheddar burger was absolutely everything I was craving on a delicious bun with crispy not gooey bacon and a generous slice of a fresh tomato and crisp green lettuce and onion. The combo basket (I know people probably think oh just deep fried food) but it was out of this word with the unique thick mozzarella moons and everything was fried perfectly. My favorite is the zucchini planks not zucchini circles or zucchini fries and I was shocked to see that they had them and served dusted in Parmesan. Not to mention their homemade ranch that I could have drank!! I won’t eat at a restaurant that doesn’t have homemade ranch and it was fabulous!! Everything was packaged with care. The pickles under the paper in the containers so the food doesn’t get soggy with the juice and the condiments dated when they were made and wrapped in foil. The price for what you get you will not find in Erie anywhere! My new favorite place for delivery! I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to try!! Don’t walk to this establishment RUN!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. When the word BIG is behind, they dont kid around. Big is their thing and they do it well. The food looked good, tasted good and there was plenty for the money spent. The pepperoni balls and the sampler were outstanding. Some of the best pricing for the amount Ive spent in a very very long time. Im not from Erie, but I wish this place was way closer to home.

This is one of the few spots I go if I want to go out for drinks on a Saturday night. It’s a little slower on Fridays but it’s still a good time. It’s always a positive vibe, music is great for dancing, the cover charge is reasonable, security is vigilant, bartenders are always on their toes and they serve pizza late into the night (which is really good pizza at any time of the day). I can’t think of one negative thing to say about it.

First time ordering from this Bar. Remember this is a bar that serves food. Not a restaurant. The Food Is AMAZING. Well worth every penny. Didnt get photos of the chicken tenders or pepperoni balls. Which were very good as well. My Family & I will be ordering again soon. Staff are all very nice as well. A++++

Our server was personable knowledgeable and professional it is wheelchair Accesible , has wifi , serves “big” food as well as big drinks , I have gotten delivery from here but this was our 1st in person experience , and it was positive , it had a low key relaxed atmosphere during our visit but as we left we’re getting ready for a live band to perform that night as you will see in photos of gear being brought in for band . I ordered a “hybrid “ the blackened crust seasoning from the triple B burger on the cowboy ( burger ,pulled pork , cheddar cheese, onion rings ) the onions rings add a delicious intermittent sweetness( if you have not read any previous review , I am an onion lover!, all shapes ,sizes styles ) the food was even better fresh and in person . I have ordered the cowboy delivered in the 1 pound configuration it was enough food for 3 meals . There pizza , zucchini planks , fried pickles and wings are equally amazing on the own . My burger was perfect medium , fries hot fresh and a very crisp cold fresh dill pickle spear .

Stayed at the nearby Lampe campground... dont go there if you like to talk outside after 10pm by the way. Searched restaurants near me and this was an interesting result. Sort of looked like a night club, which it is, but we went for lunch after fishing and the food was amazing. Everything is big and no joke, it was the best cheese steak Ive ever had. Great bread, chewy cheese, crispy onion rings. Service was just ok and my long island iced tea was a little sour, but none of the negatives outweigh the countless positives. I will be back to try other things in the menu if they are still here next year. My buddy got a club and was satisfied as well. I guarantee this place is fun when the lights go off.

Stopped in before the Otters game, we were cheering for the Rangers.That aside, it was a wildly busy because it was game night.Great atmosphere, 5pm with a live band. A bit too loud but that is likely the tempo for this place. Overall food was very good, service too. Wait time was extended due to capacity but enjoyed the experience.

My husbands band plays here at least once a month, and the food and service have always been awesome. The crowd and support for the band has been awesome, too, for all of the awesome bands that come through there. Kudos to BigBar.

Ordered the deep dish and last time I had it I remember being full after one slice but this time the pizza wasn’t as thick and didn’t look like a deep dish at all although it tasted great. Also got the new Nashville Hot wings but I think they gave us General Tso sauce because it definitely was not the Nashville hot but still good just not what was expected.

We are here from out of state and ordered dinner the last 2 nights. Amazing food! Great delivery people and great prices. Kudos to the entire staff.

We ordered an 18 cheese, deep dish meat all, and garlic parm wings. Food arrived super hot. Great flavor and chew on crust, sauce like a marinara, very flavorful. Love the taste, texture, very satisfying. 5 stars all the way!

