The environment was great, the manager Kirsten gave such a positive environment to the store. The past few times I was here, the store is always clean, everyone is so friendly and I love coming into TKO as a customer and feeling like a guest at a 5 star hotel. Kirsten and Taylor really know how to run a store. Both are great salespeople and a love for their job.

I would rate 0 if possible. I went in there, was ignored other than a hello. When I tried to get the guys attention, he walked behind the curtain to talk, very loudly, on the phone about hope hed ripped his pants and had a breeze on his balls and princess parts, his words. After the call he came out and informed us that due to the rip in his pants, he was closing early. At this point, I said, I just came in here to buy a box mod. From what you have here, What would you recommend for a beginner? Immediately he pulled out this mod and recommended it. I told him to box one up for me because I knew he was in a hurry and he told me they dont have them in stock.I walk into the store with $400 in my pocket ready to buy whatever the salesman offered, in spite of being treated rudely, and he tells me to buy something not in stock? As a salesperson, I cant find words to describe how stupid a salesperson that guy was.

So a few weeks ago I bought the I-priv from Eddie. Great guy, really professional about it, showed me how to use the voice commands on it. In all a great experience. The store was really clean, the juice I bought didnt last that long. One of the best stores for vape products I have been to in a long time. Will definitely go back when I get the chance. Thank you TKO for the excellent products, and thank you eddie for showing me how to use them.

In the past it was great at this shop always nice staff but too high of prices since they only sell premium juice. My problem with this shop is every time I have came here recently I wait for them to even open the doors. I get here at business hours and wait for over an hour for them to get back on multiple occasions. They plain and simple aren’t as good as they used to be and don’t respect their customers time.

Horrible selection of products both juice and equipment. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have worked at a vape shop and would never in a million years ask anyone in the shop do you even vape? The kid behind the counter was simply judging me on my professional attire as I was in the area for business. This is not how you advocate for the vaping industry.

Never buy a replacement glass here. Ive attempted to replace my glass on 2 seperate occasions and in both situations the employees were uninformed and rude selling me the wrong size glass and proceeding to tell me it was my fault. I understand no vape stores typically offer refunds but they would not even give me the correct sized glass. Theyre juice is also very bad quality and Ive never found a good flavor that Vapor Cabana, which is literally right down the street, doesnt have a better tasting and better priced juice.

My husband and I went in the other day. Eddie, was very helpful. He explained different flavors of vape juices and recommended ones that fit my desires. He also offered a good deal on a vape mod and juice. Also had good information on how to make my suorin drop last longer by taking it in properly. I would for sure recommend his buisness to a friend!

Absolutely unprofessional and overpriced.I hope no one wastes their money here. My fiancé bought a coil, it was sold as new but it mustve been tampered with. Completely destroyed on the inside so her device read it as too low of an ohm and kept giving error messages. Tried calling here for assistance and it went straight to a voicemail multiple different times, during business hours, i guess theyre too busy taking breaks to do their jobs. After hours of playing with it, as well as wasting an entire tank of juice, a good friend at 710 saw how mangled it was inside and couldnt believe that an establishment would sell such a product. Got a new coil there (710) and the device worked perfectly fine. When she told the employee here, he stated that he would give her money back as well as a free bottle of juice for the inconvence. Great we thought untill today when she tried taking it back. The woman there said they dont do that he lied to her and could only give her a new coil (which she inspected before leaving again) as well as a whole ten dollars off her next bottle of their extremely over-priced juice! Stated they dont even have money in the drawer to do something like that, (which isnt surprising since this place is a joke, who would give them money?) Therefore, you have lost our business, as well as any people that i can give my reccomendation to. I can only hope that TKO goes out of business so no one else has to deal with their unprofessionalism or gets ripped off like we did.

Wasnt pleased with the customer service at all! Like the products and vape juice but trying to get employees to help rather than gossiping with other people hanging out with no interest/intentions on buying anything is a joke. Shouldnt have to beg someone to take my $100+ for a new vape and vape juice. Very disappointed with the customer service and probably will not return.

Absolutly recommend this place!!! Been a customer for 2 years! Great quality mods, delicious juice, and amazing customer service!!! Ask for Tasha, the manager, she will hook you up with what works for you!!! Beats any other vapor store in Erie!!

Went into TKO and was greeted by Eddie who helped a lot and answered all my questions and was very patient with us. He was very friendly and one of the funniest people I’ve met. Great customer service.

Very laid back, friendly and HELPFUL staff. Juice is a little pricey but its great quality and taste is worth the extra cash. Definately going back!

Staff was very ignorant when I was there. Treated me like I should ve known everything that they know about vaping. Terrible service.

I went to the store and bought some juice and it tastes like dish soap even with a brand new coil taste like nasty juice