First time there and, Im obviously getting a bit older, because this is not my kinda place any longer. Seems like theres plenty going on there, likely to be fun for younger people, not for me though Im not out looking for hook ups.

A great downtown location right next to the ball park. Solid beer selection and a good sized menu. The portions are huge and the food is good.

Food is excellent. Bands and sound are great. I usually leave after the bands play. The younger crowd is too much for me..lol. Highly recommend for dinner prior to shows or sporting events in the area.

August 10th when the band was over and the dj started my friend MIND YOU HAS A DISABILITY SPILLED HER DRINK ON HER PURSE then took everything out of their and got a bag and 5 mind you big guys come over and said we had to leave for the night and I get it they are doing their job but for WHAT REASON SHE HAD PRESCRIPTIONS OUT BECAUSE HER PURSE WAS DRIPPING WITH HER DRINK its crazy how staff can be sometimes we might come back in the future I dont know because of that nonsense

The bartender didnt want to be there. She didnt know how to make a martini. The food was awful except the pretzel tasted like a pretzel. The nachos dont come with nacho cheese but shredded cheese? Place looked nice though. Will not return

The food was not good. The appetizer came out with the meal. The service was so and so. But she was extremely busy. I gave it a 3 star because of the food and the wait time. I understand they get busy. However if they are having big events they should be more prepared. Update, considering they responded is awesome!! Excuse me for not understanding the events that where happening. Will definitely return!

Saw Hellz Bellz there. Awesome experience. Pizza and wings were fantastic. Fries were bulky swirls which I didnt know. Drinks were good. Try a fishbowl for $15!

Wife and I stopped for lunch on Monday. Ordered pepperoni balls for appetizer. My wife got the 1lb burger with bacon and Bleu cheese. Cuz why not? They offer a 1lb burger 🍔, why not order it. I got the Meatballs and penne pasta. Food was delicious, served hot. Relaxed atmosphere, werent rushed. Big portions, both had to get a box for rest of our food. Not our first time, doesnt not disappoint. Always worth the trip. Again Big Bar equals big portions.

The hamburger I had, a rodeo or cowboy burger, was great, ordered it well done and it was cooked perfectly, hat off to the cook. Absolutely delicious 🤤🤤🤤

Food is always good and the orders are always accurate. Staff is professional and friendly. Tables and bar are always clean! They host the best local bands the region has to offer. Prices are extremely reasonable considering how expensive everything is these days.

Usually a decent place, but they made us pay a cover charge, although the band was only on for 15 more minutes. Tried to order food & they said it was too late. We stayed for a drink then left for another place.

I am from NY and I know Pizza! I have tried them all in Erie and csn say that there is a new King of Pizza Downtown and thats BIGBAR. Both the NY XL and the Chicago Deep Dish are IMO the Best in Erie!

We were very welcome there, we also try two nachos from there. We loved it, I hope more people go and have fun.

Dollar for dollar, the best food in the area. The place is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly and they provide a safe, festive atmosphere in which to socialize. Great range of bands and one of the best djs in Erie. Best night spot in Erie with no exception.

Unbelievable food! We had food delivered, so it was an added obstacle for them. We got the 1 lb cowboy burger & lets just say it could feed 4 people! Amazing! We added an order of fried pickles too. They were great! Everything was delivered still fresh and hot. I had a small problem with the sauce that came with the pickles and I called just to let them know that there is horseradish in it. I spoke to Jeff & he offered to drop off a different sauce for me. Mind you I was at home! Delivery was fast! The food was just simply 10 stars out of 5! We are eating leftovers for the next 3 days Im sure! Its rare someplace knocks us over with such amazing food & service. Dying to try the Chicago deep dish pizza next! This is a MUST try for foodies!♡♡♡♡♡

It was a very busy Saturday evening and they were able to accommodate our 4 adult & 2 kids dining party just fine. Good food at a fair price. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. We will return, it was a good stop!

Have ordered here a few times before, usually burgers. Those were usually good. Tonight was chicken fingers and a white pizza. Fingers were fine, sauce pretty good, but that was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever attempted to eat. Cheese was super thick and congealed into one big rubbery, greasy hunk on top of the undercooked crust. I dunno. 2 tenders n a small white pizza for $47, I expect better quality.

We ordered delivery for lunch today and although it seemed the kitchen was having a bit of an off day today, the owner was very quick to call & make it right with a sincere apology and credit toward our next order. Weve eaten from here a few times and the food is always so good! That mixed with true customer service will keep us coming back for sure. Thanks so much!

Went to Big Bar Friday 10-27-2023 for the 1st time. Food was great wings were excellent. Got the big meatballs they a little to salty.For as busy as it was, staff was excellent. Prices were reasonable. The Groove was great. Will go back.

We arrived at 9:50 and they just closed the kitchen. We were visiting the city. None of the three servers told us they were selling pizza slices. We saw it on the screens but no one told us. Not a good service, not very welcoming. Sorry. If I come back to the city, I’d try another place.

We just stopped in for a random drink and lunch to check the place out. We will definitely be back, the food was amazing and came out quick considering it was busy and there was only one guy working. Adam was amazing!!!! Super funny, personable, and friendly he is definitely in the right position for making tips! We will be spreading the word about this place and the experience we had!

Horrible experience. Terrible scary screaming bartenders and rushed by security for asking to see a manager. My pregnant girlfriend and son were so apalled by the over the top insane behavior of the staff here i will NEVER go back or spend a dollar there EVER....especially if you have children. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. We went specifically to see the AC DC cover band. Our 11 year-old was excited and we entered and were greated by security at the door. When we attempted to order drinks we were told very rudely that kids were not permitted at the stage area. Ive NEVER in my life heard of something like this. Kids can be in the establishment around the bar restaurant anywhere but not the stage.?? This turned into an argument with emotionally unstable barstaff that started screaming at us and literally screaming for security and we had to explain this all to the 2 giant security staff before leaving without spending a dime. Totally inappropriate and actually frightening to be treated like that as a family at 7 pm for a free live music event thats advertised all ages..... and I hope sincerely that someone finds this review helpful and chooses somewhere else to eat and drink. Plenty of better options right around the corner. Awful and the manager should be ashamed since he stood there and said not one word...not even an apology.

What a blast. Good music, perfect to go dancing! Some friends got charged double for their entire bills so check your bank statement! They decided not to say anything because it was like $19, but still!

Wow, the food here is really good. I was shocked how good it all was. The pretzel was huge. The normal size burger on a ciabatta role tasted great too. Service was also good. Live music was ok but acoustics in the front had an echo (not really a complaint just a comment). I would definitely come again.

Great place to see cover bands. Some are no cover. Their website usually says if there is one.

Burgers, Subs have always been great. I use delivery service and always courteous and top notch.

I order delivery often. Drivers are always super friendly. Food is always fresh and hot. Their triple decker club is awesome! Wings and burgers are good too. For me, its the battered cod dinner. Great piece of fish and the homemade tartar sauce knocks it out of the park! I havent been disappointed by anything Ive ordered yet!

The food here is amazing and you get what you pay for, you leave full. I personally love their Chipotle steak wrap. They also have a massive stage and dance area for live music. Typically, they have a band playing every weekend, even throughout the cold months when the outdoors are shut down. Highly recommend.

The wings were great, but they forgot our pizza, so we had to call them to deliver it, and then the pizza was cold.Edit: They did reach back out to us, which I really appreciated! Updated the service rating to reflect this.

The meatlovers pizza the dough was raw not cooked through and the chipotle steak wrap was completely salty the food totally sucks there was also a dead fruitfly inside in the pizza box

Went to see the band the Earthquakers, great band! Bar and bathrooms were clean, food was good and the drinks were reasonably priced. Would definitely go again!

Food service is VERY slow......fish sandwich and club sandwich took 45 minutes and there were only 4 tables occupied.....only 2 of us and she brought wrong drinks for both (iced tea & water)....two tables sat after us ate before us....not cool. Too much cheese, cold when it arrived.

Came here on labor day around 9 pm. It was about the only non chain restaurant that was open with food. Adam I believe was our server he was hustling hard by himself doing an awesome job! The food was good, were taking the rest of our pizza home. This made our honeymoon in Erie a lot better experience. Thank you guys we will definatly be back to Erie and be coming in.

Cheap drinks and the menu is 🔥. All food here cheap but huge tasty and delicious. Its also nice being served by the finest bar girls around. Keep it up!

First time and last time! Our group of 6 sat outside, 4 @ one table and 2 @ the other. About 15 min, waitress came to table of 4, told us about it being her 3rd day and took our drink order. Mean while table of 2 was ignored, except for 2 people wanting to smoke. Another 15 minutes, we combined 6 of us(adults) to the tiny table. Waitress brought our drinks, took the other 2 drink orders and we all ordered dinner. Half hour later waitress stops to let us know shes gonna check on our order. Another 15 minutes, waitress stops back to tell us shes gonna check on our order! We stated its been an hour, shes going to check with Mgr. One of our group went to get answers. Mgr came to our table to apologize and state our order would be ready in 15 minutes!! In the mean time our other person was grabbed and threatened by a bartender for asking about our food. Unbelievable!! The Mgr then offered to cover our 1 drink each. The person that had the harassment of the bartender came back to the table. They explained what happened @ the bar. Mgr apologized, asked if we wanted to wait for our meals...NO! The only good thing...Mgr said he would cover the bill..lol We never got any food, what did they think we would pay for?? Terrible all together.

First time to The Big Bar, great experience. I was attending an Erie Otters game and stopped by for a bite to eat and a few beers before the game. The bar staff was polite, knowledgeable and honest. I ordered food and the barkeep told me it would be 45-60 minutes (honest!!). Fortunately it only took about 30 minutes. I was glad to see that she eared on the side of caution as opposed to giving a time frame that they couldn’t deliver on. The mushroom swiss burger was great and I was really impressed with the whole experience. I’ll be back!! Best of luck!!

My wife got the loaded fries and they were great. We shared the zucchini planks and they were fantastic. I got the cheese steak sub. The bun was tasty but the meat and onions and mushrooms were a little bland. The server was very good. Everything was plentiful.

Great food and somewhat ok music all in all had a good time and met new people.

Kate did such a terrific marvelous job well done she was very supportive and complmentive toward me this evening she made my night worth while she is the most amazing bartender you guys have alongside Phil as well he told me he loved me like family tonight and he told me to stop in and see him and Kate and they will take care of me

My friend got turned away at the door for wearing a white T-shirt. The bouncers said it was the dress code however they couldnt tell us anything else about the dress code. Nor was a dress code posted at the door or on their website. We were left questioning whether this was actually a true dress code or if it was due to the fact that our friend was not white.

It was fine but nothing special. It was around 5 on a Thursday and was dead. The employees were having fun though (one maybe a bit too much). The food was good until I brought my Calzone home and noticed that they messed up the order. I ordered a meatball one but it had no meatballs. Also while the Calzone was huge (which was awesome) both ends were just many inches of bread with no filling.So, its ok in my eyes but we wont be going back.

Great place to have drinks during the week and go see live bands on the weekends. Food is great. Right by Erie Playhouse, the Warner Theater, and the Erie SeaWolves, and Erie Insurance Arena. Grab a beer or drink before the show.

I went to BIGBAR with my husband. We love the food we have had there. You get big portions for a good price! We have eaten the 1 lb burger, the 24 inch pizza, the deep dish pizza, and the philly cheesesteak sub. They are all delicious!

Smells musty when you first walk inside! I am sure this is a fun time when they have a DJ or live music! Good if you are just looking for a bar, we didnt get food! It didnt seem like a family/kid friendly Bar.

We visited prior to going to a hockey game. There isnt any organization to their seating. Its when you see someone leave run and sit @ the dirty table before anyone else. We ordered appetizers, pizza, wings and sodas. We waited little over 2 hours and no food ever came out. We ended up just leaving because we were going to miss the game. We asked the waitress to just check on the appetizers and she told us they just have orders in a big stack and they make them as they come to the top of the stack. We expected a wait but over 2 hours seated waiting and nothing :( The staff was friendly and in the past food was great. Just really need to organize and get a system.

Great food and reasonable prices. Their dining room accepts reservations for Saturday nights so that is another plus. Wide variety of drinks and bands on Friday and Saturday nights makes this the place to go on the weekends.

The DJ on Saturday only ply’s preselected songs even though he says he takes requests.

Ive been here a number of times and each time it appears the draft selection is large. However, when you try to order it will take two or three tries before you can get the one you ordered. They do not seem to have any system for being able to tell when the keg is empty. And furthermore the management is never in any hurry to tap a new keg. The food is good but the service is extremely slow and the staff seems like it is an imposition to wait on you. Ive been there in the afternoon and evening and I have gotten the same treatment no matter the time of day.

The bartender we had until shift change was awesome apparently after 530 the bartenders don’t care about people with gray hair. Poor service didn’t care. Apparently they wanted us to leave. We had plenty month money to spend and they got none of it all because of one bartender, female, who didn’t care at all that we were there

Nothing too crazy. The food was good. I got the boneless wings when I went and I didn’t enjoy them too much due to how much breading was on them. The inside is cute and the menu is fairly big with a decent amount of options.

First, strike is they require prepayment for carryout orders even if you planning on paying cash! This was an inconvenience because I was on my way there to pick up the order and trying to save time. I proceed to order via online. I arrive there 15 mins later to pick up the order and the kitchen says 10 mins. I wait and 10 mins later, I was approached by another bartender and asked if he could help. I told him Im waiting on my carryout orders. He goes back and the kitchen says 10 mins. I told the bar tender that is what they said 10 mins ago. He shrugged. Didnt offer me a drink while I wait. 15 mins later the food comes out.The food was good but not worth the wait. I ordered a deep dish pizza. I appreciate it thatThey did provide napkins without me asking for it.They need to get rid of that prepayment requirement. That really started the whole bad experience.

Great service, great food, and big portions!

Worst so called deep dish pizza Ive ever had. We couldnt even eat it, it tasted so bad! On top of that, the pizza looked as If it were dropped since all thr cheese was on 1 side! And it was supposed to be pepperoni but we found 2 pieces of pepperoni between 4 slices! I wouldnt feed this to my dog, let alone another human! Just got ripped off for 18$ for a cheese and barely any pepperoni! Cheese tasted like it was old and moldy! Probably get sick from the half slice I consumed before the nasty taste took over! Hell, little Nast Caesars wouldve tasted better!

If I could give zero Stars I would got home after picking up my order. Both sets of wings were raw! Like they were not even cooked didnt put the correct toppings on my pizza. Spent 60 dollars for raw wings and wrong pizza. And no it was not the vein it was raw completely raw!!!

It would have been better if they didnt allow people to smoke in the doorway. With the wind on Saturday, it blew the cigarette smoke straight into the bar. Not what I wanted with my taco salad. We were going to stay for the band but couldnt stand the smoke. The service was great and they got my special order on my salad correct. My husband enjoyed his cheese steak sandwich. It was loaded with steak, onion and mushrooms.

Visited for NYE and its one of the nicest clubs Ive been in. The name is no understatement, it is huge inside. Was packed wall-to-wall, yet the crowd was polite as Ive ever witnessed among folk getting tuned up. Awesome place.

If I could give 0 stars i would! We waited 2 hours for food and never got anything besides a server telling us that it was coming. Shes so busy and no manager or help. While 3 men stood in the kitchen just looking for food. Numerous togo orders left. Manager never came by never said anything. We ended up leaving and not getting food after 2 hours of waiting. I was in town, attending Strongman Nationals. It was Saturday night and I wanted to watch my favorite College team play on TV. I asked Waiter to change one of thirty TVs to the game I wanted. He wouldnt do it. What kind of Sports bar wont change the TV to a game for a customer. Well, I would not recommend this bar. By the way, their onion rings were over fried. I would give the rating a zero if I could.

Our waitress, Katie was super sweet. The wait was a bit longer than I expected but we enjoyed our dinners. Everything is big except the prices. 2 dinners and 4 alcohol drinks was $44, thats not bad!! Black Widow was the name of the band playing tonight, really good. Enjoyed our evening out!

Food was very good and prices are right. Atmosphere was good and it was clean and cozy. The only downfall was that the service was slow. Took a while to get our 1st drink, I would say 20 minutes. Food took at least 40 minutes after we ordered it. They should add more waitresses, she had a lot of tables, but she was also pretty slow. Maybe she was new, so we cut her a break.

Our initial server/bartender for the evening was fantastic and we tipped her accordingly because she was pleasant, attentive and made the evening fun even though she was running with less than minimum things she needed at the bar, and the kitchen was far from running on time. After she was off shift and we cashed out with her, the only staff who approached us was the one drink staff who was selling dollar shots. She was also tipped well for her attention, but the wait staff who were supposed to take over our table did nothing. Did not even acknowledge our existence. Poor service and did not leave a good impression for our party, particularly for the person celebrating a birthday. If it werent for our initial server, the night would have been awful. The kitchen was over an hour and a half for our food. They forgot half of our order and the bar was out of basic things like lemons. The managers should be on their knees thanking their staff who rescued the evening and should be looking at hiring new staff for that 2nd shift because they were awful.

My husband and I came here for the first time tonight. Everything was DELICIOUS. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was so flavorful and delicious! My husband had the grilled chicken and he was very pleased with it! We shared some fried pickles and jumbo shrimp and had 0 complaints and the waitress (I cannot remember her name) was very attentive and friendly! We will definitely come back again and bring others to try!

Bar food was good, but still bar food. Legit 34 oz drafts were sweet. Prices reasonable. Very much a clubby type of bar if thats what your into, definitely geared towards the younger crowd or party people. Too loud to hold conversation. Service at the bar is just meh.

I was a an all day conference downtown, we had 1.5 hrs for lunch. We had to leave without food. Coworker stayed longer but she too had to leave. They brought food over as we were only down the street. Orders were wrong. They sent out multiple take out orders while we waited. Could see cook in back vaping while preparing food.

They have THE BEST Cheese steak subs!!! So good . Great service friendly atmosphere.

I will start by saying that although my experience was negative, the atmosphere is fantastic here. I walked in and was excited for my first experience here. The lighting was awesome, the stage was perfectly centered, and I loved how the dining area was separated from the main bar areas. I sat down, and ordered a Blue Moon draft beer, along with the chicken nachos and fries pickles. The atmosphere then became the only good thing about this place. The Blue Moon was warm, so I did not bother to finish it and bought a bottle of Labatt Blue instead. I thought the food was going to reconcile the slight issue with my warm beer. Unfortunately, I ate the nachos and some pickle fries. I went to bed that night, woke up at odd hours of the morning and afternoon and threw up 5 or 6 times, all while having cold sweats and fatigue to the point of not wanting to move all day. I had all of the symptoms of food poisoning, which is something that I rarely get from going out to eat. This is the first bar/restaurant that I will never return to because of how sick I became after just eating appetizers here. Although they have not been open long, I am not willing to risk getting as sick as I did again. I will continue to advise people to not eat there, because I would hate for them to fall as ill as I did the day after my dinner experience there. I’m not a person who usually writes negative reviews at all, but I would not recommend this place to anyone if they are looking for a dining experience worth their time or money. For avid drinkers/bar hoppers, this is definitely the place for you, just be cautious of the draft beers (a normal issue that is easily fixed).

Food was amazing. Steak was cooked to perfection every thing was hot when delivered. Delivery man was polite and the girl on the phone was very nice and pleasant.. I was quite impressed for first time ordering. I will definitely be a regular from here on out.. Thank you for the awesome service and being open during this covid19 pandemic.

I hope they have much more success and make everyones experience a very good one!Were in town for a competition, and thought it would be better to get food delivered to our hotel room instead of going out. I was really hoping for some great food, but the order didnt come with everything we wanted. No problem, we would enjoy our food, but the wings were dried out, the nacho chips were stale, and the pizza was flat and no flavor. Please work on your food. Wed like to someday give it a second chance. Theres lots of potential but we were left disappointed.

This was a great place to eat from the pizza to the cheese steak to the wings and the fries... so yummy!! The bartenders were fantastic!! For whatever reason however it was assumed it was hot inside, which was not the case, so the air was turned on and made it so cold. This was a great experience, except it was freezing!

BigBar is incredible! I got a full 1lb burger, it was cooked perfectly and was delicious! The bun was phenomenal, and the fries were hearty. The wait staff is hardworking and super friendly. Def a super cool venue with a great atmosphere 🤘

Heard about their big burgers, steaks, and wings and thought wed check it out. After light up night 5 of us went there for din. Friendly bouncer/ door person, got our drinks and appetizer no problem. We all ordered dinner at the same time... 3 burgers, a wrap, and wings. Two of the burgers and wrap came out together and our server said the last 2 meals would be out in a few minutes. Twenty minutes later (no exaggeration), it was brought to their attention that our food had not been brought out and we asked to cancel our meals. No apology, explanation, or compensation. We did not end up paying for the appetizer that we ordered, our server appeared not to be thrilled... but it was a disappointment that we did not get our meals.

First time ordering from here and I was very pleased. I called to see if they deliver which they do 😁 and the girl on the phone sounded so nice and was very sweet. The food is really good and reasonably priced. My kids and I love it. So good. Delivery guy was also very nice and respectful and arrived in less time than estimated which is always a plus. Good food, nice staff, fast delivery..... I definitely recommend this place.

Came in after spending time downtown at celebraterie about 8 pm the wife and son was hungry and all the food vendors had closed up for the evening sat down at the first table as you walk in the doors the place was dead I should have taken this as my first clue as how it would go but we ordered anyways we had a 24 inch half pepperoni and half cheese pizza lets start off with the food the pizza was burnt on the bottom the sauce tasted old and like the only seasoning they ever heard about was salt not only this but the first pizza we was sent was a whole pepperoni which my son would not eat now onto what I saw in the kitchen the kitchen manager was seen drinking on the food line not wearing gloves wiping his mouth and face with his hands then handling food without washing his hands and how I knew this was the kitchen manager is I asked to speak to the manager about this and he was the one that came to my table then he expressed how they were all washing their hands and wearing gloves when I could see directly into the kitchen and see this was not the case. I am a servsafe proctor and a servsafe manager I was very worried after this.Edit: spoke with the owner and he took care of us this time the pizza was amazing this is our new pizza spot.

The calzone was excellent. Some folks just cook up the ingredients in the crust without giving the crust itself much mind, but they actually make the bread itself awesome here with garlic and spices. My husband also happily ate his garlic and butter wings.

I went to BigBar for the first time and the dj was terrible. My girlfriends and I requested a song and he told us we would have to wait over an hour and he never played it. The music was just really bad, we ended up leaving. The bartenders were all super nice and quick !

Overall it was good. There was no cover charge when I went. They had a live band from 6:00-10:00. They have a special thats was $6.00, 34 ounce Yuenglings in a huge mug. The food was all good. We got their loaded fries and the sampler basket which had 2 breaded cheese moons, 2 pizza logs, 2 chicken strips, 2 zucchini strips, and large soft pretzel. It was so good. The only thing that bothered me was they made me tuck in my chain cross necklace because they said no chains. They did not have any problem with my steel toe boots though.

Called last Monday evening for takeout around 6 PM. We were told our order wouldn’t be ready for over an hour. An hour for chicken wings and a cheeseburger. We arrived at the restaurant an hour and 10 minutes later. I went in to get my order and was told I had to wait longer. At that time there were six people in the restaurant. So I have to ask myself what was it that I was waiting an hour and 10 minutes for for just a little bit of food? Very disappointed in the service I waited an extra 15 minutes for food that was warm

Not a good place to go. When college kids are drinking. They tend to get a little out of their way. When they drinking. You and the security may never see eye to eye. But they quick to call the police, when they have a fear of being outmatched. Other than that the food is excellent. But the professionalism needs some work.

Service seems like it can get messy at times. One server was running a very large area, but she did a great job! Very laid back experience, but very enjoyable. We will definitely be going back.

We attempted to order over the phone we were charged 54.00 we said we will call back. We ordered on line and order was 42.00. Once food arrived hot my fish sandwich did not have wat I ordered tomato onion..only soggy baked lettuce. I will never order again.Since submitting this review I have been contacted by the owner and given an explanation of why the price difference and a refund of the colossal cod sandwich back to my account. The owner was very empathetic and guaranteed better service personally. I guess I will order again. My neighbor and his sons food has always been perfect.

Great Triple B burger wings and nachos also took a deep dish meat pizza to go. Again food is Great. Service friendly and on top of everything. We were there at a quiet time of day that makes it enjoyable for us. Highly Recommend.

I have been here several times before and never a problem. I ordered the big NACHOS (substituted nachos with fries) as i always do, and i added chicken for a $1.00. When i received my meal i noticed it was super dry. Why you ask, because the beef was missing. I called the server over and she took my compaint to the kitchen. The kitchen reply was you only get 1 meat. (Now mind you on the menu the original meal includes beef. And you can ADD chicken for $1. Or steak for $2.) So i asked to speak to the kitchen manager John who again told me 1 meat only. I had some crazy thought in my head, The customer is always right, managers try to fix problems not this one. He seemed to only be concerned with why i eat Chicken and Beef together. Oh Yes, That was what he asked me. So on here i will give my answer since my mouth is off the floor from shock and your utter rudeness. I work hard at my job so i can eat and enjoy what i want!! I paid for 2 meats!!

Speaking on delivery, food arrived on time, still hot, and not mushy. Big plus. Wild Boyz wing sauce is excellent. A lot of wing flavors get talked up more than they should but this is legit.

As the name suggests its a big bar. Plenty of room for dancing if thats your thing. They have 2 giant bars, a stage, and a eating area. Food is also big so be ready to share.

Went here before a concert, place was kinda full but far from capacity. Ordered a few drinks and some nachos. Ordered food after that came. About 45 min later, one person in our party went to see how much longer our food was going to take. The waitress said it isnt even up yet. She had no idea, so we paid our bill and left,....without getting our food. Not the place to go before you have some other place to be. Waste of our time!!! Wont be returning, that much I promise.

Went at dinner time first experience no server came to table after 30 minutes figured out I needed to sit at the tables closest to the kitchen. Band was too loud to carry on a conversation.

I love this Bar! One thing about Erie is you can always get inexpensive adult beverages! I love the new layout and upgrades! The music selection was a great mix and the bartender had good customer service!! I enjoyed and will visit again when I visit Erie!

A fun place to relax enjoy a drink or the food. The pizzas are extremely good here and definitely good food for a good price. Its also a great place on weekends if you are looking for more of a night life scene for drinking and dancing.

A fun and unique menu. The vibe of the restaurant is very nostalgic with a constant playlist of music through the decades accompanied by their music videos. The food is excellent- expect big portions, very big portions.

Service was terrible. Everyones food came at different times, had to ask several times for refill, when the pizza finally arrived it was burnt. Asked for a new one and told it would be 7-10 minutes. After half hr we finally asked to have it boxed up bc everyone else was already done eating. Worst part was there was only 1 other group of people besides us which was a group of guys who werent even eating. They were drinking.

So, I am excited to say that this bar is by far, my favorite. Great food, great service, and great music. There is usually a happy hour band on Fridays and Saturdays and then club music at night! So much fun!! Highly recommend a visit!

Ordered slushes online at 6:00 p.m. this evening and was quoted a time of 8:20 for it to get here. At 8:05 one of the workers called me saying that they had just added more mix to their daiquiri machines and they had to freeze longer so it would take longer for my delivery to get here. It is 9:37 and I just received my order. The delivery driver did not even apologize for the wait nor did I get offered a discount on ordering from them next time the other delivery driver however was very friendly and helpful when I called wondering about my order. Just a bad disappointment because I ordered from them all the time and we had plans to go somewhere but we were waiting instead

Right now its not really worth the cover to go. They are very short staffed and we waited over 45 minutes to be served.

On site the food is very good, with delivery however not only is the food late each time, but it’s often fairly cold unfortunately. Ultimately decent overall. Granted with COVID and cost to keep the place going, I also understand they’re probably understaffed for rush hours.

Stopped in for lunch. Ordered philly cheesesteaK calzone . The service was good,the crust on the calzone was perfect,it had a garlic parmazon topping Pizza sauce for dipping. Very cheesy,plenty of steak and mozzarella and ricotta. The onions.shold have been sauted first but the calzone was large enough for 2 people gor lunch. I would term Big Bar as a sports bar since there are so many TVs. The inside is huge with a big bar and several differnt areas for seating. Outdoor seating,booths and tables and at least 1 other vety large room.

First time there! Big space with lots of little gathering areas and multiple bars which is unique. Great music last night. Just a BIG party. Had pizza which was delicious and bartenders were really nice people.

The food was great and service was great as well just wish people had a little more patience for the waitresses, instead of screaming at them I mean you did go to a bar to eat so you have to understand that they deliver food and also serve drinks and what not all not as well. $3.00 for a 16-oz beer was a little bit pricey, but, the staff here is incredible, and the penne pasta, with at least 4 diameter meatballs, and the side salad was very delicious for $8.99... Well worth the price!! It will fill you up!!

Nobody wants a juicy wing with no flavor all the parm and garlic was at the bottom of the box and they were under cooked. The rest of the food was aight but Ive never had worse wings in Erie so you get one star... It was terrible

UPDATEManger took care of everything. An Thats what follow up customer service is about.Im extremely disappointed. I have had their pizza many times an just had one delivered. Not only was it wrong it was half cooked when I asked for well done. An those werent banana peppers Not sure what they were . Literally feel sick to my stomach after 1 piece. Not even going think about eating the wings ordered with it.

ABSOLUTELY disgusting!!!!! Waited an extra 20 mins for our food. Pizza was cold when arrived and asked for wings to be extra extra crispy and they weren’t at all they were really soft and soggy I highly do not recommend I would give them zero stars if possible.
